After an hour of just lying in my bed I finally get up and go take a quick shower. After I get out and changed, I head down to the library to see what my best friends were up to.

"Hey feeling any better?" Alex asks as she notices me walking over to the table they are sitting at. Clary and Megan look up to see who Alex was talking to before looking back at what they were working on.

"I guess…Not really sure to be honest," I answer with a sigh and sit at the table with them. "How's the homework coming along?" I ask looking at the books and papers spread all over the table in a mess. To be honest I couldn't tell what belonged to who, that was how messy it was. "Do you even know whose stuff is whose?" I ask picking up a stack of papers and seeing a Clay's and Alex's names with in the papers.

"Not really. We figured after we finished a page move it out of the way and pull out the next assignment," Clary answered. "Also, it's going great," she said her voice dripping with sarcasm.

"Yep just great," Megan added and looked at me. "What about you? Finally come to work on the homework? We won't help with what we already finished and no copying ours."

"Okay you guys must be getting frustrated and annoyed at the homework. Also, I finished mine a while back. Didn't Clary tell you that when she came down?" I ask looking to Clary than back to Megan.

"No, she forgot to inform us about that little tid bit," Alex answers glaring at Clary.

"Got it. What do you have left?" I ask as I grab the pages from around the table looking them over to make sure they were finished before dividing them into piles.

"I still have three things to finish," Clary answers first.

"Same here," Megan pipes in.

"This is my last," Alex says.

"Got it. Here's your actual papers," I say and place each pile of papers near who they belong to.

"Thanks," They answer in unison still writing. I stand up and move to look through the books to kill time while waiting for my friends.

"You could help us you know!" Megan called out to me as I walked away.

"Yeah I could but if you remember, you just said that you wouldn't help me with the assignments that you had already finished," I call back and laugh a little as she grumbles. As I walk through the shelves, I notice someone else looking. When I get a little closer, I realize that the other person was none other than Mr. Goode.

'Great just who I wanted to see,' I think to myself as I turn to head back to my friends.

"Oh Miss Morgan. One moment please," I hear a voice call out and bite my tongue to keep from saying something I would regret later. I turn around to face him and plaster on the politest smile I could muster.

"Hello Mr. Goode, can I help you with something?" I ask hoping he says no, and I can leave this man behind.

"Oh no I don't need help I had something I wished to talk to you about," he says as he moves closer. He stops at a respectable distance and opens his mouth to say something, but just then two voices call out to him.

"Mr. Goode!" the male voices call, when I look to see who it was, I notice it was the twins that were hanging out with Aaron.

'Thank god their here…Aaron must have told his friends to keep me and Mr. Goode away from each other…' I think as the two moves to stand between Mr. Goode and me, but the way they did it didn't make it obvious that they were purposely keeping me from speaking to Mr. Goode. 'Whatever. Let's get back to the girls…I wonder what he wanted to talk to me about…' I think as I slowly move away from the three that were now talking about something.

"Hey I'm finished…What happened?" Alex asks when she sees me.

"It doesn't matter. Let's help these two finishes, then head to the grand hall to eat," I say figuring it would be around lunch time when we finished helping Clary and Megan understand the material fully.

"You got it," Alex said but looked like she really wanted to say more on the matter but would drop it for now. I knew that tonight I would be grilled on everything.

Soon enough they all finished everything, and we went back to our room to put their stuff down. As we walked back down to the grand hall, we talked and laughed like it was any other day and for a few minutes I totally forgot about the fact that my twin brother and father were in the same place. That reality quickly slapped me in the face when I saw my mother having a hushed argument with my biological father. I looked around and noticed that no one else seemed to realize what was happening between the two teachers.

"Gilly," I hear a voice call out and instantly know its Aaron. "What are you staring at?" he asks watching me.

"Girl you okay? You've been really odd since the op," Clary says looking at me in concern.

"I'm fine Clary. Let's go eat," I say ignoring my brother and walking with my friends into the grand hall. Before entering the doors, I look one last time over to where my parents had been arguing and see my mother storming away from Mr. Goode her whole figure looked to be shaking in anger.

"Gilly?" A voice calls and I look back to the group around me and fake a smile.

"You are so explaining everything tonight," Alexandria whispers to me as we walk to our normal table. My brother and his friends follow and sit with us once again.

'Really stop inviting yourselves to sit with us,' I think and shake my head. While we all ate, I stayed silent only giving small smiles and nods when people talked to me. I could see from the corner of my eye that Aaron hardly ever took his eyes off of me.
