Chapter 21
"I wonder if Night is doing alright", Ichigo frowned.
"I'm sure she's fine Ichigo", Rukia assured with a smile.
It was morning in the Kurosaki-Ishida household the members, minus Night, having breakfast courtesy of Rukia and Orihime. "Those nobles will love Night dont worry Ichigo", Orihime assured with a smile.
"Yeah she's always a hit in those social parties we get dragged into", Akiro replied with a smirk.
"Social balls"? Rukia asked curiously.
"Parties of sorts to promote sponsors for businesses our hospital included." Uryu explained.
"And Night is a natural talker." Hikari grinned.
"Yeah can easily get us a sponsor and be the talk of the party." Akiro added.
"Seems like Night is the life of these parties." Rukia smiled.
"You'll get to see soon enough the next time we go." Ichigo smiled.
Rukia smiled then looked out the window and was surprised to see a Hell Butterfly at the window sill she got up walking to it. "Rukia, what's wrong?" Orihime asked, as the others watched.
"There's a Hell Butterfly here must be from the Soul Society." Rukia replied.
Rukia allowed the Hell Butterfly to land on her finger once she heard the message she gasped. At once Ichigo, Uryu, and Orihime stood up worried. "What's wrong Rukia? Is it Night?!" Ichigo demanded.
"N-Night she..." Rukia began.
"What happened to Night?!" Ichigo demanded to his wife worried.
"Night is fine Ichigo." Rukia assured, but still looked worried.
"But..."
"But?" Uryu questioned with a frown.
Rukia sighed. "It seems Night has shown signs of Hollowfication." She told them.
Ichigo, Uryu, and Orihime gasped in shock while Akiro and Hikari looked confused. "Hollowfication?" Akiro questioned.
"Are they sure?! What happened?!" Ichigo questioned.
"According to Captain Hirako, Night's Inner Hollow took control of her body but luckily Night managed to regain control." Rukia explained with a frown.
"But that's good." Orihime began.
"No there's more." Uryu frowned knowingly.
"Isn't there Rukia."
"Yes." Rukia confirmed with a nod.
"Nii-sama said that Night has to stay in the Soul Society until she can learn to use her Hollowfication."
Ichigo slumped heavily on his seat hand on his face. "Right Shinji will help her and knowing him he'll probably contact the other Visoreds to help and maybe even the Captains." He muttered, almost to himself.
"Night... Dammit she got this from me I know it!"
"Ichigo." Rukia frowned sadly.
"Um excuse me." Hikari spoke up.
The adults looked up to Akiro and Hikari who looked worried and confused. "What's Hollowfication? And will Night be alright?" Akiro demanded.
The four looked at one another before nodding. "I'll explain the best I can to you two." Ichigo told them.
"And Night will be fine I know it."
"So are you ready to get started Night?"
"Yeah but although."
Night stood in an empty field outside the Seretei with not only Katsumi and Shinji but Byakuya, Renji, Isao, Rose, Kensei, Mashiro, Asami, Toshiro, and Tatsuya. "Why are there so many people here for this?" Night questioned.
"We're going to use the same way me and the other Visoreds used with Ichigo since your Spirit Energies are identical in power despite not having a Bankai like Ichigo." Shinji explained.
"Ok but you haven't explained what it was." Night frowned.
"To put it simply you are to go to your Inner World and fight your Inner Hollow there." Rose told her.
"In my Inner World?" Night questioned shocked.
"Like you Zanpakuto your Inner Hollow resides there you must make it submit to you in order to use its power." Kensei explained.
"But why do you need so many people here?" Night asked.
"Yes we all liked to know Hirako we are unfamiliar of how this is done." Toshiro replied.
"To put it bluntly while Night is fighting her Inner Hollow her body will go to an out of control state." Shinji stated.
"It'll slowly turn into a Hollow and if Night doesn't beat her Inner Hollow to submission then we'll have no choice but to kill her."
At this everyone looked at Shinji shocked by the revelation. "Wait kill her?! You can't be serious!" Renji yelled.
"There has to be another way than this!" Katsumi scowled.
"Does the Head Captain approve of this?" Toshiro frowned.
"He does. So long as Night agrees to the risks he gives his consent." Shinji told them.
"What are we even doing though?" Tatsuya questioned.
"We'll have a barrier placed around Night so her body doesn't escape each of us will take turns battling until either she gets through or her time limit is up." Kensei explained.
"And what's the limit?" Isao demanded.
"1 hour but we dont go exact since we did a rotation of all us Visoreds it too Hiyori 69 minutes while it took Ichigo almost a whole 70 minutes which means its 10 minutes for each of us." Shinji explained.
"Now I see so we will do the same of a rotation." Byakuya stated.
"That's right Katsumi and Asami will form the barrier so they won't fight Night but the rest of us will." Shinji confirmed, turning to face Night.
"So Night what do you think?"
"I'm just wondering when you were done explaining." Night sighed.
"Let's get started."
"Lady Night! Are you sure about this?!" Katsumi questioned shocked.
"Night you must understand the risks." Toshiro began.
"I know the risks and I'll still do it." Night frowned.
"You could get killed Night, what will Rukia and Ichigo-?!" Renji began.
"I won't die." Night stated with a smirk.
"Just like my dad I'll control this power I won't die by her nor will I have you all kill me."
Night unsheathed her Zanpakuto walking to the center of the field and stabbed it to the ground. "I am Karakura Town's Substitute Soul Reaper Night Snow Kurosaki and I will use this power to protect it and everyone in it." She stated.
"Hehehe she's Ichigo's kid alright." Machiro giggled.
"You got that right something tells me she'll make it just fine." Shinji smirked.
Night gave a smile before she sat down in front of her Zanpakuto. "Asami, Katsumi form the barrier and I'll go to Jinzen you guys handle the rest." She said.
"Got it fearless." Asami grinned.
"Let's do it Katsumi."
Katsumi still looked worried but nodded the two sat together clasping their hands together concentrating and the orange barrier formed Night nodded with a smile. "Ok here we go." She muttered, closing her eyes.
They all watched with anticipation as Night's head slumped.
"Here it comes." Rose frowned.
Night opened her eyes looking up to see the night sky of her Inner World before looking around. "Miyuki Tsuki? Miyuki Tsuki where are you?" She called.
"Oh so sorry Princess but it'll only be you and me."
Night grew wide eyed and quickly turned shocked to see herself yet she had white skin, hair, and clothes yet her eyes were different her sclerae was black while her irises were gold the white version of her smirked as the sakura petals fell. "What's wrong Princess? You look like you seen a ghost." She taunted.
"You... You're my Inner Hollow, aren't you." Night frowned.
"Why indeed I am! Glad you arent so clueless Princess." Her Inner Hollow smirked.
Night scowled glancing around the sakura forest. "Where is Miyuki Tsuki?" She demanded.
"Oh she isnt able to be here." Her Inner Hollow replied, glancing to the crescent moon.
"And such a shame too with such a beautiful night out."
"Dont mess with me." Night snapped, unsheathing her Zanpakuto.
"Oh but you're so fun to tease." Her Inner Hollow crooned with a wicked grin.
"Especially."
Night gasped to watch her Inner Hollow unsheath a black Miyuki Tsuki. "When I get to see such a reaction from you." Her Inner Hollow smirked.
With that the two clashed causing a shockwave to go across the Inner World.
Night's body spasm before they saw a wicked grin on her face half of the mask already forming as she screeched and stood. "Well its started." Shinji remarked.
"So who'll-"
"Katsumi, Asami Kimura open the barrier."
They looked at Byakuya shocked as he stepped toward the barrier. "Yes Lord Kuchiki." Katsumi nodded
"If you say so Captain Kuchiki." Asami replied.
Their hands glowed to allow the barrier to open enough for Byakuya to go in before closing it again. "Guess we have a volunteer." Machiro remarked.
"Just make sure to time him." Shinji grunted.
"Already ahead of you." Kensei replied, holding up the wristwatch.
Night's body wickedly smirked before grabbing her Zanpakuto as Byakuya unsheathed his. "Better hurry soon Night." He muttered.
Night grunted as she skid back by her Inner Hollow's swing. "I'm not done yet!" Her Inner Hollow smirked.
Her Inner Hollow flash stepped forward in front of her making her gasp as her Inner Hollow hit Night's blade out of her hands. "Now your defenseless!" Her Inner Hollow grinned, about to swing.
Night cursed reaching at the last minute to grab the ribbon connected on her Zanpakuto and pulled it down blocking her Inner Hollow's attack. Her Inner Hollow grew wide eyed and moved back as Night gripped on the handle panting slightly making her Inner Hollow look amused. 'So you can follow your instincts." She remarked.
"Although unconsciously."
"What are you talking about?" Night questioned.
"Oh come on Princess surely you must've realized it by now." Her Inner Hollow replied unimpressed.
"Just say what you want to say!" Night snapped annoyed.
"Hmph fine since it seems you won't get it." Her Inner Hollow sighed.
"In order for one to control a power of a Hollow one must follow their instincts to do so, no holding back, fight like it'll be your last, no rules, no restraint, its all on instinct."
Night looked at her Inner Hollow shocked as she pointed her blade at Night. "And you may not realized it but you actually do fight with sinstinct no doubt from King, but not on purpose its reflexive for you." She told her.
"And if you don't realize it you'll run wild in the worse way imaginable."
Byakuya clashed swiftly with Night's body the Hollowfication already spreading across her chest as she shrieked wildly clashing against Byakuya. "How much time does he have left?" Shinji questioned.
"2 minutes." Kensei answered.
"Alright Katsumi, Asami get ready to open up once the 2 minutes are up." Shinji spoke up.
They nodded yet Shinji watched with a frown. "What's this bad feeling I'm getting? Almost as if something seems off." He thought.
Byakuya skid back near the wall of the barrier yet quickly countered to slash Night only for the wound to close up. "Instant regeneration." Kensei frowned.
Then Night grabbed Byakuya's blade much to their shock. "She grabbed the Captain's blade!" Isao gasped.
"Not only that but look at her arm!" Tatsuya gasped.
They were all shocked to see Night's arm became a white claw with blue marks. "Even her transformation is faster than we expected." Rose frowned, standing.
"Shit get back Kuchiki!" Shinji yelled.
Night's clawed hand glowed causing Byakuya to grew wide eyed as a massive explosion ripped out causing even the barrier to shatter. "AHHH!" Asami and Katsumi shrieked, being sent flying by the shockwave of the explosion.
"No way! She even broke the barrier!" Machiro gasped.
"This is bad!" Kensei scowled.
The smoke cleared to show Night blowing out smoke and Byakuya crashed down to the ground. "Lord Kuchiki!" Katsumi gasped.
"We're in trouble." Renji paled.
Aurasoul: And there! I've done things different for this chapter than what I said before.
Night: Oh my god!
