Dry Bowser was grilling burgers while Toad and Bowser Junior were playing tennis on a fiery court near the volcano, with the reptilian prince winning over the mushroom boy who couldn't put it in him to place in any effort. Eventually the skeletal reptile finished making the juicy batch of hamburgers and they all sat down to see what was playing on the television screen.

It was a very long night in the abyss. What could be going on in the darkness with there only being a few bright white blurbs? Who knows! Perhaps it's the kind of thing that would make us all meet fate for a while, yes; but what I want to know is what happened to common sense: it is just here or...

"...You ever get the sense that you have a headache that just won't go away?" A paddle asked the ball.

"Yes but what does this have to do with us?" The pong ball asked. "Like I need to answer."

The paddle sighed. "It's the reason why the other paddle is missing, that's all."

"...What kind of programming is this?" Bowser Jr. scoffed with a half eaten burger in his hands.

Toad was stuffing his face in with burgers, burping and farting simultaneously while at the same time saying: "How should I know? I didn't put this on."

"It's not like there's much better things going on these nights. You know how it is whenever they try to make whatever things work to get the gig." Dry Bowser explained while starting to eat up another burger of his in light of the fact that he didn't need to eat due to him being a skeleton. "Maybe we'll get a program that shows how boring our lives are."
