"One would think that after the trouble that you've caused today that you would be eager to get in my good graces," Judy murmured to her youngest daughter, turning her attention to Frannie and raising a brow when she let out a laugh. "What happened to your shirt? When I gave it to you before the banquet it had sleeves."

Charlie looked up at her mother and then down at her bare arms for a moment before looking at her bowl of soup. It would be far easier to simply bring the entire bowl to her lips and slurp it down, but her mother might actually kill her. She wasn't sure if she wanted to die a virgin, so instead she picked up a spoon, and looked at her mother, hoping that the expression on her face showed clueless innocence and naivety. "I have absolutely no idea what happened to my sleeves."

Quinn coughs into her drink, and immediately looks away as her mother turns her attention to her. She places her glass down and ignores Charlie's look, "She ripped them off right before entering the banquet hall and handed them to a maid to burn."

Judy inhaled sharply and turned her attention to Charlie who was using the wrong spoon to slurp her soup rather noisily, as if she was hoping that it would drown out any criticism that she would receive. "Charlotte, now is not the time for your tantrums and acting out, the beastkin are watching, looking for any weakness that they can exploit. And your attitude, and lack of manners might offend them further. I'm not expecting perfection from you, I'm expecting a conscious effort."

Charlie meets her mother's gaze and sighs and puts the incorrect spoon down and takes the right spoon. She hadn't eaten proper food in like a week. Hiccup had eaten all her rations and she'd been stuck foraging. "They are very constricting sleeves, and when you have arms like I do you show them off mother. The Beastkin aren't going to care that I'm not wearing sleeves." Charlie turns to look at her guests who were eating at a table with some of the advisors and father. "The big one doesn't even have a shirt! I didn't know that was acceptable at a banquet. And since when did we let trolls into the banquet hall?" Charlie nods towards Brittany's table where she's talking animatedly with Lena while Kara looks on, a bored expression on her face.

Kara looks over at Charlie and notices her glaring at her and smirks at her as she touches her face and then picks up her napkin which is in the shape of a hammer, making sure that Charlie sees it before turning back to Lena who seems to know implicitly that she's trying to cause trouble and smiles at her.

Charlie picks up one of her knives, which immediately glows in her hand, it wouldn't be that difficult to simply throw it at Kara's head.

"Charlotte." Judy snaps at her.

Charlie immediately puts down the knife, Hiccup for whatever reason seemed to like Kara, but maybe if she lured Kara into the training grounds Brittany's Lord Tubbington would simply eat her and then all her problems would be solved. "Yes mother—" Charlie tilts her head as the large doors to the banquet hall are pulled open. Charlie, who had been in the process of bringing the spoon to her mouth, misses her mouth entirely, the spoon hitting her chin and spilling all over her shirt.

Judy stared at her youngest child before deciding that she was simply going to return to her husband's side and hope that Charlie could keep it together for long enough to not embarrass the royal family. She shoots a look at Quinn, hoping to convince her to babysit her twin when she notices that Quinn's gaze seems focused on the newcomer, and she finally turns to look at the woman who was late for the banquet. The raven hair, the cat ears that were placed on the top of her head, and the tail that swished all with a rather risque red dress. "Lucy, take care of your sister."

Quinn manages to tear her eyes off Santana for a moment, she would make a wonderful doll, maybe even a sparrow in the future she would need to make sure to introduce herself. "Yes mother," Quinn looked over at her twin who seemed to be focused on the fact that they were beginning to clear away dishes to make way for the next course, and then back at Rachel who was glaring at her angrily. "It's not what you think," she insists immediately.

"Quinn, Rachel, we're in public keep your relationship problems to yourself," Frannie informs them before they can get into it. She sighed, she had no idea why she wasn't at the policy table with her father. She looks over at her husband who looks amused and rolls her eyes.

Charlie huffed, she hadn't gotten to enjoy her soup, even if it was a vegetable of some sort. Kara was currently at the banquet. A very beautiful woman had entered the room and she looked like an idiot, as she tried to clean her shirt only to make the stain worse. Quinn would probably end up bedding the woman, and she would be left having to entertain Kara without stabbing her. Her life couldn't possibly get any—the scent that fills the air causes Charlie to immediately grin forgetting about her problems. Meat. The kitchen staff had never let her down before.

~ O ~

Her mate was attracted to her, that much was very clear judging from the fact that she was now desperately attempting to clean her shirt. Another shirt that seemed to lack sleeves, showing off those glorious arms of hers. Santana bites her lip and takes a step towards where Charlie was seated, it probably wouldn't take her much effort to find herself in her mate's bed by the end of the night, which was exactly where she wanted to be. She still wasn't sure why a human of all people, but she could figure that out after she bedded her mate.

"Santana!"

Santana's ear turns towards the sound before she finally tears her gaze away and looks at Matt who is waving her over, while Drogo just glared at her. She gives a small shake of her head and turns back to her mate, and she could feel her annoyance grow as her mate is now staring at one of the maids practically drooling over the meat that was being dished out. It was insulting, her mate should be looking at her like that. With a bit of a sigh, she turns to head to the table for the beastkin when she spots Charlie's twin staring at her hungrily. With a roll of her eyes she immediately makes her way to the empty chair that's beside Matt, pausing when one of the maids pulls the chair back for her and she takes a seat as she gets pushed into the table gently.

"You're late." Drogo informed her, narrowing his eyes at her.

"It's been a long journey, I bathed and enjoyed the care that the Agron kingdom has been gracious to offer us." Santana snaps back to him, she turns to Russell and tilts her head ever so slightly. "Your majesty, I apologize for my lateness," she would need to be in his excellent graces if she wished to mate with his youngest. He would probably be against such a union, but there could be benefits.

"It's quite alright," Russell says in an almost dismissive tone, he imagined that they had sent her out for reconnaissance and she was merely getting back. He would have to inform Talia that she was to inform him of her movements. "As I said earlier, I apologize for the welcome you received when you entered the capital."

"I wasn't aware that humans were so sturdy," Sansa Stark blurts out, causing Russell to turn to her. She pauses before finding her voice, her people trusted her to speak up for them and to make sure they made the same decision. Humans weren't that strong, certainly not strong enough to survive a blow to the face with a war hammer from a half dwarf, half giant. But they had all witnessed the youngest princess shrug off a blow as if it was nothing. "Was that a display of power?"

Russell brought his glass to his lips and took a sip of it, waiting patiently as his wife joins him, "I wish that I could tell you that all of this was planned, but my youngest and the heir to the dwarven kingdom have been trying to kill each other since they were children. We're not quite sure why."

"They're trying to kill each other because it was encouraged by two fathers who thought it was hilarious to watch toddlers trying to murder each other. They encouraged it throughout their childhood, it wasn't until Kara's father died that it became as destructive as it was, however. It's all in good fun no one has lost anything more than a tooth between the two of them," Judy corrects, watching Russell grin as if he'd been caught. She can't help but shake her head, most of Charlie's behavior was his fault, he had encouraged her willfulness as a child. "I assure you despite their name calling, the insults and the constant attempts at ending the others existence, their bond is deep. I see Kara as another one of my children. This is them playing."

"Playing?" Matt whispers, as they had made their way through the capital they had seen the trail of damage, stone walls destroyed, stalls destroyed, he was surprised no one was hurt.

"We've tried to keep them confined to the training grounds, but they're adults now and when they drink they fight, when they see each other after a long period of time they fight, if they look at each other funny the fight. It's gotten expensive, I assure you that after today I doubt that they'll be destroying the town square again." Russell smiled, he knew how Charlie was with her money, paying for the damages would make her rethink brawling with Kara in the streets.

"Thank goodness Quinn realized she really didn't like getting hit in the face after she lost one of her baby teeth, if Charlie and Quinn settled their differences like Kara and Charlie, we wouldn't have a kingdom," Judy chuckled as she smiled at Sansa. All of her children were dangerous, and they were all strong. Each choosing to wield that power in different fields. If they all got on the same page, then she was certain that they could conquer the continent by the year's end.

Before Sansa can respond Santana speaks up, "Your youngest is unattached?" When the table looks at her, Santana glances down at her nails. "We're here to discuss terms of an alliance, are we not."

Russell narrowed his eyes ever so slightly at the implication, "My daughter isn't for—"

"You would need to find someone who makes my daughter want to settle down," Judy replied, interrupting her husband. She ignores Russell's glance, she rarely did so but she wasn't going to let him grow hostile. She tilts her head and carefully examines the beastkin in front of her. She tilts her head slightly before glancing at Charlie and freezing as she watched Charlie using her hands to grab the massive bone of a large steak and bring it to her lips. Catching the eye of Rachel she tilts her head at Charlie and watches as Rachel looks past Quinn to her sister-in-law and then nudges Quinn.

Quinn, who was cutting her steak, twirled it in fingers till she got a proper grip and quickly stabbed her twin in the thigh with the knife, causing Charlie to drop the steak. It clatters to her plate drawing a few stares. All they can see is Quinn raising her knife behind her and allowing the kitchen staff to replace the knife as she goes back to cutting into her steak.

Judy raises a brow and narrows her eyes at Charlie for a brief moment before turning back to her guests, her eyes landing on Santana and she raises a brow. "She is unattached and I am looking for a match." She loved her daughters, but perhaps marriage would be the thing to tame her daughter's wildness.

Santana nodded along with barely paying attention as she watched her mate begrudgingly pick up a knife.
