Timon was sitting on a tree stump, getting annoyed that his buddy was still going on about him and Zazu. "Timon and Zazu sitting in a tree" The warthog pranced around then he was stopped "I get it, don't rub it in" The meerkat crossed his arms until Kion can up to them. "Kion, how's my son-in-law? Pumbaa asking, ceasing his mockery. Uncle Pumbaa, I like to give my friend a tour of the Oasis, if that's okay. He asked. "Sure, we'll be glad too" Timon jumped off and went next to Pumbaa "Great," he stepped aside to allow Kovu to enter. Timon look one look at him, and cowered on top of the warthogs head "he's part of Zira's pride" he was shaking while holding his ears. Kovu explained that he's not evil like his family. Pumbaa wasn't having any of it as he got defensive. "How do I know we can trust you, what if you had manipulated Kion," He asked, sounding stern. Kion assured them that he needed to tell his dad 'they won't accept him into the Oasis with some clarification. Kion gave Kovu and long lick along the cheek, followed by a nuzzle. "Wow, Kion" Timon was shocked that he was mates with an Outlander and smiled. Pumbaa lowered his defense "Our apologies" They bowed. "Thank you, go on Kovu" He looked at him, and the dark Prince walked in. "Be sure to make him feel welcome" Kion yelled before running off.
Tamaa couldn't bear to think about his love at this time, but he seemed on edge like what if Ono is pregnant and he's not there. No, Kion gave me a direct order" He shook his head and stayed focused. "Hmm, no sign of Janja anywhere" He gaped "what if he had attacks Ono" He worried. His concerned self was through the roof, so he made a U-turn back to the Pride Lands.
Zazu was nesting next to Ono "I do hope Tamaa didn't get attacked," He said sadly. "No need to fret, I'm sure he's doing just fine," He said until the lion guard came running in "Ono, we came back to check on you," Kion said. "Yeah, we were worried about you,' Fuli said. "Is there anything you? Beshte asked. "Tamaa," The Egret said desperately. "Awww, he'll be back soon," Beshte said. "Didn't we send him to the outlands alone. Bunga asked, and that was when Fuli bonged him on the head. "Ouch, what did I say? The honey badger rubbed his head. "Alone in the Outlands" He choked and fainted, but Zazu successfully caught him in his wings. "Oh Bunga, you've done it now," The Red-Billed hornbill. "What did I do' He asked as Zazu was staring at him angerly. "We better go find Tamaa quick," Beshte said. "I agree, but we need to heal Ono's wing," Kion said. "I think Ono will be just fine," Fuli said when the Drongo flew in and landed next to his lover, looking like his heart was in a panic. "Tamaa," A faint Ono said as he opened his eyes. "I'm here' He picked the Egret. "Tamaa, where's the medicine? Kion asked.
"My apologies, but my boyfriend instances kicked in," H," Simba asked."Oh, well, we gotta find herbs," Kion said, Oh, how about Anga and Hadithi. 'Beshte asked. "No good, Anga is teaching him what she gained by herself," Kion replied, shaking his head."But who will get the herbs now? Beshte asked, worried. Simba walked into the cave and informed his son to come with him. "Sure, dad, everything alright? He asked. "Yes, Badili wants to talk to you about Ono," He said, walking out. "Ono, you'll be okay? He asked. Ignoring him, he just cuddled up with the Dongo who flew the injured bird up to their perch. "I'll never leave you," Tamaa said in a princely, smooth voice.
Outside, Rafiki was walking back and forth, which made Mapigano lower his head. "Hey, everything is going to be fine' Badili said and nuzzled his cheek, making him nuzzle back. "I'm not sure; I bullied you so much that I kicked you out of your own home," He said sadly. Suddenly, Badili saw Simba and his son coming down. Ah, Simba" The baboon walked up. "Hey, Kion...its been a while," Badili said with excitement. "so you two met I see," Simba asked. "Yeah," He looked at his dad, but sets his eyes on Mapigano and got mad, making the leopard chowder behind Badili. "I take it that you two had an unfortunate run-in? Simba asked. "We caught him bullying Badili and taking over his tree," Kion replied to his dad while keeping eyes locked on him. Mapigano knew his past would come back to haunt him. Badili explained to Kion that he has reformed. The teenage lion assumed Mapigano must've threatened him by pretending to respect the Circle Of Life. "Badili, what can you tell us to help Ono? Simba asked. "Oh, I think Mapigano could guide you" He stood aside, the stocky leopard uncovered his eyes, but refused to say anything.
"Badili, you know what to do," Kion said. "Right," He said and snarled at his mate, which resulted in his fur to stand up. "Alright, geez" Mapigano stood up and explained that he has been to the Outlands and knows all the routes. "That's better" Badili smiled a nuzzled his back-side. "Please, guide us there," Simba said. "Of course," Mapigano began walking to the exit. "Badili, you sure we can trust him...what if this is all a ruse? Kion said. "Yes, and if he steps out of line, I'll be ready" He smiled, feeling strong. "Is Ono with Tamaa? Simba asked as he saw the Drongo go into the den. "Yes, why do you ask? His son asked. "Well, now that Scar is history...I thought it would be nice to unwind," He said. Knowing Kion, he hates seeing his family in dangerous situations, but since Jasiri revamped those zones, he feels more confident.
Wait for me; I'm going to tell my friends," Kion said before departing into the den. Simba and Badili walked and stood beside Mapigano though Simba was questioning why Badili would fall in love with his bully. He watched as the two leopards showed how much they love each other while he just wishes he didn't see this.
It's been a while since I updated this, took me a while to figure out what path I was planning on taking, though. Anyway, I hope you like it. Furthermore, I want to point out that Mapigano's reformation did not sit well with Kion or Simba though Badili keeps him in check. I heard that Mapigano and Makucha are related in some way, now I don't know if this is true or not. I have UnBungalievable love for Tamma; I love his character a lot, it's no wonder Ono fell for him. I saw many Kion/Kovu shippers, so that was intentional
