Me: Here's chapter 6! I already had the chapter long ago, but it was on my old laptop and it died long ago with it, so I decided to finally stop being a sulking cherry of a lost chapter and redo it~ Enjoy~

Miyuki's POV
"Let me out!" I kept pounding on my door, shouting loudly. But I knew those darn bodyguards were ignoring me "Ugh! Stupid monkeys!" I shouted out louder calling them monkeys.
I panted softly, I felt the anger drain from my veins and in turn sadness filled my heart and soul. I fell to my knees, sobbing into my hands.
'Why? Why is father being so cruel? If I'm suck here, I'll never duel against Sora as the Mask Duelist.' I gasp silently.
The duel! I got up fast ran to my closet pulled out my Mask Duelist disguise and look at my mask, I wipe the tears away wearing a determined expression. I quickly but silently put on my outfit, fixing my hair than slide on the mask, narrowed my visible eyes slightly. Grab my light pink Duel Disk with a magenta gemstone, than I inserted my main deck. I also grab my fingerless gloves with a heart embroidered on the back of my hand.
I silently opening the window, finding a drain pip going down, I crawl out clinging on it than I climb down quiet as I can. When I got close to the bottom I jump down, landing safely on my feet than rushed to the Stadium, heart hammering in my chest hearing the MC announcing the next duel!
"Next Duel is Sora Sakamoto vs The Mask Duelist! This will be a great Duel people!"
I went faster, pushing my legs. I almost cried out in joy to make it, but I held it back panting heavily standing at the entrance. The people waiting their to look up in surprise, even confusion. I took a calm breath than walk over to the guy to lead me to my duel.
"This way Mask Duelist..." I nodded, following him.
I close my visible eye when I went up, I was hearing cheering with whistling people shouting both mine and Sora's name. I open my eyes when it stop, to look across to see Sora wearing a determined expression like I was. We lift my arm up with our Duel Disk, then with sync words we shouted out.
"Duel!"

"I'll go first! My Turn! Draw." She took out a card.
"I'll summon Luster Dragon in attack mode!" Luster Dragon appeared roaring than landed in front of Sora growling, it seems? Odd.
Luster Dragon, Level 4. ATK: 1900
"And place two cards face down, I end my turn." She set two cards down.
"My turn. Draw!" I put the new card in my hand "I summon a monster in face down defense mode! And I set down two cards face down, than I end my turn."

"Unbelievable people! First start, both Duelist has one monster on the field! Who will win victories!?" I groan in annoyance, that MC guy really does love his job.
"My Turn, Draw!" She pulled out a card, than sets it down face up "I activate Black Pendent from my hand, and equip it to my Luster Dragon, raising its attack by 500."
Luster Dragon, Level 4. ATK: 2400
"Battle! Luster Dragon, Luster Purge!" Luster Dragon roared, than sent a blue light of beam from it's mouth hitting my face down monster.
It flip up showing my Mystical Elf in a kneeling position like she was praying.
Mystical Elf, Level 4. DEF: 2000
The Attack destroyed it, but thankfully I didn't lose any Life Points.
With a smile under my mask "Hm, good one Sora. You are pretty strong...I just can't wait to see that Synchro Monster of yours."
"Thanks! I'll try to get it on the field then." She smiles "I end my turn."

I nodded "Draw! Heh, I would love that." Smiling under my mask "I summon Kuribon in attack mode!
Kuribon, Level 1. ATK: 300
Kuribon flew around me happily then flew to whee my Mystical Elf used to be.
"And I end my turn."
With Lua, Luca and the others
"Wow! She has a Kuribon just like me Lua!" Luca was gleeful! How couldn't she NOT feel happy? One of her idols had the same card as she does, she really can't wait to meet her in person, not even knowing she already did.
Lua smiled slightly "Y-yeah." he knew who the person behind that mask, he promised not to tell anyone. But even if she's dueling their caretaker and friend, he can't feel worried. He wants both to win, but he promised himself whoever wins or loses he'll congratulate them both.
"Huh? Is something wrong Lua? Wait...d-do you have a crush on 'The Mask Duelist'?" Luca spilled out on shock but teasing smiling causing said boy to blush and stuttered out.
"But what I don't understand is why The Mask Duelist brought Kuribon out, its effect causes her opponents to gain life points by destroying it..." Tanner Bolt spoke up frowning, trying to figure out why the mysterious Mask Duelist is helping.
Back with Sora and Mask Duelist
No One's POV
"My Turn! Draw." She draws a card from her deck "I activate Thunder Dragon's Effect!" She shows me her Thunder Dragon's card "By discarding one, I can add up to two from my deck to my hand."
The Mask Duelist visible eye perk up smiling under her mask "I see, I have a feeling you might be summoning Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon?"
Sora smiles "Yes, that's what I'm planning to do. I set one card face down, and end my turn."
"Wow! So far none of them haven't attacked folks! It's like their waiting for something big!" Both Duelist sweat drop.
"Heh, then please do not hold back Sora. Hit me with your best shot." she winks with her visible eye "
Sora nodded feeling excited and determined, she needs to win so The Mask Duelist doesn't have to Duel Akiza.
"Alright, I'll do that."
The Mask Duelist nodded "My turn. Draw!" She draws a card from her deck "I summon Buten in attack mode!" Buten squeals rand around my feet then beside my Kuribon, heh, so cute~
Buten, Level 1. ATK: 200
"Turn end. Remember Sora...Show me, show me how strong you 'really' are!"
"Whoa! You hear that folks! This is going to be a interesting round!" MC announced in excitement.
Sora nods "You got it! My turn, draw!" she draws a card from her deck "battle! Luster Dragon, attack Kuribon! Luster purge!" Luster Dragon roared opening its mouth sending a blue light beam from its mouth hitting Kuribon destroying it "I end my turn."

"Good job Sora, I'm excited to see more. Draw!" She draws a card from her deck "I tribute Buten to special summon 'Tethys, Goddess of Light!"
Tethys, Goddess of Light, Level 5. ATK: 2400
"And I activate my Spell card; Mystical Space Typhoon! And I pick Black Pendent!"
The Spell card destroys the Black Pendent card "Since you sent Black Pendent to my graveyard, you take 500 life points!"

"Battle! Tethys, Goddess of Light, attack Luster Dragon!"
But before Tethys, Goddess of Light attacked Sora brought her hand up.
"Not so fast! I activate my face down, Compulsory Evacuation Device! And I choose my Luster Dragon!" Before Thethys, Goddess of Light hit Luster Dragon, it disappeared back to Sora's hand hitting Sora.
The Mask Duelist visible eye widen in shock and surprise, she wasn't expecting that! She thought she would send her Tethys, Goddess of Light back in her hand not her own and taking a huge chunk of damage.

With Lua, Luca and the others
"W-what the heck!? Sora just sacrificed her own Life Points to save her Luster Dragon!" Lua shouted out in shock and disbelief.
"W-why did she do that?" Luca ask in confusion.
Tanner shook his head, confused as the rest of them "I have no clue...but we just have to trust in what she's doing." He told the twins while watching both Duelist with narrowed eyes, arms cross across his chest.
"I think Sora will win this, she's planning on summoning a strong monster so she needs all the monsters she can get." Dexter spoke up fixing his glasses slightly.
"Eh!?" Lua looks at his Caretaker then at The Mask Duelist who is actually Miyuki, he hope she would win but...he shivers slightly, he hope Sora wins cause he didn't want to see Miyuki get hurt. He knows Sora can handle Akiza better than Miyuki can.
Back with Sora and The Mask Duelist
The Mask Duelist sweat drop 'T-that was completely random of Sora.' The Mask Duelist thought.
"Whoa! Sora Sakamoto, just sacrificed her own Life Points for her Luster Dragon! Oh boy! It seems to be getting hot down their!" MC shouted out in glee now.
'Wow...creepy much?' The Mask Duelist thought feeling creep out slightly by the MC's words.
"Turn end."

"My turn, draw!" She draws a card from her deck looking at the card, smiling. She looks up at The Mask Duelist "It seems you'll be getting your wish soon Mask Dueler! I activate Double Summon from my hand, so I can have two normal summons this turn."
"Hm." She tilts her head curiously.
"So I summon Luster Dragon back in attack mode and Delta Flyer in attack mode too!"
Both monsters appeared with more determined looks.
Luster Dragon, Level 4. ATK: 2400
Delta Flyer, Level 3. ATK: 1500
The Mask Duelist lips under her mask widen "I see, I might see its beauty sooner then I thought." she mumbled softly.
"I tune my level three Delta Flyer with my level four Luster Dragon!"
Delta Flyer glowed and turned into three balls of light, which flew into the air. Luster Dragon flew after them, and when the lights turned into rings, the dragon turned into four balls of light inside of them.
"Banish the shadows of this world with the powers of the stars. Spread those luminous and beautiful wings, and take flight!" A pillar of light shot up from the rings, and an outline could be seen from inside the light. "Synchro Summon! Come forth, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon!"
Clear Wing appeared on the field, with light shooting through the Crystals on its body, before it spun around, and let out a fearsome roar. Sora suddenly felt her right arm burn, but she ignored it.
Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, Level 7. ATK: 2500
Suddenly The Mask Duelist started to giggle softly, then it turn into a loud giggle of glee causing everyone in the stadium, Sora and MC guy to sweat drop. She clap her hands together smiling happily.
"It is beautiful Sora! Now, I'll show you my beauty~" she winks with her visible eye.
Sora smiles softly "Thanks. I end my turn."
"Time to make this a good show Sora! Draw!" Draws the top card from her deck "I set one card down, next I normal summon my Valkyrie of The Nordic Ascendant in attack mode!"
Valkyrie of The Nordic Ascendant, Level 2. ATK: 400
Sora narrowed her eyes slightly in thought "Wait...what are you...?"
With Lua, Luca and the others
"Huh? Wait...guys, tell me if I'm wrong but...The Mask Duelist two monsters a level two and a Level five. Is she going to Synchro Summon?" Lua ask with aw and curiousness.
"Yeah...I think she's going to Synchro summon for the first time!" Luca shouted out in excitement, finally seeing her idol Synchro summon a monster."
"Hm, the question is; What synchro monster will she summon?"
"We'll just have to find out, cause she's doing it now!" Dexter shouted out pointing to The Mask Duelist.
Back with Sora and The Mask Duelist
"I tune my level two Valkyrie of The Nordic Ascendant with my level five Tethys, Goddess of Light!
Valkyrie of The Nordic Ascendant glowed and turned into two balls of light, which flew into the air. Tethys, Goddess of Light flew after them, and when the lights turned into rings, the Goddess turned into five balls of light inside of them.
"Through the clouds of despair, a ray of hope shines through. It descends now to face the foe." A pillar of light shot up from the rings, and an outline could be seen from inside the light. "Shine! Ancient Sacred Wyvern!"
Ancient Sacred Wyvern appeared on the field, it shot through the air then floats with its long blond hair floating along with it. It gave out a sharp but mighty roar.
Ancient Sacred Wyvern, Level 7. ATK: 2100
With Lua, Luca and the others
"Whoa! Its Ancient Sacred Wyvern! Holy cow!" Lua was awed, with a grinning face.
Luca giggled softly, shaking her head at her brother easy to be excited.
"Oh Lua...but isn't its effects have to do with your Life Points?" Luca ask curious.
Tanner Bolt Nodded "Correct, if her Life Points is higher then her opponents, her life points gains equal in the difference, 'but' if her life points are lower then her opponents her Wyvern's attack loses equal in the differences." he explained to them.
"Oh! So...her Wyvern can't beat Clear Wing!"
Back with Sora and The Mask Duelist
"Since I summon my Wyvern its effect automatically activated, sadly since your life points are higher than mine my Wyvern loses 500 attack points." The Mask Duelist announced, like she knew.
Ancient Sacred Wyvern, Level 7. ATK: 1600
"Woah..." Sora looks up in aw at how beautiful her Wyvern was.
"What you think of my beautiful Wyvern Sora? Even if he can't damage your Clear Wing." she giggles softly "Let's get serious, shall we?" smiles softly.
Sora nodded chuckling "He sure is. Yes, we shall."
"End turn."
"My turn. Draw!" she took the top card of her deck, with a small smirk "I activate Polymerization from my hand, fusing my two Thunder Dragons together to summon Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon in attack mode!"
Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon, Level 7. ATK: 2800
"Crap..." The Mask Duelist mumbled in a cold sweat 'Hmm, why is Sora all of a sudden determined to beat me? And she way too serious...' She thought in curiousness and confusion.
"Battle! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, attack Ancient Sacred Wyvern! Hell Dive Whirlwind Slasher!" Clear Wing flew up into the air and she saw that its crystals started to have light shoot through them once again, as it did a loop-de-loop before it dived towards Ancient Sacred Wyvern with light green wind spinning around it. It flew right into Ancient Sacred Wyvern, destroying it, but before he was completely gone, only known by Sora he growl lowly then nodding its head at her.
The Mask Duelist bit the bottom of her lip to keep from trembling 'Wyvern...' She thought with sadness, she close her eyes imagining her biological mothers gentle kind smile, holding back her tears.

With Lua, Luca and the others
Luca frowns, she was the only one that saw The Mask Duelist body language.
"That's weird..."
"Huh? What's wrong Luca?"
"...Look at The Mask Duelist Nii-san, she turn her head away, her fist clinch right when her Ancient Sacred Wyvern was destroyed..."
"Eh!?" Lua does what his sister said, looking at his disguised friend he too see it even though her head was turned away it worried him, he wanted to get down their to comfort her but he knew he can't, and that irritated him to know end!
"Yeah...maybe Wyvern was special to her?" Dexter spoke up getting both twins attention.
They turn back to the Duel with worried and sad eyes at The Mask Duelist.
Back with Sora and The Mask Duelist
"Next, Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon, attack The Mask Duelist directly! Thunder Blast!"

"I end my turn."
"My turn...draw." The Mask Duelist was happy Sora wasn't going easy, but...losing her Wyvern was like losing her mother all over again, and that shattered her soul.
She took the top card of her deck "I set one card down and end my turn..."
"It seems like The Mask Duelist is giving up soon folks! We all know who will win this round!" MC announced not caring that it hurts the Mask Dueler more.
She hangs her head in a shame reaction, causing Sora to frown in worried and mad at the MC announcer guy.
"Hey, Mask Dueler!" She lift her head up confused, Sora smiled "Don't give up yet!"
Feeling better at Sora's kind words, she smiled slightly.
"My turn, draw!" she took the top card from her deck, smiling apologetic "Sorry about this, Mask Duelist, but our duel ends here."
The Mask Duelist chuckled softly "It's alright Sora...bring it. I had a interesting and fun time with this duel."
"Battle! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, attack The Mask Duelist directly! Hell Dive Whirlwind Slasher!"

Miyuki's POV
My heart was racing, mostly I wanted to run and cry. I know its silly seeing Duel Monster get destroyed, but that was my momma's favorite card. But I smiled slightly at Sora, then turn around and left. When I step off the elevator, Yusei was their telling me I did good. Thanking him softly, I look down and speed walk pass a confused Yusei. My speed walking turn to a small jog, then a full sprint I didn't know where I was going but I didn't care, I wanted away so I can cry alone.
I found a spot, no one wasn't around falling to my knees pulled my mask off and tossed it down in anger at myself, it felt like I failed in protecting my mother's prized card and friend.
"Miyuki..."
My body frozed, glossy eyes widen slightly but I was too scared to face him.
"Come on, Miyuki! Look at me...please." Lua begged me.
Eyes shut tightly, I turn around with tears still rolling down my face, lips trembling. I rest my clinch fist against my chest, turning my eyes away.
