Somewhere in an abandoned building in the city was Kent, who was out of cross-fusion. He was sitting on a table with his arms crossed.
"Well, seems we got off on a good start" Said Kent with a small grin.
"...it appears to be so" replied a voice from the PET on his hip
"Then tell me, what are we gonna do?" Asked Kent to his netnavi
"... let's cause a bit of trouble at SciLabs" the Navi suggested, wanting to test his power even farther.
The grin on his face grew a bit longer.
At the hospital, Maylu and Jasmine were lying on two beds parallel to each other.
"Mmmm..."
"...!"
Maylu shot her eyes open as she yelled at the same time. Causing Jasmine bolt awake and falling off her bed.
"Oh?" Said Maylu to see Jasmine hanging off her bed from the sudden yell.
"What are you doing hanging off your bed?" Asked Maylu
"You startled me with your sudden yell of course" Jasmine replied to Maylu with an irritated face.
"Well seems that you two are finally awake." A voice came from the doorway. The girls looked over to see the source of the voice.
"Chaud!" Said the girls union
"Yes, it's me"
"What happened to us?" Asked Maylu
"You two were found unconscious after your battle with Lan" explained Chaud.
"...wait! where are our netnavis?" Said Jasmine noticing that their PETs weren't around.
"You're PETs were heavily damaged and are now being fixed" Said Chaud answering her question.
"Ok..."
"Wait what happened to Lan?" Asked Maylu
"We don't know anything about his current whereabouts"
And with that Chaud left the room
In front of the SciLabs entrance stood someone with red sunglasses with a black short sleeve shirt with black shorts with purple lines going down the sides and black shoes and to complete the look was a purple headband with a symbol in the forehead, it was a yellow circle with red in the middle with and black slash going across it.
"Well we're here now," Said the person with a smile
"...go..." said something from the device from his left shoulder
"...fine" he replied as he walked towards the doors
At the Hospital the girls were getting ready to leave, the bill was paid off by Chaud
"Well, time to go home." Maylu knew that they wouldn't find out anything right away.
"I'm going to my apartment" Said Jasmine
"...wait, what about our netnavis" Said Maylu remembering
"Oh, that's right, let's go." Jasmine ran out of the room door and was outside the Hospital entrance in a matter of seconds.
"...we're on the 32nd floor..." said Maylu dumbfounded.
Once they got to Scilabs they waited eagerly for their netnavis.
"Well you're PETs will be done with repairing soon, they were damaged a lot during your battle," Said
Both girls sat down at the lobby. Neither girl was willing to start a conversation.
*15 minutes later*
"Welcome back Roll/Medi," Said the girls in a union.
"Glad to be back!" Said their navies cheerfully in response.
Around the corner stood the red sunglasses boy watching them with a smirk on his face
"Well they're all better," he said surprised that they had recovered so quickly.
"Kent...let's go," the Navi ordered his operator.
"...fine" and with that Kent went down the hall without anyone noticing him as they reached the middle of the building.
"Ready?" Said Kent then getting a nod from this Navi.
"Crossfusion" Said Kent as he put the chip in the PET.
The light died down to reveal CF Bass-Cross. He raised his arms over his head.
"Let's start some trouble!" He yelled as he summoned an Earthbreaker
*BOOOOOOOOOM*
"What was that?" Asked collapsing to the floor.
"He's here," Said Chaud putting his hand on his PET surprised that he'd be attacking so soon.
