So I know that it's been a long time since I've updated this story, but If you've noticed recently I started to write more stories on here. Those are mostly for fun, but I also started to write my own superhero story. That took up a bit of my time so I'm sorry if it cut into that. That being said let's jump right into the next chapter of Demon Fairy that I hope you all enjoy.

{Earthland – Kingdom of Fiore, City of Onibas – Train Station}

The Fairy Tail Mages and Exorcist were about to face off against the dark guild Eisenwald. Tensions were rising as Rin reached for the red sleeve that holds Kurikara ready to draw it at a moments notice.

"You guys take care of these flies, I'll go broadcast the flute" Erigor said as he flew away further into the train station!

"Natsu, Gray go after him!" Erza said suddenly shocking the both of them "If the two of you work together then I know that you can beat him. Lucy, Rin, and I will find a way to defeat the rest of them." As she was saying this Natsu and Gray could only glare at each other with an intense dislike for one another.

"Are you listening to me?!" Erza shouted as the two snapped to attention

"Aye sir!" the two of them said as they began to run after Erigor.

One of the Eisenwald mages noticed this and ran after them with Kageyama right behind him.

"Such pretty girls it'd be a shame to kill em" An Eisenwald member A said

"Let's sell em on the black market instead" Member B suggested

"Not after a quick strip tease!" Member C said with hearts in his eyes

"What should we do with the boy?" Member A asked

"Who cares? Let's just kill the bastard" Member C said

"You lot really are nothing but slime." Erza said as she summoned a sword to her hand. She then took notice to Rin and how he stepped in front of her.

"You know, I've met some bad people before, but you guys are worse than any demon I've come across." Rin said as he drew Kurikara from its sheath. As he did his tail came free, his ears pointed out similar to that of an elf's, and blue flames began to dance around his body.

"He's a fire mage too?" Lucy wondered out loud as both he and Erza charged towards to group of dark wizards.

Faster than they could perceive it Erza and Rin began to thin their number fairly easily. Erza started off by using her sword to push one group back before switching her sword out for a pike, swinging it widely to scatter the dark mages. She then switched out her pike for twin blades and began weaving through another cluster of enemies.

Rin on the other hand was using his sword to block a great deal of attacks while also bringing up his flames in order to keep most of the dark guild at bay. He began to swing his sword while sending out a wave of blue flames knocking back another group. As a few of the Eisenwald members decided to surround Rin and overpower him he stabbed the tip of his blade into the ground and send out a series of blue flames the exploded causing the would be attackers to be sent flying.

Erza deciding to finish things quickly changed her armor. While this happened the remaining members of Eisenwald stopped as Erza began to be covered in a bright light. Her current set of armor began to disappear and only her silhouette could be seen. This caused the Eisenwald members to howl in excitement and Rin and Lucy to look on in awe and a bit of embarrassment.

When the light faded Erza emerged in a revealing silver armor with what appeared to be metal feathers, with a matching tiara and metal wings. She had a one handed sword in each hand and twelve of the same sword floating in a half circle behind her.

"And I thought Shura had a weird sense of fashion." Rin thought as he regrouped with his current allies.

"How do you want to deal with them?" He asked

"I'll take care of the rest of them, you and Lucy go help Natsu and Gray" Erza said not looking towards Rin.

"I'm not just going to leave you by yourself, cool guys don't run away when a girl's in trouble!" Rin said thinking back to one of the many lessons he learned from father Fujimoto….when he wasn't reading his 'research material'

"You're defying me?" Erza said glaring at Rin

Seeing this, Lucy decided to do what she said and ran further into the train station with Happy right behind her.

"I'm not running, I'm sure you can handle this on your own but I'm not going to take that chance." Rin said standing his ground.

Erza could only smile at his determination to stay and looked on towards the remaining Eisenwald mages.

"Then help me by taking on the group on the right." She said willing her swords to spin in a clockwise motion

"Fine by me!" Rin said as he flared up once more

"Circle Sword!"

"Satan Slash!"

The two yelled out as they charged in to deal with the last of Eisenwald's forces.

Erza's swords flew toward the Eisenwald mages on the left side of the room while a wave of blue flames collided with the group on the right side of the room.

In one fell swoop, the large group was soundly defeated with only a few stray members barely holding on to consciousness.

"Damn it! Who are you monsters?!"

"Erza the Titania"

"Rin Okumura, Exwire"

After the dust settled Erza noticed that one Eisenwald member managed to get back up and ran out of the main foyer. She was about to give chase when she suddenly tensed up.

"Lucy, Rin, go after him quickly!"

Noticing the man running from the room Rin began to give chase

Lucy, not wanting to make Erza angry, followed right behind him.

After the two left the room the red haired mage took a knee and began to regain her breath.

{Hours Later}

After Natsu and Gray went to look for Erigor, they found out a few details.

Erigor wasn't targeting the town they were in, their real target was Clover where all the guild masters were currently gathered.

They were trapped with a massive wall of wind that would rip them to shreds if they so much as touched it.

And lastly, Erigor was currently on his way to Clover with the Lullaby flute.

After trying to find a way out, they decided that digging would be effective, but none of them knew any earth magic. At the mention of this Happy gave Lucy a golden key that held the spirit Virgo.

After a she introduced herself to Lucy, Virgo dug a hole that lead outside the wall of wind where the Fairy Tail mages could think of their next move.

"We have to take the magic four wheeler and go after Erigor, it's the only way we catch up to him in time." Erza said still breathing heavily

"No way Erza, you're too exhausted to drive" Gray said proppering her up with his shoulder.

"Guys?" Lucy said holding her hand up

"So you're saying that you would rather the master die?!" The armored mage yelled.

"I'm not saying that, but catching this guy is no use if you can barely stand when we find him!" the ice make wizard yelled back.

"Guys!" Lucy shouted

"What?!" both Gray and Erza yelled in response to the blonde

"Natsu, Rin, Happy, and Kuro are all gone." Lucy said pointing out that the resident pyromaniac and their guest were nowhere to be seen.

{Earthland - Kingdom of Fiore - Tracks leading to Clover}

"You know, you didn't have to come with me" Natsu said as he and happy were flying through the air

"You guys are after a demon right?" Rin asked riding on Kuro's back

"Kind of, yeah."

"Okay then, and exorcists job is to take care of demons" Rin said grinning

"Whatever you say man" Natsu said laughing a bit

The two kept going at full speed along the tracks until they spotted their target, Erigor.

"Are you ready Rin?!" the dragon slayer asked as he flared up his magic

"Hell yeah!" the son of satan replied as he summoned his own demonic flames.

As they closed in Rin jumped off of Kuro's back and into the air while Natsu used his flames to speed himself and Happy up.

Erigor could barely turn around as he got assaulted by a sped up drop kick from Natsu and flying right hook from Rin.

Erigor hit the ground hard, but he was still able to stand, meanwhile both Happy and Kuro were too exhausted to keep their respective forms and collapsed not too far behind Natsu and Rin.

"What are you two doing here? I thought I trapped you flies back at the train station?"

"Heh, isn't it obvious?" Rin asked as he drew Kurikara

"We're here to kick your ass you windy bastard" Natsu said as he set his fists ablaze

Again, sorry for the cliffhanger and the long wait. As much as I don't like the Lullaby arc, it was the best place to introduce Rin to the main cast. Lucky for me, next chapter should be it in terms of the Lullaby arc. I decided to gloss over canon things that don't need to be changed in order to save time. For example, how Lucy gets Virgo's key isn't any different than the manga. Sure I could have Rin comment on it, but the interaction isn't worth retelling the whole scene.

Anyways, next time Rin and Natsu vs Erigor and the climax of the Lullaby arc.
