All right, here's the next chapter to the story. I call this one "Swordsman vs Sorceress" because now that the queen has been corrupted by an evil spirit, and now Elsa and King Adgar will turn to Daniel for help. What will happen to the queen though? Let's find out.
King Adgar and both his daughters had gone into Daniel's room, where he was laying sound asleep, snoring loudly.
"Daniel. Daniel, wake up," King Adgar said shaking his body trying to wake him.
"No, sir. I'll gladly help out." Daniel arose almost instantly, slightly startling the king. "Is it morning already?" He said all groggy.
"No. Daniel, listen to me. I don't mean to wake you so soon, but we have a problem. It's Idun, she..." King Adgar hesitated to tell him what happened.
"She what?" Daniel asked rubbing his eyes and he looked to the king's terrified expression, and he began to realize what the king was trying to tell him. "Oh, no." Daniel face palmed himself. "Your Majesty, please tell me that she did not go against my direct orders, and opened the spell book."
"I'm afraid so. When Idun opened the book something very strange happened to her. She-"
"I know." Daniel said and groaned in slight frustration as he laid back down for a second. "This is why I said not to open that book, because this is exactly what I was afraid would happen. According to the rest of that story I told you, Glynda Warton didn't just use her magic to protect her spell book from being destroyed; She also transferred a part of her soul into it, so that she could one day return by possessing the first person who opened it. I'm sorry. I should've told you that last part, but I thought I'd worried you enough as it was."
"It's not your fault," Anna said to him.
"She's right. You've already done plenty for us to trust you, son. I just wish Idun would have listened to you like the rest of us," said King Adgar. "Now, listen to me, Daniel. I know that Idun hasn't been the nicest person to you, but we need your help to save her. Please, I'm begging you, don't let us lose her to this evil spirit."
"Don't worry about a thing, Your Majesty. I'm not just gonna ignore a person in distress. It wouldn't be right of me if I just sat here and did nothing."
"Thank you. I owe you so much for this."
"So where is she, then?" Daniel asked throwing the bed covers off himself to reveal he was still wearing his same clothes that he'd been wearing all day.
"You sleep in your clothes?" Anna asked surprised.
"Yeah. And Elsa tells me you drool in your sleep," Daniel responded.
"Elsa!" Anna turned and looked sternly at her sister.
Elsa just backed away nervously without a word.
"So as I said, where is she?" Daniel asked again.
"We don't know," the king replied. "After the book corrupted her, she burst out the window and disappeared."
"Well, we'll need to run a search around the kingdom; Search for any suspicious activity," Daniel said putting on his boots.
Meanwhile, the possessed Queen Idun was now walking up to the North Mountain, like how Elsa had when she ran away from Arendelle on her coronation, and she was walking up to the snow queen's ice palace, carrying her spell book in her left hand.
"Ah, perfect. This will do rather nicely for my new home. It's much better than that old cottage."
The sorceress in the queen's body began to walk up the stairs to the ice palace.
Before she could get to the staircase however, Marshmallow, who was asleep next to the staircase arose and looked towards the possessed queen.
"Go away!" Marshmallow said to her, but the sorceress only glared at the snow behemoth and continued walking.
When she didn't listen to his warning, Marshmallow got enraged, and then sharp icicles grew from his fingers and back, then he bellowed loudly.
He rushed towards the sorceress, and attempted to swipe her with his icicle claws.
The sorceress smirked then put her right hand out in front of her, conjuring and eerie green glowing barrier. And After stopping Marshmallow from attacking, she shot a blast of magic at him in that same green color, which knocked the behemoth back, and made him fall off of the edge of the cliff.
"Pathetic creature," Glynda Warton said and continued to make her way to the staircase.
After stepping foot onto the first step, black and purple shrouds began to cover the bottom step, and it spread across the rest of the icy staircase as she walked up it.
When the black and purple shrouds faded, the rails on the stairs had turned black and pointy, and the steps had turned to a dark gray metal.
Glynda Warton then waved her hand in front of the palace doors, making them swing open on her own and she walked into the palace.
"Ah, yes. This palace will do perfect. Though I do believe a change of scenery is in order."
The evil sorceress then put her book down on the floor, then threw her hands up into the air, and then more black and purple shrouds started to come from underneath her feet, and began to spread all across Elsa's ice palace, changing it completely from the inside out, so that it was now black and dark gray everywhere.
The chandelier on the ceiling became dark gray and metallic with lit torches all around it, while the dark shrouds then turned the frozen fountain into a cauldron.
The sorceress laughed wickedly as she had completely changed the ice palace, into a witch's castle.
Back at the Arendelle castle, the king had dispatched all available guards, who rode out of the castle on horses to patrol the kingdom, find the possessed queen, and keep the citizens safe.
While half the guards made their way through the streets of Arendelle, lit only by the light posts, and the other half made their way out of civilization and through the wilderness.
"I've got all guards out searching the kingdom, and keeping the citizens indoors safely," said King Adgar as he and Daniel, along with Elsa and Anna walked through the courtyard, each of them now wearing their original clothes. "One of them is bound to find Idun."
"So when they find our mother, how exactly do you plan on saving her?" Anna asked Daniel.
"There's only one way to end this: I've got to get the spell book back and destroy it; Once it's destroyed, every one of Glynda Warton's spells will be undone, and her spirit that's possessing the queen will be no more."
"I think you know as well as I do, that it's not gonna be easy," Elsa chimed in.
"You're right," Daniel nodded. "I know all too well that she's not just gonna give up her book so easily. And I think that I'm gonna need all the help I can get." The swordsman said looking back to Elsa.
"You need my help?" Elsa said slightly blushing.
"Well, you are the only other one here with magic. And I meant what I said to you earlier. When we're together, I feel stronger than I ever thought I could be. There's no one else I'd rather have by my side, except you."
"In that case, I'll be there for you when you need me."
"Aww. My sister's in love," Anna said sweetly to them both.
"Anna, now is no time for that right now. We're dealing with a very serious matter here," Daniel said to the her.
"He's right, Anna. What we're dealing with is a matter of life and death. Our mother is in great danger, and we have to focus," Elsa said.
"I know that. But maybe when this is over, you two could go on a date," the princess said scrunching her nose at them.
"Date?!" Elsa and Daniel said in unison and in shock.
"She could be right, you know," King Adgar spoke up and crossed his arms over his chest. "After all you've been through together, I think you could do well on a date."
Before either one of the two could say anything else, they were interrupted by a few guards riding up to them.
"Your Majesty, we believe we've encountered something suspicious," the leading guard said to the king.
"What did you find?" King Adgar asked.
"We were making our way through the forest and we saw some suspicious activity going on up in the North Mountains. The snow clouds that Queen Elsa had conjured up there are now clouds of a strange black mist."
"Well, I think it's safe to say we know where the queen is," Daniel spoke out.
"Thank you, Captain. Now gather up the rest of the guards, and make sure all the Arendelle citizens stay safe in their homes."
"Yes, sir," the captain said as he and his men rode off towards the town.
The king, Elsa and Anna all made their way to the stables, to get their horses to ride up to the mountain, while Daniel called on his loyal horse, Blaze.
"Well, girl. We've got yet another situation. This one's gonna be tough." The swordsman said to his gray haired horse.
"So how is it you can make that horse appear and disappear like that?" Anna asked as the three returned walking by their horses.
"The note that came with her said that she's a spirit horse. From what it all explained, spirit horses are neither alive nor are they dead, but can be called from the afterlife by their chosen riders. I've rode her into many battles, and neither of us have anything to be afraid of, because we both know she can't die." Daniel then mounted the back of his horse. "Are you ready?"
"Yes," the three said in unison, climbing onto their horses backs as well.
"Let's ride," Daniel said snapping the reins on his horse, making her run off out of the gates, and Elsa, Anna and King Adgar followed behind him.
After riding through the forest late at night, it was dark out, but the full moon in the night sky gave them just enough light to see where they were going.
While going through the forest, they encountered no goblins, no wolves, or anything else dangerous among the way, and the four had rode their horses all through the greenery of the forest, making their way up to the North Mountain to save Queen Idun.
After a couple of hours of going, the trio came upon an area where the North Mountain could be seen in the far distance, but something didn't look right up there.
"Is it just me, or does it seem darker than usual up there?" Anna asked the other three.
"Glynda Warton must have used her powers to cover the North Mountain in shadows," Daniel responded. "This is bad. We have to hurry." He urged his horse to move again, and she took off running again.
As they got higher up, things began to grow darker, for what was once a beautiful forest of icy craftsmanship, and snow covered grounds and trees, was now covered in shadows, and the trees were now leafless with scary, twisty and pointy branches.
"This forest used to look so beautiful, but now it's giving me the chills," Anna said.
"You and me both," Elsa said to her sister.
"But this just means we're almost there. We can't stop now," Daniel said back to them.
"This dark fog is making it hard to see through here," said King Adgar.
Daniel then cloaked his right hand in fire, giving them some light. "Stay close to me. We're very close."
The swordsman, the king, the snow queen and the eager princess all continued making their way through the now dark forest, to get to the palace.
After almost another half hour of going through, they'd arrived at the palace, and when they all looked through the dark fog and up to the palace, each one of them gazed in shock.
"What did she do to my ice palace?" Elsa spoke out.
"It used to be beautiful, now it looks like something out of a nightmare," Daniel said. "But don't worry. Like I said, once we put a stop to that wicked witch, all her magic will be undone, and your transformed ice palace, and the forest will be turned back to how they were."
The swordsman dismounted his horse and looked to the snow queen. "Are you ready?"
"I hope so. This is all new to me. I've used my powers to help save Arendelle from those goblins, but I never thought I'd have to use them to fight an evil sorceress."
"As long as we stick by each other through it all, I know we can overcome this and save Queen Idun."
Elsa cracked a small smile. "You're right. We just need to keep believing in ourselves."
"Be careful, you two," King Adgar said from behind them as he and Anna stayed on the backs of their horses, looking to Elsa and Daniel with concern.
"We will be," Elsa replied.
"Do you think they can really overcome this, Father?" Anna asked the king.
"I trust Daniel, Anna; I'd trust him with all our lives. He's never let us down while protecting us. With Elsa by his side, I'm positive they can beat back the evil spirit possessing your mother."
"So what's the plan, Daniel?" Elsa asked as the two made their way up the now metal staircase.
"We have to get back the spell book, take it to the Kings' Grave, undo the protection spell on it, then destroy it once and for all. Simple enough, right?"
"I think it's easier said than done."
"When you're right, you're right," Daniel responded and he pushed open the doors as they both walked inside.
Elsa gazed all around in shock at the change of scenery to her once beautiful ice palace. "This place. It's such a nightmare."
"Don't you like it?" said another voice.
The swordsman and the snow queen both looked at the top of the staircase to see the possessed Queen Idun watching over them.
"You turned my beautiful ice palace into a that out of a nightmare. No, I do not like what you've done with it," Elsa said to the sorceress.
"I wished this would never happen. And I wish it was really only a story about you, Glynda Warton. It's time you got what's coming to you." Daniel said.
The sorceress however just chuckled sinisterly. "You think you can match me, you pathetic human being."
"Last I checked, it was a bunch of humans that caused you to die in the first place." Daniel retaliated.
"They simply managed to destroy my old body, but as long as I have this book," She held out her spell book. "I shall never be stopped."
"We'll see about that, witch. I didn't go through everything I went through today just to let that book fall into the wrong hands, nor allow you to return."
"Yes, I see. I can see through the memories of this inhabitant, it was you who found my book. Therefor it's thanks you that I've been able to return to this world. I suppose I should thank you for your troubles. And I know just how to do it!" the sorceress yelled aloud then shot another eerie green blast from her hand at Daniel.
But before her blast could do any harm, Daniel raised his right fist into the air, conjuring a shield of light over himself and Elsa.
Glynda Warton gasped in shock at his retaliation.
"Did you think you were the only one here who was skilled in magic?" Daniel said making his shield vanish.
"Perhaps you could be of some use to me. Kneel before me, and I may let you live to be my servant."
"Fat chance. You're time is through here, Glynda Warton. We're sending you back to where you came from."
"Let my mother go, or else you're gonna regret it," Elsa said to the sorceress.
"Wrong. It's the both of you who are going to regret coming here and challenging me!" Glynda Warton yelled then shot another green magic blast from her hands at both Elsa and Daniel.
Elsa put up a wall of ice to block the magic blast, but it'd shattered almost instantly when it came in contact, and the snow queen moved out of sight.
She glared up to the wicked sorceress possessing her mother, then shot an icy blast from her hands towards her.
Glynda Warton however smirked and countered with another magical green blast, which had easily began to overpower Elsa's icy blast.
Before the sorceress could do anything to Elsa though, Daniel ran towards the staircase then jumped high, while drawing his sword, and he yelled aloud as he descended towards Glynda Warton, preparing to strike her down.
The sorceress looked to him coming at her, and instantly vanished in a puff of dark gray smoke from where she was standing in, just before Daniel landed back on his feet, making the swordsman swing and miss.
Glynda Warton then reappeared behind Daniel and blasted him over the staircase with another green magic blast.
As he began to fall, the swordsman stretched out his hands behind his back, landed on them, then quadruple black-flipped back onto his feet.
"This could be very amusing. I'm going to enjoy inflicting pain upon you both." She then began to float up and then descended onto the main floor in front of Elsa and Daniel. "Oh, how you'll scream for mercy, and beg me for death by the time I'm done with you two."
"The thing is, I don't beg," Daniel said to her sheathing his sword. "And I'm not easily defeated. Not after all those years of training myself to use these powers and abilities. And with Elsa's help, together we're going to take you down."
Elsa glared at her possessed mother and twirled her hands around in front of herself with her icy magic.
Daniel then cloaked his hands in fire, creating a ball of it.
Then both the swordsman and the snow queen let loose their ice and fire blasts at the sorceress.
Glynda Warton countered and shot two of her green magic blasts, which countered both of theirs.
"Now!" Daniel yelled as they stopped shooting their fire and ice blasts, and then Elsa quickly created a wall of ice around them to shield them from Glynda Warton's green magic blasts.
Daniel then held out his hands for her and Elsa ran towards him, took the swordsman's hands, and then he lifted her off her feet, spun her around in a circle a few times, then tossed her up towards the sorceress.
Glynda Warton looked to see the snow queen descending towards her and prepared to shoot another blast at her, but Elsa made a quicker move, and shot another icy blast at her possessed mother, which had encased her where she stood in ice.
After she did so, and landed on her feet, Elsa looked to see a book stand, right near the two staircases, and on that stand was the spell book.
"It's the book," Elsa said with glee.
"Grab it and let's get out of here," Daniel said up to her.
Elsa ran over, grabbed the spell book and made her way back down to the lower floor.
"Guess things really are easier when you have somebody who will stand by your side," the swordsman said as Elsa gave him the book and they both smiled at one another.
Their moment was short lived however as the sorceress unleashed a wave of her green magic and destroyed the ice she was frozen in.
"Let's go!" Daniel exclaimed holding his left hand out which Elsa quickly took hold of.
"Give me my book!" Glynda Warton yelled aloud and shot another magic blast at them.
Daniel quickly used his teleportation spell and transported them both out of there instantly in a flash of gold light, just before her magic blast could hit them.
Outside the palace, Anna and King Adgar were looking up to the palace, and saw that flash of gold light through the cracks of the front doors.
"I think it's safe to say they got the book back," King Adgar said.
"But where are they going?" Anna asked her father.
"To destroy it once and for all."
"Isn't there anything we can do to help, Father?"
"I'm afraid all we can do is keep our faith in Elsa and Daniel, Anna."
Back in the King's Grave, Elsa and Daniel had been teleported there after escaping Glynda Warton.
"I hoped we'd never have to set foot in this place again after what happened to us all," Elsa said looking around to the many dead skeletons and smashed up buildings.
"That makes two of us. But we need to destroy this book once and for all," Daniel responded holding up the sorceress' spell book. "If anything can lift the protection spell off this book of dark magic, it's the Kings' magic."
"Do you still have the medallion?" Elsa asked.
"Right here," the swordsman replied pulling the Kings' medallion from his pocket.
"Then let's go."
The both started to make their way to the castle, but they stopped when a green aura in the same color of Glynda Warton's magic appeared on each and every one of the skeletons, which in turn made them arise and put themselves back together.
After the skeletons arose, a puddle of darkness appeared on the ground in front of them, then shadows erupted from it, like lava from a volcano. When they stopped the possessed Queen Idun stood in front of them.
"Did you really think you could escape me that easily?"
"How'd you find us so fast?" Elsa asked the sorceress.
"My soul is bound to the book, remember? I know it's exact location, no matter how far it is from me. Now why don't you make things easier on yourselves, and give it to me?"
"Over my dead body," Daniel said raising his left hand in front of him.
"That can easily be arranged," Glynda Warton said cloaking her hands in her green magic.
"Daniel. You've got to get that book to the Kings' sanctuary," Elsa said to him.
"There's no way she's just gonna let us walk right passed her."
"I can handle her. You handle the skeletons."
Daniel glared right at the sorceress, then almost at once he conjured a wall of fire in front of her, blinding her with its bright, fiery light.
Elsa took advantage of this, and then when the flames died down, she began to use her icy magic to freeze the sorceress where she stood.
"Go!" Elsa said to the swordsman who made a run for it.
As he ran, the skeletons surrounded and stopped him, so he began to use his super strength and his fire powers to smash them to pieces.
The sorceress glared at Daniel making a run for it, and easily getting passed her undead army, then unleashed a wave of green magic, which knocked Elsa off her feet. "Once you're finished, he's next!" She yelled and shot a massive green magic blast at the snow queen.
Elsa gasped and shut her eyes then put her right hand out, waiting for something to happen, but after a few seconds when she opened her eyes looked, she to see she successfully conjured a shield of light, and it was blocking Glynda Warton's magic blast.
The snow queen smiled happily that she was able to perform another one of Daniel's spells.
Daniel looked over and he smiled proudly at what she accomplished.
"Elsa, try this!" Daniel said and he cloaked his hands in golden lightning, formed a ball of it in his hands, then shot it at a group of skeletons, which smashed many of them to pieces. "Just concentrate real hard. You can do it."
"He's right I can," the snow queen said to herself.
And then, while she still managed to keep her shield up, Elsa put her hands together, concentrating hardly on doing what Daniel did.
After a few moments of focusing to do the spell, she successfully began to cloak her hands in lightning, then formed it into a ball. When she succeeded in doing so, she glared at her possessed mother, then threw the lightning ball at her.
Once the magic lightning came in contact and hit the sorceress, she got blasted far back in a flash of bright, golden light.
She looked to Daniel with a smile, and he smiled back while slightly nodding his head.
But then they both looked to see the sorceress now closer to Daniel getting back to her feet with an angry glare across her face.
She looked towards the swordsman, who cloaked his right hand in fire, readying to fight if needed.
"No!" Elsa yelled and quickly shot an blast of ice magic at the sorceress, who quickly countered by shooting her green magic blast from her hands at the snow queen.
As their magic blasts collided, both the sorceress and the snow queen were locked in combat, as they struggled to beat back one another.
"Go. Get the book to the Kings' sanctuary," Elsa said to the swordsman.
Daniel nodded and he ran for it.
Elsa and Glynda Warton continued their battle, unbothered by anyone or anything.
"You'll not be rid of me!" the sorceress yelled and then once again vanished in a puff of dark gray smoke.
Elsa stopped shooting her icy blasts from her hands and looked around for the sorceress.
It was only when Glynda Warton reappeared behind her, did Elsa notice; But by then it was too late, as she got blasted to the ground by Glynda Warton's magic blast.
Daniel continued to make his way through what was left of the skeletons, and could see the castle in sight.
"Almost there," He panted and continued running, only to be stopped by the sorceress who appeared in front of him in another puff of gray smoke.
"Whoa!" He exclaimed as she shot another green magic blast at him.
The swordsman quickly countered by shooting a stream of fire from his right hand at her, and the force of the sorceress' magic blast pushed him back a ways.
"This is your final warning. Return to me what's mine, and I may consider sparing your life."
"Not a chance, Glynda Warton," Daniel said struggling to keep her at bay.
"So be it."
And then as Daniel was holding the book underneath his left arm, it started to glow purple, and started floating out of his grasp and towards its owner.
"No!" the swordsman yelled and attempted to grab it, but failed as Glynda Warton let out a stronger magic blast, knocking him to the ground.
"At last," the sorceress said taking the book in her hands, and then opened it up and started flipping through the pages and grinned while stopping on one. "You brought this upon yourself, pathetic mortal." And then she held out her right hand, which created a purple glow on the ground underneath Daniel, which in turn conjured a giant, purple skeletal hand that raised him 10 feet high. After which, the sorceress began to shoot a red electrical blast from her hands at the swordsman, making him scream in pain.
While being hit with that red magic blast, Daniel felt nothing but pain coursing through his entire body, as the sorceress tortured him.
"You knew well who I was, but you seemed to have underestimated my abilities. You have no concept of true power," said Glynda Warton as she kept on shooting her magical red blast.
But before she knew it, she got struck on the arm with a shard of ice, making her groan in pain, and making her stop torturing Daniel.
She glared forwards and saw Elsa looking at her with her right arm stretched out. "You! I've had just about enough of you!"
The snow queen shot another blast of ice at the sorceress.
When Daniel saw her do so, he held out his right hand, then shot a fireball from it.
Both their fire and ice blasts, hit the sorceress in unison, causing an explosion strong enough to blast her to the ground, and then the skeleton hand vanished into thin air, and dropped Daniel.
"You never disappoint," Daniel said to the snow queen.
"Thank you," she accepted the compliment.
Daniel quickly grabbed the book from the ground, and then they both continued making their way to the castle.
At the courtyard of the castle, the snow queen and the swordsman both ran through the courtyard, and make their way to the Kings' ritual sanctuary.
Once there, Daniel quickly took the medallion from his pocket and placed it in its hole on the pedestal, afterwards he placed the spell book in the middle of the spell circle.
"Now. Let's lift the protection spell off this book and destroy it once and for all," Daniel said.
"You said it," Elsa replied.
"Now even though the last time we had to do this, it was your father and Anna who undid the spell on us, do you think you can manage to help me with this?"
"Well, these inscriptions look similar to the ones in your book, so I guess it shouldn't be too hard."
"Then let's hurry and do this thing."
They both stepped on opposite ends of the spell circle and stared down towards the symbols.
And then in unison, they both began to chant in a strange language, just as Anna and King Adgar had when they were in their bodies.
And just like before, the spell circle began to glow electric blue and the 5 gems on the pillars all beamed their light down on the center of it.
Both the swordsman and the snow queen chanted the same unknown verses over and over again, while dark shrouds began to fade from the book, meaning they were lifting the spell.
After another few moments, they stopped chanting and the lights from the spell circle and the pillars gems faded.
"Finally. After so many years, the spell is lifted from the book, and I can finish what those villagers set out to do." Daniel said walking over to the book, only to be knocked off his feet once more by another green magic blast.
"Daniel!" Elsa exclaimed as she too was hit by a green magic blast in seconds.
"If you think I'm just gonna let you destroy me so easy, think again!" The angry Glynda Warton said making her way towards them.
"You think that was easy?" Daniel asked sarcastically.
Elsa quickly got up and made her way to grab the book, only to be grabbed by the ankle from another purple glowing skeleton hand that the sorceress conjured.
Daniel then raised a wall of fire to keep her back and then ran for the book, but Glynda Warton simply shot another green magic blast at him, knocking him back down just before he could grab it.
The sorceress continued to walk to get her book, but Elsa thought quick, and shot icy at the ground, creating a bunch of icicles, that destroyed the skeleton hand holding her down.
After getting free she shot a flurry of snow from her hands, which blinded the sorceress with snow.
Elsa ran and grabbed the spell book, but the sorceress made her way through Elsa's flurry and blasted the snow queen back down, making her drop the book.
She walked over to her book, and picked it up off the ground then looked towards Elsa and Daniel with a wicked smile across her face. "Now you shall both know the true meaning of pain and suffering.
But then Elsa looked towards the sorceress not with a look of fright, but with a small smile.
"Smiling at your demise. Foolish human." Glynda Warton said.
Elsa said nothing but merely snapped her fingers, which made the spell book vanish into thin air.
"My book!" the sorceress exclaimed in shock. "What happened to my spell book?!"
"You mean this?" Elsa pulled the real book out from behind her.
Daniel had smiled and chuckled happily. "Mastered the cloning spell. Very well done."
"Thank you," Elsa replied and threw him the book.
Daniel looked towards the sorceress with a smirk and held out the book. "You're through."
"Stop! No!" She yelled aloud and began to run to him.
But she wasn't quick enough, as Daniel conjured up fire in his hand, setting the book ablaze.
The sorceress screamed aloud as shrouds of darkness erupted from her body.
Among the shrouds, a spirit appeared; A spirit of an elder woman with long gray hair wrinkly skin, and warts on multiple areas of her face. She had dark green eyes, very long fingernails and she wore an all black dress.
"You!" The spirit of Glynda Warton glared at Daniel. "If I'm going, I'm taking you with me!" She flew towards him, attempting to grab him with her wrinkly hands but just as she reached Daniel, her spiritual body evaporated into darkness.
As for Queen Idun's body, the darkness fully left, and she had regained her true form back to and fell unconscious.
Elsa and Daniel both looked to see the spell book on the ground, now burnt completely to ash.
"So that's it then," Elsa said.
"It's all over now."
Back in the North Mountains of Arendelle, Anna and King Adgar stood outside the palace, waiting for something good to happen, and their wait was at an end, as shrouds of darkness began to cover the palace, and started evaporating into thin air.
Within moments, the shadows had faded, and Elsa's ice palace was restored just to how it used to be.
Both King Adgar and his daughter looked at it happily.
"Elsa's ice palace. It's back," Anna said with a smile across her face,
And then from behind them, a golden light flashed, and the king and the princess looked to see Elsa and Daniel, and the swordsman was holding an unconscious Queen Idun.
"You did it! You saved her!" Anna exclaimed happily.
"Is she..." King Adgar asked.
"Don't worry, Your Majesty," Daniel responded. "The spirit that possessed her is gone forever. Glynda Warton is no more."
"I knew you wouldn't let us down," King Adgar said proudly.
Elsa looked happily that her mother had been saved, and then looked down the mountain to see the sun coming out.
Daniel looked towards the snow queen and saw it too. "Well, would you look at that. Looks like something good did come out of this. You got to see the sunrise like you wanted."
"Yeah. I did," Elsa replied. "The sunrise from up here is so beautiful."
"If it's all the same to you all, let's head back to Arendelle. I am exhausted," Daniel said. "I really need to rest."
"And after all you've done for us, you've earned it," King Adgar said to the swordsman, who handed him his unconscious wife.
The group of 4; Five including the queen all mounted their horses, and rode off down the mountain, making their way back to the kingdom.
All right there you have it. I'm sorry it took me so long to update this one. I wanted to have this one done before Halloween ended, I really did, but I guess I just didn't have enough ideas to do so before that time. Anyhow, I hope you liked this chapter, but it may be a little bit before I post another one, because once more I've got no ideas so I'll need time to brainstorm, Until then please read, review and enjoy.
