First of all, sorry for leaving a big cliffhanger here! Now I found a great idea to continue it! Finally revealing Baby Shigeru's quirk in this. Fluffy TodoDeku and Uraraka finding redemption in herself. Shigaraki will do a scene here!
"Uraraka left running?" Izuku inquires, frowning softly, holding a sobbing Shigeru against his shoulder as he pats his back gently.
"I am afraid yes. She still is feeling awful for what she did to Shigeru-chan that she ran." Iida sighs, shaking his head in worry. "I know I handled her, but, I feel like I did wrong..."
"No in the least, Iida. Uraraka hurt Shigeru-chan purposely because that nonsense of me and Izuku being together. You did good, but I still feel for her." Shouto says softly, leaning over and rubbing Shigeru's head gently. He really feels bad for the girl, despite what she did, she apologized and was honest in her apology, so he forgave her.
"Round face feels like sh*t yes. I understand her." Bakugou says, grunting as he punches a punching bag, therefore hitting Kirishima's stomach as the redhead falls back.
"H-how is that Uraraka feels that awful?" Kirishima inquires, rubbing his stomach.
"Well..." Izuku starts explaining and in the end the redhead gasps.
"How could she do something like that?!"
Shouto shakes his head. "It's forgotten and dealt with already, Kirishima. Neither I or Izuku are pissed off at her, she apologized."
"I still think it was so cruel, I mean Shigeru-chan's just a baby! Not even a year old, like seven months!"
Bakugou smacked him upside the head. "Shut it, hair-for-brains! Four eyes smacked her ass with good measure! The chick learned her lesson and won't do anything like that again!" He growled, eyebrow twitching in annoyance.
"Iida, you-"
"Yes, Kirishima and if you keep getting this upset and take it out on her, when she comes back. If she even does it, I will not hesitate to do the same to you." Iida says sternly and Kirishima wises up automatically.
"Guys, I'm worried about her, I'll go search for her." Izuku states, handing Shigeru over to his boyfriend, walking out.
"Be careful, Izu-Izu," Shouto kisses his cheek as he watches him walk outside.
"Ukaaaaa...!" Shigeru who hasn't stopped crying, sobs out. Shouto hugs him close and pats his small back softly.
"Shh, shh. Uka's gonna be okay, Shige-chan, Papa's getting her." The mismatched boy says softly, kissing the baby's temple. Shouto is really being the great sort of mom here, practically better than his asshole for dad ever did, he isn't being like Endeavour at all.
Izuku runs out around the campus, searching around for Uraraka. "Uraraka, Uraraka! Please come out! Uraraka?" He searches everywhere, bumping into Aizawa and he backs up. "Ah! M-Mr. Aizawa..."
"What is wrong, Midoriya?" Aizawa inquires. "I ran into Uraraka while coming to check on you all. Couldn't trap her, I forgot my capture scarf in the Teacher's Lounge."
Izuku knows he has to tell Aizawa what just happened. "Well sir, Uraraka spanked Shigeru-chan because of my adventure with Todoroki, after that she was spanked by Iida. She feels awful and is true, not a made up thing to get out of trouble/further punishment, she ran because she can't believe herself after doing what she did. Aizawa rubs his temples and sighs.
"I see, well. Given she did something like that and already was punished for the matter, I will not apply further consequences. But now I must get her back." Aizawa muses, turning to go search Uraraka himself. "Go back to the dorms, I'll take care of her."
Izuku nodded and rushes back to the dorms, while Aizawa runs off to get his wrappings and going on the mission to get the distraught girl back.
"Oh you're back, Izu-Izu?" Shouto walks to him with a smile, sleeping little Shigeru against his shoulder.
"Mr. Aizawa will get Uraraka back, he ordered me." Izuku says and kisses his boyfriend's lips once and smiles tenderly at the sleeping baby. "You managed to put him down for a nap?" He reaches and removes a lock of Shigeru's lilac hair from his face, then gently brushes a small stream of tears away his eyes.
"Took me a while, he kept crying about Uraraka." Shouto whispers, then feels the baby's bottom. "I'll go change him." He turns to his room, Izuku decides to follow him and the two enter the room, closing the door. Shouto places the sleeping baby on a blanket on the floor as Izuku gathers him the essentials. The baby is removed from his bottom clothing, wiped clean, powdered and re-dressed and placed on the pillow fortress to prevent him falling down.
Izuku takes the used clothes to the trash bin as Shouto washes off his hands and then just wraps around his Izuku like a koala. "That date was great, Izu-Izu. I have never had such a glorious night in my whole life, you made it possible, my love." He looks passionately at Izuku who is smiling back at him warmly.
"I love you, sweetie..." Both of them get their faces close to one another and they go in for a sweet, loving kiss. Izuku falls backwards and Shouto lays on top of him, kissing his lips deeply and passionately. Shouto rubbing Izuku's unruly messy locks of green and black hair, while Izuku grazes gently his pretty face, letting out sweet moans in the kiss.

Meanwhile, Uraraka has ran away to a park, it was pretty late in the night and she doesn't know where was she even, exhausted from running this much, the aubrun-haired girl decides to rest and sits down on a bench, panting and looking down. Shigeru's crying ringing all around her head, making her even guiltier.
"What have I done... how could I have left something like that get into me and actually hurt a small child, who didn't even have the fault..."
Lament over lament, Uraraka keeps sobbing in her hands, lonely and eternally tormented. What she's done to Shigeru will follow her till the day she dies. She can't believe herself, all over a stupid whim to get Izuku back to her.
"Aww, I see you're lamenting yourself," Uraraka stops and looks around when she hears a voice so suddenly.
"W-who's there? What do you want?!"
A pair of arms wrap around Uraraka's shoulders and she screams. "Let me go!"
"Ah, ah. Calm down there, before you make things worse for yourself~" Says the voice in a whisper to her ear. Uraraka freezes, recognizing the voice... Shigaraki Tomorura.
"S-Shigaraki..."
"My, my. You remembered my name! What a delightful thing." Shigaraki snickers darkly, Uraraka freezing even more, she doesn't even dare resisting. "Good girl, that's a good girl," Shigaraki coos, standing her. "You're coming with me, no sly tricks. Or your darling Deku will suffer the consequences."
Uraraka urks, no way! Not Izuku, even though his decision to choose Shouto over her, she still loved him. "No, no! I wll do all you say, just please don't hurt Deku!" She cries out, tears still flowing down.
"Good, now, let's go! Kurogiri!" And soon they are engulfed into black mist and teleported to the League of Villains hideout, where Uraraka is tied up to a chair. "Welcome to the League of Villains, Uraraka Ochako..."
Uraraka gulps and whimpers, looking around. "W-what do you want from me?"
"Oh I want, that baby."
"Shi-Shigeru-chan?"
"So that's his name... Shigeru..." The villain grins maniacally. "Shigeru, Shige, Shiga. Honestly putting an almost similar name to him like mine? Do y'all miss me that much?"
"Don't be ridiculous! Shigeru's name was given to him out of randomness! Why would we name someone after a horrible creep like you!" Uraraka snaps and Shigaraki just laughs, scratching his neck.
"Maybe is just a coincidence. We'll get him, just to get All Might's successor to me!" He scoffs and he and the others leave. Uraraka trying to untie herself, but finds out the ties are so tight and she could barely undo them.
"Oh no, I must alert Shouto and Deku!" She despairs, trying to at least get to her fun when it was sliced by the yandere blondie, Toga.
"Oh no, no. That won't work!" Toga laughs crazily and takes pleasure at seeing Uraraka's terrified face. "Just be a good girl and sit tight, Tomorura will be soon with that baby!"
"I suggest you to obey, or I'll make you something unpleasant to you," Dabi approaches. "Don't make me drop you over my lap and spank your ass, girl. I will not hesitate."
Uraraka shivers, Iida has already destroyed her poor bottom, another spanking would be lethal, but she couldn't just sit in there! Her Deku, worse Shigeru was in trouble! She growls and spits at Dabi's face. "SHUT UP YOU FRIGGING CREEP!"
"Okay, fine. You asked for it." Dabi easily snatches Uraraka from the chair and dums her over his lap, yanking down her panties and lifting up her skirt. Unlike Iida, a belt was used to strike at her buttocks. Poor Uraraka's yowls of pain were heard all around the hideout.
Shouto and Izuku were fast asleep, holding once another close. Contently snoozing away, Shigeru starts to stirr away a bit, sitting on his bottom, he rubs his eyes with his tiny hands, when the sound of the window being tapped gets his attention?
"Hn?" The baby crawls over to the window and looks out, the window was opened up and the baby lifted up into a creepy villain's arms. "Baaaah?!" A pacifier was placed on the baby's mouth and he along with the villain engulfed into black mist and taken back to the hideout.
"Welcome to the League of Villain's, little wee baby!" Shigaraki snickers, holding the baby close. Poor Shigeru is creeped out and spits out the pacifier. "Mamaaa, Papaaaa..." he calls for both Shouto and Izuku and Shigaraki grins. "They can't hear you." He walks back to where Dabi is spanking Uraraka for spitting at his face. "Dabi, just drop her. She's already got enough of that."
Dabi drops the bawling Uraraka down. The poor girl curls up and cries deeply, bottom turned a fiery red, like Shouto's red side of his hair. "Ukaaa?!" Shigeru struggles in the villain's arms, gasping when he sees Uraraka in that state.
"S-Shigeru-chan.." Uraraka sniffles harshly, trying to look over her shoulder at the scared baby.
"UKAAAAA!" Shigeru gets more hysterical, he bawls louder.
Shigaraki turns the baby around and smacks his bottom with good measure. "You keep misbehaving and I'll give you a real reason to cry about, child." Shigeru cries heartedly and the villains drops him inside a crib-like cage. "Now sit there, child."
"Don't you dare hurt him!" Uraraka tries to stand and go for a punch, but she's in great pain, she collapses again. Shigaraki walks over to her and grins. "My my, so disrespectful, I ought to spank it out of you, but I'm not even that cruel." He ties her again in the chair, her yowls of pain since her bottom is throbbing are music to his ears.
Back with Shouto and Izuku, they started waking. Shouto wakes first and yawns, going to check on Shigeru. His heard is caught in his throat. "Dammit, not again!" He growls and clenches his fists. Izuku rushes over and facepalms.
"Uraraka, really?!" He thinks it's her. But Shouto shakes his head. "Shigaraki Tomorura this time." Izuku gasps and his eyes widen. "Shigaraki?!"
"We need the other Pro Heroes, All Might, Eraserhead, Midnight, Present Mic. Alone we can't go without a plan." Shouto states and Izuku is with him in this.
"Young Midoriya? What's the matter?" All Might asks, when he's called by Izuku, as he and Shouto run up to him.
"Shigeru-chan, he was kidnapped by Shigaraki and Uraraka is with him, both kidnapped!" Izuku exclaims, tears rushing his freckled cheeks as Shouto pats his shoulder to assure him, everything is okay.
All Might frowns. "Then we need to act quick. A student of UA and a baby are in danger. Eraserhead!"
As on cue, Aizawa shows up. "I know All Might. We must go. Let's go!" All heroes dash up to the villain hideout.
"You're doing a back mistake, you monster! When the other put their hands on you, you will suffer!" Uraraka hisses at Shigaraki, face bathed with tears.
"Ooh, look how scared I am, I'm trembling, I'm trembling!" Shigaraki scoffs, drinking a glass before slamming it on the table.
"And you should be scared, Shigaraki," sounds a voice, to reveal a flamey furious Shouto and a pissy glowing green Izuku, next to them, All Might, Aizawa, Present Mic and Midnight.
Shigaraki looks unamused at them. "How did you find me?" he inquires, and Twice makes a cough looking away. Shigaraki growls and grabs Twice by the shirt. "You idiot, did you put clues all around for them to get here that easily?!"
"Ah, sorry! I wasn't thinking!" Twice flips out. Great, now the plan was going to be ruined because of this idiot...
"Hand me back Shigeru and Uraraka!" Shouto demands tossing the flames forward, Shigaraki reacts in time and jumps away of the fire, Dabi could have easily fight back but just in time Aizawa had binded him and erased his quirk.
"One For All: Full Cowl 100 smaaaaaaash!" Izuku manages a perfect Full Cowl and sends Shigaraki to the wall. He runs over to Shigeru but gets stopped by Toga.
"Not so fast!" the blond pulls out her set of needles. Shigaraki running forward to decay, All Might was busy facing Twice. Shigeru seeing all the commotion, gets so scared and upset, he wanted so much to be in his parents' arms and with Uraraka, something in his small mind breaks, he stands and lets out a overwhelming blast of screams, actually so potent to be able to break the bars of his cage. Everyone in the room gasps, the villains are soon paralyzed, by the kid's potent wailing.
"Shigeru-chan!" Izuku stares with widen eyes.
"His quirk!" Shouto gasps. A baby so cute owning a super strong quirk, that's for sure amazing. Shigaraki, Toga, Dabi and Twice all get frozen in place. Allmight and Aizawa grinning, well Eraserhead having a ghost of grin.
"Looks like little baby Shigeru-chan owned y'all good!"
None of the villains could speak, Baby's wail got their vocal cords paralyzed as well, they were like petrified. When they were taken care of, Shigeru stands on his feet and very slowly stumbles over to both Izuku and Shouto, who smile warmly and happily at him.
"He's walking! Shigeru-chan's walking! Come to Mama and Papa, sweetie!" Izuku encourages and crouches and so does Shouto.
"Come, come, come. Come Shigeru-chan!" Shouto also encourages, it was just precious, both happy parents having happy tears in their eyes.
"Mama, Papa!" Shigeru squeals and makes it to them, Shouto wraps him in a tight embrace and stands with Izuku kissing his chubby round cheeks.
"Our little Shige-chan just walked, amazing! Good job, sweetheart!"
Meanwhile, Aizawa cuts Uraraka free and stands her to her feet.
"Mr. Aizawa..." She grunts.
"You're okay, Uraraka. Safe and sound." The dark haired man says softly, guiding her slowly, since she could barely walk because of the beating given by Dabi to everyone else.
"Uka, Uka, Uka!" Shigeru squeals happily seeing Uraraka.
"Hello, Shigeru-chan, good job on walking." Uraraka smiles, wiping away tears of pain, she feels greatly with being saved.
"Let's go back home. These pesky guys, won't be doing another move any time soon! Because lil wee Shigeru-kun, made sure they don't!" All Might coos, poking the little baby's cheek with a finger, making Shigeru to giggle happily.
"Might-Might, Might-Might!" he gurgles flailing his small arms in the air, happily.
"Awww..."
"I'm glad you're okay, round face, hurt again, I see. But I'm just glad you came back in one piece from those dumbasses." Bakugou smiled a little at Uraraka, who was sitting on a soft pillow on a couch of the common room, happily sipping from a cup of moatmeal.
"Thank you for your concern, Bakugou. I feel better. Thank you for forgiving me..."
"Don't mention it. Just keep getting better, you feel alone and upset, come to me. I'll give you some company." Bakugou promises. It certainly is a rarity seeing the explosive blond so docile and not actually exploding and screaming.
Shouto and Izuku walk slowly up, holding both of their baby's hands, as he walks as well a little.
"Hello, you three. Doing okay?" Uraraka smiles at them, beaming at baby Shigeru who walks up to her a little after letting go of Izuku and Shouto.
"Uka!"
"I'm happy to see you too, Shigeru-chan." Uraraka carefuly bends over and picks the giggly child up to her and rubs noses with him.
Everything was just fine now. For how long? Let's see for how long.
