He was 7 years old the first time he saw him. He showed up in his dreams one night and they started playing on the playground in his dream. The boy was maybe a year or two older than him with tan skin and a big smile and they had fun playing on the monkey bars. He woke up with a smile on his face and told his mom all about his dream. He dreamed about the boy every night after that, going on adventures and just being together. They couldn't speak to each other though, no matter how hard he tried but in his waking hours, he referred to the boy as Ro-ro.

He told his mother about his adventures with Ro-ro every morning over breakfast until she stopped smiling about it and started to look worried. She took him to talk to a special kind of doctor who told her that Ro-ro was just an invisible friend that he had made up to cope with the stress of his parents divorce. Whatever, he knew Ro-ro was real and that he was his happiest when he dreamed at night. It continued until one day when he was 10 years old, Ro-ro never appeared in his dream. He had no one to talk to about it since he never mentioned Ro-ro to his mother again after he saw the doctor and she thought he was gone. He was sad but life went on and he stopped thinking of his special boy.

He grew up and did everything a normal boy did but he still felt like something was missing even as he found a boyfriend and went through high school with good grades. He lost his virginity to his boyfriend when he was 16 and he should have been happy and in love, but he wasn't. He broke up with his boyfriend shortly after he turned 17 and he didn't even feel sorry about it and he wondered if something was wrong with him. He wished that he had felt something for that nice boy but he didn't and that made him sad.

A few months later he dreamed about Ro-ro again. He found himself in the playground that he used to meet him in and there he was walking out of the tree line like a beautiful dream. At first he wasn't sure that it was Ro-ro, he had grown too, he was tall, muscular, had long hair and an achingly beautiful face but when he smiled, he knew for sure that this was his Ro-ro. He ran to him and threw his arms around his neck and hugged him with everything he had. Ro-ro hugged him back tightly before pulling back and cupping his cheek tenderly and kissing his lips softly. There it was, the something that he had felt was missing all these years. He may not be able to speak to him, but he knew in his heart that he loved him more than anything.

They spent the next year together in his dreams, loving each other and it was almost like a normal relationship except for the fact that they couldn't talk to each other. One night as he lay in Ro-ro's arms, tracing the tattoo he had there, he wished that this was real and they would meet in real life and as he looked up at Ro-ro's warm brown eyes, he mouthed the words, I Love You and Ro-ro smiled and mouthed the words back. That morning when he woke, he had tears streaming down his face.

It was a big day for him. He was starting university and the next phase of his life. He said his goodbyes to his mother and drove to the city. It was only an hour away and he knew that he would be seeing his mother all the time so he wasn't too sad about leaving. His excitement grew the closer that he got to his new school and by the time he arrived on campus he knew that this was where he was meant to be.

He had shipped most of his things to his new room the week before so he just had a backpack and he grabbed it and ran up the stairs, too excited to take the elevator and stopped at the door of his room and traced the numbers on the door (205) with his fingertips. His heart in his throat, he opened the door slowly and saw him... He was standing there just like in his dreams but he was reaching up into the closet putting a box on the top shelf and then he turned to him. He saw disbelief on his face before it turned to joy and he walked forward, cupping Seth's face in his hand. "Sethie?"

He put his hand on Ro-ro's and leaned into his touch. "Ro-ro?"

He smiled that same smile that he did when they first met when he was 7. "It's Roman actually, Roman Reigns."

"I'm Seth Rollins, pleased to finally meet you."
