I know the updates are very slow. I have been having a lot going on in my life this past year. I have not forsaken the story. I will complete it eventually. I just ask for your continued patience. I also have several other fanfiction projects and a fantasy that I am working on that will be possibly launch on Wattpad or self-published this year or next year.
Harry noticed Amelia Bones and several aurors walking up to them. "Any problems?" They shook their heads no. "They only have three left to sort. Are you ready?"
"I have been longing to get one over on the old man." Amelia smiled. "We are most definitely ready."
Harry smiled. He waved his arms and his and Neville's robes changed. "Let the show begin."
Harry slammed the Great Hall doors open as the Headmaster began to speak. "I agree that there are a few announcements to make. The Heirs of Hogwarts have come home." Harry walked forward with his robes swaying and magic emitting from him. "Headmaster Albus Dumbledore, it is time to be held accountable for your actions. Deputy Headmistress Minerva McGonagall, it is time to be held accountable for your actions."
"What is the meaning of this?" Dumbledore glared.
"You, both have not only violated Ministry rulings but the bylaws of Hogwarts. I, Harry James Potter, Lord of Ravenclaw and Gryffindor and Heir of Slytherin, command Lady Hogwarts to awaken."
Neville faced Harry. "Headmaster Albus Dumbledore, it is time to be held accountable for your actions. Headmistress McGonagall, it is time to be held accountable for your actions. You, both have not only violated Ministry rulings, but the bylaws of Hogwarts. I, Neville Franklin Longbottom, Heir to Hufflepuff, command Lady Hogwarts to awaken."
A bright light filled the Hall. The tables shook. As the light faded, a lady in a long flowing blue gown appeared. "Why have I been awoken, my children?" the lady looked at Harry and Neville.
They both bowed. "It is a pleasure to meet Lady Hogwarts. I just wish it was under better circumstances. I request that you, Lady Hogwarts take control over Hogwarts till such a time as a proper and befitting Headmaster and Deputy Headmistress can be found."
"On what grounds do you make this request, Lord Gryffindor and Ravenclaw."
"I make this request on several grounds of violations to the Hogwarts charter and Ministry laws."
"This is ridiculous. He is just a child." Dumbledore interrupted.
"Silence. He is a Lord. Speak your charges." Lady Hogwarts turns back to Harry.
"I, Harry James Potter-Black, Lord of the Ancient and Noble Houses of PeverellGryffindor Ravenclaw Potter and Black,and Heir to the Ancient and Noble of Slytherin and Lord of the Noble Houses of Gaunt and McGavin, lay the following charges against Headmaster Albus Dumbledore: knowingly sealed the will upon the death of a Lord to an Ancient and Noble House which is also a Member of the Sacred 28, knowingly violated the will of said Lord by placing the Lord's infant on the doorstep of a muggle relative and walked away, knowingly allowed said child to be starved and physically and emotionally abused, knowingly kept said heritage from child even after the child's re-entry into the wizarding world, knowingly stole items and money from said child by falsely proclaiming himself the child's magical guardian, knowingly paid Ronald Weasley, Hermione Granger, Ginerva Weasley and Molly Weasley to spy on said child and to keep the child distracted and ignorant of his studies and heritage with funds stolen from said child's family vault, knowingly forced said child back to the abusive home where the child upon his 16th birthday almost died from said wounds, knowingly locked up a Lord of Ancient and Noble House without a trial knowing the said Lord was innocent to prevent the Lord from taking custody of the child as an infant, knowingly blocked said child's magical core and other natural abilities including that of healing and mind arts, knowingly attempted to seal that will as well, knowingly allowed the Dark Lord Voldemort into the castle through possession of a teacher, knowingly allowed a supporter and bearer of the mark of the Dark Lord Voldemort to teach in the school and be the Head of Slytherin House, knowingly allowed said teacher to verbally abuse said child each year the child attended the school, knowingly allowed a troll into the castle, knowingly sent 4 first years into the Forbidden Forest, knowingly allowed a Cerberus into the castle, knowingly refused to take action when Slytherin's Basilisk was released in the school petrifying students, knowingly allowed a werewolf to be a professor, knowingly allowed Dementors on the premise while school was in session, knowingly forced a 14 year old to participate in a tournament reserved for only students that have reached the age of majority, knowingly allowed another Death Eater to teach under Polyjuice potion, knowingly allowed a teacher to use a blood quill against students, knowingly allowed the Head of Slytherin house to repeatedly mind rape said child knowing that the child's ability to be blocked, knowingly allowed three students to return to the school knowing that there is a restraining order that prevents those students from being within at 100ft of the previous stated child, knowingly allowed Hermione Granger to keep her prefect badge, knowingly allowed Ronald Weasley to keep his prefect badge and named him Quidditch captain." Harry stated while keeping eye contact with Lady Hogwarts and ignoring the whispers going around the hall.
"What charges do you lay at the Deputy Headmistress?" Lady Hogwarts asked.
"I lay the following charges against the Deputy Headmistress Minerva McGonagall: knowingly allowed a magical child to be left on the doorstep of muggles, knowingly allowed the child to return to an abusive environment, knowingly ignored the concerns of students, knowingly allowed a Death Eater to become a teacher and head of Slytherin house, knowingly allowed a child to be verbally abused by another staff member, knowingly forced the child to participate in a tournament for 17 year old students, knowingly allowed students to return knowing that there is a restraining order against from another member of the same house, knowingly allowed students on probation to keep their prefect badges, knowingly named a student Quidditch captain knowing the student is on probation and is under a restraining order to stay away from the team's seeker."
Lady Hogwarts became angry. "Is the abused child in the room and willing to step forward?"
"Yes, he is." Neville responded.
"Then let the child step forward." Lady Hogwarts stated.
Harry moved forward. "I am the said child. My parents' wills were sealed. I was taken and placed on my muggle's aunt doorstep. My godfather, who also blood adopted me, was placed in Azkaban without a trial. I was never checked on as a child. I was starved, kept in a cupboard under the stairs for 10 years. I was physically and emotionally abused in my muggle residence. I was never given the documentation that all muggleborn or muggle raised children are supposed to receive. On entrance to the wizarding world, I was only told that my parents died at the hands of Voldemort and all dark wizards came from Slytherin. I was never told of my family's vault or home. I was never given the option to be raised by my godbrother's family. I was never told that I was a Lord."
"Are there medical records showing proof of abuse?" Lady Hogwarts stated.
Harry waved his hand and his top disappeared. Children gasped and hollered as they took in the sight of Harry's scarred body. He handed the medical records from the goblin healer as well as the list of blocks. He also handed over the complete audit of his family vaults including his trust vault. He also handed over documentation of the ministry trials and Hermione's that was done out of court.
Suddenly, there was a loud thud as the Headmaster hit the floor. Severus Snape was moving towards him with his wand raised. "You told me to act like I was teaching Occlumency knowing you had blocked it. You told me to be harsh with the boy. You let me believe that he was spoiled and pampered at his relatives."
"With ample proof and at the request of the Heirs of Hogwarts, I, Lady Hogwarts, shall take control of the school. I remit the Headmaster and Deputy Headmistress into the hands of the Ministry to stand trial. I shall also enforce the Restraining Order against Hermione Granger, Ginerva Weasley and Ronald Weasley due to the 100 feet ruling said students cannot attend Hogwarts and must be schooled at home or at a different school. They are officially expelled from Hogwarts."
Harry turned to the Slytherin table and smiled. Draco shook his head in disbelief. The others were just shocked. "With the change of control, classes will be delayed for one week; so, class curriculum can be reviewed, and new teachers be found if necessary." Lady Hogwarts spoke. "Now tuck in."
Harry walked towards the Slytherin table. "Did you like my show?"
"I do not think that there is anything else you can do that will shock or surprise me, anymore." Draco smiled.
"Oh, darn. Oh well, I guess I will just go by myself." Harry frowned and looked sad and innocent.
Draco sighed. His friends grinned. "What else did you have planned?"
"I thought that since classes are delayed that I would take my cousin, and a few select friends to the Chamber of Secrets and Slytherin's hidden library and thought that they might want to have lunch with Hogwarts' heirs in the Founders Room and maybe speak to the portraits of the Founders. I completely understand that you might be busy or not interested." Harry grinned as all their eyes nearly popped out of their head. Harry laughed. "I thought you said that I could not shock or surprise you anymore.
"If you decide you want to go; then you and A FEW of your friends can meet me outside the girl's lavatory on the 2nd floor after breakfast. I have to take the goblins down to harvest the basilisk."
Harry walked away laughing. Draco could only shake his head. "It will never be boring with him around. If you think that he cannot top or surprise you more; than he will." Theo grinned.
"Could you imagine what it would have been like if he actually went to Slytherin in our first years?" Blaise asked.
"We never would have lost the Quidditch House Cup. We would have snakes all over the place and hissing. Have you ever noticed how many snakes are carved into the wall and furnishing? Imagine them randomly hissing or coming to life." Draco stated lost in thought. Everyone shivered at the sudden thought.
Theo leaned over the table. "You are taking us with you tomorrow, right?"
"Hmmm. I do not know." Draco grinned.
"Well, let us get the first years to the Common Room; before it is too late." Daphne sighed. They left the Great Hall and watched Lady Hogwarts guide Harry and Neville. They sighed with envy.
