Randy couldn't help the happiness that he was feeling. After being overseas with the WWE for two weeks he was looking forward to seeing Logan and spend time with him, two weeks seemed way to long for Randy to be away from Logan.

As Randy drove around the corner and pulled into the driveway he was surprised to see a moving truck being loaded up with boxes and some furniture. He parked his rental car next to the moving truck and got off, Randy tried not to panic but he couldn't help it so he hurried up and made his way into the house where he spotted Andi coming down the stairs with a box in her hands.

Um Andi what's going on and where is Logan? Asked Randy as he took the box Andi was holding and set it down on the floor by the front door.

Well um I'm moving out Kylie kicked me out and as far as Logan is concerned Kylie got another babysitter to watch him while she works. She found out that I was letting you see him so she flipped out and has forbidden me from babysitting Logan ever again. I'm also not allowed to see him anymore either. Said Andi as she sat down on the couch wiping her tears away.

Randy couldn't believe that Kylie took things this far just because Andi felt that she was doing the right thing letting him see and spend time with Logan. He felt so bad for having put Andi in that position and destroying her friendship with Kylie.

Randy knew that the only way that he could make things right between them would be step away from Logan and give up his rights as his father. But he just couldn't do that, Logan was his son and he was going to fight to stay in his son's life with or without Kylie's acceptance.

I am so sorry Andi I never meant for any of this to happen to you. Kylie did is not tight, I don't understand how she can be so cruel. If she should be mad at someone it should be me not you. Said Randy.

It's not your fault Randy. I did this because I wanted to, because I don't want Logan to grow up without a father like me. Quite frankly If I had to do it all over again I would do the same thing. I don't regret it, he is your son and you have every right to be in his life whether Kylie likes it or not. Said Andi.

Thank-you Andi I really appreciate it, um if you don't mind me asking do you happen to know who the new babysitter is or where she happens to live? Asked Randy hoping that Andi might know something.

I'm so sorry Randy but I don't know anything, I wish that I knew something but I do know where Kylie works if you want to talk to her and see if she is willing to let you see Logan. Said Andi as she grabbed a pen and paper to write the information down for Randy.

That would be great thanks. She can't keep me from seeing my son or being in his life and I am not going to let her keep him from me, I already missed a lot and I utterly refuse to miss more with Logan. Said Randy as he took the piece of paper from Andi and put it in his pocket.

Just please don't cause a scene, we may be on the outs but I don't want her to lose her job. Though Kylie on the other hand is going to blow her lid when she see's you at her job. Said Andi.

I'm going to try and be as civil as I can so that she will hopefully give me a chance to see Logan. Said Randy as he got up to leave.

Oh yeah one more thing Kylie has a boyfriend and he works there too. Not to stir the pot but he has been playing house with Kylie and Logan has taken a liking to him, not to mention Jake that's Kylie's boyfriends name kinf looks like you in a way which is creepy if you ask me. Said Andi as she got up from the couch and led Randy out to his car to see him off.

Thank's for the heads up on Kylie's boyfriend, I have nothing against her moving on but what I am not okay with is her letting her boyfriend play daddy to Logan. Said Randy as he got in his rental car and turned it on.

You have every right to feel that way Randy and what Kylie is doing is wrong, Logan is your son and you have every right to be in his life. Said Andi,

I know Andi and thank you for everything I really appreciate it. Said Randy as he pulled out of the driveway and left to Kylie's place of employment.

Thirty minutes later Randy arrived at the Capital Grille, he pulled in to the parking lot and parked his rental car off to the side so that Kylie wouldn't see him. Randy got off of his rental car closed the door and made his way in to the restaurant where he was greeted by the hostess.

Hi I am Cindy and welcome to the Capital Grille, how many people will it be? Asked Cindy as she grabbed a menu from the side holder.

Just me thanks. Said Randy as he followed Cindy to his table.

Okay sir here you go your waiter will be with you shortly. Said Cindy as she walked away.

Randy opened his menu and put it up to cover his face so that Kylie wouldn't see him and pass him off to another waiter. After a few minutes Randy spotted Kylie heading to his table. He couldn't help but notice how beautiful Kylie was bringing his feelings up to the surface. Randy knew that it wasn't the time to be thinking about Kylie, so he shrugged them away and focused his attention on what he came to do see his son Logan.

Hi I am Kylie and I will be your waitress, can I start you off with something to drink? Asked Kylie.

Yes I would like to start off with a water please. Said Randy as he put his menu down revealing himself to Kylie.

What the hell are you doing here Randy, no you what you need to leave. Please just go, I can't do this right now not at my job where I can get fired. Said Kylie.

I'm sorry Kylie but I can't do that, we need to talk about Logan our son so I am not going anywhere until we do. Said Randy.

Look we have nothing to talk about so just please leave. Said Kylie as she started to get upset.

You really are going to go there with this aren't you. Kylie you know damn well that we have to talk, we have to come to some agreement in regards to our son Logan. Said Randy as he started to get frustrated with Kylie.

Kylie knew that Randy was right they did have to talk about Logan, but as far as she was concerned there was no agreement to make. She was afraid of what that agreement might be and she just couldn't take that risk no matter how much Randy had a right to be in Logan's life.

Randy I am begging you to please leave and leave things the way they are. Said Kylie trying not to call attention to herself and Randy.

I am not going to leave things alone and I am not going to pretend that I don't have a son. I already missed out on a lot with him and I refuse to miss more, so I'm begging you please Kylie don't do this to me don't push me to do something that I don't want to do. Said Randy in desperation.

Before Kylie could answer Jake made his way to the table to see what was going on. He could see that Kylie was in distress and thought that maybe he could calm the situation down and send the customer on his way without causing a scene and costing his and Kylie's job.

Is everything okay here? Asked Jake as he put his hand on Kylie's lower back.

Everything is okay Jake the gentleman is leaving. Said Kylie as she gave Randy a dirty look.

So you are the famous Jake that I have been hearing about. By the way I'm Randy, Logan's biological father and only father nice to meet you. Said Randy as he stuck his hand out for Jake to shake.

Kylie what is he talking about, I thought you said that Logan's father didn't know about him that you are raising him by yourself. Said Jake.

Seeing that Jake refused to shake his hand he put his hand down and waited for Kylie to answer. He felt bad that he had put Kylie in this position but she left him no other option.

Jake I am so sorry for lying, but I promise that I will tell you everything later just please let me handle this okay. Said Kylie.

Alright babe if you need me just let me know okay. Said Jake as he kissed Kylie on the cheek and walked away.

You know it's kind of creepy that you are dating a guy that kind of resembles me, I mean I thought that you didn't love me but I guess I was wrong. Said Randy as he sat back in his seat and smirked at Kylie.

Kylie couldn't take it anymore so she tucked her notepad in to her pocket and grabbed Randy by the arm and dragged him out of the restaurant and to a secluded area where they could talk without any interruptions.

First of all Randy I don't love you what we had was just sex nothing else and second of all Jack does not in any way shape or form resemble you at all, and yes I can do this, you left me no choice when you decided to go behind my back and setup visitation day with Logan, with Andi rather then try to get a hold of me to come to an agreement in regards to Logan. Said Kylie.

Well gee Kylie how was I supposed to get a hold of you if you didn't give me your cell or phone number when you sent me packing that day when we were at the hospital and as for looking for you I did try but it seemed like you always found a way to not be around me or to avoid seeing me. Said Randy.

Kylie knew that what Randy said was true, that she made sure to avoid him at every turn but she did it because at first she feared and knew that being around him would make her weak and end up falling in to bed with him again. But now it had changed after seeing her co-worker have her daughter taken away from her by her ex-husband despite having a decent job and stable home. She was afraid that Randy would do the same thing to her and she just couldn't take that risk.

Yes I was avoiding you but I had my reasons for doing it. Said Kylie

You ad your reasons really and what would those reasons be? Asked Randy.

It doesn't matter Randy so just leave it alone and just leave things the way they are okay and just go home to your girlfriend. Said Kylie as she turned to leave.

If this is how you want to go about it then I'll see you in court because one way or another I am going to see my son. Said Randy as he got in to his rental car and left.

What Kylie feared the most was going to happen and she was scared because she had no idea what she was going to do let alone how she was going to pay for a lawyer to represent her in court against Randy. She would just have to wait and see how everything would play out and hope for the best.
