'Severus.' Hermione called out as she walked into the Headmaster's Office, her Husband's office.
'Hello Wife.' Severus said looking up from his desk. 'Good day?' He asked.
'Busy.' She replied coming round his desk to sit on his lap. 'I have something for you.'
'A present?' Severus asked looking at his younger wife.
'Kind of.' She replied with a smile. 'Here' She said giving him a piece of paper.
Severus opened the folded paper and looked up at Hermione.
'I've read your article darling.' He said confused.
'Look at the bottom.' She said smiling.
Severus looked at the bottom of the article.
Hermione Snape
'Your name.' He said looking at Hermione. 'You changed it.'
Hermione nodded and smiled brightly.
'Why now?' He asked her.
'I think it's been long enough don't you think?' she said smiling at her husband of 4 years. 'And well, I want to have the same surname as my children.'
Severus looked at Hermione confused.
Hermione reached for his hand and placed it upon on flat stomach with a knowing smile.
