This chapter picks up where Chapter 1 began. Sorry for the weird time jump thing. I am aware, that my school year/age may be off a bit. To clarify, this is the start of his seventh year and he is 16. It is what it is guys, sorry if it's wrong.

Also, a HUGE thank you to:

Cuddly Makani, thank you for the review and I'm glad you like it. I hope you stick around for the rest of this craziness!

Now, on to the story!

I do not own Harry Potter. This is a non-profit story.

Chapter 5

The news of the friendship between Harry and Draco spread like wildfire through the school. Ron and Hermione confronted him, demanding to know what he was thinking.

"He's a bloody slimy snake! He can't be trusted!" Ron had shouted at him.

"You know he will just take you to You-Know-Who. He's evil, Harry!" Hermione said in her I'm-Better-Than-You voice complete with a head nod full of self-righteousness.

Harry hadn't answered and had refused to speak to them. Their attempts at getting an answer from Harry were unsuccessful, and had only ruled the anger inside of him.

"Leave me alone!" Harry finally snapped, after 4 weeks of silence, and the whole room went quiet. "Do not speak with me again. Stop bothering me and stop pestering me. You're annoying." And he stormed up the stairs to the boys dorm, shut the curtains to his bed, and put up silencing charms.

The next morning at breakfast Harry recieved a note from Dumbles, requesting his presence of course.

Mr. Potter,

Please meet me in my office after breakfast. Cherry sours are some of the best muggle candy, don't you think?

Headmaster Dumbledore

Harry sighed and continued his breakfast. He made eye contact with Draco from across the great hall. He rolled his eyes as he gestured towards the note and Draco nodded to him before returning to his conversation at the Slytherin table.

As soon as he had finished his breakfast, he gathered his things and headed up to the headmasters office, ignoring Ron and Hermione's pestering. He didn't talk to anyone but Draco anymore.

He arrived at the gargoyle and said the password, "Cherry sours".

"Harry, my boy, come in! Would you like a lemon drop?" Dumbledore twinkled over his half moon spectacles.

"No thank you, Headmaster." Harry said. "You asked to see me?"

"Ah yes, my boy." Dumbledore looked disappointed. "Your friends tell me you aren't speaking to them?"

Harry acted uncomfortable, refusing to look him in the eyes. No need for the man to attempt to get into his mind. "No, sir."

"Whatever has happened, please forgive them my boy. They're worried about you. Especially the friendship between you and Mr. Malfoy. You know his father is a death eater."

"I will try, sir." Harry lied, looking at his feet. He tried to look guilty, and apparently succeeded since the headmaster looked satisfied.

Dumbles nodded, all twinkles and smiles. "Thank you my boy, you can run along."

"Bye, sir." Harry said and high tailed it out of there. He went directly to the room of requirement, and Draco was waiting for him.

They settled on a black and grey common room, and seated themselves on the couches provided.

"So what happened, Harry?" Draco asked.

"Dumblefuck, of course, wanted me to forgive the little traitors." Harry hissed in anger, his s's more prominent in his anger.

Draco nodded as he had expected it. "He still hasn't asked about the money situation?"

"No, he still hasn't realized it was me. Not that I want him to. I want him to puzzle, and suffer for awhile longer." Harry paused, looking a bit uncertain.

Draco cocked his head to the side in a silent question.

"Draco, I would like to ask you a favor. I need to arrange a meeting."

"A meeting? With who?"

Harry looked a Draco with a raised eyebrow, "Who do you think?"

Draco still looked at Harry with confusion.

"I need to meet with the Dark Lord."

To be continued…
