Cory Baxter, the kid with the katana imbued with the power of Kek. Immensely powerful with the blade and adamant about his loyalty to his country. Alex Jones, the wielder of the gods. Controller of the ancient Egyptian armor of the gods and intrigued by anything otherworldly. Ted, the explosive oldtimer. His knowledge of weapons and explosives is matched only by his deadset mind. Espio, the emerald master. His knowledge on the chaos emerald is the greatest of all time, and his isolationist view dominates his life.

Together, the coniferous crusaders stood upon a hill, overlooking the city of the CIA: CIAnada. The entire city was covered by the presence of black skyscrapers, with the tallest being shaped similar to the Seattle space needle. Rain fell heavily down upon the city. The sky cried upon the land.

"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Cory shouted.

"Calm down, we don't even know what we're up against. For all we know, the entire city could be expecting our arrival," Espio deduced.

"Well how are we even supposed to blow it up, then?" Ted said.

"Shut up, old man. I'm trying to concentrate," Espio said, sitting down on the ground and putting his hand to his eye. Straight through his hand came his eyeball, which flew off towards the city.

"Wow, Espio! You're able to control your eyes using chaos control?" Cory asked.

"Cory, he needs to concentrate in order to achieve this power, if he loses concentration, he could lose that eye permanently," Alex said, "it's a risky move, but valuable in situations such as these."

Cory and the gang watched as Espio stood completely still, holding his one eye and closing the other one. Suddenly, Espio gasped and held his eye tightly as it came flying back fast. As the eye flew into his head, he fell backwards onto the ground.

"What happened, Espio!?" Cory asked, running up to him.

"H-his body… it's…"

"What did you see?" Alex asked, walking up.

"This isn't about the city, it's worse. That lightning powered person, he's dead."

"But didn't you kill him by sending him to the bottom of the lake?" Cory asked.

"I didn't kill him, it would be too dangerous. Didn't you hear me say he has part of the soul of Jadaran? If I killed him, that soul would be released into the world for anyone who knows what they're doing to get."

"Who is Jadaran, why is he so dangerous?" Cory asked.

"He was a samurai who somehow gained the power of Earth, wind, fire, and water and almost destroyed the earth with them. The only reason he was killed was because of the entire United States government going after him. He is the single reason why the United States believed Japanese culture was becoming too powerful and why they destroyed Japan completely. Now 1/4th of his soul is out there."

"Who would have killed him, though? His body was at the bottom of the lake and his soul was controlled completely by your keeper guns," Alex questioned.

"That's what doesn't make sense, his soul must have been ripped straight from his body, so carefully that I wasn't even able to stop them."

"Well, who cares if he's gone, we need to focus on CIAnada," Cory said heroically.

Espio stood up and grabbed Cory's collar, "You IDIOT. Why are we even here? My mission was to defeat all the elementals and now I'm being forced into a group of idiots who know nothing about the danger we all are in."

"What are you saying Espio? This isn't like you," Cory shouted struggling with Espio's grip on him.

"Espio, let him go!" Alex shouted.

"You morons. Do you understand the consequences of this? If these souls fall into the wrong hands, the world may come to an end. This stupid CIA town is worthess in the grand scheme of things!" Espio said.

"I'd say you're wrong about that, Espio," A voice said from behind them. Everyone whipped around to see a single man: Stickler.

"Stickler… we meet again," Cory said, holding up his fist.

"Don't do that, way too dramatic."

"I'll be as dramatic as I want because you're going to be as dead as I want!" Cory shouted, spinning his fedora dramatically and pulling out his sword, striking a pose. Espio flipped his guns out, Alex activated his Ra form, and Ted pulled out a bomb.

"Watch out guys, he has the power of every villain we fought before I went back in time."

"What the heck Cory, how did that happen?" Espio asked.

"Don't worry, we have extremely overpowered powers, we can kill him."

Espio shot at him with one pistol and used the other to shoot at where he predicted Stickler to move to, but instead of moving, the man teleported behind them.

"Slenderman instant teleportation, mates," Stickler said.

Cory jumped up towards him. In response, Stickler shot out a barrage of black tentacles, pinning Cory to the ground. Alex moved behind him and struck him with the staff of Ra, but it passed right through the man. Stickler merely slapped Alex, sending him flying down into the ground. Ted tried throwing bombs at the man, each one blowing up in mid air. Stickler caught one of the bombs and teleported in front of Ted, dropping it and then jumping backward away from it. The explosion knocked Ted back.

"Enough of this," Espio said, forming an energy field around Stickler, "Even teleportation can't get through this. Everyone knows 'teleporting' is just moving fast. You can't win."

Stickler laughed and whispered, "cosmic fissure."

The ground around them began to shake as chunks of the ground flew up around Stickler, when he was out of sight, a bolt of lightning struck him, breaking both the rocks and the force field, leaving Stickler flying there with his arms crossed.

"What!?" Espio shouted.

"Stupid Espio, you act like you're all powerful but that is no longer the case! I am now the second most powerful person on the planet! Soon to be the first, though."

Cory cursed in Japanese and jumped at Stickler again, preparing a flurry of strikes. Stickler merely dodged all of them, reaching out eventually and grabbing his katana, throwing the boy away.

"What, how can you hold the Katana?!" Cory shouted as he turned to see Stickler holding the katana of light.

"Haha! My arm is a special one. Remember when I said taking your powers would kill me? I have transcended. I am now more powerful than you Cory. I will use this power to kill Payne and then retake the government," Stickler ranted, "now, let's go away."

The crusaders looked down at themselves as the stones that covered their skin began to vibrate, and all of them fell down to the ground, passed out. CIAnadian guards came out and grabbed the bodies, taking them away.

"Take that one to my tower, we're going to have a chat," Stickler said sinisterly, pointing to Cory. The guards nodded and grabbed him, carrying him off towards the space needle building.

"Sir, the second one has been taken, the transfusion worked," a guard said, walking up.

"Good, good, Rolling. Let's go see your brother," Stickler said.

Rolling nodded, following his leader. Rolling was a 21 year old man who wore brown clothing and had long black hair. Embedded in his right arm was a large dagger shaped stone. The two walked down toward a building shaped like a hospital, the rain falling down hard upon the city creating a loud constant sound.

As they entered the building, they found themselves in a room bare of anything other than a fingerprint reader in the center. Stepping up to it, Stickler's print was read and the floor began to move down into the ground. Darkness fell over the two as they went further down into the Earth, eventually landing upon a room with a single door in the side. The two entered the door to see a room with four cylindrical containers, three of which contained the body of a person, one of which was banging on the glass.

Stickler walked up to the glass and opened it with ease. The man jumped out and fell to his knees, screaming and waving his hands about, shooting bolts of lightning out of his hands. Stickler grabbed his arm and the man screamed louder, flailing about. Out of his arm, Stickler produced a dagger made of stone and stabbed the man in his right arm all the way through. Instantly, the man stopped moving and stood up calm and collected.

"Welcome, Tesla," Rolling said, nodding at him.

"Hello master Stickler. I am ready to serve," Tesla said. He wore the same style of tightly fitting clothes that Rolling had on, but blue. His hair was short and spiky blonde.

"Head for the tower, we have a meeting with a traitor," Stickler said. The two solute and walk away, leaving Stickler alone.

Stickler fell to his knees, gasping for air as he held the hand the dagger protruded from. Blood flowed out of it onto the floor, "Weakness… ugh… two more… that's all I need…"

Out of his metallic arm, he produced a metal cane, walking out of the containment building, leaving the two vessels behind.
