Under a starless night, in the desolate land of pale sand dunes,
The boar fell in love with the lonely, crescent moon.
The moon stared down, lips curled into a malicious grin,
Revealing a fine set of his pearly white, bony teeth.
"Prove your loyalty to me," the moon ordered, his tone was wry.
The boar went down on his knees and gouged out his right eye.
