As Mr. Dick Robinson(CEO of scholastic) was eating his Ramen noodles. He looked outside of his apartment window to see a cat staring at him. Mr. Robinson took a mouse toy off the counter held it by its tail and waved it. The cat's head followed its movement perfectly. The man took the toy and threw it into the trash can. The cat looked confused. The man took a Scholastic paper book, rolled it up and swatted the window. The cat scared she jumped off the balcony into a trash can unharmed! The Man looking where the cat landed he saw a bunch of fur balls clumped up together. The man, angry he grabbed his coat, ran outside the door and chased the cat. He ran after the cat. The cat ran into an alley. The man angry he walked closer to the cat. He grabbed the cat, put it in a bag, went down to the river and gave the cat back to the girl. See The man knew the cat and it's owner and he knew that the cat ran away from her home and went to bring back the cat to its owner.
