How do I do this? Where do I begin to tell my story? Should I write about it as though it were a work of fiction or do I shape it into a third-person biography, written from the perspective of a separate brain? Because the essence and the soul of my past can be discovered through intense, prolonged periods of concentration. Even though the miraculous spontaneousness of flashbacks. This does not mean that I am that person anymore.
So, this is something that should be taken into account in everything I have written and everything that will be; I am not the same person. This is even more so as who I was then does not share the same neurons, the same body or the same lifetime as me.

When I had published the prologue, I had the 'story' set out in notes. I had my plan, my chapter names, and the contents of my book. But I could not go through with this. This method of writing did not suit it, and I was unmotivated.
I explored other ways to express it, like making art, and I would do so too literally and so rarely. I want to be precise, factual, and at the same time, leave space for the imagination.

Where do I begin to tell my story? Do I write whatever comes naturally? Or do I draw upon my memory?
I shall continue to write, and we will see how it comes.
