In the world conjured by the Infinite Tsukuyomi, Kurenai Yūhi Sarutobi was the happiest woman in the village. Her husband Asuma stood next to her bed, smiling down at her as she held her daughter Mirai in her arms. Accompanying Asuma were Konohamaru, Naruto, Sakura, Hinata, Shino, Kiba and Akamaru, Choji, Ino, Shikamaru and...pretty much the rest of the village. Kurenai couldn't be more happier to see her teammates, no, her extended family by her side. She smiled at Mirai, happy to know she will grow to become a strong and powerful shinobi.
In reality, the pregnant Kurenai was cocooned and tethered to the roots of the God Tree along with all the villagers of Konohagakure and the rest of the world. She was to be transformed into something better once she wakes up. One without having to worry about her daughter's future any more.
The first thing to go were her clothes. Her naked body was exposed, showing off her natural beauty and her swollen pregnant belly.
Her chakra was next. It became very slowly drained and was being sent back to the progenitor of all chakra: Princess Kaguya Otsutsuki. In the process, her body became drained as well, gradually starting to show wrinkles and the outline of bones.
The unborn Mirai was being drained as well. Normally, this would have killed her, but thanks to the God Tree's power, she was kept alive.
Kurenai's self slowly became drained as more of her chakra and body was drained. She began to hear the voice of a woman, comforting her. Telling her that she will not bring harm to her or her daughter. In fact, she wanted to create a world where the two of them can live in peace...under her protection. Kurenai, though not knowing who this woman was, trusted her completely.
Soon, there was nothing left of Kurenai but a withered shell of a woman. Her black hair turned white and thin, her red eyes had become opaque and dull, her skin became pasty white and shriveled, stretching over to outline the bones, and her breasts sagged. Her stomach was also sagging as well, making her look less like a woman who was several months pregnant and more like someone that had fat sucked out of her body.
However, both mother and daughter were kept alive and preserved so they could begin the transformation.
Many months passed. During that time Kurenai's hair turned from black to green, the skin turned chalk white white with jagged lines and the eyes turned from red to yellow. The one thing that didn't change was the swollen stomach.
When the cocoon snapped and unwrapped Kurenai, now transformed into something greater: White Zetsu. One in over millions of other White Zetsus, ready to serve Kaguya. However, there was a slight difference. She was still pregnant, but soon she will give birth to another White Zetsu who will serve Kaguya as well.
