6 months after the Nighthowler Incident
A couple of weeks after the Nighthowler incidents some of Zootopia's citizens began questioning the capabilities of the Zootopian government, then the United Districts of the Zootopian Peninsula, and new political parties formed, three main parties found themselves fighting for political control.
There was the existing government the United Districts of the Zootopian Peninsula (U.D.Z.P), led by Mayor Lionheart, who was acquitted of any "crimes" he committed, which held the most consistent votes and had complete support from the lower half of the Zootopian peninsula, including the lower half of the Downtown District. Second there was the Socialist Soviet Republic of Zootopia (S.S.R.Z), led by a Polar bear named Boris Kikyrov. The S.S.R.Z had gained popularity quickly and was on the rise in the upper, larger districts of the peninsula, gaining 87% support from Tundratown and 93% in the Rainforest District. Last there was the National Workers Party of Zootopia (N.W.P.Z), led by an Otter named Otto Garin. The N.W.P.Z had only real home support in the Meadowlands with a 98% popular vote but had supporters all through the land.
2 months later...
A march in Tundratown of 150 N.W.P.Z supporters is met by armed supporters of the S.S.R.Z. A violent riot breaks out and the Soviet's fire on the unarmed Nationalists killing 24 and injuring 37 more. This was the start of what would be known as Bloody January.
The Soviet party protected their supporters, the U.D.Z.P did nothing. The N.W.P.Z broke away from the central government 2 days later, 3 days after that the S.S.R.Z broke away from the U.D.Z.P, the split terms where voted on and an agreement was made to split the Downtown District along the Climate Wall Parallel and on January 19th The Climate Wall Declaration was signed.
The N.W.P.Z still bitter over the killed marchers declared war on the Soviets and started the First Peninsula War. The U.D.Z.P sent supplies and some volunteers, two of them being Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps. Judy becomes fascinated by the modern tank and Nick finds his passion for battle.
1 year after the Nighthowler Incident
Otto Garin is killed by communist forces in a last stand at Wooly Rock and the last of his forces surrender, ending the First Peninsula war. The S.S.R.Z annexed the territory and began an industrial build up of the area.
The Nocturnal Ranges and Outback Island seeing the Soviets build up spooked them and the both willingly joined the U.D.Z.P.
Many of the U.D.Z.P volunteers became high ranking officers in the new Army, Navy and Airforce. The U.D.Z.P begins building up.
Present Day / 2 Years after the Nighthowler Incident
Both factions are almost ready for a full scale war and political relations worsen between the powers. Citizens on all sides prepare for the worse, young mammals prepare for a war.
Nick and Judy are now Generals in the Army, Judy being a Panzer leader and Nick being a Infantry Leader. Judy was a very sound leader and a master tactician, she cared for all of her divisions a bit too well, on the other hand we have Nick, Also a master tactician he had more of a daring and aggressive approach to fighting his enemies, almost recklessly.
