Shattered dream?
Dream was having a long fight with his brother like always back in their AU that was destroyed though there was one bad apple still left though nightmare didn't seem to care about the apple all he cared about was ending his brother's life never would he had thought his brother would ever do what he did today. Dream was breating heavily as he was having a hard enough time dealing with nightmare and his negativey. Now he knows his brother went through alot of pain before he became his..corrupted form that had tendrils about 4 of them.
Dream was beat up pretty good but saw the apple drop and roll towards him as he picked it up and stares at it. Nightmare was curious about what his brother was going to do but stays away from him as he hated the postitve emotions from him though he could feel negative emotions as well not much but enough. Dream was lost in thought as voices started talking"why not eat the apple dream you could learn what pain your brother went through wouldn't that be nice?"the voice asked.
Nightmare was slightly worried but not to worried knowing dream was stupid but not that stupid to put himself through the same pain he himself did. Dream was still listening to the voices as was struggling to not bite into the apple he wants to experience the pain and suffering his brother went through but then again he would lose himself he knows it. He finally listened to the one voice that said"but maybe you and nightmare would get along wouldn't that be nice!"it sounded in his head.
Dream winces from the voice as he looks at his brother and smiles as he turns around and takes the bite of the dark apple and yelps dropping it as he held his head and whimpers from the searing pain in his head as he looks back at his brother facing him as he had a smile on his face even though he was hurting before falling to his knees and cries out in pain as he could feel the darkness sinking into him as he coughed out black goop. Nightmare was watching in horror as he was watching his brother turn to something like he was.
Dream screams out in pain louder as his back suddenly grew tendrils from his back as he stood up wobbly as he was slowly taken over by the negetive thoughts and other darkness"b-brother make it stop it h-hurts make it stop please...i-i'm scared i-i don't l-like thi-"he was cut off as he was fully sucked into the darkness"Hahaha oh dear brother look at me now i'm just like you hehe."shattered said as he grins widely. Nightmare was frozen as he started at what was now his brother.
Shattered giggles and raises a tendril and stabs it through nightmare's arm as he smirks and walks off"thank you dear brother for this now i can go cause chaos think i'll start off with my friends hehe."he said. Nightmare screams in pain as he now felt the pain and turns and looks at dream"n-no! dream this isn't you!"he shouts. Shattered turns and looks at nightmare with an unamused face"oh dear brother it is me just...different hehe ta-ta!"he said as he walks through the portal. Nightmare just watched as he had just seen his brother change into something horrible.
