Two years...It's been two years since I uploaded anything. I know I've disappeared and reappeared more times than I can count, and I can't even begin to think of something to say other than I am so sorry it took me so long to bring you all any content. I've been going through a lot of personal things that have kept me from writing at all, and any time I tried when I had the chance I suffered from writers block. I assure you all, I have not given up on this story and I will not give up on this story you all love so much. Once again, I apologize immensely for such a long hiatus. I thank you all for your support and Patience. I hope you all enjoy this chapter.

In a silent laboratory in the far regions of Orre, Ein sat in front of a large monitor preparing to turn off a live show that was supposed to be off the air. He had just witnessed the battle and the chaos that unfolded between Wes and Venus. He smiled to himself for a second as he shook his head.
"It seems our dear Venus has dropped the ball and has lost some very precious cargo." He said with a chuckle. "How unfortunate"
Unbeknownst to many except those in Cipher, as well as having such great technology, Ein had access to all cameras in the underground at his disposal including the ones in Venus' studio. He began to rewind the video to where Suicune was captured and watched it once more.
"Master Evice is not going to be happy about this."
He then began to fast forward and then pause on a shot of Wes clutching the lifeless body of his surrogate sister.
"It really is a shame about poor Reina." He said to himself with very little solemn in his voice. "She had quite admirable skill and she could have have been so much more useful to us."
He then began to rewind the video once and then paused on an image of Wes and Rui. He leaned back in his chain and stroked his chin thought.
"You're becoming quite a mystery to me Wes." He said "How is it that you are able to be this much of a nuisance to us? What are we doing wrong? What is it going to take to put you six feet under?"
He then turned his attention to Rui and glared at her.
"And then there's you. We're focusing so much more effort on Wes when your the one who can see the Shadow Pokemon. How can such a major problem be in the form of such a beautiful young lady?"
He continued to observe the stilled frame of the red haired girl and stared intently at her blue eyes.
"In fact you remind me of..."
Ein gasped and his eyes widened as he suddenly jumped up from his chair. He continued to stare at Rui's image observing every feature on her face particularly her eyes. He then began to glare angrily.
"No...It can't be...It's impossible!" He hissed
However as he continued to angrily observe Rui realization began to set in about who she was.
"This is a problem! a really big problem!" He growled as he picked up a stapler beside him. He then began to breathe heavily and his fist began to shake.
"You.." He snarled.
He began to walk away from the monitor before quickly turning around and throwing the stapler at the screen causing to explode.
He stared at the large hole as smoke flowed from it and sparks sputtered. Suddenly a knock was heard at the door.
The door opened revealing a Cipher peon who stepped inside and saw the destroyed monitor as well as the Visibly angry Cipher admin.
"Um m-master Ein?" The peon stuttered meekly.
"Shut up fool and listen!" Ein barked with rage in his voice making the peon squeak and shake in fear. "Go to the conference room and get Master Evice on the line at once! This situation with Wes has just become much more of a problem that it already is!"
The scared peon wanted to do nothing more than acknowledge the order and get away from the normally calm Cipher Admin but he had something he needed to say.
"Um a-actually s-sir that's w-why I knocked. M-Master Evice is already on the line in the conference room. And he doesn't seem happy."
Ein's Rage quickly subsided upon hearing that statement. He then sighed heavily. Sometimes he forgets how fast word travels to the higher ups of Cipher.
"Tell me something Ein, how many legendary Pokemon did we have captured?" Evice asked from a monitor, his voice dripping with sarcasm and annoyance.
Ein stared at the floor.
"Three sir" He replied not wanting to look his superior in the eye.
"And how many Pokemon do we have now?" Evice asked with a growl.
Ein finally looked up.
"One sir"
"That's correct one legenday pokemon. ONLY ONE!" Evice screamed in fury slamming his fist down on the desk making the Pokeball almost fall off.
"I entrusted you fools with these Pokemon, and now that brat has taken two of them! What do you think is going to happen if he takes the third!? He's getting stronger, his Pokemon are getting stronger, and if he snags all three legendary Pokemon and purifies them he'll train them to be stronger than they are now! He will destroy everything we've worked on and force us out of business forever! I've waited too long to become this powerful and I will not lose everything to a child!"
Ein began to step away from the monitor feeling as if Evice was going to come through and strangle him. He had seen his superior angry before but never this irate.
"M-Master Evice please!" Ein said with his hands in front of him in an attempt to Evice down. "I-I assure that he will not take the final one. He'll have to deal with me if he wants it. Surely you must know that I will show him no mercy. I promise he won't walk away victorious this time."
Evice's seething anger could be heard loud and clear.
"You better make sure that happens or else none of you are going to walk away from this!"
Evice then stood up from his desk and walked over to the peon holding the camera he was talking into. Without warning he snatched it and threw it on the ground shattering it into pieces.
Ein watched the feed go to static and stood dumbfounded things nothing at all was going right for not only was his superior ready to kill him for a failure that hasn't happened yet but he also had made a shocking discovery that will only cause him and the rest of Cipher trouble. And he never got the chance to say anything.
Back in Evice's quarters Nascour stared at the camera that his master had destroyed in his fury. He the looked back at his with a calm and cool smile.
"Don't worry sir I promise I will-"
"You will promise me nothing fool!" Evice snapped furiously cutting him off and making his smile vanish. "You were supposed to kill those brats and they're still running around! I don't want your promises, I want you to bring me their heads!"
"Sir when I last battled them things happened that were beyond my control it wasn't my fault."
"What about earlier in the studio Nascour!? Wes had no Pokemon left that could battle or be a problem and he was beaten emotionally when you killed the girl. You and Gonzap had the opportunity to finish them off and yet you let them live!"
Nascour was unsure of what to say he almost was never reprimanded by Evice.
"I um-"
"Silence!" Evice snapped "I want them dead do you understand me!? The next time you see them you will show them no mercy and end their pathetic lives. And if you fail me again I will have "your" head as compensation! Do I make myself clear!?"
"Y-Yes sir I understand you clearly." Nascour said with obvious nervousness in his voice.
"Get out of my sight now." Evice growled.
Cipher's second in command bowed and walked away. He left the room and shut the door. He stood there in the hallway alone with his mouth wide open and his body trembling somewhat. For the first time since he can remember Nascour felt afraid. Evice just promised him his death if he failed and his master always keeps his promise.
