Hey guys! So I'm gonna be overseas for a month, but I'll still have my computer. So hopefully I'll still be on time with uploads.
Anyway enjoy!
Natsu jumped all over the place, like an excited puppy at a bone theme park. His eyes sparkled at the food, his throat singing to the Bulgarian and Irish national anthems. He was so distracted, Gray had to drag him by the ear to make sure he wasn't separated from the group.
"Here we are! Home sweet home!"
Everyone crowded around the entrance of a small tent, some a bit more befuddled than others. The full bloods gave a smirk, filing in a single line crouching inside the tent. After Hermione entered, Arthur gave a nod to the remaining boys, entering the tent. "Wait, ten of us are going to live inside this tent for a weekend?"
"There's eleven of us dolt!" Gray scolded, giving Natsu a slap on the back of the head. "But Natsu's right. How are we all going to live together for the whole weekend?" Harry asked with a tilt of his head.
"Well, I don't know about you guys, but English skies could dunk a bucket on us any moment, and I'd rather be dry than squished." Gray said with a grit, adjusting the bag on his shoulder. He took a silent breath in, and followed inside.
"Woah! Guys get in here!"
Natsu and Harry looked at each other with puzzle. Harry gave a shrug and ducked in, the fire wizard following behind. Once inside, all Natsu and Harry could do was stare. The tent wasn't tiny at all!
There were separate rooms for about two people each, a high platform for the dining area and a comfy lounge room in front. To the side was the kitchen and bathroom, and the tent ceiling was very high.
"Now girls pick a bed and unpack! Ron get out of the kitchen we're all hungry!"
"Yeah get out of the kitchen Ron!"
"George! Fred! Get your feet off the table!"
"Feet off the table!" The twins repeated, and immediately put their feet back up.
"...I love magic…" Harry whispered, dropping his bag and finding a room.
"Now, Natsu, Gray." Arthur pushed them slightly to a corner, dropping his voice to a whisper. "I have a special room for you both. And since Ron told me that Natsu has a snoring problem, you're room is laced with a sound proof charm."
"I DO NOT HAVE A SNORING PROBLEM!"
"Oh please we've all heard you snore! You're even vibrate the Common Room!"
"Shut up Fred!"
"In any case, the room you have is sound proof so we won't be able to hear you." Arthur smiled, and gave them a subtle wink before walking off to attend other things. Gray and Natsu looked at each other, and sped walked to their room almost immediately.
The room was very typical. Two beds with desks and shelves, an oil lantern swinging from above. Natsu and Gray dunk their bags on their beds, Gray immediately drawing the curtain dividing them from the others.
"So Natsu-"
"Wait." Natsu held his hand up, stopping Gray mid sentence. Natsu took a deep breath and with a loud roar…
"ALL MUDBLOODS SHOULD NEVER BE WIZARDS!"
"Natsu what are you doing?!"
The boys sat in silence for a while, but nothing. No screams of protest, no immediate storming into the room, no spells flying in… nothing. Natsu sighed relief and stood up. "What the hell was that for you idiot?!"
"I was just checking if it really is sound proof." Gray mentally slapped himself after Natsu's explanation and collected his thoughts with slow breathing. "Anyway, what the hell did Hermione find out?"
"Hermione went to the Department of Births and Deaths or something. She tried to find my folder and Lucy's too. She found out that we don't exist in this world." Gray went pale at Natsu's telling. "What about the excuse of undercover names?"
"Yeah cause that's not just as suspicious…"
Gray groaned, rubbing through his hair. "Well, what are you gonna do? Erza's probably going to kill you. What about Professor Dumbledore or Master Makarov? What do they think?"
"Well, to be honest… Professor Dumbledore told me that it's ultimately up to us… We could tell them, we could try to drag it out longer, or we could erase her memory…" Natsu muttered. Gray stared coldly at his frenemy, releasing a heavy sigh.
"What do you think we should do?" Gray asked, slowly and with a sharp tone. Natsu placed his hands to his mouth groaning frustration. "Guaaah I don't know!" Natsu yelled, falling back down on the bed. "I don't want to keep this a secret. But Harry said he wants me to solve the mystery of 'White Shadows' at school!"
"White Shadows?"
"Yeah, that's what he calls us…"
"So basically, you have a way to sabotage their findings about us?"
"Yeah basically…" Natsu sat back up, rubbing his face in a muddled mood. "Ok how about this. Let's send a message back to Hogwarts and to Lucy and Gajeel and when we get back, we'll discuss it then."
"Yeah, sounds like a good idea."
"Alright. Where's Happy?"
"Oh Lucy told me that is would be a better idea if Happy stayed with her. With him being a different and out of this world animal and all." Natsu sighed, looking at the door. "Maybe we can borrow Errol."
"Well that's probably our only option."
Natsu walked to the curtain, pulling it back and poked his head outside. "Hey Mr Weasly!"
"Yes Natsu?"
"Can we borrow Errol? I want to send Lucy a letter."
"Certainly!" Arthur beamed, clicking his tongue. Errol flew onto his arm with a little stumble. Arthur strode towards Natsu handing the friendly owl. "Thanks Mr Weasly."
"Not a problem at all my good chap!"
Natsu ducked back in, Errol standing peacefully on his arm. "So what should we tell them?" Natsu asked, sitting down at the desk.
"Already taken care of." Gray held up the letters addressed to Makarov, Lucy, and Gajeel and gave them to the owl. "That was fast." Natsu muttered. "Cause I have productivity."
"What was that?!"
Gray simply rolled his eyes, reaching his arm out for Errol to jump on which the owl did. Gray pulled back a curtain acting as a blind for an open window, Errol taking off into the grey sky.
"Well, that should do it." Gray sighed, pushing the curtain back.
"Boys!" A light tap at the door muffled through their room, Gray walking over and pulling back the door slightly. There stood Arthur with a beam on his face. He held up red and black face paint in one hand, green and white in the other.
"It's almost time for the game! Choose your team!"
