"Alright this is the location" The Aquatoid says opening the door. Christel walks out of the USO Sub and reacts surprised to see that they were on land cause the ocean is nowhere where she was standing. "Huh? How did we get here in a sub? There's no water here" Christel says feeling confused to how the USO sub could be on land. "Human, this USO sub has the ability to fly. Get going, I'll wait here" The Aquatoid says sounding impatient of her before walking back inside the sub. "What's wrong with that Aquatoid? Had no right to be that to you" The Chrysalid says sounding angry. "That Gillman better hear about this, cannot believe it" The Viper then says sounding just as angry. "Let's focus about this EXALT in that building over here" Christel says hoping the Chrysalid and Viper will stay focused to saving Earth from the organisation the Ethereal created.
Christel could see a building ahead which looked exactly like the building she saw on the Gillman's computer back at T'Leth. "This is the place here. Better watch out for EXALT troops" Christel says heading towards one of the walls of the building. She sees beside her was a wooden door and sees the Chrysalid and Viper standing behind her. "OK. We'll enter through here. I'll open the door then we will go through" Christel says as the aliens nodded their heads. Christel slowly opens the door to try avoid making any noise. She could see inside the building what looks like five or six transmission devices. She soon opens the door fully and creeps inside the building. "What even is this place human?" She could hear the Viper say making Christel actual think what it even is the place. "I don't actually know Viper. I think its just some kind of cell for EXALT" She says wondering if it is due to the transmission devices. "A cell? What you mean by that?" The Chrysalid says but Christel quickly heard some movement. Christel gets behind the closest transmission devices while she tries to use her hand to tell the aliens to hide behind the wall outside the building. They both look confused at her but she soon hears a gunshot nearby. She quickly turns back around seeing a small group of humans armed with what looks like normal rifles. The group opened fired here Christel was standing. She kept behind the transmission device to try keep herself protect from getting shot at. She could see the Viper firing it's weapon towards the group of humans. She also sees the Chrysalid run behind them and then sees it lash at them using it's claw like hands knocking them to the floor. "Got them human. Are you hurt at all?" The Chrysalid says running quickly to her. "No. I'm fine, thank you both for managing to take them down" Christel says giving a smile glad to have them with her.
"Human, I think there are more here. We better get you somewhere safe" The Viper says as Christel feels it wrap around her. "Don't worry, I think we will be OK here Viper" Christel says but she soon could hear the Gillman say into her head. "Christel, EXALT troops are closing down on your location, try to get anything you can out of this place and please hurry" The Gillman says making Christel feel alert about the incoming attacks. "More are approaching, we need to try collect something here that might tell us about EXALT" Christel says as the Chrysalid nods at her. The Chrysalid soon runs off quickly making Christel quickly react surprised. "Wait where you going?" She says feeling concerned by its actions. Before she could move, Christel could then hear sounds of helicopters approaching. "They're here Christel! I can feel it" The Viper then said keeping its coils around Christel. "I will make sure you don't get killed here" It adds as sounds of the door started being battered. "OK Viper. I'll try get data from this relay. Keep me covered here!" Christel called out as broke from the Viper and ran for the nearest relay she could get to. She managed to decode the relay as she could then hear the doors finally be swung open. She turned to the doors seeing humans entering with what looks like alien weaponry. Before she could react she could feel herself being shot on the arm causing her to drop her Plasma Sniper Rifle holding onto her wounded arm.
She looked at the wound she now had and then looked up again seeing both the Viper and Chryssalid swiftly kill the humans. They both made their way to Christel. "Christel! This is a bad wound, we need to get you back to the USO and fast!" The Viper exclaimed out to Christel as she just stood. "We can't. We need to get all the information about EXALT and now" She says walking her way to the other relay in the place. "But Christel, if you don't get help on that wound. You might actually be dead before we can get you back to the USO if we don't go now" The Viper then added as she shook her head. "If we leave now, we will not have enough data to use to stop this organization. We have to decrypt the data and it has to be now if we are to stand a chance. I just need you both to defend this area until I can manage to get all the data here" Christel then says as the aliens nodded their heads and made their way back to the door.
Christel managed to limp her way to the other relay on the other side of the area and started to hack the data, however she then could hear more people were outside, it seemed to be more EXALT troops. "Christel! There is more EXALT people here! We got to get moving and now!" The Viper shouts out as she started to limp her way back to the aliens while grabbing her Plasma Sniper Rifle that she dropped. She managed to stand behind the first relay she got data from before she could see she was now under fire from outside. "Commander! We need to get out of here!" She called hoping that the Sectoid Commander would arrive to get all three of them out of the place as soon as possible. "Christel, we got the UFO hidden nearby, just make your way out and quickly, there is an indication that XCOM might arrive to join the fight" She could hear the Sectoid Commander say in her head.
She could hear more sounds of gunfire as she tried to aim her Plasma Sniper Rifle with just her right hand but is unable to do so while holding her wounded left arm. The Chrysalid then ran back over to her and held onto the front of the weapon. "Christel! Don't worry about shooting them, we need to go and now!" It says before lifting her and started to run out of the area with Christel on it's back. She looked back seeing the Viper was right behind them both while occasionally looking back to shoot at the EXALT Troops. She then looked back ahead where the UFO was and the Chryssalid quickly got them both inside with the Viper just behind them. The Chryssalid then layed Christel onto the ground while she kept hold of the wound and the weapon. "Let's get her back to the USO before she bleeds out, she is badly hurt Commander" The Chryssalid says as Christel could see outside the UFO taking off from the area. The Viper and Chryssalid both were looking down to her as she tried to get back up again. "Take is easy, don't move Christel. Your badly hurt and we need to make sure your not gonna die before we can get you help in T'Leth" The Viper says as she nodded her head a little feeling herself slowly drifting away from consciousness. She could see them still talking to her but their sounds just started to become muffled and just more and more muffled until she fell unconscious.
She could feel herself breathing heavily and was thinking about if she wasn't going to make it, what could happen to Earth and the aliens who are on the good side. She thinks EXALT would overrun XCOM and XCOM would murder all the aliens not just the Viper, Chryssalid and Sectoid Commander. But also everyone back in T'Leth the Underwater Alien City. It was feeling like a very long she had passed out, feeling her body being moved and even with the weapon pried away from her hand and her armour being removed from her. There was a sudden sharp pain to her wound as the feeling of it being treated. The pain soon disappeared and not long afterwords she waked up again. She could see she was back in T'Leth, the Underwater Alien City. She managed to sit up seeing the Gilman was standing where Christel could see it. "Your awake human, good. We are glad that we could you back here in time since you were badly injured to the arm. We really thought we lost you from how you badly your injury was" The Gillman said as she could feel anxious that maybe what she had saw while passed out was actually a sign of how close to death she truly was. "But how did the Sectoid Commander find me and the other two to help get out of the place?" She then asked wondering why the Aquatoid wasn't there with the USO. "Christel, the Commander had found out about how it acted towards you, and that cannot be tolerated with. Especially since your a valuable ally to not only your world, but to Cydonia and T'Leth" The Gillman says as it was walking out of the room they were in. "One more thing, that intel you got from that EXALT cell has gotten us one step closer to find their base" It said before leaving Christel who managed to get up.
She looked at her father's notebook again about the aliens and started scrolling over the pages to see if there was anything about aliens that she hadn't encountered yet. There appeared to be one that looks like human called Thin Men. She looked at the drawing of it as the text was unreadable from how damaged the book was. She looked to see if there was any other aliens the book contained. However it would turn out to be there was no other aliens that she hasn't seen before. Christel got up as she knew that the fight to save Earth is just beginning, with the feeling that once EXALT is gone, her and the aliens needs to find a way to make peace with XCOM since there is still the fear inside her that they might kill them all.
