A/N: Here's a very special Gaiden written that's been in the works for a couple of months. This was written and submitted to me from longtime reader and friend Belletiger. I helped beta this thing. She's given me permission to post this story on my page.
What's this story about? Well, it's flashback story told by someone who experienced these events.
It's the story about Queen Serenity and Okami, which was alluded to in The Invasion of the Rajita. There'll be some surprising cameos, too.
Anyway, not to waste anymore time, let's get on with the special!

The Wolf and the Moon Goddess

Campsite/April 2, 2011
It was a beautiful night full of stars and the full moon showing all its glory. Hina, the 7 year old girl and Okami's youngest daughter, was in her white wolf form, looking at the moon. There was a hypnotizing look in her silver eyes. Her fur was glimmering with the moonlight, almost giving her a silver glow around her.
"I am so happy to be here in the woods with you, Papa!" Exclaimed Hina, happily wagging her tail.
Okami, in his human form, smiled to his daughter. He was very happy that he could camp with Hina; that way, he could train her to control her Lycan transformation and the woods was the perfect place for the training. Moreover, it allowed them time for father-daughter bonding.
"I am also happy to be here, Hina," Okami smiled, then he frowned as he looked annoyed to two identical boys with short red hair and green eyes. "I'd be happier if those two hadn't come with us."
In front of Okami and sitting beside Hina, there were the twin Katsuya brothers; Yusuke and Kazuma. Yusuke smiled as he was roasting a marshmallow in the campfire. Kazuma smiled embarrassed, knowing how important the trip was to Okami.
"Sorry, Mr. Inuki, but our parents had a family emergency on our mother's side and they had go to Sendai in a hurry. Big sis Yui went on a summer trip with Aoshi and others while big bro Himura's preparing for the police academy." Apologetically said Kazuma with innocent eyes.
"And our partners are with Inumon and Renamon somewhere at Digital World for training since they want to train our partners to be stronger to protect us. Suzuno-sensei is in Kyoto visiting her family there, so all left is you to take care of us." Yusuke said before biting his marshmallow. "And what's the problem, Furry-sensei? We already know you two are furries."
"That's not really the problem, Yusuke..." Okami replied.
Yusuke's mother begged him to take him as a student because Yusuke's pranks were out of control and Okami was known to discipline trouble makers.
Yusuke, his youngest student, didn't understand Okami just wanted some father-daughter bonding before the suitors chosen by the main Lycan clans start to live in his house for 10 years before Hina chooses which one will be her mate after her 18th birthday.
The Katsuya twins are Hina's best friends since the kindergarten. They were there when Hina first transformed two years ago and they helped to hide her from the summer camp until she was human again. Since then, they swore to hide her secret, as a Lycan and as Sailor Pluto's apprentice. But since Okami was a Lycan, Yusuke decided to call him Furry-sensei when no one is around, which annoys him a little bit.
Since they all were around in a campfire, Yusuke suggested to tell some stories. Kazuma and Hina liked the idea but they were out of ideas which horror stories surprisingly do not scare them. Or, maybe not so surprising since the boys already have seen Lycans. Hina looked at the moon and then to her father. She got an idea as she smiled to her farther.
"Hey Papa! Big brother Aoshi told me once you were in love with the moon goddess and he even told me how you both met. But, he never told me how you two fall in love. Can you tell us how you fall in love with the moon goddess?"
Surprised, Okami blinked at this request. It's been years he hasn't talked about his time with Queen Serenity at the moon Kingdom. He took off his glasses and looked at the moon with a smile on his lips. The color of moonlight reminded him the color of Queen Serenity's aura. Since the twins looked curious as well, he decided to tell them his time at the Moon Kingdom.
"Well, kids, that happened a long time ago. Long before your grandparents were born, long before this country came to be known as Japan."
"Wow!" Yusuke exclaimed. " I knew you were old, Furry-sensei, but I didn't know you were a fossil!"
Smack!
Okami smacked the older twin's head with a frown on his face. He was ok being called Furry-sensei, but he hates when someone calls him old. Much less a fossil. Yusuke groaned as he nursed the lump on his head. Kazuma only glared at him and muttering along the lines of 'you deserved it'. Hina laughed at him.
Okami cleaned his throat. "As I was saying, That happened a long time ago. It was around the time of Princess Serenity's birthday party."

Flashback/Silver Millennium/Moon Kingdom/Thousands years ago
(Cue Viennese Waltz – Winter Waltz)
It was a masquerade ball in honor of Princess Serenity's 8th birthday. The people were very elegant and almost everyone wore masks. A young Okami (without the glasses) looked very uncomfortable dressing in an elegant while suit with his skin and hair all cleaned. And his feet hurt like hell because of the boots. And he was even more uncomfortable because he was surrounded by gods and demigods.
"Are you alright?" Asked a voice behind him.
Okami turned around and saw Queen Serenity in her beautiful white dress. Embarrassed, Okami blushed as he tells her he was alright, but said his feet were killing him. Okami asked Serenity to not let Eros come close to him ever again because he forcefully shaved his face, cut his hair and forced to bath him with shampoo and perfume. On top of that, he made him wear boots! Okami was used to being bare footed and the boots were killing him. Queen Serenity giggled at Okami's misfortune.
"I am sorry Okami. I shouldn't have asked my cousin Eros to help you look good on Serenity's birthday party. I mean, he is a bit clean freak."
He gave her a look. "A little bit...?"
"Eheheh..." Queen Serenity chuckled. "Ok, Eros is an overly clean freak and a narcissist who judges almost everyone and everything by beauty. Sorry if he gave you trouble, but he was the only one who wasn't afraid to come closer to you to prepare for Serenity's birthday."
Ever since Okami arrived at the Moon Kingdom, most of the lunar people were afraid to get close him due to fears of the lycanthropy curse accidentally or intentionally. It was known pure blood or ex-human Lycans can curse other people through scratching or biting them. And only a very few adults were not afraid of getting closer to him, even if a bracelet helped seal his Lycan form. Eros- the King of Venus was one of few people not afraid to get close to him.
"I'm grateful you were able to be here for the birthday party. You know how important your presence is to my daughter."
Thought his feet were killing him for using shoes, he couldn't help but smile when he sees Princess Serenity introducing Asaji and Yuuichirou to her friends. The kids, in this case Asaji and Yuuichirou, deserved to have a normal childhood, even if they were bitten by a Lycan. He would do everything to see his kids happy, even if that means having to wear boots.
"I had to admit not everything in that party was bad. The kids were having a good time, even if it's too fancy for my taste. And I ended up meeting some interesting people."
Okami gasped in horror when he sighted a creepy guy in black hugging Serenity and rubbing his face against hers. He growled as he took Serenity away from the creepy man's arms.
"Hey! What's the big deal?!" Growled the creep.
And indeed he was a creep. He was wearing a black vest, had green eyes and a long silver hair. He had a pair of black horns on the top of his head and one black wing on his back. His skin was very paled as if he was recently deceased.
"The deal is you!" growled back Okami. He glared at him as his eyes turned gold. "I would never allow a creep guy like you touch the moon princess!"
Just then, Princess Mercury interjected. "Er... Mister Okami..."
"Not now kids. I am busy protecting you from this creepy guy!" Okami said, without removing his eyes on the odd-looking man in black.
"But Mister Okami, you should know that...!" Pleaded Princess Venus, but Okami interrupted
"I know, Princess Venus. This guy smells like the dead. I can smell it very well."
"Er... Papa wolf, he's my uncle..."
Okami paused, as he looked at Princess Serenity to see if she was serious. Judging by her happy demeanor, she was indeed serious.
"Your... uncle...?"
She nodded. " Yep! He's Uncle Hades, he's the King of Underworld."
Okami's jaw dropped as Hades smirked at him.
"Kufufufu! Well mortal, let me introduce myself in full. I am Hades, the awesome and powerful one-winged horned god of the Underworld, and one of the three kings of Hell! The prettiest of the big three! The coolest one and most faithful guy of all gods! And Persephone's sweetheart! Nice to me you!" He flamboyantly smiled in a very creepy way while winking at him.
Okami looked horrified. That guy's the god of dead?!
Then, he sighted what looked like glowing flowers around him.
And where did he get that rose on his hand from?!
"Wait a minute!" shouted Yusuke, who interrupted the story.
(Theme fades)

Campsite
Yusuke glared at Okami after he described his meeting with Hades.
"Are you saying that Hades, the big guy of Underworld is a mix between Maleficent and Sephiroth?!" Yusuke asked. "And he's an idiot?! Really?!"
Okami sighed. "Well, now you mentioned... he kinda looked like a mix between Maleficent and Sephiroth." He muttered, folding his arms. "But unlike them, he's not cool and scary at all. He acts like a total puppy when Persephone's around."
Okami shivered as he remembered when Persephone came as well. Both of her and Hades kissed so passionately with a creepy beach in a backdrop. He had to take the kids away from them to prevent any further trauma.
"Hey, papa, have you meet any other gods?" Hina asked.
Okami smirked. "Heh. Why yes. I've met Thor and Loki themselves."
"No way!? Seriously?!"
The kids' eyes shined when he mentioned Thor and Loki. He can't blame them. They were fans of Marvel comics and eagerly couldn't wait for the Thor movie.

Flashback/Moon Kingdom/Thousands years ago
(Winter Waltz resumes)
Queen Serenity laughed as Okami whined after his meeting with Hades. She apologize and neglected to tell him Hades was a family member and he'd come to Princess Serenity's birthday parties. He had a unique personality despite his demonic features. And despite his dark demeanor, he was a friendly and easy going god of the dead and tries hard to not give people a false impression of him.
"Queen Serenity!" Shouted a joyful and powerful voice.
They turned around and saw two tall young men. One was a blonde wearing a silver and black armor with a long red cape on his back. He wore a helmet with wings on it. In his waist was hanging a hammer. The other one had a dark hair, with emerald eyes, wearing a purple vest with some gold details on it.
Queen Serenity smiled to the two new guests. "Thor, Loki, welcome to the Moon Kingdom."
Okami heard about the two Norse gods and he bowed respectfully to them.
"Please excuse for our father, Lord Odin, for his absence. He apologized for not attending the princess' party because he's been busy training the new generation of our Asgardian warriors," Loki openly apologized.
Thor smiled and revealed. "And believe or not, one of the new apprentices is Loki's granddaughter, Skuld, who happens to be Hel's child."
"What?!" Shouted a voice.
Hades came out of nowhere, startling the group. He looked at Thor and Loki in pure horror.
"You mean Hel has a child?!" Hades shouted, grabbing the mischief god's collar, yanking him down to his level and pleading with him desperately. "How come I only know about this now?! Hel never told me she had a kid!"
"Hel finds you annoying and an idiot," Loki said, answering passively.
Then, Hades released the Loki's collar, causing him to lose his balance and fall backwards a little. Except for Queen Serenity (who was used by Hades's personality), Loki, Thor and Okami were surprised to find Hades huddled in a corner with a gloomy aura around him, muttering about how cruel Hel was to him. Thor and Okami kept their distance from the dejected death god.
"Hum, should I tell him that Garm, Hel's pet hellhound, is Skuld's godfather?" Loki asked, seemingly enjoying seeing the Underworld god put in a state of misery.
"Don't you dare," hissed Serenity, frowning at him.
Okami couldn't help but feeling out of place.
(End theme)
Is every god in this place this insane?! Okami thought. Except for Queen Serenity, his view on the other gods was tarnished by seeing the kind of people they were.
"But, there's another our father sees has a lot of potential," Loki stated. "The one named Brunhilde. I do believe she's a little older than Princess Serenity, but already she's been actively involved in battles."
"But, she's still just a child?" Okami asked the mischief god.
"Yes, but even as a child, she's not afraid of shedding the blood of her enemies. She's being groomed to be one of Asgard's strongest warriors and she will one day lead the Valkyries to safeguard Valhalla."
"Lady Sif is also teaching her well wielding swords," Thor added.
Okami was shocked that a child close to Princess Serenity's age was already an active soldier and experienced bloodshed. This greatly contrasted to Princess Serenity's spoiled and sheltered lifestyle.
"Perhaps the princess would like to meet Brunhilde," Thor asked Queen Serenity.
Loki whispered. "Brother, I don't think that'd be wise. Brunhilde thinks too lowly of the princess' spoiled life."
"So what if they both come from different paths of life? I'm sure they'll get along fine."
"I honestly doubt that, brother."
Just then, Princess Serenity and Princess Jupiter came greeting everyone. Little Princess Serenity's innocent smile adorned her delicate features as she showed her mother a crown of of golden flowers.
"Look mama! Look what Jupiter gave me!"
Queen Serenity smiled to the kids. "That's extremely thoughtful of Jupiter." She looked over to little Jupiter and nodded. "Thank you for making the crown of flowers for Princess Serenity."
Jupiter smiled. "The flowers came from the apple tree at the Eden Garden! Dragon Landon didn't give me trouble since all I wanted were the flowers and not the golden apples!"
"And I shall give you a present was well, little princess!" Thor shouted, broadening his smile. Then, he opened a bag and held up a bloody head of a beast. "As a tradition of Asgard, I slayed this beast for your honor!"
Jupiter's eyes widen with admiration by Thor's strength for defeating a huge beast. As for Serenity, well as any normal little girl would react, her eyes widen in shock and she ran off, crying and horrified. The other princesses, Mars, Mercury, and Venus, all screamed in horror at the sight of the beast's head.
"Wow, you slayed that monster?!" Jupiter exclaimed in awe.
Thor was bewildered. "Didn't she like it?"
Loki face palmed. "Brother, you better run..." He muttered and backed off from the fury of a certain queen's wrath.
Thor blinked and gasped as he sighted Queen Serenity walking up grabbing his Mjölnir. He was shocked to see Queen Serenity lifting the hammer as rage could be seen on her face.
"My queen! It's not what you...!"
"THOR!" She yelled, summoning lightning bolts from the majestic hammer. She surprised everyone by belting the Asgardian in the face and sent him flying back.

Campsite
Yusuke fell off the rock he was sitting on rolling with laughter. Kazuma was pretty much surprised and shocked when Okami mentioned that Queen Serenity could lift Mjölnir.
Hina frowned over this. "It's official, except for Papa, big adult men are weird." Then, she looked at her twin friends. "And please, do not become weird adult men like Thor. Be more like Papa."
"Come on, Hina. My Papa is not weird and you know that. I'm not going to be a weird adult." Kazuma reassured his friend as he looked at his laughing twin. " I can't say the same for my brother, Yuu, here."
After finally Yusuke was able to breath and stop laughing, he sat down on the rock again, but he still smiled like a mischievous fox. "Man, I wished I could've see this!" He chuckled " That's why I like Loki more in the Marvel Universe than Thor. Loki is not foolish enough to scare the daughter of the moon goddess. I bet she destroyed half of her home because of this."
Okami didn't say anything because Yusuke was right. Because of her furious attack and lack of experience controlling Mjölnir, Queen Serenity ended up destroyed half of the palace. Thor ended up getting a fan out from Jupiter. Jupiter became his fangirl after this incident, but this detail they do not need know yet.
"Yeah and yet the party resumed even after this incident, but we could not celebrate to the end because of an unwanted guest." Then, Okami's face became very serious. "Have you heard about Ghidorah of the Rajita Empire?"
The kids became silent when they heard the name. They didn't remember the first invasion on Earth. This was because he twins were born a couple of weeks before the invasion that started. Hina was barely born a year and a half after the war was over. But they could still feel the scars of war, especially the second invasion during the Dawn of Chaos event. They knew Ghidorah was no joke.

Flashback
Moon Kingdom/Thousands years ago
The horrified guests stared at the unwanted figure that showed up in the ballroom. It was Ghidorah, the emperor of the Rajita Empire. He was accompanied by armored soldiers. Ghidorah wore a full body armor of black and silver. He wore a long black cape. Long horns protruded from the sides of his head. His helmet/face mask resembled the Utrom Shredder's.
(Cue TMNT 2003 OST – Shredder Theme)
The Rajita leader smirked behind his mask and chortled. "Well, well, what a beautiful party, Queen Serenity." Ghidorah commented much to the ire and fear of the party attendees. "Royalty, nobility, and also mongrels." He said, glaring intently toward Okami.
Okami growled as his green eyes turned into yellow. This was his first ever encounter with the Rajita leader, but his animal instincts warned him to keep his distance from the despot.
Queen Serenity glared at the tyrant. "What you want, Ghidorah?" She demanded without taking his eyes off from the Rajita leader. "I've heard about you and your kind. Aren't you too far away from your world?"
Ghidorah cackled evilly. "Well, I am offended that I was not called for this beautiful party of yours." He said as he took a cup of vine from the nearby table. "But, its not too late to make up." Then, he drank the wine before looking at the queen. "I came here because I have something I need from you?"
"What is it?" Queen Serenity said, not showing any fear of the despot.
"If you give the Moon Heart Crystal and the Silver Crystal, I may not destroy your kingdom."
(End theme)
Everyone gasped in horror. What he demanded was absolutely absurd. Queen Serenity had a serious look on her face. She stood for everyone. Little Princess Serenity hid behind of Okami's legs. Likewise, the other princesses, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars, & Venus hid behind Thor and Loki. The Lycan never took his eyes off from the queen's face.
"I´ve heard about you, Ghidorah and how your kind conducts business with the people of other planets. I, Queen Serenity, daughter of Queen Artemis, will not give you the sacred crystals!"
Ghidorah smirked as he crushed the cup in his hand. "Disappointing. You just declared war on the wrong warlord, queen of the Silver Millennium. Heh, so be it. Since I'm being most generous, which is normally not within my nature, I'll give you three days to prepare for the war. That way you can entertain us the notion you can give us a good fight." He turned around with his cape flapping behind him and his soldiers escorting him. "Remember! You have 3 days!" With that, Ghidorah left the palace, leaving everyone behind very shocked.
"That's how the Rajita and Moon Wars started. We were lucky that Ghidorah was very arrogant to give us three days to equip and prepare ourselves. The Asgardians were very nice to lend a hand to us, especially Odin , Loki and Thor. Queen Serenity donned her Sailor Moon outfit for the first time in years in preparation of leading her people into the war. We left responsibility of the children with Sailor Pluto at Time Gate. It was the only safe place we could think to hide the children."

Moon Kingdom/Three days and nights later
"Eros Nebula Chain!"
Eros, garbed in a battle suit, used his mystical golden chains and neutralized all soldiers within 100 meters range with no problem. Even the ones who were behind Eros couldn't escape from the wrath of his chains.
"For a god of love, you're kind brutal, Eros," Hades said, smirking as he landed next to him.
"Heh, My mother, Queen Aphrodite, may be the Goddess of Love but Ares, the God of War was my father. So, I guess the war is in my veins as well." Eros said, smirking back. Then, he became serious. "What about my daughter Venus?"
"No worries. The children, along with the wolf children, are with Sailor Pluto at Time Gate. They will be safe there."
Eros nodded, feeling relieved to know his daughter is in a safe place. Then, Hades and Eros jumped away as a missile landed where they were. Everything that was in the missile range disintegrated, including the Rajita who were near by.
" What the...?!"
"Well, well, looks like you got out from the missile range in time," a calm logical voice spoke out.
(Cue Valkyrie Profile OST – Raid the Mighty Force)
As both Greek gods landed, they saw a new intruder. He was green-skinned man garbed in black and dark green armor. His face appeared human sans his cranium was enlarged and a pair of small horns jutted out of his temples. His eyes, yellow and reptilian, were concealed in a silver visor. He had both arms folded behind him and had a calm demeanor to him.
The gods could feel he was very different from the other Rajita soldier that they faced so far.
The Rajita warrior introduced himself. "I am Kuiiza, one of Lord Ghidorah's four generals. May I play with you using some new toys I made? I've been meaning to find test subjects."
When he mentioned toys, he meant several floating balls encircling him. They were really ball-shaped machine creatures armed with dozens of gun barrels protruding around them. They were big to fire large bullets.
Eros looked disgusted. "What are those?! Those are by far the most hideous things I've ever seen! I'll get rid of them!" Before he could use his chain, he froze. He looked over to his right and sensed Hades' intense killer's aura.
The face of the underworld god was very serious. A serious Hades was never a good sign.
"What the meaning of this?" Hades demanded seriously. Eros looked confused. "Why am I seeing souls chained to those things?"
Now Kuiiza looked surprised before smirking. "Oh, you can see them? That's a surprise since no one, except for us can see those souls." Kuiiza acknowledged. " Heh, I guess it will not hurt to tell you since you both will soon die and maybe using your souls for my future creations." The General cruelly smirked. "You see, we have our Orichalcos crystals, but our gems are too precious to be used for our war machines. To make up for that, I developed a system that allows to harvest the souls we've slain as our fuel system. And as you can see, it works perfectly!"
Eros gritted his teeth. How could this madman use soul as fuel for these hideous artificials?!
Hades eyes were now behind his lids. He closed his hand into a just as suddenly he was covered by green flames which surprised both Eros and Kuiiza. Eros eyes widen in shock as a scythe appeared out of nowhere in Hades' hands.
"What?!"
With only a swing of his weapon, Hades destroyed half of the machines, freeing the souls who were chained in them. Hades looked at Kuiiza with cold eyes.
"You got the wrong guy to be your enemy, Rajita!" Hades hissed, pointing his scythe at Kuiiza. "I am Hades, God of Death and one of the kings of Underworld! And you, Rajita, it will be a pleasure to send you to Tartarus!" He hastily dashed toward Kuiiza and swung his scythe at the Rajita general.
Kuiiza narrowly dodged getting split in half and evaded Hades' flurry of strikes. Kuiiza hopped into the air and bombarded Hades with explosives that tore holes in the ground. Unfazed, Hades dashed through the smoke clouds and hit Kuiiza's face with the dull end of his scythe. Kuiiza was knocked back and hit the nearest wall. He grunted and recovered pulling himself off the wall. He launched himself at Hades and unleashes a purple projectile, which forms into a whip. The whip and scythe bounce right off each other. Kuiiza and Hades go head to head as they repel one another. Kuiiza ensnares Hades' scythe and throws him into into a wall.
"Hades!" Eros yelled as he flew up to save Hades.
Kuiiza throws his whip and hits Eros' chains, sending him back.
"Don't move, you'll get your turn next!"
Hades chortled and floated off the wall. He got his bearings and grinned toward Kuiiza.
"Not bad. To think you can rough up an Underworld god like me, I'll be more impressed if you can keep this up, mortal."
Kuiiza readied his whip and lunged at Hades. Hades shots green flames from one hand that the Rajita general dodged. The two quickly engaged each other while Eros waited for the right opportunity to distract Kuiiza.

Gates of Time
Inside the Gates of Time, Sailor Pluto, a youthful woman/late-adolescent at this point, was caught in a confrontation with a Rajita invader. This invader just happened to be one of the four main Rajita generals. Her name was Nagah. She looked like a green-skinned humanoid woman with long dark hair and wearing silver armor garb. She is wielding a laser sword and armed with clawed gauntlets.
The Time Guardian stood her ground facing the invader while glancing behind her where the children hid. She was fortunate she was able to conjure barriers, which protected the princesses and the wolf children. This allowed her to fully focus on her fight.
"Go get her, Pluto!" Princess Venus cheered her.
"I so wish I can be out there fighting alongside her!" Princess Jupiter snarled, smashing a closed fist into her palm. "I didn't think Pluto was this good!"
"To be a guardian of the Time Gates, she had to be a fierce warrior," Princess Mars commented.
"That Rajita is pretty tough," Yuuichirou commented.
"Pluto!" Princess Serenity shouted at the Time Guardian.
Sailor Pluto and Nagah encircled each other; the former, a recently appointed general, found herself in her first one-on-one encounter against a Sailor Senshi. Pluto showed some fatigue having dragged this fight on.
Nagah smirked, brandishing her sword. "I have to admit, you're a good fighter for someone whose so young."
"I still don't know how you found this sacred place, Rajita, but I, Sailor Pluto, Guardian of Time will not allow you go any further!" She shouted, ready to have another go.
"We well see," Nagah began her attack again.
As Pluto and Nagah clashed head-on, the alien turned her sword and went to behead Pluto. Pluto ducked under the sword slash and barrel-rolled away from the sword's reach. Pluto jumped up and forged a purple orb in her staff.
"Dead Scream." She blasted Nagah back, sending her flying back.
Nagah landed and cupped the burned marks on her chest. She hissed and bumrushed Pluto. She slashed at Pluto and forged an energy beam from her sword, knocking Pluto back. Pluto gets stunned long enough for Nagah to catch her with a running knee to her face. Nagah slashed at Pluto with her claws. The claws barely tore through Pluto's cloth. The Time Guardian blocked the claws with her Garnet Staff.
"Don't give up, Pluto!" Princess Mercury encouraged her.
"You can't let her win!" Shouted Princess Serenity. "Pluto!"
The cries of the children motivated Pluto to persevere through this tough fight. She rose and firmly held her ground, brandishing her Garnet Staff. Nagah scoffed and charged toward Pluto. The two clashed with their weapons. Nagah drove her laser sword against Pluto's staff. Nagah proving to be physically superior gained leverage and kicked Pluto's staff into her. Pluto stumbled back, allowing Nagah to slash at her.
Pluto cried out painfully. "Augh!" She fell hard and had her staff kicked to the side by Nagah. As she reached for her, Nagah pressed her heel on Pluto's wrist, causing the woman to cringe.
"Looking for something? Aww, too bad, dear, but you've lost," Nagah chuckled as she lowered her saber to Pluto's face. "Any last words before I seal your fate, Time Guardian?"
"No...!" Princess Venus covered her eyes.
"Don't give up, Pluto!" Princess Mars and Jupiter shouted to her.
"PLUTO!" Princess Serenity pleaded, screaming out loud.
"Ugh, so annoying," Nagah scoffed hearing the children's cries and frightened whimpering. "I'm so clamping their mouths shut once I take them off your hands." She casted her eyes over Pluto and noticed the Time Guardian tapping her fingers on the floor. "Huh? What on Leviathan are you doing?"
"This," Pluto smirked, slapping her hand down so hard she recalled the Garnet Orb toward her. She crushed the orb, which exploded and sent red energy beams that neutralized Nagah.
"AUGH!" Nagah screamed painfully as the beams struck her hard and knocked the sword out her hand.
This allowed Pluto to grab her Garnet Rod and shove it into Nagah's chin. She then forged a portal behind Nagah and spun around, kicking the Rajita general into the portal.
"Leave and never return!" Pluto shouted as she closed the portal, which dimension dumped Nagah back at the Moon Kingdom. She sank to one knee and panted hard. The tough fight had taken a toll on her. She found a Time Key that fell out of Nagah. Thank goodness. I see that's how she infiltrated the Gates of Time. She must've taken one of Queen Serenity's time keys to get here... After picking up the keys, she looked over to see the children cheering her. As long as the children are safe.

"See that?! Pluto's awesome!" Princess Venus shouted, hugging Princess Serenity.
Nodding, Princess Serenity smiled with elation. "Pluto!"
Sailor Pluto sat down catching her breath. She brought down the barrier and watched the children run over to help her up.
My, queen, your daughter and the princesses remain safe. I hope you're faring well against the Rajita leader. The Time Guardian thought as Princess Serenity hugged her.

Moon Kingdom
Back on the moon grounds, Nagah found herself laying facefirst and grunting hard while sitting up. He cursed between her teeth.
"Damn that Time Guardian!" Nagah hissed, punching the ground hard.
"Lady Nagah!" Came a feminine voice not too far off.
Looking over her shoulder, Nagah sighted a similar green-haired woman with long braided hair.
"Rhea..."
"You look beaten up. Did the attack on Sailor Pluto not go well?" Rhea asked, helping Nagah up.
"Unfortunately, I failed. Lord Ghidorah won't be pleased I couldn't apprehend Serenity's daughter and the children."
Rhea folded an arm over Nagah. "Doesn't matter, let's get you patched up. I'm just happy you made out." She smiled and carried Nagah off.

(Cue Thor OST – Frost Giant Battle)
Thor was backhanded into a rock column by a eight-feet tall muscular brute of a monster. This Rajita has a skin mixture of green and gray, and his head had a full set of shaggy black hair. He wore accessories consisting of black armor, dark pants, and matching colored boots.
Thor and Kujiko engaged in a battle of fisticuffs and heavy blows. Even after punching each other, they both sported big smiles on their faces. Though it was a war, they sought thrill in fighting each other.
"I could do this all night!" Thor boasted, enjoying ever passing minute of his fight.
"Puny man is not bad!" Kujiko bellowed happily, finally finding himself an equally matched opponent that can rival his strength.
"So, lets fight until one of us fall dead!"
"Yeah!"
Thor and Kujiko grappled each other. They wrestled around, slamming one another into massive moon rock faces. Kujiko scooped up Thor and slammed him into another rock face. Thor returned the favor punching Kujiko's face repeatedly and sending him flying back with an uppercut. He recalled Mjölnir and flew across, catching Kujiko's face with lightning blasts from his hammer.
"Have at thee, beast!"
Kujiko roared and summoned a large double-edged battle axe. He lunged at Thor, pushing him up through the air. The two clashed weapons in mid-air. Battle axe collided with Mjölnir, setting off lightning sparks that rained over the moon terrain.

From some certain distance, Loki and Morpheus watched Kujiko and Thor's heated fight with blanked expressions on their faces. Loki turned facing Morpheous, an average sized green-skinned man wearing black leather clothing including boots and black shades.
"Your comrade?" Loki asked Morpheus.
"Yeah, he's my fellow general, sadly," Morpheus answered plainly. "Is the other idiot brute yours?"
"Worse, he's my brother."
They both paused in silence for a few seconds until Morpheus broke the silence.
"Apologies you've have a brutish fool for a brother. I know full well what it's like looking after brainless muscleheads," Morpheous addressed the trickster god.
Loki smirked calmly. "Seems we think on parallel lines."
"Before we fight, may I know the name of my adversary?" Morpheus asked " I am Morpheus, one of the Rajita generals."
Loki could not help but widening his smile when he heard the Rajita's name. "Morpheus, hum? Heh, if Morpheus, the god of sleep and dreams was still alive, I bet he wouldn't like to have his name being used by the people who are destroying his relative's kingdom. Anyway, I am Loki, god of mischief. I am one of the gods of Asgard."
Morpheus blinked. Asgard? Where have I heard that name before? Then, he snapped his fingers as he remember where he did heard his name before. "Hey, aren't you that stupid god who had the brilliant idea to become a mare to distract some horse but ended up giving birth to some freak foal with eight legs?!"
An angry vein pulsed on Loki's forehead as he gritted his teeth seething. How in Asgard did this Rajita freak know about this incident with that stupid horse Svaðilfari?!
Suddenly, the environment around them started becoming cold. Loki's skin converted to blue and he was becoming colder. He was the cause for the sudden cold climate shift.
"If there's anything I don't want to be reminded of, it's that incident with that crazy horse!" Loki hissed. And how I forget about me being the father of Sleipnir?! "I will just show you whose stupid here!" Loki smiled, but with a pissed aura around him. He put his hand out and unleashed a cold blast that forced Morpheous to dodge.
Morpheous responded by summoning energy projectiles. He threw projectiles that cut through a wall of ice Loki forged in front of him. The Rajita general hastily dodged more ice beams and threw projectiles at Loki. Loki batted the projectiles with his staff and discharged a beam at Morpheous. The beam grazed Morpheous and repelled him through a rock face.
Morpheous cringed and grinned. "Looks like I managed to rile you up. Good, we can make things interesting!" He produced an energy katana and bumrushed toward Loki.
Loki brandished his staff and engaged Morpheous. The two traded blows, igniting explosions around them. Morpheous hits in the face with his katana, but Loki returned the favor and discharged a blast into the Rajita general's chest.

Having donned her old Sailor Moon uniform, Queen Serenity showed little to no battle rust as she attacked Ghidorah with her sword. She swung her crystal sword down, which clashed against Ghidorah's long black sword made of darkness energy. The opposing energies from their swords discharged and swept through the landscape around them. Ghidorah raised his sword, unleashing an immense shockwave that sent Queen Serenity flying back.
(Cue Godzilla vs King Ghidorah OST – King Ghidorah Attacks Fukuoka)
Queen Serenity landed on a rock wall. Ghidorah dashed forward and swung his sword. As Serenity dodged, Ghidorah's sword unleashed a cutting projectile that split the rock into pieces. Queen Serenity jumped up and landed a kick to Ghidorah's mask. Unfazed thanks to his mask, Ghidorah snatched Serenity's leg and tossed her far off back. Serenity hit the ground hard.
"You're quite the persistent one, Serenity," Ghidorah taunted the Moon Queen. He methodically paced forward and readied his sword. "You can make this easy and surrender the two sacred crystals to me. On top of that, I'd like you surrender the Moon Kingdom to the Rajita Empire. Let's be diplomatic as we can about it, Queen Serenity."
"Never. Not to a monster like you..." Serenity resisted to Ghidorah's demands. She drove her sword to the ground and stood up on her own power. "And you dare insult me with diplomacy? A despot like you would never resort to such to get what he wants! I can see through your deception, monster!" She stood holding her sword in front.
"And your persistence will be your undoing, Queen Serenity. Fine, you can see through my tactics. It doesn't change the fact I'm taking your kingdom and your crystals by force!" Ghidorah yelled as his red eyes turned green. A thick and dark green aura materialized around his large frame. He gripped his sword tight. "By the power of Leviathan and the Orichalcos, there will be nothing to keep me from taking this world and Earth!" He charged forward ready to strike Queen Serenity once and for all.
Queen Serenity powered up with a determined look. A white aura formed and spread over her like wildfire. She prepared to take on Ghidorah, but then something, or rather someone, intercepted them. This person stood right in front of Serenity and took a slash from Ghidorah's hand claws.

Serenity's eyes widened with shock as it was Okami who took the blow for her. Ghidorah, though slightly disappointed he couldn't reach Serenity, was satisfied he was able to wound someone close to Serenity. He, of course, didn't stop there. He discharged a beam from his sword and blasted Okami, incinerating half of his body.
Boom!
Okami hit the ground hard as half of his body was severely burned by Ghidorah's gruesome attack.
Queen Serenity cried in horror as she rushed to the fallen body of Okami. She falls on her knees as her hands quivered. Half of Okami's body was destroyed.
"Okami... why...?!"
Okami coughed as blood spilled out from his mouth. He looked at Serenity genuinely with a smile. "Because... I could not let ... you die..." Okami said very softly "Before I came here I had no real home and two kids to take care of. Before meeting you, I had no real purpose or sense of direction. You gave me home. And you gave me hope..." He said as more blood came out from his wounds.
"Okami!"
"I...love...you...Sereni..." Before he could finish his sentence, his body went limp as he died.
Tears formed in her serene eyes. No, she could not lose another loved one.
"Okami... don't go! I lost my husband to the titans... I can't lose you!" Serenity cried over the fallen man.
It was Okami, a Lycan, who saved the Queen's daughter and brought her back, even knowing full well he'd be risking his life for setting foot on the moon grounds.
"You can't die... no!" She continued to tear up and wailed passionately. "Okami... Okami... OKAMI!" Serenity cried out hard as the ground around her and Okami erupted.
All across the moon, the fighting ceased between both sides. They attentively turned their focus to where Queen Serenity and Ghidorah fought. There, in the center, was a pillar of pure white light.
Ghidorah eyed the eruption of light as he sensed a great energy force. It was a force much bigger than his own, making the Rajita emperor take an involuntary step backwards.
"What... What is going on?!" He roared. "It's impossible for there to be such a bigger energy than my own to exist!"
Inside of the pillar of light, Queen Serenity looked confused. She didn't know what was happening. Then, she saw the Silver Crystal and the Moon Heart Crystal floating before her.
"The Moon Heart and the Silver Crystals?" She blinked and gazed in confusion. "What are you trying to tell me?" She asked as she took the crystals in her hands.
Suddenly, she could feel mystic energy filling her body as images of her mother, Queen Artemis of the Amazons, with King Lycaon came across her mind. And also she could hear words being whispered in her mind.
Serenity, you know what you must do, my daughter.
Mother?!
Suddenly, she knew what to do. She raised both the Silver Crystal and the Moon Heart Crystals.
To achieve the ultimate power to defeat this great evil, shout Silver Valkyrie Power Make-Up! You will have gained a form based on King Odin's Valkyrie warriors, but your power will greatly surpass Odin's Valkyries. You will become the Valkyrie to aspire them all!
Nodding, Queen Serenity lifted both crystals up.
Make me proud, my daughter.
Mother, I won't let our kingdom fall to evil hands! Queen Serenity declared as she invoked and combined the mystic powers of the crystals. "Silver Valkyrie Power! MAKE UP!"
(Cue Valkyrie Profile OST – Take Flight)
The light surrounding her infused and got absorbed into her body. Her damaged Sailor suit vanished from her as a full-bodied silver armor resembling a Valkyrie's started to cover her body. The armor fully covered all her body. The Silver Crystal became infused on her chest along with the Moon Heart. In her right hand, she produced and wielded a long silver spear; on her left, she held a golden shield with the moon symbol emblazoned on the front. Silver armored wings formed and spread out over her back.
"What is this?!" Ghidorah hissed from the blinding white light produced by Queen Serenity's 'Silver Valkyrie' form.
As she descended, Queen Serenity looked at Okami and frowned over the bracelet he was using. "Okami, it's the time for you to be reborn." With that, he lowered her spear and shot a beam that remove the bracelet.
When the eruption finally ceased, Ghidorah was baffled to see Serenity garbed in silver armor while the Lycan had taken on his wolf form, but he was now a 60 meters high giant with glowing golden eyes.
Queen Serenity turned and frowned at the Rajita emperor. "It's time we finish this once and for all! In the name of the Moon, I will punish you!" She didn't give Ghidorah a chance to retort as she vanished and reappeared in front of Ghidorah, striking him in the face with a powerful blast from her spear.
Boom!
"AUGH!" Ghidorah bellowed once the blast caught him and knocked him far back. She moved so fast! No one's struck me this fast and hard... no one except the Golden Queen! He rebounded and landed on a rock wall. He turned around as he sighted Okami charging toward him and swiping the rock face down with one paw. He jumped up and floated in the air. "Cursed mongrel! That moon witch's given you more power!" He turned to his right as Queen Serenity swooped down and bombarded him with a flurry of spear strikes.
Ghidorah tried evading Queen Serenity's strikes, but a few managed to hit him. Ghidorah swung his sword and tried to cut her in two. The Silver Valkyrie raised her shield, which stopped Ghidorah's attack. Queen Serenity's body glowed with intense silver light and she channeled said energy through her shield.
"Elysion Wave!" Queen Serenity shouted, using her aura energy to tear through Ghidorah's defenses. But, not just that, the beam shattered Ghidorah's sword and broke off half of his face mask.
Queen Serenity followed up by kicking Ghidorah so hard she dropped him to the ground hard.
Boom!
Ghidorah was laying inside a large impression and buried under piles of moon rock debris. Queen Serenity descended over and scoured the aftermath. She sighted Ghidorah slowly rising with damage dealt to his body and the left half of his face mask broken off, revealing his real face: a face that looked like something forged from stone and a red eye gleaming angrily at the Silver Valkyrie.
The Silver Valkyrie conveyed no fear and frowned. "Give up, Rajita outworlder. Your attempt to seize my kingdom and my crystals has failed. You don't wish to drag this battle with me further. You've lost enough of your men as it is."
Ghidorah, however, wouldn't accept another loss to his near infallible win-loss record. Having lost to Sailor Galaxia in a previous encounter, he wasn't about to let another Sailor Senshi defeat him.
Grasping his damaged chest, Ghidorah saw his own blood on his hands. He gritted his teeth and growled intensely. His eyes glowed and fired beams strong enough to retroactively erase his victims.
"How about you cease to exist, Queen Serenity?!" Ghidorah roared in defiance.
The Silver Valkyrie sighed and merely nullified it with her shield. He fired again, but this time the beams u-turned and came behind Queen Serenity. Ghidorah grinned knowing even these beams can vaporize her. But, Queen Serenity demonstrated awesome reflexes and repelled them with her spear. She discharged a white beam that nullified Ghidorah's death beams.
"WHAT?!" Ghidorah spat out, baffled with the outcome. "You can't have become this powerful?!"
"It's a shame you won't listen with reason. It's time for me to send you and your people off my world!" Queen Serenity declared as her wings spread open and released a rainbow that encompassed the entire moon.
This rainbow further served to empower her lunar forces and allow them to turn the tide against the Rajita invaders. Ghidorah witnessed the rainbow pour golden glitter that rained over Queen Serenity. Suddenly, the ground shook and the Chamber of Prayer rose out in front of the Moon Palace. Floating on top of the Chamber of Prayer, Queen Serenity raised her spear and formed a silver aura around her.
"Hear my prayer, Queen Artemis. I, Queen Serenity your daughter, ask you to grant me the power to send these outworlders off our Moon Kingdom!"
"Relying on external forces to help you win?! As long as I'm still here, I won't rest!" Ghidorah bellowed as he shot up to intercept Queen Serenity, but Okami returned from crushing enemy forces to headbutt Ghidorah to the side.
Ghidorah turned and sighted Okami opening his jaws to ensnare him. The Rajita warlord punched Okami's jaw and dazed him.
"DAMN YOU, MONGREL!" The warlord shouted. "This is the last time you interfere!" He punched Okami back, who absorbed the warlord's blow.
As Ghidorah flew away from Okami's reach, he turned and sighted Queen Serenity was covered in a pure silver aura. This silver light spread out, making her wings spread out and her spear become instilled with cosmic light.
"You're not facing the Queen Serenity anymore, Rajita emperor," Okami growled. "You're facing the wrath of the Silver Valkyrie."

The entire moon vicinity shook under the power emanating from Queen Serenity. Her eyes locked on Ghidorah as she ascended above her palace like a goddess protecting her sanctuary. She raised her spear. White light enveloped around the spear and brimmed with intense holy power.
"I WILL NOT FALL TO THE LIKES OF YOU!" Roared Ghidorah, who flew up to stop Queen Serenity from completing her new ultimate attack. His eyes widened as he noticed a transparent image of a woman with a similar bun hair style but it was brown and her skin was slightly darker complexion. Is that the Queen Artemis she's referring to?! The light emanating from Queen Serenity blinded him again. "NO! CURSE THIS LIGHT!"
Both Queen Serenity and Ghidorah clashed in the sky, sending off immense shockwaves that shook not just the Moon Kingdom, but the entire moon. Every warrior paused to witness sparks of light colliding across the moon's atmosphere.
"Lord Odin, are you seeing this?!" Lady Sif asked the Asgard king.
The white-bearded, armored deity turned to the sky watching Queen Serenity fully garbed in silver armor countering Ghidorah's attacks. His eyes widened as he recognized the armor's features.
"That armor...! She's become the Silver Valkyrie!" Odin announced, to which a female child wearing dark armor and carrying a bloodied sword heard him.
"A Valkyrie? Where Allfather?" The child asked as she sighted Queen Serenity flying over them and luring Ghidorah away. She gasped. "Was that the Moon Queen?!"
"Indeed, Brunhilde, my child," Odin replied. "She's combined the power of the Silver and Moon Heart Crystals to forge an armor created from the love between Queen Artemis and King Lyacon."
"Really?! Wow!" The young Valkyrie was left aspired by Queen Serenity. "I want to be just like her!"
"Perhaps you will be as powerful as the Queen if you set your mind to it, little one," Odin chuckled, patting the child's head.
Another Valkyrie child, one with white hair, witnessed the Silver Valkyrie with a similar intrigued expression.
"Amazing," the white-haired girl whispered.
"I know, doesn't she look beautiful, Skuld?" Brunhilde asked.
(Cue Sailor Moon Crystal OST – A Prayer to the Moon)
Meanwhile, Thor, Loki, Hades, Eros, and other deity warriors paused to witness Queen Serenity taking the fight to Ghidorah. Queen Serenity and Ghidorah floated above the moon with Earth in the backdrop. The Rajita despot aimlessly unleashed blasts toward her. However, the Silver Valkyrie batted them down with her spear and raised her spear, which glowed with intense white light again.
Luna and Artemis emerged from the castle observing their queen preparing to throw her attack.
"Queen Serenity!" The mooncats shouted in unison.
Sailor Pluto came charging out of the palace as she sighted the two galactic powerhouses staring each other down.
"My queen?!" Pluto gasped upon seeing Serenity fully garbed in silver Valkyrie armor. She noticed the large Lycan. "You... you're Okami?!"
"Don't let my presence frighten you, Time Guardian. It is me. I take it the princess and the children are ok?"
"Yes, I've driven one of the Rajita generals out of my domain and protected them," Pluto reassured him.
Suddenly, the children hurried out of the palace following Pluto's lead. Yuuichirou and Asaji were in awe of Okami's presence. Princess Serenity and the other princesses paused to witness Queen Serenity facing down with Ghidorah.
"Serenity, look! It's your mother I believe!" Princess Mercury pointed her to the Silver Valkyrie.
Princess Serenity quickly recognized her. "Momma!" She called out to Queen Serenity.
"Since your daughter and her little friends are here, they'll witness me slay you! Wouldn't that just damper their hopes?!" Ghidorah boasted.
"I won't fall here. The only one who will fail is you!" Queen Serenity rebuked as she readied her glowing spear and watched Ghidorah flying forward to stop her.
"Kaiser Ghidorah, may you and your revolting Rajita Kingdom leave my grounds! Majestic powers of the Silver Crystal and Moon Heart Crystal send this great darkness to the abyss where it belongs! BEGONE, GHIDORAH!"
"CURSE YOU!" Ghidorah roared out.

"Momma!" Princess Serenity screamed out for her mother.
"Princess Serenity!" Princess Mars prevented the Moon Princess from leaving.
"Mars!"
"Your mother will do this! You just have to believe in her!"
"But..."
"She can defeat this monster with the two crystals! Just believe in her!"
"Ok, Mars! Let's believe in my momma!"
"GIVE ME YOUR WORST, SERENITY!"
(Cue Valkyrie Profile OST – Rise Above the World)
Queen Serenity coldly smiled, which curled down into a frown. "Your arrogance will be engraved down to your soul! You will know your place for all time!" With that, she flew ahead and quickly cut Ghidorah off, hitting him with a flurry of rapid and lightning fast spear slashes.
Slash! Slash! Swish! Slash!
As Ghidorah was sent flying up, Queen Serenity tossed her spear into the air and watched it spinning. She shot up fast and grabbed the still glowing spear. The spear grew ten times bigger than her body. Nonetheless, she hefted the spear on her right shoulder and tossed it toward Ghidorah.
Seeing the spear come toward him, he grew into his Kaijuu-sized monster form, but even as a last resort this proved to be a fatal mistake. He unknowingly was blinded by fury and made himself a bigger target. Ghidorah didn't have enough time to evade or counter.
It was all over. His chances of taking the Moon Kingdom came crashing down with his whole invasion campaign in a blinding flash of light.
Queen Serenity yelled. "Silver Moon Celestial Lance!" She threw the lance down as it impacted Ghidorah and sent him far away.
"GAAAUGHH!" The Rajita warlord's roars echoed as the spear shoved him right back into his warship.
"Lord Ghidorah!" Kuiiza, Kujiko, Nagah, and Morpheous yelled out in unison as they fled back to attend to their dictatorial leader. As soon as they arrived, they saw Ghidorah, regressed to his smaller normal form, laying in a crater where the spear exploded and destroyed the leader's warship.
The four generals helped Ghidorah out of the water. Queen Serenity descended near the crater and gave them a cold glare. Assembled behind the Silver Valkyrie were Okami, Sailor Pluto, Lord Odin, Thor, Loki, Eros, Hades, Lady Sif, Brunhilde, Skuld, numerous deity warriors, and thousands of Moon Kingdom soldiers.
"You've lost, Ghidorah. Now get off my domain," Queen Serenity threatened the invaders.
Heeding Queen Serenity's threat, the generals carried Ghidorah back to another warship that lifted them off the planet. The remaining Rajita soldiers retreated accepting surrender. This marked Ghidorah's second major war loss.

The Moon Kingdom came out victorious, but not without consequences. Many Lunarian people died on the battlefield.
"My queen, rest assured I've recovered the souls of your fallen warriors and relocated them to the Elysian Fields to rest in peace," Hades assured the Moon Queen.
Thor approached Queen Serenity and bowed. "You undoubtedly surprised even thee, Queen Serenity. You transformed into a Valkyrie warrior."
"As you may know, they are Asgard's own grim reapers," Loki said. "Correct, father?"
Lord Odin added. "Indeed, but Queen Serenity's Silver Valkyrie power surpasses any Valkyrie from our world."
Brunhilde looked up at Queen Serenity in awe. "She looks so beautiful, Allfather!"
"Now, now, cousin, it's wonderful that you defeated the bad guy and saved our galaxy, but we have some problems to fix," started Eros as he pointed to the giant wolf. "First, what we going to do with the big wolf? He's too big to stay here."
"I know," Serenity muttered as he looked at the giant Okami. "He ended up absorbing too much moon energy after I removed the bracelet."
"You removed the bracelet, my queen?" Sailor Pluto inquired.
Loki came up with a resolution. "If I may my queen, perhaps you should absorb back the moon energy from our giant furry friend here using the Moon Heart and Silver Crystal?"
"That's worth a try," Queen Serenity agreed with the idea. She dislodged the two crystals from her chest and invoked their mystic powers. She used the crystals to absorb the moon energy from Okami, regressing him to his original human form. He collapsed in front of her fully naked, making all the woman, including the queen blush hard. "Oh!"
Okami stood up awkwardly and chuckling nervously. "Oh, I had almost forgotten this happens." He quickly snatched Thor's red cape to cover himself up.
"Ask before thee taking my cape!" Thor yelled.
"Relax, you can ask father to make you a new one, brother," Loki sighed.
The energy from the crystals also restored the Moon Palace and returned the Chamber of Prayer to its original sanctuary. Everything seemed to be restored as if they were never destroyed in the first place. This surprised everyone present.
"Amazing!" Thor exclaimed. "It's completely restored!"
"We need this kind of power on Asgard," Loki said, surprised by the events that unfolded. "That way we would not need to be stressed to fix the palace on Asgard every time you and your friends wreck it every week."
"Who cares?!" Exclaimed Eros, getting the attention of everyone. "The palace is restored! That means the drinks have also been restored! Let's drink all the wine to honor the fallen and celebrate our victory until we fall drunk! Who is with me?!"
Everybody, including the benevolent spirits of the fallen, exclaimed as they rushed back to the Moon Palace to drink all the wine. Serenity tried to stop them, but it was in vain. They were already gone. The only ones who were left behind were Serenity, Okami, Loki, King Odin, Hades, and Sailor Pluto.
Loki sighed in frustration. "Don't worry, Lady Serenity, I will make sure that Thor and Eros do not wreck the palace." He then left the group. His face conveyed annoyance knowing he'd need to stop Thor from needlessly drinking too much with Eros. He noticed Skuld and Brunhilde walking by him.
"Grandpa, momma says hi," Skuld smiled darkly as she raced up the stairs to meet the princesses.
Loki shuddered hearing the Valkyrie child remind him of his daughter. "Aye, my precious granddaughter. Oh, Hel, your daughter's slowly but surely becoming just like you."
"Aye, my son can be very reckless, Lady Serenity," Lord Odin nodded. "Fear not, Loki will stop him from going crazy."
"Thank goodness the children are ok," Hades watched Brunhilde and Skuld interact with Princess Serenity, the other planetary princesses, and the Lycan children. "Well done, Sailor Pluto."
The Time Guardian smiled genuinely. "I'm just doing my duty to ensure the future of the Solar System is preserved."
"While the children are chatting, why don't we go to the party, Time Guardian? Lord Odin?"
Both Sailor Pluto and Odin followed Hades, who winked before leaving the couple alone.
(Cue Sailor Moon Crystal OST – Love Again)
Serenity and Okami were quiet for a moment. None of them knew what to say to each other before Serenity broke the silence.
"Okami, what you said before it was true?" She asked. "You really loved me?"
Okami blushed very embarrassed. He avoided making any eye contact with Serenity, who was still donning her Silver Valkyrie garb.
"It's true, my queen," Okami openly confessed. "I've loved you ever since I sensed your aura when I was on Earth watching the moon every night. My love for you grew more after meeting you in person. But I didn't say anything because you're a goddess and I... I just am a lowly wolf demon." He whispered. "I was born from darkness and you was born from light. Our worlds are completely different."
Then, Serenity took Okami's chin, making him to look at her. "Light can't survive without darkness and darkness can't survive without light. We need each other."
Okami looked at her with a shock expression on his face. "Serenity... you..."
"I love you, Okami."
Then, she kissed him on his lips. Okami was surprised but yet happy. He placed his arms around Serenity's shoulder and kissed her back. The only witness to their passionate kiss was Planet Earth itself.

Campsite
Okami smiled as he placed a blanket over the three. All three were curled up next to each other to keep warm. They feel asleep once he finished the story. Okami stomped on the fire and covered up the black sticks and leaves with other leaves and dirt. He climbed on a tree to have a better view of the moon. He took off his glasses as he went to his Lycan form.
"I miss you, my beloved Serenity," Okami said before he let out a howl. A how in honor of Queen Serenity and all the time they stayed together.

A/N: Thoughts on this gaiden special? Besides the love back story, you get some decent amount of battles, including the full fight between Queen Serenity and Ghidorah (which was referenced and shown briefly in The Invasion of the Rajita during Okami's flashback story in Chapter 12). This reminds me, I still need to revise that story. I won't do a Redux for it, but simply revising the chapters to improve them my current writing style as opposed to my writing style 9 years ago. Gosh, all that time passed since then?
This story introduced new characters, including the mythological characters. Thor, Loki, Odin, and Sif show up as Asgard representatives. They are more or less based on the Marvel looks, but have applied cosmetic changes to differentiate them from their MCU counterparts.
Belle has even gone to great lengths to show Sailor Venus' past father, Eros. Yes, this also means Sailor Jupiter's father was Zeus. In fact, according to Belle, Jupiter is the last child of Zeus (and Hercules was Jupiter's brother). Queen Artemis, a child of Zeus, was once a goddess of the Amazons and left Earth having grown tired of Zeus' womanizing attitude to jump start the Moon Kingdom (to show up her father and become the Moon's new goddess). Queen Artemis is the creator of the Silver Crystal.
Brunhilde and Skuld make appearances; the latter makes an early bird appearance. This is to remind y'all that Valkyrie Advent is forthcoming.
Hades is probably the funniest character according to Belle. She created this version to counter the cliches that've plagued 95 percent of Hades characters. They're either made evil, cruel villains or characters with gray and shady backgrounds. No, Belle created a Hades that actually breaks the mold and has a bright, funny personality with sarcastic wit. Think the Disney's Hercules Hades but not a bad guy.
And Eros is someone whose personality carries over to his daughter Sailor Venus. He's every bit as funny, weird, and crazy like Venus, but when shit goes down he gets serious and invokes strong leadership in battle.
Yes, Ghidorah shows up and what a lasting impression he left. He and his generals take it to some of the key characters in this chapter. Belle made some interesting match-ups. She told me to write the battles out since writing fights are not her forte. So, I did just that. Which battles did you like from this chapter?
Queen Serenity's finishing attack is based on Valkyrie Profile's Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti. It's a pretty awesome move.
All and all, I'm very honored and fortunate to help edit and expanding on Belle's previous draft. Belle, if you're reading this, I hope you liked it. Likewise, I hope everyone else who reads this enjoyed this piece.
In a way, this story could double as a prequel tie-in to the upcoming Valkyrie Advent story that's planned for release either late-2015 or early-2016. That's a YYGDM story I'm personally excited for. That all depends if I can finish certain fanfics before then.
