Relicanth finished selling the last of his fresh batch of soggy pretzels to the various customers as he noticed Arceus and Lakithunder approaching him.
"Hey, fellas. What is it that you need to see me for?" Relicanth asked as he began cleaning up his counter. "You two seem under the weather."
"There's some construction going on in the middle of Seaside Hill." Arceus stated as he shook his head. "I was in the middle of training the Seaside Hillsters when I noticed that this. It's quite strange."
"You say quite strange, but I find it shockingly horrifying!" Lakithunder exclaimed as he spun about. "I got word from Dry Bowser that those huge fast food corporations like McDonald's are planning to take away from all of us small businesses!"
"That's horrible!" Relicanth remarked as he made a snack out of a nearby untouched soggy pretzel. "Are we going to do something about it?"
"I would insist." Arceus stated while shaking his head. "As much as I would like to join the cause, this is your guys' fight. As such, I'll leave it up to you and the other stand owners."
"Then it's settled." Relicanth remarked as he faced Lakithunder. "Have you contacted the others?"
"Shockingly enough, yes." Lakithunder stated as he moved his hands around. "In fact, I was the first to notice the construction of the new strip mall! At first, I thought this would be good and that I could possibly benefit from all these corporations wanting to use my power, but then it zapped me in the mind that they could have their own power generators, and that just ticks me off!"
"Well then, let's get a move on!" Relicanth exclaimed as he and Lakithunder left the soggy pretzel stand, with Arceus teleporting away, to continue training the missing Seaside Hillsters.
