Relicanth was making pretzels as he usually would, with it currently raining a horrendous storm in Seaside Hill, noticing that Lilligant and Whimsicott were approaching his pretzel stand as palm tree swere being blown back by the intense wind.
"Hey girls. What brings you two around here?" Relicanth asked, being quite curious as to why the grass type plant Pokemon would drop by.
"Oh, we just happened to notice the weather was going a bit wonky." Lilligant pointed out as she pulled out some poke money for pretzels. "Sometimes, it's rainy. Other times, it's foggy."
"And now..." Whimsicott added as it changed from rain to snow, flailing her stubby arms about. "It's snowing! What is up with that!"
"Hmmm... that is a good predicament you raise there..." Relicanth murmured as he sprayed some water on a couple of pretzels, handing the soggy treats of dough to the grassy Pokemon pair. "I wonder if Groudon and Kyogre are having another weather war again..."
As if on cue, everything got intensely hot, with the snow melting away instantly as Relicanth coughed, feeling his rock body harden as Lilligant and Whimsicott drank up the rest of their lemonade to prevent them from evaporating from the harsh heat.
