It is your basic BBC News broadcast. That's the entire premise of the episode. There's a few easter eggs and references to previous Doctor Who adventures. In the end, the broadcast gets interrupted by the Doctor giving Gerald a tour of the studio. When the call for security comes, Doctor simply exclaims "Cut to titles!"
