Dry Bowser was observing the haunted castle he found himself in, taking a break from racing about, playing tennis, and acting as a boss for he felt the need to take a vacation.
"I can appreciate some action... but even I need some rest." Dry Bowser said to himself while watching several swooper bats swooping about in the air. "Maybe this haunt will provide the peace that I need."
"Why are you here instead of any of the sporting events you're known for?" A Boo asked, floating in the air.
Dry Bowser folded his bony arms together. "I just feel the need to take a break, is it that bad?"
Suddenly thunder boomed in the distance and it began to rain, which caused more bats to swoop around the haunt, with the rain drops going through the castle's ceiling.
"Damn it, what could it be now?" Dry Bowser complained upon feeling his bones get soaked, brushing his red hair as he started to head up the huge staircase that stood before him.
