Dry Bowser was looking at the watch as he was waiting around in a café for the racers to join up with him, impatiently tapping the table with his bony fingers as he ate some fries he purchased.

"Are you kidding me. Where are the others?" Dry Bowser growled with him taking a good look around the eatery.

"Perhaps they're doing something else?" A Lakitu commented while stuffing his face with snacks.

Dry Bowser growled as he blew back his red hair. "If that was the case, they wouldn't even bother." He then decided to get some more fries to eat. "I'm tired of waiting. I'm doing something else."

As if luck were to shine on him, the racers the skeletal reptile was waiting for arrived, but they all required food to eat so they could fuel up and have stamina for the race. Dry Bowser rolled his eyes as he kept on eating, having already filled up while waiting. Birdo came by to get a quick bite, noticing how disgruntled her fellow reptilian appeared.

"I take it that you aren't feeling that up to racing right now." Birdo spoke calmly.

Dry Bowser simply nodded his skull in response. "You definitely hit the nail on the head."
