Hi everyone! What is up? Long time no talk! (or in this case read!) . God, I miss writing. For those of you that read the first chapter when it was published a long, long time ago. I do mean long time ago. I've decided to pick the story back up again. However, I've decided to change everything around. Let me just say that I am EXCITED for what's in store. For all newcomers I am sure you will love this version of the story.
On another note the is story was first published on August 17th, 2009 and it is now February of 2020! THAT'S 11 YEARS AGO. It's so crazy. What's even crazier is that on August 17, 2018 I gave birth to my daughter Elliyanah (Ellie for short). So, I have no doubt that this story is going to be awesome because of that connection! So, sit back, relax, put some music on, and get your reading on!
I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING RELATED TO THE ANIME SHOW OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB OR THE MANGA.
Also, this story starts off right after episode 6 and before episode 7. There will be a few differences obviously.
"I can't wait to meet the famous host club she's talked to much about. I hope she doesn't get mad that I came early." I muttered to myself as navigated down the long hallway. I clutched onto my messenger bag tightly as I neared the grand mahogany doors.
'Humm… This must be it, but I can't be too sure.' I thought as I looked around for anything significant to let me know that this was my destination. My dark eyes zeroed in on the sign above the door, 'Music Room 3'. I let out a sigh as I contemplated whether this was a good idea. 'Well seeing as I already made the trip here. I should just go in.' When I opened the door, I was greeted by rose petals and six rich, milky voices saying 'Welcome'.
Walking into the room the door closed behind me. 'Freaky. I wonder if they have automatic door, or maybe they have little people to close the door for them, or maybe-' I was brought out of my ludicrous thoughts by someone clearing their throat. My gaze shifted around the room looking for the source of the noise. The room was just as beautiful as she described it. It was then that I took notices of the six beautiful guys in front of me.
The first I noticed was a tall blonde with violet eyes that had a certain princely like quality. 'Tamaki.' Next was a raven-haired boy with onyx eye hidden behind glasses that had a smile that seemed to say I'm watching your every move. 'Kyoya.' To the right of Tamaki were two ginger head twins with beautiful topaz eyes. Even though they looked completely alike there was just something different about them that was different. 'Hikaru and Kaoru.' Behind them was an extremely tall stoic raven-haired boy with mysterious grey eyes. On his shoulders was a short blonde-haired boy that looked no older than a middle school student, but there was something mischievous in his light brown eyes that made him seem older than what he looked. That and the fact that he was also wearing the high school uniform. 'They must be Mitsukuni and Takashi.'
"Hi." I stared at them with curious intent.
"Hello princess, are you new here at Ouran Academy?" asked Tamaki as he moved closer to me. He stopped just inches away from my face.
"I guess you could say that." I said while moving away from him
"In that case I am Tamaki Suoh, my princess." He said while trying not to look hurt from me backing away from him.
Kyoya cleared his throat. "I'm Kyoya Ootori."
"Ah, yes. Yoshio's son." I said with a mysterious tone.
"May I inquire how know my father?" He asked with a fake smile while pushing up his glass. He stared few what seemed like forever trying figure me out.
"Sorry to interrupt your conversation but we'd like to introduce ourselves." The twins said in perfect unison.
"Oh, I'm so sorry, how rude of me." I said apologetically while trying not to blush at their intense gaze.
"Don't worry about it." The twin on the left said in a suggestive tone, "My name is Hikaru Hitachiin."
"And I am Kaoru Hitachiin. It's nice to meet you." The twin on the right said with a wink.
'Interesting they may be identical, but their voices are slightly different. Hikaru's is slightly deeper, and Kaoru has more of a mishap glint in his eye ' I was brought out from my deep thought when I felt someone tug on my sleeve. I looked down to see the Honey pull oh his sleeve, I smiled.
"I'm Mitsukuni Haninozuka, but you can call me Honey. This is my bunny Usa-chan." He said as he pulled out a pink adorable bunny from nowhere, "And the tall guy over there is my cousin Takashi Morinozuka, but you can call him Mori." He said while pointing at the stoic boy behind him.
"Well it's a pleasure to meet all of you. I'm Asahi, but you can call me Asa."
"What can we do of you princess?" asked Tamaki.
"I'm here to see Haruhi!" I said, "Do you happen to know where she is?" I asked looking around the room. It took me a second to realize my mistake. I mentally slapped myself for forgetting to call her a he.
"Guys, she knows Haruhi isn't a boy!" The twins said looking at me with a crazy look in their eyes. 'Uh, oh. This isn't good.' I thought. The next think I knew I was grabbed from behind and blindfolded. After what seemed like hours but was only minutes the blind fold was taken off. I was astonished to find myself at table with nothing but a single light above to see. I blinked in confusion as four boys started to ask me question all at once.
"HOW DID YOU KNOW HARUHI WAS A GIRL?"
"How did you know that OUR toy was not a boy?"
"Please don't tell anyone about Haru-chan!" Honey's comment was the one that compelled me to answer the most.
"I would… No... I could never do that. Just so you know Honey." I told the smaller blonde who I seemed to have a fondness for already.
"Why not, Asa-chan?" He asked while walking closer to me with big innocent eyes.
"Well Honey it's because she's my sister." I said in a lighthearted voice. As all the lights came on, I tried so hard not to laugh at the scene before me. They all had complete and utter shock written across all their face. It was quiet for the moment and then they all exploded.
"SISTER?" They all yelled together in unison. I was about to say something when someone opened the door.
'Damn. I was having fun too.' I pouted. I looked up and saw Haruhi.
"Why are you guys yelling? I could hear you all the way down the hallwa-" She about to finish but then she saw me.
"Asa… what are you doing here? You were supposed to pick me up after the club meeting was over in an hour." She asked me.
"I know, but I wanted to meet your friends. I always hear so much about the host club." I my smile faded a little, "Besides I figured if I was here, we could go straight to that appointment."
"Uhm… Asa-chan are you really Haru-chan's sister?" Honey asked me with a big smile on his face.
"Is that what she told you?" Haruhi asked, "She's my cousin although she's just like a sister."
"Ever since my parents died, I lived with Haruhi, and my uncle until I was fourteen. That's when I went to live with my grandparents on my dad's side in America. They offered me a job with their company. I did it to make money to help out Ranka and Haruhi. Since I was doing so well, I decided to move back and manage the company's Japanese office."
"Wow, Asa-chan! That sounds like a lot! How old are you?" Honey asked.
"I'm Seventeen."
"Quite impressive. What business is it." Kyoya asked in a calculating tone.
"Wouldn't you like to know." I said with a mysterious smile.
"Wait a minute! How are you and Haruhi both related? You look nothing a like." Hikaru asked.
"Well my mom was Ranka's sister so that means she was Japanese, and my dad was Mexican-American. So that explains my caramel skin and green eyes. " I said.
"So, what's your last name?" Kaoru asked.
"My name is Asahi Mariana Fujioka Rivera.
"Rivera, how do I know that name?" Kyoya asked himself so quietly that I could barely hear him.
While everyone was talking to one another I felt my phone vibrate. I had a text message.
From: Mr. Yoshio Ootori
Message: I heard from your grandfather that you were back in town permanently. Dinner 6:30pm at my house tomorrow. I won't take no for an answer.
I shook my head 'Of course. I can definitely see that Kyoya took after his father.'
To: Mr. Yoshio Ootori
Message: Of course. I'll be there promptly.
With that I pressed the send button and closed my phone. After I spent an hour at with host club listening in on their club meeting. I have got to say I was quite impressed with all the plans for the club. I looked down at my phone and saw the time.
"Kyoya, I'm sorry to interrupt the meeting, but can Haruhi leave now?" I asked waiting for Kyoya's answer.
"I guess she can, we don't really need her at this point." Kyoya said never looking up from his laptop.
"Perfect! Alright Haruhi it's time to go. Say bye to the guys and that you'll see them on Monday."
"Bye everyone!" I said as I made sure I had all my belongings.
"Wait Asa-chan. Will we get to see you again?" Honey asked with pledging eyes.
"Maybe." I said mysteriously, "I might even be seeing some sooner then others." I winked a Kyoya. I could see the little wheels in his head turning.
With that Haruhi and I left the room in a hurry. Walking down the hallway towards the grand staircase Haruhi grabbed my arm.
"Asa… What appointment were you talking about earlier? I thought we were going to go home." Haruhi asked.
"Be patient little cousin. We have to make a few stops before we do that.'
"Asa. That's not what we agre—"
"I'll by you fancy tuna if you come with me."
Haruhi stopped in her tracks deep in thought, "Okay fine. I'll go with you. Where are we going anyway?"
"Well we need to stop by Mr. Souh's office first. Then after that I have a surprise for you and Ranka."
I hoped you enjoyed this chapter. Please feel free to leave a review. Until next time. -J
