(BELLA'S P.O.V)

My smile didn't wavered even after Rose dropped me home. I am so happy I feel like I was floating in a cloudnine. I still can't believe the woman I'm in love with is my mate! I wonder how will Renee and Charlie will react to this. I mean I'm dating a woman, a very gorgeous woman. Renee will surely won't have a problem I'm dating a woman, if anything she will be more delighted to meet Rose. Charlie though... I don't know. Maybe he'll be okay with it if he saw me happy? Doubtful. Charlie grew old here in a small town of Forks where everything was normal (as far as humans know) and being in love with same gender is considered 'not normal' in most people. I can only hope Charlie is not one of those 'most people'

My musing was interrupted by the loud ringing of the telephone. Distractedly, I picked up the phone asking curiously who's on the other line. It was Charlie. Informing me that he'll be home late tonight. After reassuring her that I'll be okay on my own for a few hours, we said our goodbyes and hang up.

After the call, I head to my room and work on my assignments which I found it difficult to concentrate as Rosalie's angelic face always popping up on my mind distracting my concentration. A few hours later I finally finished my school work and decided to start preparing dinner. I was startled when I saw someone already making dinner at the kitchen.

"Smells yummy." I breathed hungrily. I never realized how hungry I am until I smelt food making my stomach let out a growl. Jane just giggled shaking her head in amusement. "How long have you been here?"

"Long enough to witness you struggling to focused on your homework." Jane said smirking as she place a plate in front of me and put a slice of lasagna to it. I almost drool at the smell but then Jane spoke again making me blush instead "Rosalie can be quite a distraction, can't she?"

"How did you know it was Rosalie that making me distracted?" I asked curiously while I began digging in my lasagna. "Delicious as always, Jane. Thank you."

"Only Rosalie can cause that dreamy look on your face. Mind telling your bestfriend the details?" Jane eagerly sat down facing me, waiting expectantly for me to begin telling her the 'details.'

"What makes you think there's 'details' to tell about?" I asked quirking a brow as I looked at her.

"There has to be! Can't you see yourself? You've been smiling ear to ear, you have that dreamy look on your face and you are happier than usual. Spill it, Princess. I want details." I sighed. I know Jane won't stop pestering me until I give in. That girl erm.. woman is such a persuasive when she wants to.

"I realized I'm in love with her." I said simply searching any negative reaction from her expression. I let out a relieve sigh when I found none. As my best friend, Jane's acceptance of my preference and relationship means a lot to me.

"It's about time, Princess!" Jane genuinely said with a wide grin plastered on her younger-looking face. "So, what else happened? Did you kissed her?"

I blushed. "S-she kissed me first this morning then at lunch we left the school to talk privately. I told her my unpleasant past back in Phoenix for awhile, the next thing I know I was kissing her."

"I'm surprised you told her. After that incident you never mentioned about it again, ever." Jane commented with a hint of sadness and worry in her voice. "How are you feeling?"

I smiled genuinely. Oddly enough, I feel so much better. It feels great to have someone like Rosalie to open up with. "I feel perfectly fine." I replied to her truthfully.

"Good." was the only response I heard before I felt her embracing me from behind. "I am so happy for you, Princess. You're lucky to meet your mate sooner than the others."

"You knew?! Y-you knew Rose is my mate? Why you didn't told me?" I asked surprised as I turned so I can face her.

"Because it was Rosalie herself who needs to tell you this." Jane simply answered but I understood. She's right. It wasn't Jane's place to tell me something this important. Sighing, I nodded my understanding to Jane who smiled bigger in return.

I finished the rest of my dinner talking with Jane. Like usual, it was her who insist to clean up the table and the dishes. She also left food in the microwave for Charlie to reheat once he got home from her busy job. When everything was done, Jane and I headed to my room. Jane sat straight to my computer table playing some boring games to my pc while waiting for me to come out in my room's bathroom.

"Is Rosalie going to visit? Is that why you took so long inside the bathroom?" Jane teasingly asked as soon as I stepped out of the bathroom. I blushed at this knowing there has truth to that statement.

"Shut up, Jane." my glare has no effect. She just continue grinning like a maniac. I'm sure she already knew that Rosalie is coming though I'm not sure how.

"I can leave if you want. I understand that you two needs to be alo-" she suggested but was cut short.

"No need, Jane. Bella already told me that you will be here." I can recognize that lovely voice everywhere. It was Rosalie's. I smiled happily hearing it but grew widen when I saw my Goddess entered my room elegantly through the window. She walked straight to where am I and greeted me with a short but sweet kiss on the lips making me blush aware that Jane is watching us with that smirk. "Good evening, Bella."

"Evening, Rose. I'm assuming Alice knew of our upcoming date. Did she outed us yet to your family?" I asked knowingly. That future seer pixie can't keep her vision to her own. Especially when there was Edward who can read everyone's mind except mine and Jasper who can feel her every emotions.

"Alice informed everyone and they were all very happy." Rosalie replied as she made herself comfortable to my bed. "She had another vision. We talked about it for awhile before I left."

"Is it about Victoria?" Jane chimed in as she looked at me worriedly.

"No. Come to think of it, Alice never had a vision of Victoria since our last encounter." Rosalie replied mirroring Jane's expression.

"Then what vision did she told you about?" I asked when the two fell into silence both deep in thought. Rosalie flashed me a bright smile that I know only me and her family was allowed to see.

"Alice' mate." I smiled happily hearing this and so was Jane. "She's guessing her mate is human and was worried the human would be scared and reject her if she finds out Alice is a vampire. I can understand her you know. When I found out you are my mate, a human I also feared that you'll hate me for being... Me. Thank God you didn't."

"Alice is very lovable vampire. I'm positive everything will work out for her and her mate." I sat down next to her and wrap my arm to her waist pulling her closer to me. "I will never ever hate you for who or what you are. I love you, Rosalie Hale. You better keep that in mind."

"I know now and I love you too." my hold of her tightened hearing those magical words. My heart soar in happiness and know I won't be tired hearing it from my Goddess again and again.

Jane only sat there quietly watching us with a serene smile plastered on her childish face. A comfortable silence filled the room only to be broken by a yawn came from me. Rosalie and Jane giggled a little as I climb up to my bed and lay down. I gesture to Rosalie to join and to my utter joy she wordlessly complied.

"Goodnight, Princess." I heard Jane said. I mumbled 'goodnight' to her knowing she can hear it.

"Goodnight, My Princess. Have a sweetest dream." Rosalie's gentle voice and fresh scent of rose filled my senses lulling me to a wonderful dream filled sleep. But not before I muttered a reply...

"I love you, Rose."

(THIRD PERSON'S P.O.V)

Jane remained silent as she watched Bella fall asleep contently in the arms of one Rosalie Hale. She may not know that much about the woman her best friend fell in love with but she was certain at the love she's seeing at Rosalie's eyes at this very moment. The woman is humming a song softly while gazing lovingly to Bella. Her face is sporting a warm and gentle smile, not like the expression she usually sport to the public eye, cold and hard. It is now that Jane saw what Bella always described Rosalie as... A Goddess. Rosalie is even more beautiful when she smile.

"I was the one doing that to her before." Jane commented in a gentle voice as she recall those nights where she always hum a song for Bella to sleep. "I will miss it."

Rosalie studied the vampire's face. She can't still believe that this beautiful, innocent looking vampire was the one also known as the most ruthless cold-hearted guard in Volturi. Looking at her now, Rosalie can only saw the girl that Bella described Jane as. An adorably cute girl with a loving heart. Though her face is hard and emotionless, her eyes is another story. Rosalie can easily read those emotions through Jane's eyes. They are alike in that department. They both hiding their emotions behind the cold mask. They both knew only Bella can break that mask. And most importantly, they both love Bella. Rosalie can see it. The love and care swimming on those red pool orb directed to Bella. What Rosalie didn't know is if Jane loves Bella the same way Rosalie loves the woman.

"You love her." state Rosalie "I know you do. The way you look at her, the way you talk, the way you smile... I don't know what to think Jane. You protect her like she's the most important person in your life, like you wouldn't survive if she's gone." she paused, let out a frustrated sigh before continuing in a weak soft voice "I am glad, relieved that Bella has someone like you. I know Bella loves you too that's why I am also worried, overly jealous of you. I need to know, Jane. Who is Bella to you? What is she to you?"

"Bella is special though I'm sure you already knew that." Jane started with a small smile. "You're right, she's important to me. I'll die for her if I have to. That's how important she is to me."

"You aren't like the Jane I heard from rumors. Rumors said that the Jane of Volturi is a ruthless vampire who aren't able to love or to feel at all." Rosalie said smiling softly as to let the other vampire know that it was not an insult.

"Oh want me to prove you I'm the real deal?" Jane asked smirking knowing that Rosalie is aware of her gift. She giggled when Rosalie narrowed her eyes.

"No need. I have no doubt who you are." Rosalie answered quickly knowing exactly what Jane had in mind. She knew Jane is joking but still, better to be careful right? Jane's smirk only widened if it's possible.

"Is Rosalie Hale scared of my gift?" teased Jane playfully. She didn't know where this playfulness came from but she's enjoying this so does it really matter? She was pulled out of her thoughts at the sound of Rosalie's melodic laughter.

"Just so you know, Missy. I'm not scared of anything. Including you." Rosalie said confidently with a smug smile.

'But you're scared I'll take Bella away from you.' Jane thought shaking her head in amusement but she did not dared to voice out her thoughts not wanting to break the playful mood in the air. She instead reassure the woman.

"Yeah, yeah if you say so, Miss Hale." Jane said smirking before her expression became serious. "Anyway, about what you are asking earlier... Who and what is Bella to me?" she looked at Rosalie who nodded. She's about to continue but Rosalie beat her to it.

"Sorry Jane, I just really need to know. I have insecurities, I can't help but think of worse sometimes. I'm not the most likeable person. I'm a bitch, short-tempered vampire who's madly in love with this wonderful human. What if she get tired of me? What if-"

'So much for not wanting to break the mood. Great job, Jane.' Jane sarcastically scold herself.

"You have nothing to worry, Rosalie." she voiced out gently. Her eyes serious and understanding. Rosalie let out an unnecessary sigh. She didn't know what came over her. She doesn't usually open up with somebody she barely knew but the thought of losing Bella had made her lost control. She just nod at Jane not really believing to what Jane said. Jane seeing Rosalie wasn't convinced continue.

"I am much worse than you are, Rosalie. I feed to humans, I kill, and everyone scared of me. Bella is aware of all that and yet, she still my best friend." Jane avert her eyes from Rosalie and look instead at the window.

"She chastised me everytime I called myself a monster. She said I'm too beautiful to be a monster. She instead called me her guardian angel that protects her. If vampire can cry I'll be a crying mess that time. She hugged me after that and kissed my cheek." Jane smiled at the memory. It was one of the happiest memories she had in century. Rosalie seeing the faraway look and the genuine smile in Jane's face can't help but smile too. She knew the girl is lost in her happy memory of her and Bella. There's still a bit of jealousy but she shrugged it away. She knew how lonely it could be for a vampire especially Jane is walking this earth for centuries now. Her musing was interrupted when Jane began to speak again.

"You are right, Rosalie. I love, Princess Bella. But not like what you think. She isn't my mate. What I felt for her is sisterly love. She's my very first friend, my sister, my family. Rest assure that I won't take her away from you. But..." Jane's face hardened and Rosalie shivered seeing the deathly glare that Jane sent her way. "...don't you ever hurt her or the whole Volturi guards including the Kings and Queens will hunt you down." The seriousness in her tone was apparent. Rosalie, realizing that Jane wasn't kidding, replied in the same serious manner and as sincere as she feels right now.

"Never. I would never hurt her intentionally. You have my word." she said this confidently looking straight to Jane's eyes. The two stared to each other for seems like forever before Jane's lips curved into a genuine smile. Rosalie sighed internally in relief seeing the smile in the girl's face. She knew how important it is that she got Jane's approval. Bella will surely be happy.

"Is it weird that I think I just made a new friend?" Jane asked her smile still on her face. Rosalie laughed uncharacteristically before replying, amusement clear in her voice.

"We are both weird, I guess. Because I think I also just made a friend." the two laugh with each other, both are genuinely happy with their new formed friendship. Bella stirred a bit her arm wrapped at Rosalie's tightened before sighing contently. A smile present on her face. Jane and Rosalie both see this and can't help but smile too.
