Katara stretched and yawned as she woke up from her sleep.

"Boy, I REALLY needed that sleep."

Katara then looked over, seeing Aang, Sokka, and Toph in a circle, looking back at Katara.

"What's going on?" asked Katara.

"Katara, we need to talk." said Aang.

"About what?" asked Katara.

"About you making fun of Toph's blindness." said Sokka.

"She's still sore about that?" asked Katara.

"Not just sore; hurt." said Toph.

"Oh come on, we were all tired!" said Katara, "I was tired!"

"No excuse, Katara." said Aang.

"Well what about all the blind jokes Toph makes?" asked Katara.

"First off, only I make those jokes." said Toph, "And second, what you said earlier was just mean-spirited."

"Okay, so I made a blind joke. Does this make me worse than someone like Zuko?" asked Katara.

"Yes, because as bad as he is, Zuko has never once made any mean-spirited ableist jokes." said Sokka.

"Well what do you want me to do?" asked Katara.

"Apologize to Toph." said Aang, "You lamented earlier that you were too mean to her, so now's your time to make it up."

"Okay. I'm sorry you felt that way." said Katara.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!" said Toph.

"Come on, I apologized!" said Katara.

"YOU CALL THAT AN APOLOGY?!" said Sokka.

"Well what do you want me to say?!" asked Katara, "It's not like I said 'I'm sorry Toph can't see'."

It was at that moment, Toph began to bawl out tears.

"Well there you go, Katara. You made Toph cry. I hope you're happy." said Sokka.
