6. Important Announcement

Hey guys, I have something to say. My cultists have already been informed of this, but I realize many of you who follow this story haven't heard the news, so I felt the need to inform you all about this.

Some very, very big and bad things have happened in my personal life recently, and that is no hyperbole. It's terrible, and I have no interest in telling the specifics of it here. What is important, though, is that, while this...event...is going on, I have neither the resources, time, nor inspiration to continue to support BWWR. So, with a heavy heart, I am announcing that I am officially putting BWWR on Hiatus.

I love this story very much, and do not, do not, think I am abandoning it. I have plans for this story and where I want to take it, and I have no plans to cancel it. It's just that while me and my family are dealing with what has happened to us, I just can't continue with this. It's been over a month since I've put a single word to the page.

I just can't support a long story while this is going on. Also, I have no idea when it will be over. It could resolve itself next week, it could last all the way through the remaining year I have to stay with my family. I just don't know.

Something I can do, and plan on doing, is writing for smaller things. Commissions, one shots, things of that nature. I've always loved writing, and it would be good for me with as terrible as things are, so that is my plan.

I am truly sorry to do this, but I hope you all understand. I will still continue writing and publishing stories, but I need something more bite sized for the time being. If you want to be kept up to date on the progress of whatever I decide to write next in the interim between now and whenever I get the inspiration to pick BWWR back up, join my cult over on iFunny, "RWBY_Order_Of_The_OTP". I try to keep updates coming in there.

I just felt it wasn't fair to just leave you all waiting for an update that wouldn't be coming for some time, so here it is. I am sorry, and I hope you all understand. When I am capable, I will absolutely continue this story. There are still many things for me to tell and you to read about Weiss Schnee and her faithful Bodyguard, Ruby Rose, and I am not about to deny either of us that pleasure. I will return to this, one day. So, for now, goodbye.
