Suddenly, pain lingers around Johnson's body as he wake up. The dizziness hit his head hard. Johnson tries to sit with the support of his arms, but something feels strange. His arms feel so heavy. He tries to look around, from the wooden ceiling covered with spiderweb to the wall that also made from wood. He doesn't understand. Johnson does not know where he is right now, and the thing covering his body? Is that ... metal?
Johnson tries again to lift his upper body. "Holy ...", he exclaimed. The metal thing that he just seen is not only covering his body. It is kind of ... united? Is that even possible?
"What the hell is happening to me?", Johnson spoke to himself. His eyes widened after several memories linger in his brain, recalling the accident. Soon, he realized that the metal thing covering his body is very similar with his ride. This impossibilities makes him wondering hard how this situation can be happened.
"You're awake.", a sound comes from outside the room. Soon, the doors open and an old man goes in with a bottle of water on his hand. "Don't push yourself too hard. Have a rest." he said. Johnson is not following the old man's instruction. He tries to have control to his own body. "If you are not following what I said, your machine will turned off," the old man continues.
Johnson lies down instantly. He questioned softly, "what happened to me, old man?". The old man sips his water, put it down and sit next to the wooden bed where Johnson lies down.
"I'm not an old man. I'm Rooney."
"Oh, hi Rooney! Nice to meet you!" Johnson said brightly. Dr. Rooney stood up and check for Johnson's chest.
"But apparently your condition right now is not too nice. Do you remember what happened?" Dr. Rooney asked.
"Just a little bit," Johnson replies. "Oh! How is the little girl? Is she okay?"
"She is fine. In fact, she cries a lot after seeing you blooding so much and screamed for help to keep you alive. You should thank her because her scream made me come and see you in that tragic state. Thank God we still can revitalize you. Even tough, as you can see there are plenty of changes on your body." Dr. Rooney explained how he saved Johnson after the accident that happened. Johnson listened carefully to every word Dr. Rooney said. He tells the story from how he was stopping Johnson's bleeding until how he assembling Johnson's body part with the sport car that he rode on the day of the accident. Everything is so confusing for Johnson that makes him more dizzy.
"All these stories will just fill you up with thoughts. Don't worry about it. You are now still alive, we should be grateful for that." Dr. Rooney ended his explanation. "You should sleep for now. Tomorrow will be hard for you." Dr. Rooney shuts the door, leaving Johnson alone in the room. There are still a handful of questions in Johnson's head, but he is tired already. Guess he still need to work with the adaptation to his new body. Johnson decides to go to sleep.
