Sometimes one of them ends up in hospital. Maura is always there when Jane wakes, but Jane... well, Jane has other things to do.

Boston's newest serial killer not only threatens the city but presents new challenges for Detective Rizzoli and Doctor Isles as well. With the weight of the world on their shoulders, will the two women be able to beat the odds and survive?
