Sitting in the large bathroom Sebastian brought her in, Larisa gazed Claude's blood that still stained her hands. It was burning her just like that first time she touched Sebastian's all those years ago in the flower field. Despite it burning through she felt cold from all the rain. The room was steamy and hot trying warming her up but she was becoming more and more aware of the pain in her body. Wincing when her side throbbed, she reached over without thinking with her bloody hand but before she could even touch it Sebastian returned.
Grabbing her hand before she could touch her side, Sebastian wiped away Claude's blood, "Where else is his blood, human blood and demon blood can't mix," he told her calmly. Pointing to her face, Larisa sat still as Sebastian wiped away the blood from her face. Once he was done he looked at the dress and frowned, "Are you wearing anything underneath?" he asked her.
Nodding Larisa stood up and let Sebastian remove the dress from her it was heavy with all the water and blood it soaked up not to mention it had been caked with mud. The usual embarrassment she would have felt was gone as she stood in front of Sebastian in her underwear. Gazing at her, Sebastian frowned when he found she lost a lot of weight. She had always been thick he suppose was the term but she had lost enough weight he could see the outline of her ribs. After he got her fixed up first thing he would do was fatten her back up.
He prefer a woman had something pleasing to caress. For now though he needed to take care of these injuries, "This will hurt," he told her going to the worst ones first. Bending down Sebastian dug his tongue into the wound on her side his mouth filling with the sweet taste of her blood. The energy from her poured into him and he could feel her tensing up under him.
She didn't utter a cry however. Moving on to her shoulder wound he once more dug his tongue in and lapped up her blood before moving onto the ones along her arms. Savoring the taste of her blood on his tongue Sebastian was surprised to find the flavor not nearly as strong. Pulling back he looked at Larisa finding her still upset and in a daze, "Wash up and get into the bath alright. I'll leave some new clothes outside the door," he told her.
Getting a mute nod he left her alone. Making a quick stop at her room he pick out a long white night shirt with a ruffled square collar and long sleeves that reached her elbows with ruffle cuffs. It paired with a pair of billowy white capris that were ruffled at the edges. Folding the pair be put them beside the door and pause listening for any sound of movement and heard a slow scrub along with lots of flinches, she must have injuries he couldn't heal with just a lick.
Sighing he headed downstairs to a waiting Shiro, entering the sunroom he scowled, "What happened?" he asked him.
Frowning Shiro crossed his arms, "Claude happened, he attempted to go into the past and destroy your younger self. Before you would have ever met Larisa, said person caught him going back and followed him along with Samantha, myself and Ciel," he told him.
"He went back to the past…is he an idiot. We don't do that, that's an unspoken rule for all of us," said Sebastian.
"He was desperate but that's the least of our problems, Claude went back to a certain time he knew where you were. He went back when you play the role of a certain someone's butler," said Shiro.
Widening his eyes Sebastian looked in the direction of the bathroom and wanted to swear, he intended to keep that a secret to the very end. He had always worried how she would take it and worried she wouldn't hear a word from him when she found out. Looking over to Shiro he frowned, "How bad is it for me?" he asked worried.
"She wants to know why you were in that field the day you met her," he told him.
"That's all?" asked Sebastian relieved.
Shrugging Shiro sighed, "Depends on your answer if anything will happen, as for everything else. We went back found you and the earl and she gave you energy. That's why your power seemed to grow when you were with the young lord," he said.
Nodding at that Sebastian frowned, "I guess time travel truly does get forgotten…I have no memories of meeting Larisa," he muttered. Gazing at Shiro he frowned, "…What did I do to her? I can't imagine the demon I use to be was very pleasant to her," he said.
Gazing at him Shiro chuckled, "To believe it or not she actually kind of liked it…it seems the queen is a bit of a masochist. She liked it when you were rough with her, she wouldn't admit it but she would always get a look on her face when you got rough with her," he muttered. Gazing at Sebastian he could see a question popping up in his eyes and he answered him before he could ask, "She refused to do anything other than offering her blood and when she couldn't give anymore she only kissed your cheek. She refused to do anything other than that with your past self…much to your irritation," he said with an amused smile.
Gazing at the albino demon, he frowned, "Thank you for taking care of her," he said bowing slightly.
Shaking his head, Shiro smiled, "Don't thank me, I find myself genuinely liking her. She's rough around the edges and accident prone but I believed she can become a diamond in the rough. I'll leave you alone with her I'm sure you have much you need to discuss," he told him bowing his head.
Nodding at that Sebastian watched Shiro leave out the back before he made his way toward the kitchen, he would make tea for her to further warm her up. Putting a kettle on he waited quietly listening to Larisa she was moving very slowly. He would go and help her wash up but even if she was rather tame at the moment he wouldn't push his luck.
By the time he finished the tea he could heard her dressing, placing everything on a tray he added something warm to eat to the trey before heading up. Knocking on the door to her room he heard her mutter something illegible but took that as an okay to enter. Coming in he found her laying on her bed with a far off look as she ran her finger along a pattern stitched onto her comforter. Placing the try on a table he pour her a cup of tea adding honey in place of sugar, offering it over he smiled, "You should drink something warm and I made you something light to eat," he said quietly.
Sitting up Larisa took the cup and uttered a thanks. Taking small sips here and there she gazed over to Sebastian got a flash of Claude. She could hear his dying words again. 'I'm only doing what any demon would do,' he said those very words and they weren't romantic in her mind. They were frightening, Claude literally assassinated himself and in more ways than just his past-self killing him.
He went insane.
"Can I take a wish back?" she muttered quietly.
"A wish? Larisa, we've been over this and I thought we moved past this," he said sighing.
Shaking her head she frowned, "Not that, I want to be your wife…I want to take back another wish, or rather a condition I said I needed in order for you to marry me," she told him. Looking up at him she gave him a stern expression, "Don't fall in love with me!" she exclaimed.
Gazing at her he frowned, "I might be inclined to be insulted," he said.
"Claude went crazy! Don't love me, I don't want you to turn out that way!" she cried.
Gazing at her Sebastian frowned "Claude was already crazy long before he met you, Larisa. You've never been self-absorb so don't start now, you are not the reason he did this. He's always had issues, Larisa. Long before you were introduced into his world. You are not the reason he went off the deep end, that's just his personality," he told her.
Looking Sebastian in the eyes, Larisa frowned when she found no hint of a lie in his eyes, "Then why does it feel like it's my fault," she muttered.
Gazing at her he frowned, "Because you're choosing to blame yourself and now that you see how far a demon will go for love your beginning to second guess yourself. You don't know what you want now," he said casually.
Looking up at him shock, anger quickly morphed onto Larisa face and to the surprise of her and Sebastian she reached out and struck him across the face. Keeping her glare she looked at him furious, "I'm not second guessing my feelings at all Sebastian! I know exactly what I feel for you. I'm second guessing your feelings, demons are obviously not equip to deal with love. It's so unnatural for your kind that you go up and beyond what is normal. Claude loved me and it was like a disease to him, I don't want that for you!" she cried.
Getting off the bed despite the pain she shook her head, "I don't want you to love me, I love you but you don't need to love me anymore," she said firmly.
Gazing at her stunned, Sebastian frowned wondering what he should even say to her. How was he supposed to feel about this? He had been searching for a way to love her and now he would just stop? Just like that and all because Claude went and got himself killed? Should he protest, agree? What was he supposed to do? What did he even want to do? All this time he had been searching for a way to love her, trying to love her because that's what she wanted.
Her wish was a husband perfect for her, she needed love but now she didn't. Feeling an inner turmoil building up inside he refused to show it.
Sighing Larisa looked up at Sebastian and found nothing displayed to tell her what he thought and she wasn't sure how to take it. She at least expected a reaction but she supposed this was better than him being happy about not having to return her feelings. She knew she went through all that trouble of learning how to gain a demons love but she wouldn't risk it. She loved Claude, a part of her really did and he was something she could survive through as bad as that sounded.
She was upset with his death but if Sebastian died she be devastated. So it was time to pull away from him and just let him keep strong feelings, "Tomorrow I want to go home…when I was over there I got my memories back and they haven't left so unless I forget everything again I would like to return home," she told him quietly.
Without another word she crawled into bed and tried to relax her muscles. It was a slow process however, the beating she took from Claude left her sore. It was too bad she couldn't get these healed, "I refused," he said making her stop mid-thought. Looking up she found Sebastian looking at her rather coldly, "I'm not Claude, I can love. If Yuki did it, I'm able to do it as well," he said firmly.
Scowling at him Larisa shook her head, "You won't love me so it doesn't matter whether you choose to or not, unless I do my part you'll never love me and I refuse to do my part. I won't make you weak. There's no way you'll defy logic like Claude and fall for me under your own free will," she said convinced. Claude was a one of a kind demon, there was no way Sebastian could pull off what he did. She was just a task for him and that's all she would be to him.
Turning her back on him, Larisa laid down and Sebastian made his way out of her room turning off the light as he did. Pulling the blankets around her Larisa glared at the wall, they would not ever have love she wouldn't let Sebastian go crazy. She would protect him from his own heart!
Three days have passed since she came home.
Sitting around the quiet breakfast table, Larisa glanced over to her father who was eating his rice in silence no doubt thinking of work. That or how long it had been since momma made him breakfast that was more familiar to a Japanese man. She didn't venture toward Japanese dishes often, she wasn't as well versed in those dishes.
Sitting next to Ciel she sighed, it felt weird being back home but it also felt nice to be home. To her parents it was like she got from a sleep over, they didn't remember a thing. Momma felt like she hadn't seen her in a while but other than that no one could tell she had been gone. Save for Ciel of course, wincing slight at her throbbing pains Larisa sighed and set down her chopsticks.
"Momma may I be excused?" she questioned her.
Looking over surprised, Dana glanced at her plate with a frowned, "You barely ate anything last night, are you feeling alright?" she asked getting up and moving around the table. Leaning down she brushed back her hair and placed her lips against her forehead, "You don't feel warm," she muttered before really staring, "I can't help but feel you lost a lot of weight though," she said.
Sitting up she smiled, "I'm just fine momma, thank you for breakfast," she said reassuringly. Pushing in her chair she quickly did her dishes before bidding everyone goodbye. Once outside Larisa looked across the lane at Sebastian's house but ultimately passed by it. She hadn't seen him since he brought her home, it felt weird being around him at the moment.
She thought he would just accept her new wish but he just challenged it like a weirdo.
Making her way down the streets she wondered what she would be doing today. Sam was busy with Kyo who was allowed to visit her and she didn't want to get teased by the triplets. Ciel had plans with his friends and Soma was not someone she could hang out with yet. She was almost considering finding Charles or that Lau guy, now that she was no longer a blank to the world she wasn't as afraid of him. She still thought he was a complete weirdo though.
Getting lost in her thoughts as she waked through the streets Larisa also found herself trailing over to Ronald and Will, she needed to see the two of them. She promised to tell them about Femi when she got back, but so far she hadn't crossed paths with them. They needed cell phones like in Bleach, at least some way to contract them. Then again, except for now when would a Shinigami need to be in contact with another?
Sighing Larisa paused when she finally reached a fork path, one way would lead her to a very long walk to let her think and the other would give her a direct path to Undertaker. Left or right? She was going to have to go see him eventually, not to mention he was her best bet in getting in contact with the others. He would have an idea where they were.
Taking the right she traveled down the street toward Undertaker, it was time to face him. It took no time to get there and when she did she stood outside his door for minutes. Gazing at his door she reached out with a trembling hand and gave a soft knock. It was minutes before finally the door opened up and there he was, "Ah Larisa! I was wondering when you would show up," he said opening up the door. Bowing her head Larisa followed him inside and gave a look around at all his coffins, the smell of wood was heavy in the air.
She could see oak wood, maple wood, elm wood, redwood, and black walnut. Looking over to him surprised she pointed to the coffins, "You have a wide variety of wood! Where do you get it?" she asked him curious.
Gazing at the wood he shrugged, "Different places. I'm a private business so I usually make the buyers get the wood and make it to their wishes, what about you Miss Demon Queen? What would you like your coffin to be made of?" he asked her with a grin.
Looking over without skipping a beat she told him what she wanted, "Aspen wood with silver bars, the inside is going to be lined in silver-grey silk and I want it to be soft so something like goose down feathers or maybe swan if there's such a thing all taken without harm and pain of course…even if I die I want my eternal bed to be comfortable. I also want to be buried in my favorite pajamas with the pillow and a comforter from my bed along with my stuffed animals. That's what I want when I take my eternal nap," she told him.
Nodding looking more pleased than surprised at her description Undertaker smiled, "Planning for your demise so soon?" he asked.
Shaking her head she frowned, "I think about it from time to time. At first, I wanted a glass coffin like Snow White but when I got to thinking about it. I decided I didn't want people to be able to seem my decaying corpse so easily. So now I want a wooden coffin that others can see into so easily. Who knows about a month from now," she said shrugging.
Watching her quietly, Undertaker waved her toward the back, "Follow me, I just put on a pot of tea," he told her making his way to the back.
Following after him Larisa situation herself on one of his coffins and looked around the room, he had lots of herbs drying from the rafters. She wondered if he had to use them for his job or for personal use, "Undertaker, why are you in America?" she asked him pulling her eyes away from the herbs.
Coming back in with a kettle he began pouring the tea into cups before laying out his bone shape cookies, taking one from a plate he munched down on it, "When the Phantomhive family split I decided to follow Ciel's son rather than stay with his daughter. She didn't have his son's fire so I left merry old England. Ended up getting followed by three Shinigami who were familiar with my work. Grell, Will, and Ronald. They got transferred here just in case I started up my project again," he said.
Nodding at that Larisa looked at him and frowned, "I won't tell you you're wrong and you shouldn't do it, but I can't understand why you would want to bring dead people back to life…were you trying to bring someone back?" she asked him curious. Other than morbid curiosity, the only reason to play with the dead would be to bring someone back.
Grinning Undertaker shook his head, "I'll answer only some of your questions without my toll today but that isn't one of them," he said chuckling.
Nodding Larisa didn't fight that, instead she just watched him, "What made you decide on my parents?" she asked him.
Chowing down on another cookie, he frowned, "Well, I liked your mother Dana. She seemed like she would be a good mother to you. Kotomi didn't have a very good relationship with her mother, so I figured this time around I would give you that. Only in the end you got a bad relationship with your father," he said sighing.
Chucking at that Larisa shook her head, "I get along with papa in everything but school. As long as that's not being discussed then I'm good," she told him amused.
"Is that so," he muttered.
"Was Kotomi good at art?" questioned Larisa.
Looking at her surprised, Undertaker frowned, "No, not particularly. One of her children was quite the artist though," he told her.
"What happen to Kotomi's kids?" Larisa asked him. At one point she wondered if she would ever see her other life's children. She met Yuki, so she half expected to see a child sooner or later. Yet not a single one had come up to her, maybe in passing? Perhaps they never talked to her just passed by her in the streets, just satisfied with a look.
Shaking his head he frowned, "They've all passed. Kotomi's children lived for a long time, but they eventually died of old age. Not that they looked it. It was strange, they aged like regular children but once they got to their twenties they completely paused. Then a decade after Kotomi's death they seemed to slow down. They didn't grow old like humans do, but yet they did get old," he said.
Sitting in silence Larisa pondered that, she supposed that wasn't a horrible way to go. Eventually everything died, at least they lived long lives which meant her kid would as well. She never actually talked about that with Femi, she figured it would be a sore subject for her. "Undertaker, do you know how I can get in contact with the shinigami?" she asked him.
Nodding he smiled, "I presume it deals with your soul?" he asked.
"Yes, I know how I became the treasure," she told him.
Grinning he laughed, "I will pass it along to them if you tell me," he said eager.
Smiling at that she shook her head, "I want to tell them but I don't mind telling you either," she told him amused.
"Deal!" he said making himself comfortable.
Nodding at that Larisa launched into an explanation, starting from where Femi started with her. She couldn't provide visuals like the first treasure but she gave him a detailed account of it all. Once done she watch Undertaker and found him chuckling, "Femi was the first treasure, all of us were taught about her. The only human to drink from an angel's goblet and live to tell the tale," he said.
"Others did it?" she asked.
Sighing he nodded, "Yes, back when angels were freer about revealing themselves. Some humans drank from it thinking they would gain the angel's power but simple destroyed their souls. Then there were others who thought of it as an all cure, it has been drunk by so many. All it does though is ensure an angel's soul stays pure, it gets mistaken as a power drink through. Because angel are at their most powerful the more pure-hearted they are. I'm guessing Femi drinking it out of love save her. Love is a purely good emotion, it doesn't matter who you love," he explained.
Frowning at that Larisa touched her chest, "So she survived because she drank it to save her and Zaxs, but if it give angels purity why did it give her, us, this power to power up demons?" she asked.
Crossing his arms, Undertaker gave a meditate hum before he opened his eyes, "Who knows, Shinigami's have only ever been able to theorized the drink of the angels. We work in different departments so we don't exactly swap stories. We collect souls and angels save them. The chalice is important though. Fallen angels actually get their chalice taken from them and are forced to forget them. Since it gets taken they tend to self-destruct because it's hard even for them to stay pure. That's why it's a very important artifact to them," he told her.
"That sounds like a headache, I am so glad I'm not involved in that stuff," Larisa moaned rubbing her temple.
Eyeing her carefully Undertaker found she looked a bit ill, "Are you feeling alright? I'm surprised your out, you look as if your about to vomit. I can't imagine Mister Butler would allow you out," he said.
Frowning Larisa crossed her arms, "I'm back home, I have my memories so there's no reason I should stay with Sebastian any longer. I was only with him because Cl…because you know who took my memories. I didn't want my family dealing with an amnesia case," she told him pausing at Claude's name, it kind of stabbed her right in the heart thinking about him.
"Still he would have saw you would he have not?" questioned Undertaker.
"I haven't seen him since he took the seal off my parent's memories," Larisa told him.
Looking at her surprised Undertaker frowned, "Really…did you have a lovers spat?" he questioned, did he actually hit it on the nail.
Giving him a scalding look Larisa looked the other way, "I told him not to fall in love with me. Demons shouldn't love it's too unnatural, I'm just fine with him liking me but he insist he can love me, but it won't happen. Femi said the way to make a demon love you is to show them. To a demon actions speak louder than words, because it's harder to fake actions. I'm never going to show him how much he means to me so he'll never love me!" she said firmly. She would forever know her love for him was real but he would always stay in the safe zone of doubting it.
Standing up Larisa bid him goodbye and left his shop, gazing at the door Undertaker took a sip of tea and wondered if she realize she was showing Sebastian an action. She was sacrificing her wishes to have someone love her in return to keep him safe, would this action be over looked or had the demon turned husband see his wife's sacrifice.
"Ah the treasures life is never simple," Undertaker mused.
Someday maybe there wouldn't be a fuss but that wasn't now.
Walking down the streets Larisa felt boredom plaguing her, she had gone to see Undertaker and he told her he would send Ronald and the other his way should he cross paths. So she took care of that, it wasn't like she could do more to find a shinigami. Well she could, but that would be illegal and she didn't have the stomach to kill someone.
Looking up at the sky she sighed, she missed Sebastian. She spent all that time waiting to return to him and now this happen. It was her fault she knew but that didn't stop her from missing him, but if she could save him then she be just fine with this loneliness. Tucking her arms behind her back she gazed out and paused when she reached the playground, she use to play here with Sebastian.
Seriously why did so many things have to remind her of him.
Moving on past the park she made her way home once more, arriving at the house she paused and looked over to Sebastian's house. She really needed to get more friends, turning her back on the house she was ready to enter her yard when a voice stopped her, "You've become quite brazen my bride, not coming to see me once since your return home," said none of than Sebastian.
Keeping still Larisa slowly peered back and found him dressed in brown slacks, a white button up shirt, with a green apron over it. His clothes were rather dirty and he had a basket of clipped flowers, "Out gardening?" she asked him quietly. She couldn't believe he actually chose to manage his garden by hand, it was huge. Then again what was difficult for a human and a full time job, was a cake walk for a demon. If anything they did these task as a means of meditation.
Gazing at her he frowned, "You haven't come to see me since I returned you," he said.
"You haven't been to see me either," she said quietly.
Frowning Sebastian eyed her, "Is this your way of rebelling against me?" he questioned her.
Crossing her arms, "No, I just haven't been to see you. I told you I want to still marry you but I won't let you love me. Demons and love don't mix," Larisa said stubbornly.
His expression didn't change but something did, it was as if the air got heavier and a cold chill look root inside of her stretching throughout her body like her veins. Looking at her he scowled, "Oh, if you truly think that then you have no problem with finally taking my mark do you? The permanent one," he questioned tauntingly.
Looking at him surprised, Larisa could feel her heartbeat quicken. To take his mark…the everlasting one that wouldn't fade away with time. That meant she had to do that with him, the thing she promised to never do unless her partner loved her. She hadn't really even thought about that to be honest, she was more concerned with Sebastian's fate that she didn't think about any of that.
Feeling her stomach churn Larisa felt ready to let loose her breakfast as nervousness flooded her, even if she was in love with him that was entirely different. The very thought of that made her feel insecure, bashful, and frighten. To give herself fully to someone else, give them what she felt was precious was scary, "…You want to do the permanent marking," she asked in a whisper.
Smirking knowing he back her into a corner, Sebastian nodded, "If you don't think we need a mutual love like you wanted then what's stopping you now?" he asked her.
Seeing his expression Larisa bit her lip, he was testing her, trying to make her take back her words but she wouldn't do it. He did everything he had to, to protect her. So she would do the same, "Fine, when?" she said not backing down a single inch. Even if she didn't feel ready if this is what it took to show him she meant it then so be it.
Looking at her surprised, Sebastian frowned but rather answer her he turned away and made his way inside his house leaving her alone. Watching his back till the door closed, Larisa waited out for a minute before heading back inside the house. Heading upstairs she flopped down in bed and wished she never followed Claude through the portal. Everything was strange now and she hadn't even discovered why Sebastian was in that stupid flower field.
There was something odd going on inside of him, feeling something warm floating around in his gut scowling Sebastian tried to suppress it. Just when he thought it was gone, he would think of her and it would boil up inside once more. He felt this in small increments before, there were specks of this when he was around Larisa and he made her happy.
Mixing the bowl of ingredients into a pale batter the smelled of vanilla, powdered sugar, flour, and eggs Sebastian scowled and shook his head. He couldn't possibly feeling that emotion called love could he? Not like this not so suddenly, right? He was himself, he didn't love! Sure he humanized himself for Larisa, was nicer than he had ever been but not love.
Slamming the bowl on the counter he glared at the batter, "This cannot be real!" he spat.
Shaking his head he let out a cruel laugh, "This is just regular affection, I know what sex means to that little idiot. She became rather old fashion for some reason, or she gained a fear for it. So this is all this is, affection," Sebastian insisted. Instead of treating sex as some casual thing like most girls in this day and age Larisa made it some huge symbolic thing. He knew that so he responded as such because she was willing to give it up if she thought she was saving him
"You know it nice if just once a demon didn't deny the budding love in their heart," said someone.
Freezing Sebastian frowned and slowly turned to see none of than Yuki sitting in his kitchen a glass of wine in hand and outside a gentle snowfall was raining down on his garden. He always had a gentle snowstorm following after him. One would think he would be easy to track seeing how he always had the damn clouds but somehow he eluded everyone.
Swishing the wine Yuki held it up, "Do you mind?" he asked.
Shaking his head Sebastian watched as Yuki took a sip, "I always found it amusing that we can't share the same food as humans but we could at least share wine with them! Sake isn't that bad either," he said amused taking another drink, this one much deeper.
"What are you doing here?" asked Sebastian going to his cabinets to pull out his spring-form pan.
"I'm here to help you and Larisa," Yuki told him.
Sighing Sebastian shook his head, "Honestly? What is wrong with you? Why don't you try to take Larisa from me? Steal her away or something!" he questioned him slightly annoyed. He just couldn't understand what the hell was with this guy. What demon gave up the woman they claimed as their own? He marked Kotomi as his mate and even married her the human way. Why was he so willing to help him and protect her but expect nothing from her?
Smiling at that, Yuki tapped his chest, "Larisa is not Kotomi, even if they share the same soul that doesn't make them alike. Larisa may look somewhat like Kotomi and even share some of her traits, but they aren't the same person. I only love Kotomi. I understand that now," he told him.
"Larisa is Kotomi, they are the same person and the same soul," said Sebastian stubbornly.
"You'll see someday," Yuki told him.
Glowering at him, Sebastian turned away and poured the batter into the pan, "What exactly are you here to help me and Larisa with?" he questioned the former Hell King.
"You need to accept the budding love inside," said Yuki getting right on point.
Turning to face him Sebastian frowned at Yuki, but said demon just continued on, "Its only going to cloud your mind and make your head hurt if you deny you're growing feelings. While it's hard for us to love, it's an even bigger headache when we deny it. We are creatures who pride ourselves on being in tune with our true desires," said Yuki amused.
Sighing Sebastian laid a hand on his gut, "So this is what that feeling is huh? This warm feeling," he said with a frown.
"She was willing to give herself to you despite the fact she doesn't feel ready and she wants love, you would have to be heartless not to feel something from an act like that. And we are many things but not heartless, even we have emotions. We just choose to suppress ours. I frankly don't mind emotions though, they have their uses," commented Yuki.
"So much for her keeping me from loving her," snorted Sebastian.
Chuckling at that Yuki nodded, "She of course is a sweet girl, but not the brightest lightbulb. She thought giving into your wild demand would show you her conviction in protecting you. Which it did, she just failed to realize she was showing you how much you meant to her as well," he said amused.
Crossing his arms Sebastian glared at Yuki, "So what will be my next action, or rather what would you do in my situation?" he asked him.
Smiling at Sebastian, Yuki chuckled, "Tell her what she's done then assure her nothing will happen to you. She's only ever seen one demon in love with her and he went and killed himself. Why do you think she's got this idea demons shouldn't love, plus I'm not a much better example. I left society to cope with Kotomi's death. I eventually did however, seeing Larisa causes me no pain, I do feel a little sad but nothing like it was in the beginning," he said.
Sighing at that Sebastian turned to face Yuki, "That's well and all but how do you expect me to do that when she doesn't want to see me?" he snapped.
Standing up Yuki smiled, "Give her a reason to come to you!" he said happily taking his leave, leaving behind an empty wine glass.
Tell me what you think!
