Life with her family was both easy and hard to get use too once more. Easy because finally she was back to normal life but it was hard because she was constantly looking over her shoulder. She kept waiting for the next enemy to come and try to eat her. It was bad that she was actually waiting for that but if anything that was her life now. She was the treasure, which meant demons were out to devour her. Past Claude said rape was utterly useless, only the one she loved would get her full power through that act. So, the only thing left if they weren't completely sadistic and liked rape was to bleed her dry and eat her.

Shuddering at the thought Larisa ran a brush though her hair and hoped she never had to experience that, she did not want to know what it felt like to have her flesh eaten. Pulling her hair back into a high ponytail she gazed at her reflection and pulled her mind from bloodthirsty demons and thought of her demon. Said demon who pressured her into a full mark then never showed up to make her take his full mark, Sebastian had been pretty much absent.

There were nights when she woke up from bad dreams she could hear him in her room watching her from the shadows, but not once did he speak to her or come to her. He didn't even come to see her in the daylight hours. She let her parents believe she and Sebastian Junior were fighting and when it was time for her to study with Sebastian Senior she ditched.

She went to Sam's where the triplets would find her and give her, her lessons.

He was avoiding her and she wasn't completely sure why. Was he so furious with her that he didn't want to see her or was he ashamed of what he did because it went against what he said he would do. After all a perfect husband doesn't force his future wife into things. Sighing the raven hair teen pulled her hair back into a ponytail. Well no matter what she wondered if she would see him today, he had been her teacher last year would he take the position of teacher again?

Getting dressed next she made her way downstairs and after a quick breakfast she was off with Ciel heading for school. Peering over to Larisa who walked in total silence Ciel frowned, "So…what's going on with you and the demon?" he asked her curious.

Looking over to her younger brother, Larisa frowned, "What are you talking about?" she asked.

Frowning Ciel crossed his arms, "I'm not stupid you know, I saw how much you missed that jerk. I figure the moment we got back you would spend time with him before coming home. Instead you left him right away and haven't gone to see him once since everything. Did you two have a fight? I thought he was supposed to be your perfect husband…doesn't that mean marital spats go out the door?" he asked with a snort.

Smiling at that Larisa sighed, "Perfect doesn't mean he does whatever I want, perfect means he does what's best for us even if I don't agreed with it. A husband and wife is a partnership, not a dictatorship. If he did whatever I wanted we wouldn't have a marriage we would have a fraud of a marriage…also we aren't married yet," she told him.

Rolling his eyes Ciel looked over annoyed, "Whatever, what is going on between the two of you?" he asked her.

Shaking her head Larisa paused as they reached the fork in the road were they would split, "You wouldn't understand Ciel, your smart but you don't know anything about love yet," she told him.

Rolling his eyes he shrugged, "Whatever, enjoy having an awkward day at school with him because I've seen him heading in for work for the past couple of days so he's still your teacher. Have fun with that," said Ciel making his way to school.

Scowling Larisa sighed, "He really is the reincarnation of our jerk grandpa…now to ditch or not to ditch?" she muttered looking at the path that would lead her to her to school. Letting her head fall she shook it no, "No, I have to face him sometime…beside running off to be on my own is just inviting trouble and I don't want to deal with trouble…even if that is the norm for me now," she grumbled.

Heading for school she got halfway down the street before she was joined by a certain silver hair boy, "Good morning, Sleeping Beauty!" said Charles with a wide smile.

Sighing Larisa looked over with a scowl, "Charles what are you doing here?" she asked him. He was supposed to be done with school thanks to his demon training wasn't he? Why would he be coming to school when it was no longer required?

Slinging an arm around her Charles smiled, "I figured I would use school as an excuse to hang out with you, I'm still determined to win you back!" he said firmly.

Looking at him Larisa frowned, "Charles whatever we had is done and over with! You left me and never called once. You made me think our friendship was over and made me feel horrible about myself…we are never getting together, I have Sebastian and I'm not leaving him!" she told him.

Crossing his arms Charles scowled and shook his head, "Your human Larisa, you belong with other humans! Demons are cruel evil vicious creatures. Being with him won't be like being with a normal person. Demons don't date casually, when they enter a relationship its forever. Humans change but demons don't if he chooses you as his mate you're his till you die. If you take his mark and decide you don't love him then the only way out their version of marriage is death…his or yours," he snapped.

Rolling her eyes Larisa sighed and started toward school, "I already know that Charles. Sebastian told me all about that when I met him, well the second time I met him. I accepted that, I want to be with him and my feelings for him won't change. Even when he's being a jerk to me! I love Sebastian, whatever we had was over the moment you chose to ignore me. Maybe we could have had something if you chose differently…but you didn't," she said firmly leaving him.

Heading for school she sighed, she hoped Charles got it and stopped this already. She didn't want to hurt him but she choose Sebastian and the sooner he accepted that the sooner he could move on. Finally arriving at the concrete building that she linked to all her negative feelings, Larisa sighed and headed in for yet another year of school.

The next few hours passed by in slow agony as teachers explained the goals of their class for this new school year. All in all it was pretty much the same as any other school year. Larisa spent most of the day just staring out the window and checking the time. Before she knew it…math class came. Slowly making her way to the class she caught sight of Sam heading for English with a string of boys following after her with upset expressions, "What do you mean, you don't want to hang out after school because you have a boyfriend! You had a boyfriend the last time we hung out and that didn't seemed to bother you," cried a raven head.

This school was probably going to be in shock for a while. Sam going steady with someone was unheard of…literally. She's had plenty of boyfriends but that meant nothing to her, she would tell her boyfriend's up front that she would be playing with other boys while they dated. If they were looking for something serious they should break up with her immediately. Most of the guys she dated though were fine because she gave them permission to hang out with other girls.

Go figure the thing to make Sam serious would be a demon!

At least one of them would get some happiness out of a demon lover. Speaking of those, Larisa felt her stomach twist as she stood outside of Sebastian's door. She didn't know how to explain this feeling inside of her, she wanted to see him but she was also nervous to see him. Taking a deep breath trying to ignore her nervousness she headed in finding no Sebastian in sight.

Frowning she chose to ignore that and just headed in taking a seat in the middle section near a corner, she noticed you got called on a lot less when you choose certain places in the class. Front and back were a no go, but if you choose the right place in the middle you were basically forgotten. So you could sit at ease and learn without the threat of being called upon.

Fidgeting in her seat as she waited for class to come, Larisa wondered when Sebastian would talk to her again. Would she have to make the first move or would he. In her opinion it should be him, he was the more mature one…not to mention he had way more experience at this couple stuff. Well actually she didn't know that for sure. He never really spoke about himself.

Jumping when she heard the door shut Larisa gazed over with the rest of the class and found a smiling Sebastian, his bangs and been tucked behind his ear and he wore glasses. He was fully in teacher mode, "Good Morning and welcome back," he said taking out papers. He passed by the front desk and gave them a number of papers that quickly got passed back after everyone took one.

Putting down the excess papers he leaned against his desk and smiled "The first day back is always spent with the teacher telling you what is expected of you this semester. However I assume you all have the ability to read so I'll allow you to look it over yourselves. If you have any questions about our classroom goals feel free to ask. In the meantime, after you have read the syllabus then you may talk amongst yourself or do whatever you like in your free time but keep quiet," he said.

"Seriously?" questioned someone near the front.

Smiling Sebastian turned his eyes to him, "The first day of school is always considered a goof-off day and despite what you might think, its gets awfully tiring repeating a lesson all day. So this isn't only for you! Tomorrow though we'll start class with introductions and then dive into our lessons! For your introductions you can give your name, your favorite color, and a fact about yourself!" he said heading for his desk to sit down. At first the class was quiet but before long they scattered around and started to talk to one another in quiet voices.

Gazing at Sebastian who was looking through math books, Larisa sighed and dragged a notebook toward her so she could doodle. It was during this doodling that the room froze, looking up Larisa was shocked when everyone around her was froze mid-movement. Jumping up she felt a scream build up in her throat only to die when Sebastian spoke, "Don't panic…I did this," he told her.

Frowning at that, Larisa slowly sat back down in silence watching him wondering why he did this. Standing up he made his way to her desk locking eyes with her, there was an intensity in his stare that made her not want to look away or blink…she didn't even want to breathe. Finally reaching her desk he leaned over and placed his hands on her desk, "I expect you at my house today," he said.

Looking up surprised, Larisa frowned, "That's all…you froze the class to tell me to be at your house today?" she asked slightly annoyed.

Gazing at her Sebastian smiled and leaned in grabbed her chin he leaned in till they were nose to nose, "Would my bride prefer sweet nothings whispered into her ear while we're alone?" he asked with a smirk in place.

Feeling a blush burn her cheeks, Larisa looked away annoyed, "S-Shut up," she stuttered.

Getting forced to look back, Sebastian gaze at her something glimmering in his eyes, "I haven't been paying you very much attention, have I. Tell me, do you miss my attentions? Should we make up for lost time?" he asked leaning in for a kiss. Sitting still Larisa could feel her heart pounding and her body was on vibrate as she sat in anticipation of his kiss.

Feeling his breath on her lips Larisa wanted to give into the temptation but she wouldn't, pulling away she turned away from him her cheeks burning and her heart pounding. Watching her for a little while, Sebastian ultimately turned away and made his way up to the front of the classroom. Once he was back into position he snapped his fingers and the classroom started once more.

Looking down at her notebook Larisa tried to focus on drawing someone but found her mind wandering to other places instead. She ended up spending the rest of class imagining what Sebastian wanted and before she knew it class was over with.

Watching Larisa leave his classroom Sebastian let out a heavy sigh.

Well that wasn't exactly a disaster but he wouldn't say it was a success either. She pulled away from him despite the fact she so clearly wanted his attention. Turning when his new class started in Sebastian turned to find Sam coming in with a smile, "Yo Sebby-teacher!" she said with a grin in place, "How's it hanging? You and Lala kiss and make up yet?" she asked.

Sighing Sebastian leaned in, "Samantha try to keep your voice down I rather not have to erase minds, as for Larisa she's being stubborn and refusing to come to me," he said.

"Well what did you expect, she's not me. You're probably the first guy she's felt any sexual attraction too, I mean with Charles we were coming into puberty and she only ever wanted to kiss him and hold his hand. Then because she got her heart broken she became gun-shy to love so she never really got past kissing because she never had a boyfriend. You're going to have to do everything Sebby!" she cooed to him with a smile.

Looking at her amused, Sebastian shook his head, "If it was left only to me then I would feel as if I was forcing myself on Larisa. I won't be doing that, I'll make my moves but after a certain point she will have to start making moves as well…but I'll ease her in at least," he said keeping an eye out for others as he spoke to Sam.

"So, are you going to do anything today?" asked Sam curious.

"Should I?" Sebastian asked her.

Shrugging Sam smiled, "I know she's missed you, she was always disappointed when the triplets came to give her study lessons rather than you. So, if I were you I would or at the very least try to find some middle ground with her," said Sam making her way to her seat.

Thinking on that Sebastian frowned, middle ground, was there even any middle ground with this anymore. Larisa just wanted him to care about her, not love her. That was the middle ground, but he already surpassed that. He loved her, the more he admitted it to himself the better he felt and the more he desired to put this behind them. He wanted his bride to stop avoiding him.

Pausing in his thoughts when he felt a glare on his back, Sebastian peering back and frowned when he found undesirable company walking into his class. Charles. Turning he peered at him seeming calm to onlookers but he was anything but. Even that rat Soma had stopped his shameless pursuit of Larisa, but Charles kept coming even with Larisa pulling away from him.

He was going to become a problem, he could already tell without anyone pointing it out.

"Do tell me demon, what spell did you put on Larisa because she seems completely enamored with you and in my experience it always turns into a bloody mess the more enamored the girl," Charles spat to him the promise of death in his eyes.

Narrowing his own gaze, Sebastian could feel his primal urges begging to be let out. Even it could sense the danger that Charles posed to the small measure of peace they obtained. He couldn't let loose though because the other part of himself knew it would crush all the progress he made with Larisa. Even if she chose him, Charles was her first love in all its bittersweet glory.

The only way he would ever be justified in killing Charles was when he struck first.

Frowning Sebastian took a deep breath, "If I were you little demon slayer I would stay out of this arrangement. Larisa chose me, she has had free-will in this entire decision. You can rescue idiots who make deals with the devil but Larisa didn't make a deal. She made a wish on a demon to get a husband perfect for her. The only husband who could be perfect for her is me, when Yuki came out of hiding he made it possible for her to choose whose perfect for her. She agreed, I'm her perfect husband so be a good little boy and pick of the pieces of your heartbreak and go away," he told him.

"I won't let you have her, I will break whatever hold you have on her and I will kill you," said Charles turning around and leaving out the classroom door.

'He is definitely going to be a problem,' Sebastian thought to himself.

The air was tense. You could literally cut it with a knife and she hated it, she knew this was mostly her fault, but she just wanted to get back to normal. Ever since that family trip everything had been one awful thing after another. She got taken and once more her memories were stolen. She had to find Sebastian all over again and when she was finally freed she was scared.

To live without any idea of who you were…what you were, it was awful. You walked through life unsure of everything and that was scary. Everything was so new to you so everything was overwhelming, even the simplest things. It got to the point she didn't want to leave Sebastian's side, because she only knew who she was when she was with him.

Then, when life seem to fall to normal once more, she went and chased Claude through the portal to the past and was once more throw in a situation she didn't fully understand. Only this time Sebastian didn't chase away her anxieties. If anything, he caused her anxieties. Then to make matters worse she watched Claude die.

She just wished all the awful things would stop…Larisa just wanted to have some kind of semblance of calm, just for a while.

Jumping when a warm hand touched her, Larisa was forced to look up by Sebastian. Gazing at him in surprise she found him frowning at her, "You haven't been sleeping very well have you?" he asked her, but she knew he knew so she didn't answer. Sighing at that Sebastian released her and stood up closing his book while he was at it, "Just for today we'll ignore your studies, now come you can take a nap in your room," he said moving around the table to hold out a hand.

Staring at his hand Larisa turned away, "I'm not tired," she lied.

Getting grabbed by Sebastian, Larisa was forced to turned back toward him as he squeezed her cheeks, "What have I told you about lying to me, my bride," he said sternly making her blush. He was cheating by using that name, he knew how she felt about it. Smiling knowing he won Sebastian released her and once more held out his hand, "Now come it's time for bed," he said firmly.

Gazing at his hand she looked up and shook her head, "I don't want to nap in my old room," she muttered to him.

"My room?" Sebastian questioned her.

Getting another shake from Larisa, Sebastian eyed her curious, "Then what would you like, my bride? Because no matter what you will get a nap, because not only is lack of sleep bad for your health it's bad for your skin and I know how a lady is about her skin," he said.

Looking at her knees Larisa felt the answer on her tongue but felt embarrassed asking for it when they were in a fight of sorts. Still she felt she could sleep easily if she were allowed to nap next to him, gazing up at Sebastian she frowned, "…I want to take a nap…with you," she said. Letting out of a breath of air she looked at him, "On the couch with you," she told him.

Seeing his eyes widen, Sebastian gazed at Larisa in surprise before he smiled, "Alright we'll take a nap together on the couch. I'll even turn on the television to give you some background noise," he said quite pleased with her request.

Grabbing his hand Larisa was lead into the living room and once he gave her the remote she flipped through the channels before finding a marathon of 'Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends' on Boomerang. Settling down on the couch Larisa laid down on the couch resting her head on Sebastian's arm, this felt much better.

Lying next to him Larisa could feel herself relax as all the tension left her, before long she drifted off into a restful nap. Watching her as she sunk into the dream world, Sebastian laid perfectly still allowing her to rest peacefully. Gazing at her as she slipped off into REM sleep he removed himself from her and threw covers over her and slipped a pillow under her head.

Heading for the kitchen he began pulling out pots and pans to make her something, next he needed to get her to start eating. She had lost more weight since she returned home, her thoughts and feelings were in a whirlwind thanks to Claude's stupidity. He knew you shouldn't speak ill of the dead, but this entire situation was his fault. Larisa's newfound desire that he never love her and the awkwardness that was following it.

The restlessness she was feeling was making her health decline.

It was all his fault.

Maybe however there would finally be some improvement, she was still resting peacefully in the living room and if she slept for him maybe she would eat for him. Pulling out the ingredients he would need for her favorite dishes he smiled, maybe if he made the temptation great enough she would eat. Not to mention it was a good way to show her he knew her quite well.

He was going to show her his love for her. To let her see he hadn't lost his mind and when she was content he would tell her those three words he knew she longed to hear.

Standing before his father, Charles went over it all in his head once more before he came to the same conclusion once more. He couldn't deny it anymore, she was showing all the symptoms and he had to save her, not just because he wanted her, he had a duty to protect humans from demons.

Swallowing his nervousness, he gazed at the tall impassive man he knew as both captain and father, "…I've confirmed he's a demon, I actually had to fight with him to save Larisa from one of those dragon demons…I took my team and with the assistance of a shinigami and…the hell king we kill the dragon then put one of its timid offspring's in its place," he started off.

Feeling his father's stare the man stayed quiet for the longest time before finally he spoke, "Why was a dragon after Larisa? She isn't the kind of beauty that would bewitch a demon," he questioned.

Gazing at his father Charles could feel his insides squirm, if he told him what Larisa was then he would no doubt give an order to kill her. He wouldn't let her live when she empowered the very beast they fought and even if he shouldn't allow something to empower demons live he couldn't kill her. He couldn't give the task to anyone else either…he loved Larisa.

Looking up he decided to use the demon's words, "…She saved him when she was young, I don't know how but apparently if you save the life of a demon you get a wish. Larisa wished for a perfect husband and that demon is taking the role. I guess her wish is what intrigues other demons," Charles lied.

Frowning his father shook his head, "We must stop this demon from spiriting Larisa away," he said firmly turning to his son with a stern expression.

Nodding in agreement, Charles stepped up, "I have a plan but I need water from the spring…I know we need to keep it secret but if I can convince Larisa to drink it her body will purify. Next time she gets injured and that vermin goes to lick her wounds to heal her she'll poison him. Then once he's dead she'll snap out of the spell he's put her under and she'll be saved. Not to mention there will be one less Hell King in the world!" he declared.

That was the best plan, Sebastian had Larisa wrapped around his finger. She was exhibiting all the signs of a mollified human. She wasn't looking so good now a days, at least not since she returned home with her memories intact once more. A decline in health was sign. That was a something other human women showed when their demon mates dumped them. They were so wrapped up in their demons that when the demon left them they simply lost the will to live.

She was obviously feeling something because of the separation.

That wasn't the only sign though demons were creatures who enjoyed corrupting humans and making them corrupt others, Larisa corrupted her friend Samantha. He heard the two of them at lunch talking about how the blonde was becoming serious for the first time in her life with a demon. Then there was Larisa's pushing him away, demanding he give up on her maybe she was trying to spare his feelings. Then again, maybe she was trying to push away someone who could bring her back from corruption because she knew the demon would get pushed away from her.

Seeing his father ponder this, he gazed at his son before nodding at last, "I'll give you permission, it's not as if the blasted beast can get rid of the fountain even if they find it. It sickens them just to be near it let alone touch it…I've experimented on many demons. That spring slowly drains away their energy and if they ingest the spring water they die slow painful deaths," he said.

"I'll start spiking Larisa with the drink," Charles told him bowing his head.

Stepping out of the room the silver hair youth took a heavy breath and gazed at the wall opposite of the study, he still couldn't believe it. He became a demon slayer and his first love was determined to be a demon's wife…was this consider irony or just a case of horrible luck.

Either way he would save Larisa from that demon.

Sitting up feeling disoriented, Larisa peered around the room getting her barring before remembering where she was. Throwing her legs over the edge of the couch she yawned and stood up, she was feeling rather refreshed. Wandering through the downstairs she finally ended up in the kitchen, "Sebastian?" she pondered finally arriving.

She could smell him making potato wedges and chicken corban bleu, she liked those two when Sebastian made them. Raising an eyebrow Larisa winced when her stomach clenched painfully she also felt a little sick to her stomach if she was being truthful. Smiling Sebastian held up a plate for her and pointed to the sunroom, "Before you leave how about a snack?" he asked her.

Looking at the plate she peered up at him, "That's a full meal…also I feel a little sick to my stomach," she told him.

Grabbing one of the wedges, Sebastian held it up to her lips, "Just a bite?" he questioned her.

Frowning Larisa did as he asked and took a bit of the wedge, she could take a single potato wedge at the very least. Tasting a slight heat from the pepper and other spices she took it from him and finished it finding that she actually didn't want to throw up. Reaching over she picked up a second and snacked on it, maybe it wasn't as upset as she thought.

Sitting down together Larisa snacked on the wedges but ultimately left the chicken alone, seeing this Sebastian choose not to comment. He was just happy to see her eating at the very least, "So how was your nap?" he asked her, he could tell she was feeling refreshed.

"Good," she told him.

Nodding at that Sebastian pulled the plate over to him and frowned, "Larisa, I would like to make a deal with you," he said.

"A deal about what?" Larisa asked him, but of course she knew what.

Standing up Sebastian walked over to her and bent down, "You know exactly what, me loving you. I know you think I cannot handle loving you but I can. Claude may have died but look at Yuki," he told her, Yuki was the best example he had. He was someone she knew and has even seen, he loved Kotomi but he survived that love and was still living despite her being gone.

"Yuki went into hiding after losing Kotomi," argued Larisa.

Nodding at that Sebastian sighed, "Yes, he went into hiding to sort through his feelings, but he didn't stay in hiding just because of that however he didn't want to be the Hell King any longer. The only way to ensure that was to let his legend fade away with time. Then there's you, your soul is still Kotomi's if he wasn't over her he would have taken you. He didn't though, he is leaving you alone and even giving his assistance to let you choose your own king," he told her.

Frowning Larisa went quiet as she thought that over, that was true. Yuki actually chose to leave her alone, even went and told her that when they were at Winter's Palace. He took her aside and told her he would leave her be. He was going to let her live her life her way and would only come when she was in serious trouble because he would protect her soul.

Feeling her heart split Larisa bit her lip as she thought about it, Claude died loving her but Yuki lived and was even close to healthy after losing Kotomi. Looking up at Sebastian he cupped her face, "My deal is you can continue however you wish but I get to continue my way too. I will try to love you and if you decide you want me to love you too you can do what you think is necessary. However, if you still cling to the idea you don't think I can love you safely, then you just leave me to my own devices. So, no more of this pulling away from me, understood?" he questioned her.

Gazing at him Larisa leaned forward and placed a chaste kiss against his lips. Smilingly at that Sebastian leaned forward and returned the kiss in full. Maybe now things would finally be taking a turn for the better. Feeling Larisa hesitantly swipe her tongue along his bottom lip, Sebastian held back his smirk, it might also even be a good thing she went and met his former self.

She asked to sleep with him and was now even initiating a French kiss, she was slowly letting go of her shyness toward this part of the relationship. Feeling her pull away after a few minutes Larisa looked away with a dazed expression, slowly sobering up from their kissing. Watching Sebastian, she sighed, "I'll accept your terms with love but before anything else happens I want to know something," she told him quietly.

Before she lost herself to the sea of feelings he made her feel, she needed to know what he was doing in that flower field all those years ago.

Nodding Sebastian made his way to the other side of the table, "You wish to know why I was in that flower field all those years ago," he said knowingly. Getting a nod from his bride he nodded, "I was there to see Ciel, but I wasn't there to steal his soul," he told her firmly.

Frowning Larisa nodded, Sebastian wasn't a liar so she knew she could trust his words. Still why was he there if not to steal her brother's soul, "Why come then?" she asked him.

Crossing his arms, he frowned, "Curiosity…when I first lost your brothers soul I was infuriated but as the years went by I grew curious. I wanted to know why the shinigami fought so hard to let him be reborn, that feeling grew so much that when I finally caught word he was being reincarnated I went to see him. He hadn't been born yet of course, when I went to that flower field but I thought I could at least piece together a theory. Then you know the rest, I fell for a trap and you saved me," he told her.

"That's all?" asked Larisa relieved.

"That is all," confirmed Sebastian.

Letting out a sigh of relief Larisa lunged forward and hugged Sebastian tightly, "I'm so happy to hear you say that. I was so scared you were there to steal his soul and just got caught up with me but you still wanted his soul and had secret plans to take it," she cried. She didn't know what she would do if Sebastian had come there that day to take his soul. Not only would it sour their first meeting but it could have killed the love resigning in her heart.

Chuckling Sebastian petting Larisa's raven locks, "The only way Ciel dies is when it's his time, my bride. I may have made a deal for his soul a long time ago but it is no longer what I desire," confirmed Sebastian.

"Say it again," mutter Larisa resting against him comfortably.

"My bride!" whispered Sebastian.

Sitting at the lunch table with Sam, Larisa smiled at the blonde as they chatted about upcoming things they could do now that once more Sebastian was in good graces with Larisa. Snacking on pretzels she bought, Sam let out a hum, "So how do you feel about a double date?" she asked.

Shrugging Larisa snacked on a carrot, "If you want but I kind of prefer just hanging out at Sebastian house with him. Usually I'll read something while he's grading papers or he'll humor me and watch movies with me despite not being interested in them," she said. Their dates weren't really dining or doing activities, she just like being with him as they did every day normal things.

Rolling her eyes Sam laughed, "You are so boring!" she snorted.

Smiling Larisa leaned back, "So long as I get to spend time with him I don't care about the activity, heck I'll take napping at his house so long as he's next to me," she said content.

Letting a genuine smile touch her Sam sighed, "Now it's less boring and more sweet," she said.

Chatting the two of them talked before stopping when a familiar figure walked up to their table, stopping at the end Charles looked between the two of the and sighed. Turning to Larisa he frowned, "Can we call a truce?" he asked her hopeful.

"Truce?" questioned Larisa.

Nodding he sat down at the table, "I get it you like the evil ass demon even though I love you and I understand why. I wasn't exactly kind with how I left you. Still, you were my best friend, can't we still be friends?" Charles asked her.

Frowning at him Larisa looked over to Sam, "I say we give him a trial run," Sam told her.

Nodding at that Larisa sighed, "Fine but no bad-mouthing Sebastian, if he gives you that curtsy it's the least you can do," she told him firmly.

"Then all I ask if you don't talk about him while I'm here," Charles said making himself comfortable.

Scowling Samantha crossed her arms, "We're girls what else are we supposed to talk about?!" she snapped annoyed.

Smirking Charles crossed his arms, "What you don't watch television or read?" he asked.

Smirking right back Sam brushed her hair over her shoulder, "I'm a blonde with a smoking hot body, legs for miles, and breast as big as small melons. While the rest of the world was watching T.V and reading I was out living! You be amazed at what I could get a guy to do for me all while not even putting out," she said proudly.

Sighing Larisa smiled, "Sammy, that's not something you should brag about," she said.

"Says you!" cried Sam grinning.

Shaking his head, Charles pulled out three bottle of juice from his lunch box, "How about some apple juice its homemade?" he said passing one to each girl.

Looking at the bottle Sam raised an eyebrow, "Why do you have so many?" she asked curious.

Smiling Charles pulled up his large cooler lunchbox unzipping it to show the two of them nothing but apple juice inside, "Ever since I started training as a demon slayer I've drank nothing but this all day every day, aside from water of course!" he said pulling off the cap to take a large gulp of juice.

Looking at the bottle Larisa shrugged and twisted off the cap to her bottle and took a careful sip only widen her eyes when a burst of flavor hit her taste buds. This apple juice as delicious, better than any juice she got at the store! "This is delicious!" she said taking a deeper drink.

Following her lead, Sam let out a hum of surprise, "Wow, this is good," she said.

Watching the both drink Charles smiled, "My mother uses apples she grows herself and water from this special spring!" he replied watching with satisfaction as both girls continued to drink. Now he would just wait and let nature happen. If he learned anything so far it was that trouble followed after Larisa like a bee followed pollen!

Gazing at the raven head he let his smile soften, he would protect her. He hurt her in the past but this time he was going to protect her. he wouldn't let that demon hurt her anymore because he was a demon slayer and a slayer protected the innocent!
