I know its surprising, I have a new chapter and so soon! Well if the shock hasn't killed you I give you the next chapter in the adventure of Larisa and Sebastian, please enjoy everyone!

Thank you to everyone who reviewed!

GreenandnaveyblueRaven: I'm glad you enjoyed the journal, I was hoping people would enjoy it!

BBFan: Yep, their together forever at last! Yeah, she's decided to make her mark among the treasure line! I figured the journal would be a good idea, I'm glad others agree. Lol yeah, Larisa is going to try to be a good treasure.

xenocanaan: Thank you, please enjoy the chapter!

Lexi-ChuuX3: lol yes, it was a bit scary for her to have her first summit so quickly after coming out as the treasure. I hope this chapter is able to entertain you!

Aservis Roturier: I have one more story to tell, after that the story will come to its natural end!

JDMichelle2626: Glad to hear you like it so much, I know what its like when you find a story you like and you can't stop reading it. I had an Inuyasha story like that, but it eventually got deleted by the author. At least she managed to finish it before she deleted it!

Mariana: I know, they are husband and wife at long last! Ah, the future babies they will be adorable! Then again, have you ever seen a demon baby in anime that isn't adorable, they are always the cutest thing ever! Thank you, I love both of those shows (I really hope with Star that Toffee returns, he was a very intriguing villain) as well. I hope Gravity Falls is able to return somehow, even if only through tv specials or books, I'm fine with either or both! I hope I was able to please all (bows and exits)!

It was too cute to eat.

Gazing at the small cake sitting in front of her, Larisa moaned, she wanted to taste its delicious sweetness, but it was way to adorable to tear apart and devour. In front of her was a mini strawberry shortcake that had been decorated beautiful and cutely. The pastry chef stepped away from the norm and instead of just making it pretty and pristine with juice strawberries. He made the strawberries into the cutest creatures and arranged them adorably.

Sitting back, she looked over to Sebastian, "I can't eat this! To destroy it would be a sin, Sebastian!" she told him.

Raising an eyebrow at that, Sebastian peered down at the mini cake, "It is very nicely decorated, I'll have to look into this when I have free time," he said amused.

Shaking her head, Larisa grabbed his arm, "No! If you make adorable cakes, I'll never be able to eat another cake again," she cried.

Smiling at that Sebastian nodded, patting her head he rose out of his seat leaving her to her dilemma as he walked over to the cashier once more. Gazing at the sweet Larisa sighed softly as she looked longingly at her adorable cake. It was hard to believe she was sitting in a café and the only thing looming over her was the fact a cake was too cute to eat.

So much time has passed since she met Sebastian, she went though so many obstacles, though her obstacles always shared a theme and that was remembering him and accepting him. There was a lot of amnesia in her story unfortunately. However, no matter what got wiped she always found her way back to her Demon King.

Now she was seventeen years old, if things had gone properly, she would have received her Treasure powers today, but things didn't so her birthday today was stress free. Larisa didn't have to worry about to coming out to demons because she already was. She was officially the wife of Sebastian the new Hell King of the Underworld and she was his Queen.

Sebastian and his men were slowly taking control over his world, which was easier than they previously thought thanks to six ancient kings pledging themselves to him. So much had happen this past year, she experience a very fulfilling year thanks to Sebastian. She had enough adventures in this year alone that she could probably write a fairly decent book. Maybe no prize winner but it would at the very least be entertaining!

Now that another exciting chapter ended, they reached that lull period where the characters wait for the event to kickstart their next adventure. Larisa had spent her lull period spending more time with Sebastian and visiting the Undertaker. Now that she was out in the open, she was hoping he might be willing to take a more permanent role at her side.

He was still debating it though and she was still trying to figure out what his role could be, while she was alive that is.

So far, his biggest role was when she was dead, and her soul needed protection. She didn't like the idea of him only having a gloomy role though. Larisa wanted Undertake to stop being so alone, but if that was what he decided she would accepted…though probably bug him for the rest of her life to rethink the option.

When she wasn't in either of those two company, she spent her other time with her family and Sam, then what free time she had left was spent writing her journal slowly filling it up. It was filled with all her adventures so far along with sketches all the people and places she had been. Often, she flipped back and forth adding notes in the margins when she remember something.

It was really beginning to look like something.

Pulling over her chilly juice blend she drank it in silence as she watched Sebastian speak with the female employee, poor woman look like a cherry. She didn't blame her, in the beginning almost everything Sebastian did made her face go aflame. He still made her heart go haywire but at least she was much more comfortable with him and she didn't blush like a school girl all the time. Now she only did it when he launched sneak attacks!

It wasn't long before he walked over with two boxes, one was filled with something while the other was waiting to be made into a box. Then in another hand he had a new drink for, passing over the drink he took the one she had, just as she finished and tossed it in the trash. Folding the new box into shape he placed her uneaten cake inside, "Since you can't bring yourself to destroy this cake, I'll preserve it for you forever, but these should be edible by your standard. Now let's head home, it's getting late and your mother will worry," he told her, waiting for her to stand.

Nodding at that Larisa jumped up and pushed in her seat and threw away any excess trash, bidding the cashier a goodbye and thank you she left the store with Sebastian. All the while sipping at her juice drink, eyeing her as she did that Sebastian frowned, "You're quite enamored with that juice," he said as she slowly but surely drained it away.

Peering over she nodded, "It's really good, I'm glad I discovered it, I didn't know these particular fruits could taste so good together. Two of them I don't even like to eat!" she said amused.

"At least its healthier than soda," Sebastian mused.

Grabbing her hand once he shrank himself into his teen form, Sebastian escorted her through the emptying streets, a lot had changed between the two of them as well. Due to her age and her parents lack of understanding her role with demons, she seemed to be nothing more than a girl with a boyfriend. That couldn't be further from the truth though. Every night Larisa returned to her family home where she ate dinner and spent time with her parents and brother, but when she retired to her room she was instantly transported.

To help her feel married she decided to spent her evenings with Sebastian, sometimes they slept together in the same bed and other times she just spent her time in her room over there. The more she stayed with him the more she began to feel comfortable with intimacy. Slowly but surely Larisa was moving out of prudesville.

She no longer had that overwhelming sensation of embarrassment when she kissed him and had even been intimate with him more than the night, she saved him. Sam couldn't be prouder of her, while also simultaneously frustrated with her and her outright refusal to share the details. Smiling to herself Larisa chuckled, but she didn't care she refused to share the intimate details of Sebastian.

That part of him was for her eyes only now.

Peering over to Larisa as she daydreamed about something, Sebastian smiled, "The weekend is coming up, do have plans?" he asked.

Looking over to him, Larisa shook her head, "No, nothing this time, do you have something in mind?" she asked him curious.

Nodding at that, Sebastian frowned, "Actually yes, I would like for you to pretend your staying the weekend at Samantha's. I think its time you see the demon world, depending on your reaction is how we move forward in the future," he said calmly.

Feeling a flash of nervousness, Larisa peered over, "What do you mean?" she asked him confused.

Pausing Sebastian turned to Larisa and pondered the best way to tell her, "…The demon world isn't a place for the faint hearted, my bride. Its nothing like if you see it, you'll go insane but its not like the human world with skies, nature, and all that. My world is darkness, when you look at the sky you won't see blue skies with clouds, nor will you see a dark sky with glittering stars. When you look at the demon sky you see empty blackness or something akin to a hellish sky. Some demons will create fake skyscapes to liven up their territories, but you can tell its fake," he explained.

Frowning at that Larisa nodded, "The demon world, you know, I don't think Femi ever told me anything about the demon world. All she spoke about was how she was different than Kotomi, she helped Zaxs rule. Then she gave me some rather unsettling news," she mused.

"Unsettling news?" questioned Sebastian.

Sighing at that, Larisa nodded her head, "Yeah, it was awful, I found out how Femi died. She didn't succumb to sickness like Kotomi," she told him remorsefully.

Raising an eyebrow at that, Sebastian frowned, "Is that so, can you share or is it too upsetting?" he asked her softly giving her hand a gentle squeeze.

Nodding her head Larisa turned to him with a frown, "Kotomi's son killed her, he was upset with being half human even though her power made him more powerful than the average demon. Other demons mocked him enough that be began to resent her and eventually his anger became too much. He destroyed her," she uttered.

Pausing at that, Sebastian frowned, "Well, that is quite heartbreaking for a human mother, also a little extreme. I have to wonder what on earth Zaxs was up to, to allow something like that happen under his radar, very troubling indeed," he said.

Sighing Larisa peered down to her feet, "I hope any kids we have in the future don't hate me, I don't want them to resent me for giving them human blood. Though if they do, I'll still love them, I just don't know what I should do for them," she mused.

Making her peer up, Sebastian smiled, "I assure you I will help make our child feel everything but hate for his human half. I can't count out annoyance and moments of dislike however," he said.

Smiling at that Larisa chuckled, "I can do with dislike, even I dislike being human. I mean people can say all they want that humans are the strongest predators, but I don't fully believe it. Animals have instincts that can save their lives while people are oblivious for the most part. Rather than listen to their instincts they choose logic and sure sometimes that is good. Yet, at the same time it will lead to your death. Whenever someone has excellent instincts it's because of their close ties to nature and animals, not other humans. Just look at fiction books; Tarzan was more ape than man, Ren and Kishan had tiger senses, and the list goes on. Any time a human has great instincts that puts him on top its because he has a strong connection with animals, not people," she said.

Smirking at that Sebastian chuckled, "Does this mean you wish you were raised as a wolf!" he asked her in amusement.

Rolling her eyes, Larisa smiled, "No I just wish I wasn't so…defenseless but I'll always be defenseless when you involve demons. Something I will always involve," she said.

Facing forward, Sebastian smiled, "Humans have proven themselves formidable and your weapons increase in destructive force. Though the ones that could be used against a demon are something of a double edge sword for humans, but they evolve more and more. So soon they will be able to stand up against my kind, then we'll be in trouble, no doubt," he said.

Peering over, Larisa rose an eyebrow, "Quick question, these humans who proved themselves formidable, were they formidable to you at your full strength or formidable when you pretended to be an abnormally perfect human? Also, I just said formidable a lot," she questioned him.

"Abnormally perfect human?" questioned Sebastian amused.

"I saw you in Grandpa Ciel's time, you were abnormally perfect," Larisa told him.

Smiling at that, Sebastian stalled his teasing and turned to her, "Do you think you're up to a trip to the demon world? The quicker we discover whether or not you can survive there intact the better, if not we'll have plenty of time to figure out our future living arrangements," he said.

Looking at him surprise Larisa peered down to her feet, future living arrangements, a future where she and Sebastian would live together. She was supposed to be married to Sebastian, a near immortal demon who lived so many lives that he could have probably watch the birth of her family on both sides at that too. He was ageless and she…was sixteen, no now she was seventeen.

Peering over to him Larisa frowned, "Sebastian, does my age bother you?" she asked him curious.

Pulling out his thoughts about the demon world, Sebastian frowned, "Your age?" he questioned.

Giving him a small nod, Larisa peered over to him, "I'm seventeen and your probably thousands upon thousands, if not millions years old," she told him.

Smiling at that, Sebastian grabbed her hand, "If anyone should have issues with age, it should be you my bride, but to answer your question, no your age doesn't bother me. That said, I would never have done anything to you when you were a child, even if I romantically loved you then nothing would have happened because at that age you had no idea of what love between a man and woman was. Not to mention my love for you would have been for your future rather than your present," he explained.

Tucking her arms behind her back, Larisa's brow furrowed, "I don't know how to explain it, but your age doesn't bother me. In fact, when I look at things in other pieces of fiction it doesn't really both me if there is a huge age difference. There are two cases though, that do bother me," she explained.

"Oh?" questioned Sebastian.

Nodding Larisa turned to him, "In Inuyasha, there's this demon called Sesshomaru, he finds this little girl named Rin and they gain a bond. She travels with him and he takes care of her, eventually he comes to care for her very deeply. When people write fanfiction about the two becoming romantically involved, I cringe, but then I remember you. Does that make me a hypocrite?" she asked him.

"How is their relationship depicted?" asked Sebastian curious.

Frowning she peered over to him and shrugged, "I see it as father-daughter, but that was never really made canon. I mean at the end, Rin goes to live with other humans, and I think its up in the air that should she choose to. She's allowed to return to Sesshomaru's side if that's what she wants in the end. Its like he makes her go to humans to reintroduce her to humans and assimilate so she won't have a harder time with it in the future or something. They never say outright what their feelings for each other are, just that they care about each other," she said shrugging her shoulders.

Nodding at that, Sebastian smiled, "I think its safe to say, age isn't involved in that debate of yours, you just find incest unsettling. Granted they aren't related, but you view their relationship as father and daughter," he said amused.

Musing over his words, Larisa nodded, "Right, well, um, with Mai and Trunks it is about their age. Um you see, in Dragon Ball there was this trio who were called the Pilaf Gang, they were more or less comic relief. They pretty much dropped out of existence in the Dragon Ball franchise. Till the movie Battle of Gods where they returned, they also returned in the Dragon Ball Super Series," she explained to him quickly.

"I'm guessing that's a little background to help me get the bigger picture?" asked Sebastian.

Nodding Larisa frowned as she went on, "Anyway, Mai was a grown woman in Dragon Ball, then off screen she and the guy she follows get the Dragon Balls and wish for their youth to be returned. That wish ends with them getting turned back into children for some reason. So, they have to grow up again and when they get a little older, they return to once more get the dragon balls. Due to some craziness they're found, and Trunks pretends Mai is his girlfriend due to him showing off to Goten," she told him.

Frowning at that, still not seeing the problem Sebastian frowned, "I would hardly call them a couple, so I assume there's more," he said.

Sighing Larisa nodded again as she continued on, "They kinda sort of become a couple in the show, I mean once more not official or anything but in anime they almost never make it official. At least not in the anime that is. Anyway, the way I see it, I have no problem from Trunks side. I mean he has no idea of her past, okay. So, he just a kid with a crush. Mai is a pretty girl who he likes. The thing is, Mai was an adult when Trunks's mother was a teen and, in a sense, fought against the Pilaf Gang. Mai remembers everything about her life before getting shrunk back to a kid. She's an adult in mind just not body! Yet, despite the fact she is way older than Trunks and even remembers being an adult she's attracted to Trunks! Its so gross, but I'm like the only one who's grossed out by it. I mean I feel like she's a pedophile, maybe she has the same feelings and what not as a child but she's still an adult in mind!" she cried.

Chuckling at that, Sebastian smiled, "Well, I think your disliking of the couple deals with the fact that she's nothing more than an ordinary person. She's not someone special who is part of something dealing with destiny or even a girl in love with something super natural. You tend to forgive age when there is something more going on. As for why you care so much…I think you're a little to invested in things," he said in amusement.

Blushing at that, Larisa peered away, "Your probably right…but I just can't help it," she said.

"Your imaginative, nothing wrong with that," assured Sebastian.

Peering down to her feet, Larisa slowly lost her smile as she sunk into thoughts about what they spoke of before, the demon world. Not to mention of their life together in the future, "If I don't handle the demon world well, what are our options?" she questioned.

Peering over Sebastian waved toward his home when it finally appeared, making their way around the back he smiled, "Well, the best thing would to purchase a home in the human world. Somewhere secluded and isolated, places that are for the most part far from humanity. Then I would craft a portal that would stay open that would allow me to pass back and forth through the two worlds," he said.

"Why do you have to make a portal…I mean don't you just blink in and out? How do you come from the demon world to the human world. Is it easy?" Larisa asked curious.

She had never really thought much about it and seeing how Sebastian had no issues with it she never felt the need to ask about it. Now though, she did have questions. Waiting till they were inside, Sebastian didn't start explaining till she was seated on the couch, "How to explain this, I guess, in the beginning demons could only come to the human world with certain rituals were made. The veil between our worlds would thin out and a demon could break though. What kept us here was anchoring ourselves to humans. Back when Ciel was your grandfather only the truly powerful could break though the veil, eventually my power reached that level. As the years passed the veil weakened and now its not as big a feat to cross over as it once was," he explained.

"Then why make a portal?" asked Larisa curious.

Sitting down on the couch, Sebastian frowned, "It damages the veil to break though it so much and if I was to be a Hell King located in the human realm that would add further stress. We've always felt that the veil should stay in place. All the Kings decided that after Yuki vanished. We keep an eye on those who nest in our territories. You have to seek permission if you wish to go to the human world unless a ritual takes place. If I become the sole leader, then people will have to come through if I'm located in the mortal realm, but if I make a permanent portal it should be alright," he explained.

Nodding at that, Larisa frowned, "If the veil weakens with the years, does that mean someday it will fall and demons and human will be aware of each other?" she asked him.

"It's likely, but it does heal, slowly though," Sebastian explained.

"Sounds like the ozone layer, though I have no idea if the ozone layer can repair itself," Larisa mused.

Nodding his head Sebastian smiled, "It can, I believe its shown some signs of repairing itself, but that doesn't mean humans should continue on without any care. Whether that will happen though is up for debate, the same can be said for the veil. Demons like to think themselves above humans, but we have many similarities to our dimensional neighbors," he mused.

Falling to silence, Larisa leaned back and ponder the demon world, she had a sense of dread filling her inside and she couldn't help but feel she was correct in her gut feelings. The demon world, she wondered if it would be similar to mortals depiction of hell? Was it the inspiration for hell?

Well, the sooner she saw the better.

It was time.

Standing next to Sebastian, Larisa eyed him as he held out a hand in front of him, his eyes were shut tight and he seemed to be concentrating on something. He was like this for minutes, about to question him she stopped when a flash of light caught her eye. Watching his tattoo glow on his hand the space in front of him rippled.

Watching with fascination, Larisa found the air waving back and forth, it was similar to the illusion you saw on hot days, when you looked far away you could see that strange waviness. Cocking her head as it became more visible it wasn't long before the waving became a swirling vortex. This one wasn't like the portal to the future. That portal glowed while this one…absorbed light.

Turning to her Sebastian held out a hand for Larisa, looking from his hand to the portal Larisa shrank away a little, her instincts told her to not take his hand. To stay far away from the portal, to leave the house and seek safety. Taking a step closer Sebastian waved his hand, "You don't have to be scared Larisa, I won't leave your side," he assured her.

Looking over to him, Larisa nodded her head and swallowed the lump in her throat before stepping toward him taking his hand. Walking forward they passed through the portal together and it took everything Larisa had not to rip her hand away from Sebastian and shudder violently. It felt like a thick ooze had coated her, like oil but sticker. Then as quick as the sensation was it disappeared, and they were in a polished room.

Peering around Larisa found black stone all around them, it was like crystal and polished to be as smooth as glass. As she peered around, he could see hints of red appear as the stone caught the light and on the ceiling was a red crystal chandelier that reflected hints of black. At the far end of the room stood to thrones made of silver and black on a raised platform.

Finally turning back to Sebastian, she found him watching her intently, "Welcome to our throne room," he said gesturing around.

"Ours?" questioned Larisa.

Nodding at that Sebastian walked across the room his shoes clicking across the surface, "Yes, after all, what's yours is mine and mine is yours," he announced.

Smiling at that Larisa chuckled, "I guess that means you are now the proud part owner of a very extensive stuff animal collection!" she told him in amusement.

Chuckling himself, Sebastian nodded, "If they share your sweet scent then I'll find them to be a great comfort. Now, allow me to show you your castle, my bride," he said offering her his arm.

Taking his arm with a smile Larisa stepped closer to him as they made their way though the palace, the moment they left the throne room the floors and walls became stone. Getting escorted through the palace, Larisa found herself leaving Sebastian's side to look at everything. He had a treasure trove of prices artifacts, jewels, paintings, and so much more. Peering into a room that was simply filled with gold coins and tiny gems along with strings of pearls, Larisa looked over, "Why?" she asked.

Walking over and peering in with disinterest, Sebastian shrugged, "I'm a demon of lust, I'm attracted to things that are lusted after. Pirate treasure, paintings made by great artist, ships thought long lost, and anything else you could think of. When humans lust for it, it gives the objects powers and I can feed off it in a sense. It fulfills something inside," he explained.

"You sound like a horder!" scoffed Larisa.

Shrugging at that, Sebastian held out a hand, "Allow me to show you your room," he said.

"My room? Don't we share one?" Larisa asked him surprised.

Looking over Sebastian smiled, "We can share a room, but I'm still giving you your own quarters, after all even the strongest couples like alone time. You have complete freedom to decorate your quarters any way you like. You'll have your own bedroom, living area, library, a study, bath, and there is also of course a walk-in closet," he assured her.

Looking at him in disbelief, Larisa smiled before peering around, "All I need is an indoor pool and I'm set," she said sarcastically. Walking side by side with Sebastian, Larisa spied vases filled with beautiful arrangements, "So are their other people here, like do you have maids or what not. I can't imagine you keeping this place tidy all alone," she mused.

Shaking his head, Sebastian frowned, "There's not much of a need for maids, after all I'm able to use my abilities to their fullest in my realm. So no, although the others such as Shimon and Shiro will stay here with us. I also have other guest I'm sure you'll enjoy very much," he said secretively.

Raising an eyebrow at that, Larisa quickly forgot his tone when they arrived at tall double doors, they were a creamy white with gold details on it with matching handles. Stepping back from the room Sebastian waved his hand toward the room, "Take a look at your wing," he announced.

Facing the door, Larisa reached out and grabbed both handles pushing he door open she was blinded momentarily by light but as soon as her eyes adjusted, she gazed on in shock. Stepping inside Larisa looked on surprised the walls were painted to look like a flower fields. A couch and two arm chairs sat around a wooden table in a vibrant green. Taking up a good hunk of wall was a fully loaded entertainment center showing she would definitely be able to watch her cartoons. There was huge green rug that took up much of the room with a silhouette of a white tree printed on it.

There were trees and plants all around to give the room some life.

Walking through the room Larisa made her way over to large windows that took up the far wall, the windows showed a grove of cherry blossom trees in full bloom. Pink flower petals rained down like snow, the ground was coated in a layer of flower petals. Wondering if this was an illusion, Larisa paused when she found a dial. Reaching up she turned it to blue and at once the scene change, there was still a grove of sakura trees still in bloom but were being rained on.

Turning it more and more she found the same background just with different weather, purple showed a fog, yellow showed the sunrise, black showed the sunset, and white showed a gentle snow shower. Each color show the groves in a different weather pattern, such as pink showing a strong breeze blowing through the grove throwing up the petals. Then on further observation Larisa found once you dialed in on your color of choice you could pushed down on it like a button and there would be variations in the scene

Such as black, it would show the sunset but when you pushed down it changed to night with heavy cloud coverage, another push made the sky clear and a huge moon hung in the sky, then the grove was full of fireflies.

Looking through the scenes the windows could show her, Larisa smiled, she would probably never get bored of this!

Finally pulling herself away from the windows Larisa wander off and found her bedroom, the walls here were painted to look like snowy slops at night with pine trees dusted perfectly with snow. There was even a hologram of a gentle snowfall happening in the room. Just like the living room the furniture reflected the season painted on the wall, everything was in vary hues of blue. With soft pinks and purples throne in and of course plenty of white.

Walking over to the larger than life bed, Larisa climbed up and sank into it finding it caressed her like a dream and the blankets were furry and warm, it was like she was spooning a polar bear. Sitting up she watched as Sebastian showed her how to undo the curtain to the canopy bed, "Its not real fur is it?" she asked him.

Looking over to her, Sebastian smiled, "It is, but its not from a creature in your realm, much like sheep need to be sheared this animals needs its fur shaved off. We've taken to using the fur differently, I thought its unique properties would benefit you as a blanket," he explained

The next hour Larisa followed Sebastian through her quarters, following the trend of her bedroom and living room her library and study were themed around Autumn and Summer respectively. Even her bathroom had a theme and it was made to look like a tropical paradise and was more of a spa than a normal bathing room.

Finally ending at the huge closet that looked more like a small store, Larisa turned to Sebastian, "I don't have enough clothes to fit in here and I have a walk-in closet," she told him.

Smiling at that Sebastian guided her in and began to open up a closet showing her gowns, they looked a lot like what Elsa from Frozen wore. Style after her transformation and then all the dresses from then on out, they were more or less the same with different colors and decoration. Grabbing one that looked like a dead ringer for her Olaf's Frozen Adventure dress, Larisa rose an eyebrow, "Did Shimon watch Frozen?" she asked him.

Nodding his head Sebastian opened up a few more closets showing her different styles, it seemed like each closet had a specific style that was repeated in different colors and what not. One closet looked like it belonged to Aurora, another Snow White, and the third looked like Belle only her everyday dresses at the castle oppose to her iconic ballgown.

Watching her reaction, Sebastian shrugged at her questioning gaze, "He went for dresses with simpler silhouettes, he said you look better in those kind and you preferred them," he explained.

Smiling at that Larisa looked through what she was going to dub her Elsa's closest, "Well, Elsa's awesome no matter what the Frozen complainers say, so whatever, though I still wonder why he took inspiration from Disney princesses and queens," she mused.

Shrugging it off, Larisa pulled away from the dresses and turned to Sebastian, "So…when do I get my first glimpse of the demon world?" she asked him softly. Seeing Sebastian's expression fall just a bit, he quickly stuffed it away and held out a hand. Taking his outreached hand Larisa followed after him as he led her deeper and deeper inside the castle.

It wasn't long before they reached a room just like the throne room, in fact this room just might be above the throne room. It was completely bare save for a tall cylinder that shot up into the ceiling and no doubt higher and higher. Following Sebastian toward it, Larisa did her best to calm her nerves as they got closer. Laying his hand upon the tower, Sebastian typed away on an invisible key pad before stepping back while a whirling filled the air.

Then with a hiss an opening appeared, slipping inside Sebastian did the same and they were off rising higher and higher up. It went on and on. Wondering just how tall Sebastian's castle was, it finally stopped and with a ding the doors opened once more. Stepping out he peered around before turning back to her, waiting for her to step out.

Slowly slipping out of the elevator, Larisa peered out wearily wondering if she was about see something worse than hell. Although that brought about the debate of what was worse than hell, hmm, maybe some of the worlds anime and writers created. Peering up at the sky, Larisa frowned when she found empty blackness just like Sebastian told her, there were no stars or clouds. Though there was something in the sky, it looked like the shadows when Sebastian traveled.

Walking out to the edge, Larisa peeked out warily at what laid below and found a waste land, it was like a cross between the valley when Scar ruled mixed with Hades underworld, just without the fire. Rivers were ghastly and while there were no bodies shown she had no doubt in her mind that there were some underneath. Trees were scraggly, short, wispy, and dark grey resting in black ground.

Usually black dirt meant the ground was rich, but this just looked like ash, compacted ash.

The demon world was desolate, she was half expecting hellfire and humans being tortured so she should feel better about the emptiness. For some reason though, the emptiness was more unsettling than the image her mind created for the demon world.

Pulling away from the edge and turning toward Sebastian, Larisa raised a hand to her mouth as a foul smell filled the air. It was a mixture of death, decay, and stagnant water. Getting whisked away back inside it didn't take long before they were in her room. Watching her quietly, Sebastian didn't say a word as she tried to hold it in. She had the strong urge to puke.

She wasn't all that bothered by the sight, granted it wasn't a sight she would ever grow accustom to in fact she was pretty sure in the future she would prefer to keep indoors. Making travel as minimal as possible, true the scenery wasn't horrible but for some reason it was disconcerting. Demons had powers similar to magic, so they could do amazing things both horrible and wonderful.

So why did they do nothing about their surroundings?

Was it they couldn't do anything, was their world so dead that nothing could sprout from it or stay alive within it? Did the world suck out life? Or did the demons just choose to keep it this way for some reason that she couldn't understand it?

Sebastian claimed they glamour things, but never did anything with their world.

Wondering if she was better off not knowing, Larisa laid down on the bed while Sebastian peered down to her with a look of concern but also like he expected this. Grabbing a pillow, she frowned up at him, "I think if I live here, I'll limit my time outdoors. Otherwise, I like your castle, its nice to finally to know where you spent your time when we were apart," she told him.

Nodding at that, Sebastian smiled, "Your doing better than I predicted, as for the out side of the castle, after today you won't see the true nature of my world. Slowly it will fade away and you'll be left with just a vague memory. I thought it better you see it now though, most react quite poorly when they discover the world beyond the illusion," he mused.

Nodding at that Larisa gazed at the wall feeling quite sleepy, it was hard to keep her eyes open which made her wonder if she was tenser than she previously thought. Feeling as if she had no control over her eyes, it was as simple as counting back from five before she drifted away. Gazing at Larisa as she fell asleep, Sebastian stepped back and undid the curtains incasing her in darkness.

Tucking her in he placed a kiss to her forehead and pulled back, well, that went much better than he thought, he was expecting her to become upset. He learned from other demons about what humans had done upon seeing their world. They became disturbed, Larisa was troubled by what she saw but at least she was handling it well.

One had to wonder if maybe it was due to her nature as the treasure that she wasn't unsettled by the demon world. After all Femi and Kotomi lived out their days within this realm. So maybe that was why she was able to take it in without any problem.

Only time would tell.

Floating through a void, Larisa gaze lazily up at the nothingness that laid before her, she felt so relaxed and weightless. Like she was floating through space or even through water, closing her eyes to enjoy the feeling she left out an appreciative hum as something warm enveloped her. This was a comfort she sometimes felt when she woke from a deep sleep. Or when she teetered on the edge of sleep with a complete feeling of relaxation.

Hugging the pillow in her arms wondering if she was dreaming or awake.

Larisa watched as lights began to twinkle above, that made her think she was asleep but who knew what Sebastian included in her bedroom. Letting her eyes fall shut again, Larisa was on her way either to another dream or back to sleep. Feeling as if she was drifting away on a wave, '…hear…' someone whispered to her.

Opening up her eyes, Larisa peered around the room, "Hello?" she whispered tiredly.

Hearing nothing, she closed her eyes again and this time the voice came to her clearer, 'Can you hear me,' the voice whispered to her.

Whoever it was, they had a soft voice, the voice was that of a young boy probably no older than five or six at the most. Feeling a small hand caress her cheek, Larisa's eyebrows twitched at the touch but rather than wake up she seemed to sink further into her dream. Frowning she managed to say a few words, "I…hear…you," she forced out.

"Good, don't worry I'll protect you from him," the voice told her.

Furrowing her brow at that, a single question passed through her mind as she slipped off into a dream about a strange world that looked like a medieval anime world filled with magic. It was inhabited by the characters from Assassination Classroom and Dragon Ball Super. Oddly Jiren and Okajima got along quite swimmingly which was strange for some reason.

The last question she had though was, who was the voice and who were they going to protect her from…was she in danger again?

She just hoped her memories stayed intact this time.

Who is this voice, are they friend or foe? Till next time, please tell me what you thought!
