I'm sitting in my living room. It's a large white room with blue curtains, I'm sitting on a two seater couch with Donnie. Across from us on the other side of the coffee table are Leo, Raph and Mikey on the three seater couch. There is another smaller two seater couch in the bay window where my two dogs, Tess and Tilly, are quietly watching us.
''Hello Readers!'' I grin, ''Once again it's been a while… oops?''
''You really suck at this'' Raph smirks, ''How are ya gonna keep up with yer Oneshot stories?''
''I'm already struggling to be honest'' I shrug in embarrassment, ''I've been wanting to write a chapter story again but with Random chatting, oneshots, work, keeping up with friends and college all going on at once… it's gonna be difficult.''
''You've got friends?'' Mikey asks in surprise, ''Can we meet them?''
''No'' I deadpan, ''And yes I do have friends, I'm going over to one of their houses tomorrow and I'm going to the Edinburgh Winter Fair with them next Friday''
The turtles nod to show they're impressed.
''You've got a job too?'' Donne frowns.
''Kinda… I've got my induction at some point soon'' I scrunch my face up in thought, ''But I've not started yet, I'm gonna be working in a cinema''
''Sounds cool'' Mikey grins.
''I have a feeling they're only hiring me because they're desperate, they're gonna need a lot of staff for when this new Star Wars movie comes out.'' I chuckle awkwardly, ''Anyway, enough about me! Let's get on with the dares and stuff!''
''Go ahead Ran'' Leo nods. ''Let's hear the first one''
''TMNTGFKittySidekick01 has a few questions'' I smile, ''Did you guys get to choose the colours of your masks and weapons?''
''No'' They all shake their heads.
''Master Splinter chose our colours by considering our role in the family along with our personalities'' Leo explains.
''We trained with each of the different weapons and Master Splinter judged which one we connected with the most'' Raphael nodded. ''We all kinda knew which ones we were gonna get though''
''We used to make fun of Donnie all the time for getting a Purple mask!'' Mikey giggles.
''And we used to make fun of Mikey because he kept knocking himself out with his nun chucks'' Donnie retaliates evilly. Mikey blushes.
''Leo, do you still have the knife Karai gave to you?'' I ask curiously.
''She didn't give it to him'' Raph corrects, ''She tried to kill him with it''
''Shut up Raph, she totally gave it to me'' Leo rolls his eyes before looking at me. ''Yeah I still have it, it was a gift after all''
I try not to laugh as Raph shakes his head.
''Raph, would you rather have Spike or Slash?'' I ask.
''Spike'' he answers without hesitation, ''Slash hurt my brothers and I believe he could do so again''
I nod in understanding.
''Donnie, how did you get so interested in science?'' I ask with a small smile.
''Sensei found a book on Biology in the sewers when we were kids, he brought it home so he could learn about turtles'' Donnie smiles slightly shyly. ''he left it on the table one afternoon and I decided to take a look at it''
''he didn't put it down for weeks'' Leo snickers. ''He constantly asked Splinter what some of the words meant so Father got him a dictionary''
''Which he read!'' Raph and Mikey laugh as Donnie blushes.
''How long did it take you to read the entire dictionary?'' I asked, I had tried to while in school but got bored when I got to the Bs.
''A couple of weeks…'' Donnie replied awkwardly before piping up. ''But I learnt a lot of words and heightened my vocabulary! So it's not a bad thing!''
''Impressive'' I chuckle. ''Mikey, do you like Super Robo Mega Force 5 or Crognard the Barbarian better?''
''Crognard all the way!'' Mikey cheers. We chuckle at him.
''um'' I frown at the review. ''Thank you for the questions but I don't think we can do the dare… It could be a while to the next chapter so… I hope you understand!''
''Next?'' Donnie asks.
''Bluestar-TMNT-Warriors'' I nod. ''Donnie, will you ever rebuild Metalhead?''
''I'm trying to'' Donnie sighs sadly, ''But I think his memory chip received some damage… a lot of the circuitry is fried… I might have to rebuild him from scratch but I don't think he'll ever be the same''
''I'm sorry Donnie'' Leo frowns guiltily. Donnie waves him off.
''Why do you guys keep a blade in in your wrist wraps?'' I ask.
''We need to be prepared'' Raphael grins. ''Shred head would never expect us to be covered in weapons!''
''Where is Mikey's Kusarigama chain stored when he uses his nunchucks?'' I ask curiously.
''Donnie made me a nunchuck which expands into a Kusarigama chain!'' Mikey grins, he hurries over and crouches next to me while pulling out one of his nunchucks. ''All you do is press this button!''
He presses a well-hidden button and a blade pops out from the end making me jump, he grabs each of the wooden parts and pulls to make the chain expand.
''See'' he grins widely. ''How cool is that?''
''Very'' I smile as he pushes it all back together and sits back down. ''Raph, how do you spin your sais so fast?''
''Lotsa practice'' He smirks and spins one of his sais. I roll my eyes good naturedly.
''Leo, how did you feel about Mikey being the leader in dimension X?'' I giggle as Mikey starts bouncing in his seat.
''Worried'' Leo admits. ''Being a leader is a great responsibility, I was praying that nothing would go wrong and put him under pressure.''
Mikey pouts while Leo looks over at him.
''MabelDipperTails'' I frown. ''I am having suicidal thoughts and am cutting. Do you guys have any advice or am I too disgusting to look at?''
''NO!'' They all yell. I stay silent to let them talk.
''You are not disgusting'' Leo frowns. ''But you need to work on stopping, this is dangerous towards your health-''
''No kiddin'!'' Raph interrupts ''Self harm and suicide is never the answer!''
''Think about everyone who loves you!'' Mikey yelps. ''Think about all the things you would miss out on if you died right now! It would be terrible! You were born for a reason and the world will miss you!''
''If you think more positively it should help you to look at the Brightside, if you keep thinking negatively then your condition will only get worse.'' Donnie nods. ''Find something you love and are passionate about and throw yourself into it! Make something out of it and enjoy yourself.''
''I know you only asked for the turtles advice'' I cough awkwardly. ''But as someone who used to self-harm and think suicidal thoughts I feel I can give you some advice. It does get better. I promise it does but it takes a long time if you don't try. I used to cut and just lie on the floor feeling miserable but then I left school and forced myself to talk to people and do things I enjoy, this really helped me. You can tell someone you trust if you want to, I was too scared to tell anyone but I found it… stressful to hide, I was always terrified someone would see and sometimes I just got to upset and angry with them that I wanted to just show my family so they'd realise why I'm suddenly so moody. The guys are right, self-harm isn't the answer and neither is killing yourself. It's difficult I know but just hang in there and try new things, you might find something worth living for''
The turtles look at me for a minute and I blush.
''What?'' I ask awkwardly.
''We'll talk about this after'' Leo warns. I gulp before looking down at my phone.
''Leo, who do you feel you are closest with?'' I ask, Leo looks at each of his brothers.
''Honestly… I think I'm closest to Raph'' Leo nods. ''I mean… I get alng with all my brothers and I love them equally but Raphael was my best friend while we were growing up and continues to hang out with me even though I'm his annoying leader''
Raph slings an arm around Leo but refuses to look at him, I grin at his blush.
''Raph, how far would you go to protect your brothers'' I ask worriedly.
''No price is too high'' he shrugs. ''I would die for them''
The brothers duck their heads slightly.
''Donnie, What is your favourite thing to learn in science?'' I ask as Donnie grins.
''Everything!'' he beams. ''I love learning new things no matter what they're about! I can't possibly pick on thing to be my favourite!''
We chuckle at him.
''Mikey, have you ever played Five Nights at Freddy's? Also how do you feel when your brothers make fun of you.'' I ask with a knowing smile.
''I have played FNaF because Ran made us at Halloween'' Mikey pouts. ''And um… It depends how far they go… I usually can just take it but if they cut too deep it bothers me''
''CASEY! APRIL!'' I call. They both stroll in.
As soon as Casey sees Donnie he slings an arm around April's shoulders, he smiles at him but I can see confusion in her eyes.
''Casey'' I spare a quick glance to Donnie, his eyes are narrowed. ''How would you feel if Donnie died?''
Casey frowns, clearly thinking hard on what to say.
''I mean'' I continue awkwardly. ''You two have the biggest rivalry… coz of April''
April frowns at me, she clearly knows what I'm talking about.
''Don't know to be honest'' Casey shrugs. ''I'd probably be a little sad but… I can't say it would make me overly upset''
I hear Raph growling while Leo tenses. Mikey's mouth drops open and April pulls away from Casey so his arms falls by his side.
''What?'' He throws up his hands. ''I said I'd be sad!''
''Moving on'' I cough, ''April, do you love shopping?''
''Yes!'' April grins. ''But I don't have anyone to shop with anymore…''
''MASTER SPLINTER!'' I shout. He comes in calmly.
''Miss Ran'' he bows his head.
''Which turtle was the hardest to deal with when they were kids?'' I ask, the turtles look at their father with interest.
''Leonardo and Michelangelo were the easiest'' he smiles. ''Leonardo just wanted to read while Michelangelo just wanted to draw and colour in. Raphael was constantly trying to leave the lair or fight with his brothers and Donatello was always trying to fiddle with dangerous appliances''
We laugh as Splinter smiles fondly.
''Ran, have you ever self-harmed?'' I blink and blush as everyone stares at me.
''I've kinda already answered that but yeah… I have.'' I smile sadly, ''I know what you're going through and I promise you will be just fine''
We all give you an internet hug.
''Well'' Casey stretches. ''I'm outta here, Coming Red?''
April glances at Donnie before nodding and following Casey.
''Don't be too long my sons'' Splinter says as he makes to leave. ''You still haven't done your chores''
The turtles groan as their father leaves.
''Guest'' I wrinkle my nose in disgust. ''They want Raph and Leo to do it and for us to walk in on them…''
The brothers pretend to gag.
''um… We could just pretend?'' I suggest but Leo and Raph don't seem up to it.
''We ain't havin' sex'' he deadpans. ''Next question''
''Guest'' I frown, ''Just says 'Donnie, the gap between your teeth is so adorkable!'''
Donnie blushes and covers his mouth with a hand.
''GabyGlaciers23: Mikey, do the Gangnam style dance while doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge'' I announce.
We all go outside to the back garden, Raph stands on the bench with a bucket of ice water while Mikey stands in front of him.
''GO!'' I call.
Mikey begins to dance and Raph grins.
He lifts the bucket and pours it all over Mikey's head, Mike stiffens up and stops dancing.
''AHH!'' He grits his teeth and shivers. ''WHY'D WE HAVE TO DO THIS IN WINTER?''
Leo and Donnie rush him inside and through the portal. They come back a few minutes later.
''We put Mikey in a hot bath so he won't get sick'' Donnie smiles. ''He's playing with his rubber ducks as we speak.''
''Great… well, we've finished for this chapter anyway!'' I give them a thumbs up. ''You can do the honours boys''
