Day Time.
Karin's POV.
It had been 5 days since the incident with Sasuke had occurred. Karin slipped into a new black hoodie over her head as she stepped out of the shower, her orange shirt and purple yoga pants were more comfortable than usual. Karin slipped on some orange sandals and brushed her right hand through her hair and bangs, leaving it slightly messy. Karin was in no mood lately to make herself do much of anything.
Karin sat by a nearby window seat just looking out at the sunny garden. Karin wish she could smile again since it was a beautiful sight but she even couldn't do that. Every inch of Karin's body ached, she felt heartbroken as she didn't want to stay here any longer she hated it here officially. Karin couldn't stay and be a punching bag every time the stupid vampire got mad.
Karin groaned when her cell phone suddenly rang, not wanting to move from her spot. The days passed, events put Karin on a downward depression. Karin picked up her phone with her right hand and answered it.
"Hello." Karin asked softly.
Karin heard Mikoto's voice shake before she spoke again.
"I'm so sorry, this is all my fault..." Mikoto said, sounding torn.
Karin suddenly felt guilty for wanting to go home, she knew Mikoto had wanted all of this to workout and Karin knew all to well just how nice she was.
"Mikoto, it's alright." Karin said lying.
Mikoto sighed heavily. "I know it's not alright. I am sorry for everything, I had thought that this would work out by now..." she said.
Karin sat there in silence, not sure what to say.
"Which is why I want you to pack your things. I'm sending you home, honey. I want you to go on enjoying your human life. I appreciate how much you have tried but I can't keep you in danger, I want you to be happy." Mikoto said.
Karin was speechless.
"She's going to let me out of this nightmare..?!" Karin thought.
Karin suddenly felt warm relief in her chest.
"Really... I can.. go home...?" Karin asked, shocked.
"Yes, Karin I'm sure you miss your Mother. I know she's probably going crazy without you there." Mikoto said sadly. "I will be there in 1 hour to pick you up."
Karin nodded smiling happily. "Of course, I'll be ready." she said. "Thank you, Mikoto."
A silence came on the other end of the line for a moment.
"You're welcome, Karin-dear." Mikoto said.
Mikoto hung up quickly after which was fine considering there was nothing else left to say. Karin smiled for the first time in days and walked over to the closet quickly packing everything.
As the hour finally passed, Karin stood on the front lawn, with my two suitcases. A small black limo pulled up and slowly but surely Mikoto, in a dark blue dress and black sandals, stepped out of it. Mikoto had the driver grab her bags before stepping over to her and embracing her in a hug.
"I should have never put you through this, no one deserves the abuse... you've been put through.." Mikoto said sadly.
Karin nodded softly to caught off guard to say anything.
The sound of someone clearing their throat was enough to pull Mikoto and Karin apart as they both looked at Sasuke, in a long sleeved black shirt, long dark grey pants, and black shoes. Karin felt a little fear rise inside her body and Mikoto squeezed her left hand before quietly speaking.
"Go ahead in the limo, I'll be right there." Mikoto said.
Karin nodded at her and looked one last time at Sasuke before sitting in the limo and closing the door with her right hand. Karin opened up a brown book with both hands and watched the scene outside, but refused to listen before she started to read it.
Mikoto stepped closer to her son.
"Why are you letting her leave?" Sasuke asked with authority towards his mother.
"Because she doesn't deserve to be treated this way. You don't deserve someone like her... Goodbye, Sasuke." Mikoto said before walking to the limo.
Sasuke didn't respond as his mother walked away as he rolled his eyes and watched as the limo drove off gently. Sasuke watched as the little human left, but he didn't care.
Mikoto never spoke a word to Karin the entire ride home. When Mikoto and Karin finally reached Karin's familiar home she was all too thrilled. Karin closed her book with both hands as the limo stopped in front of the lawn. Kimi, in a yellow dress and blue sandals, waited outside patiently. Karin opened the limo door with her right hand and ran to her mother When Karin hugged her mother with both hands as she held on tightly, Karin felt a sense of relief. Finally back with her mom.
"I missed you, sweetheart." Kimi said smiled sadly and looked her in the eyes.
"I missed you so much more, I'm so glad that I'm home." Karin said then looked and watched as Mikoto gently nodded to Kimi, who returned a curt nod back before letting Mikoto drive off in her limo.

2 weeks later.
Karin, in her usual outfit, brown narrow glasses, a long sleeved zipped up lavender shirt, long black pants, and black sandals, was settled in back home and finally starting to feel a sense of relief. Karin was currently reading a book on her bed with both hands before, Kimi, in her usual outfit, a spring green dress, entered the room.
"Hey there." Kimi said smiled at her daughter before she took the hint and took a seat beside her.
"So I was thinking, maybe you should start some college courses?" Kimi asked smiling at her daughter.
"Well, I have nothing better to do and it would give me a chance to meet some friends." Karin said smiling.
Kimi patted Karin's right arm with her left hand. "Exactly what I was thinking. It would be so good for you." she said.
"I guess we should go down to the University then?" Karin asked hesitantly not sure on what the steps were to getting enrolled, she knew money wasn't an issue. Kimi was covered in that area.
"Well I already got everything set up. You're going to need some time figuring out what to do so... this year you are just going to take all your basic classes..." Kimi said.
Karin grinned. "So you knew I'd go along with it?" she asked.
Kimi smiled in return. "No, but I hoped hat you would, you're a smart girl." she said.
Karin hugged her mother gently before she stood and left the room.
It was the Monday after and Karin yawned as she got ready in her room. Karin walked over to her mirror getting ready to do her hair, she slipped her hair into a high ponytail. Karin froze as she noticed the slight scarring on her neck. The placed were Sasuke had ripped the skin.
Karin felt tears begin to fall and she quickly wiped them away roughly with her left hand. "I will not cry over you." she said to herself.
Karin told herself before straightening up and leaving her room, her lavender messenger bag was placed over left shoulder and she grabbed her car keys with her right hand.
"Have a good day." Kimi said smiled before Karin left the house and drove away to her college.
Karin's hands roamed over the steering wheel softly.
"Why? was all ...I could ask myself." Karin thought.

15 minutes later.
The place didn't look much more different than high school. There were still a lot of young kids mostly eighteen-ish. Karin sighed as she made it to her first class. Karin's professor, Iruka, who looked to be 27 years old, had shoulder length brown that he keeps in a ponytail, black eyes and a scar that runs across the bridge of his nose, in his usual outfit, a long sleeved beige shirt that zipped up, long black pants, and long black sandals, greeted and introduced her. Karin yawned half way through the lesson.
"Guess it bores you too huh?" Karin asked then sat straight up shocked when the boy beside me spoke to me. Karin smiled softly.
The man looked to be 19 years old, lean-built, fair skin, shoulder length straight white hair, almond shaped purple eyes, pointed teeth — one of which sticks out even when his mouth is closed, and in his usual outfit, a dark, high-collared long sleeved button down black shirt which had light-coloured, upturned sleeves, long black pants, dark grey sandals, and 2 dark brown belts around his waist.
"Caught me." he said then grinned and Karin finally took in his appearance his purple eyes stood out aside his white hair. He was probably 6'1, he was slender but slightly toned.
Karin felt herself blushed as she noticed he was checking me out as well.
"What's you name kitten?" the unknown man asked.
Karin grinned. "Karin Uzumaki, yours?" she asked.
The unknown smiled. "Names, Suigetsu." he said.
Karin blushed before listening to the lecture, once class got out she had no other classes on campus and decided to head home. Karin was stopped in the parking lot as she watched as Suigetsu stepped in front of her.
"You should get to know me." Suigetsu said, grinning playfully.
Karin laughed softly. "Oh really?" she questioned.
Suigetsu nodded. "Yeah, cause you're cute." he said.
Suigetsu waggled his eyebrows and Karin slapped his right arm playfully with her left hand.
"Well sure, Suigetsu." Karin said.
Suigetsu clapped his hands. "Sweeeeeeeeet!" he said.
Suigetsu opened the drivers side door with his right hand and Karin sat in driving off home quickly after.
"Suigetsu? Well he had an adorable name, he was gorgeous, not any where near as gorgeous as Sasuke, but still very attractive." Karin thought, walking into her house smiling until Kimi greet her.
"Sasuke, called upon you. It's up to you if you want to talk to him." Kimi said.
"No.. I don't..." Karin said, whispering before locking herself in her bedroom door with her left hand.
Karin don't know why she suddenly felt a pang of hurt in her stomach but she did and she felt incredibly depressed, no matter how much effort she had put in to be happy in the past couples weeks, that all went out the window now. Karin wished that she didn't cry over Sasuke still, she wished she could numb the pain, but it still bothers her.
Evening.
Sasuke's POV.
Sasuke, in his usual outfit, a long sleeved high collared black shirt, long dark grey pants, and black shoes, paced around his house every day that Karin never returned his call. Sasuke knew he had harmed a human, he knew that he had taken everything out on her because of his self loathing. Sasuke hated himself once more. But not for falling in love with a human, for messing things up with that human, that precious... beautiful human. Sasuke slammed his right fist down on the glass coffee table, shattering it to pieces. Sasuke didn't care that his right hand began to bleed it would heal in a matter of seconds.
Sasuke heard a knock on the front door, he perked up slightly before smelling the scent of his mother and father. Sasuke stood up and walked over to the door then opened it with his right hand.
"Sasuke, how are you son?" Fugaku asked.
Fugaku, in his usual outfit, a long sleeved high collared, long brown pants, and blue sandals, vice was head as he and his mother, in her usual outfit,a long sleeved dark purple blouse, a red-plum skirt, and blue sandals, walked into the living room.
Fugaku and Mikoto both saw the mess but didn't say a word and Sasuke was thankful because he didn't feel like losing his temper. Sasuke took a seat and allowed his parents to do the same they seemed like they wanted to talk about something.
"We um bought a new house. It's closer to where Karin lives.. but we would like you to move in with us." Mikoto said.
Sasuke glared at his mother now realizing that he will lose his temper.
"Son before you go on a rampage, I think it would be good for you to move in with us, but your mother wants to be closer to Karin's mom." Fugaku said.
"Why?" Sasuke asked, snapping.
Mikoto sighed. "She has cancer and she's getting sick, she doesn't have much time.." she said.
Sasuke noticed a few stray tears fall from Mikoto's cheeks before Fugaku wiped them away with his right hand. "Does she know?" he asked.
Fugaku looked at Sasuke then to Mikoto not knowing the answer himself.
"Karin does not know..." Mikoto said.
Sasuke rose his eyebrows in shock. "How does she not know when her mother doesn't even have much time left?" he asked.
Mikoto sighed again. "Sasuke, It's not my place to tell Karin and it's her mother's. And her mother has 3 month's left but I mean Karin is going to be 18 soon so technically she can live on... her own but I don't think she will be able to so that's why I want to move closer, so if something happens she can come to us." she said.
Sasuke rolled his eyes. "She hates me, she won't come to you if I'm there." he said.
Mikoto looked away. "I don't think she is as upset, from what her mother tells me she is doing a lot better now, and even has a new friend.." she said.
The way Mikoto said friend made Sasuke's stomach turn. "What kind of friend?" he asked.
Mikoto fiddled with her hands. "A boy.. friend." she said.
Sasuke stood up silently and began to leave the room, but before he left he made his decision. "I will have my things packed by the morning." he said.
Sasuke could feel his mother smirking as he left the room.

Karin's POV.
Karin walked into the kitchen where her mother sat. "You look beautiful, what's the occasion?" she asked.
Karin blushed furiously as the door bell rang.
Kimi raised her eye brows before jumping up and running to the door.
"Mom!" Karin said, laughing.
"Oh, hello Suigetsu." Kimi said then turned to Karin and opened the door wide.
Karin looked at Suigetsu and smiled, her blush was getting worse.
Kimi left the room grinning to herself. Suigetsu enveloped her in a hug, his hands resting on her hips.
Suigetsu and Karin pulled away from each other.
"I was thinking we could go to the amusement park today?" Karin asked, smiling.
"Sounds great." Suigetsu said.
Karin said farewell to her mother before leaving in Suigetsu's jeep. Suigetsu and Karin weren't official yet but we were seeing each other constantly, neither one of them has popped the question yet though.
...
10 minutes later.
Suigetsu laced his right hand through Karin's left hand as they entered the amusement park, they started with rides first. There really wasn't much to tell form the experience, they did what people would normally do at an amusement park. They ran into some of their college friends, talked with them for a bit and then played games, which Suigetsu won Karin an adorable stuffed panda bear.
The night ended with Karin sharing an ice cream on a bench watching a lot of people walk which were mostly couples. Karin handed the ice cream to Suigetsu with her right hand, letting him know that she was finished with it.
"Finished already?" Suigetsu asked.
Karin nodded.
"I can't eat anymore besides it makes me cold." Karin said but was cut off when Suigetsu got up and threw away the ice cream with his right hand then came back to her.
Suigetsu wrapped his arms around Karin just looking into her eyes.
Karin blushed.
"I need to ask you a serious question." Suigetsu said nervously before kissing Karin's nose.
"Oh?" Karin asked nervously back.
"I would love if you would be my girlfriend, what do you say?" Suigetsu asked.
Karin smiled wide and responded with kissing Suigetsu on the lips.
Suigetsu cupped her face with his left and returned the kiss passionately. "I take that as... a yes?" he questioned, grinning.
Karin nodded and soon they found their way to Suigetsu's jeep.
"Ready to go home?" Suigetsu asked.
Karin nodded and Suigetsu laced his right hand into Karin's left hand as he drove.
...
15 minutes later.
Once parked outside Karin's house, Karin smiled at Suigetsu. "Want to come in for a bit. I'm sure my mom wouldn't mind." she said.
Suigetsu smiled back at Karin and answered her question by getting out with her and walking into her house.
"Mom!" Karin said once they entered the front hall.
"In here sweetie!" Kimi said.
Karin walked with her left hand with Suigetsu's right hand into the living room. Karin froze once she was inside.
"Oh sweetie, Mikoto and her family came to visit, sorry for the late notice." Kimi said.
Karin could barely be mad at her mother for not warning her. Karin just looked at Sasuke in fear as he and Suigetsu shared death glares.
Sasuke's POV.
Sasuke couldn't help but notice Karin's left hand intertwined with a human that stood before them. Sasuke tried to read his mind but he kept it blank, it was odd really. Sasuke could tell his mother was nervous but she quickly stood up and hugged Karin closely. Sasuke envied his mother at this moment.
Kimi stood up and welcomed her daughter home allowing Suigetsu to enter the room. "Suigetsu these people are very special to me and Karin. This is Mikoto, my best friend since childhood, and this is her family." Kimi said.
Sasuke love how Kimi left out the part about him and Karin being in an arranged marriage, wondering how he'd feel.
"This is my boyfriend, Suigetsu." Karin said.
Sasuke was suddenly broke from his train of thought. The level of rage around Sasuke's body was close to consuming him, he fought back the urge to rip this humans throat out.
"Boyfriend? He fucking touches her and I'd drain him alive." Sasuke thought.
Sasuke smirked and stood up shaking the unknown human's left hand with his right hand firmly, very firmly. Sasuke expected Suigetsu to be frightened but rather he took his left hand and shook it back with as much force as a human could.
Sasuke was caught off guard and instantly shot his right hand back.
"What the hell? This damn human was trying to show who's boss. Oh if only he knew that I could hold his neck in my hands like a damn twig and snap it." Sasuke thought then he smiled for the first time in a long time, and froze when Karin caught it.
"It was nice meeting you all but I should get going." Suigetsu said, releasing Sasuke.
Suigetsu's words made Karin's heart leap in her chest and a spark of excitement began to lift within her.
"Are you sure, I don't mind if you stay?" Karin asked.
Karin's soft words broke Sasuke's heart.
"But how could I feel that way? I'm the reason why this guy is her boyfriend." Sasuke thought.
"It's fine beautiful, I will see you tomorrow." Suigetsu said then reached for Karin's waist with his left arm and pulled her to him kissing her fiercely on the lips.
Sasuke's hands were held tight in fists as the white haired guy smirked at him into the kiss. Sasuke was shocked more than anything, shocked that a human had the guts to mess around with him. This white haired guy knew he had something, someone Sasuke wanted and he was purposely pissing him off.
"Good night, love." Suigetsu said then he kissed Karin's nose softly and turned to Sasuke, releasing Karin. "Was nice meeting you."
Suigetsu's dark smirk making Sasuke furious.
"The pleasure was mine." Sasuke said, grinning back.
Once Suigetsu left Sasuke noticed that only he and Karin were left standing alone in the room. Their parents had left to somewhere else in the house, to talk Sasuke assumed. The silence consumed Sasuke and Karin and Sasuke thought many times of how to break it but couldn't, every time Sasuke opened his mouth to say something it didn't feel good enough.
"What brings you guys here?" Karin asked.
Sasuke became scared for a moment, Karin wouldn't look at him as she started the conversation.
Karin kept her arms wrapped around herself, almost protecting herself. Sasuke was only seconds from answering when their parents returned to the room.
"Karin-sweetheart, Mikoto, Fugaku and I are going to go get some drinks, we have some adult stuff we'd like to discuss. Were going to leave you two here." Kimi said, smiling.
Karin smiled at Kimi. "I'm fine on my own, there's no need for Sasuke to waste his time." she said.
Kimi frowned before kissing her daughter's head. "I don't like you to be alone, and I'm sure it's not a waist of time to him." she said.
With those last words Kimi left with Fugaku and Mikoto behind her, once the car drove off into the distance Sasuke looked at Karin as her eyes met his and she looked down quickly.
Sasuke smiled and walked up to Karin as her back was against the wall and he had her trapped.
"Look at me." Sasuke said, whispering softly.
Sasuke watched as Karin obeyed glancing into his eyes. Sasuke's hands were on both side of Karin's face and he just looked at her beautiful features. "Why did I let you go?" he asked.
"I can't do this." Karin said, snapping before ducking under Sasuke's arms and stood by the stairwell.
"What do you mean? You're the one who already has her legs wrapped around another guy, it's clear to me that you moved on!" Sasuke asked, feeling his anger rising, but no matter how angry he got he wouldn't harm Karin, physically speaking.
Karin slapped Sasuke hard across the left side of his face with her right hand. "Wrapped my legs around him?! Damn it, Sasuke you have no clue!" she asked.
Sasuke suddenly saw the tears fall from Karin's face and he instantly regretted letting the hurt talk for him. Sasuke's body ached watching Karin begin to catch her breath as she was sobbing.
Karin was barely up the stairs when she turned and walked back over to Sasuke, only a foot away from him she reached for his right hand with her left hand and held it softly, her warmth made his heart soar.
"I never moved on." Karin said, whispering before letting Sasuke's right hand drop from her left hand and walked up to her room.
Sasuke didn't follow as he knew Karin needed to be alone. But Sasuke didn't leave either, he knew Kimi didn't want Karin alone.
...
1 hour and 10 minutes later.
Sasuke decided to check on Karin. The last thing Sasuke wanted was for Karin to be upset still. Sasuke walked barely audible up the stairwell and he noticed a wooden door that had Karin's name painted on it. Sasuke smiled and put his left ear to the door, letting his vampire self do the work.
The loud sobbing never subsided, Sasuke could hear Karin try to catch her breath over and over, even coughing. Sasuke tried to read Karin's mind but there was nothing there. Sasuke slowly turned the door nob with his right hand and let himself in. Luckily for Sasuke being a vampire meant being almost silent. Sasuke was able to enter Karin's room and close the door behind him without her knowing.
The room was pitch black, only Karin's open window letting the moon light in. Sasuke watched as Karin shivered in her bed. Sasuke's feet were moving before he could stop them. Sasuke sat on Karin's bed and waited for Karin to notice. Sasuke was surprised when Karin didn't tell him to leave. Karin sat up and Sasuke could see her eyes were red and puffy under her glasses, her pillow was soaked from her tears.
At first, Sasuke didn't know what to say, he had never experienced this in his life, he had never hurt someone so bad before. Sasuke have never hurt this bad before. Karin just watched Sasuke before she began to crawl to him. Sasuke quickly unzipped his sweater with both hands and gave it to Karin, she almost immediately jumped into his chest. Sasuke held onto Karin with both hands and he just let her cry. Sasuke could feel Karin gripping his shirt with her fists.
When Karin's crying didn't stop Sasuke let go of her, she looked nervous for a moment not sure how to react.
"Come here, tomato." Sasuke said, whispering before he pulled back Karin for comforter with both hands.
Once Karin laid down on her right side, Sasuke joined her while laying down on his left side slipping her into his arms and allowing her to cry herself to sleep in my arms. After all, it was the least Sasuke could do to help Karin.
Sasuke could hear their parents entering the house, he didn't dare move from his spot and when Karin's door opened softly he heard his mom's soft voice.
"We'll be home, I'll let her mother know that you're staying." Mikoto said.
Sasuke just nodded his head softly and let Mikoto close the door with her left hand. Sasuke knew it had to be at least one in the morning, the cold air still flowed through the window, and Karin's scent filled his nose.
Sasuke lifted his right arm from Karin's waist and played with her soft and long red hair with his left hand. "How could I have let her go? Why was I so stupid and stubborn? It was never her fault." he thought.
"Sasuke." Karin said, whispering.
"I'm here." Sasuke said, looking into Karin's eyes and she looked around the room then back at him.
"I need time." Karin said.
Sasuke felt the hurt return to him but Karin knew she did. Sasuke knew that he couldn't just expect to move here and for Karin to drop her life and forgive him.
"I know, I will respect that." Sasuke said.
Karin felt her left hand run down Sasuke's right cheek then his neck, her thumb moved slowly in a wiper motion. Sasuke closed his eyes and just enjoyed the time he had with her, until it would go back to her being upset with him.
"I have a boyfriend now." Karin said, cautiously.
"I know, it's unfair of me to expect you to be single after all that I have done. I'm sorry for what I said, I still love you my little tomato." Sasuke said, watching as Karin smiled.
"I know you do, I can tell. But I can't love someone who continues to hurt me." Karin said but her voiced broke at the end and her eyes watered.
Sasuke laid his head down in front of Karin's, their noses touching. Sasuke let his lips softly kiss Karin's.
"Sasuke." Karin said, warning.
Sasuke rolled his eyes, smirking. "I know, you have a boyfriend but it's hard to help myself." he said.
"No." Karin said, whispering.
Sasuke looked at Karin, confused.
"Kiss me again." Karin said.
Sasuke immediately kissed Karin again as they both closed their eyes. It wasn't the 3 words that Sasuke originally wanted to hear, but it was a good start.
"Kiss me again." Karin said as she couldn't believe she let herself say those words to Sasuke.
Karin had only been Suigetsu's girlfriend for a night technically and she felt the guilt wash over her and she opened her eyes to put a stop to Sasuke's lips on hers.
"I'm sorry, I can't so this right now, maybe once I trust you and I am single.." Karin said, trailing at the end knowing that she would hurt Sasuke's feelings.
Sasuke only caressed Karin's right cheek softly with his left hand. "It's alright my little tomato, I understand just know that I hate that fucking guy." he said, glaring at the wall once he said the last part.
Karin smiled softly. "Jealous?" she asked, poked Sasuke's nose with her left index finger then he turned back to her.
"Of him? No. Of the fact that he gets to kiss you, and have his hands all over you? Yes." Sasuke questioned.
Karin grinned, it was a nice feeling, the feeling of Sasuke wanting her to himself.
Karin fell asleep very quickly, only this time not waking until noon the next day.
...
Morning.
"Karin!, sweetie?" Kimi asked.
Karin heard her mother's voice as she opened her bedroom door, she slowly opened her eyes to see Sasuke sitting beside her on her bed. Karin looked at her mom.
"Suigetsu is here to see you, I figured I would let you know" Kimi said, looking towards Sasuke then back at Karin hinting that she was trying to keep her daughter out of trouble with Suigetsu.
"Thanks mother." Karin said returning her words with a warm smile, then was out of the room. "Sasuke.." started but was cut off.
Sasuke was standing in front of Karin, now both of them in the middle of her room.
"I know, let's hang out together soon, alright?" Sasuke asked.
Karin nodded her head for a moment.
Sasuke kissed Karin's forehead softly before disappearing faster than the human eye.
Karin quickly got dressed in her usual outfit and she grabbed her sandals and ran a brush through her hair with her right hand before going downstairs.
"Hey beautiful." Suigetsu said, slipping his hands on Karin's waist and kissed her softly.
"Hey." Karin said, caught off guard.
"Shall we hangout today, girlfriend?" Suigetsu asked.
Karin smiled. "Sure boyfriend." she said.
Suigetsu grabbed Karin's left hand with his right hand and led her outside.
...
Arcade.
Evening.
Suigetsu and Karin ended up going out to lunch then to an arcade, where he let her beat him at multiple games, and won her a stuffed blue fire cat out of a crane machine.
"It's so cute." Karin said, gushing as it was nearing nine at 9.
Suigetsu was bringing Karin home.
"Want to come hang out for a little bit?" Karin asked, smiling.
Suigetsu nodded before he and Karin both stepped inside her house.
"Welcome home sweetie, we are having guests over for dinner soon! Suigetsu would you like to stay for dinner?" Kimi asked.
Karin instantly thought about Suigetsu and Sasuke at the same table and flinched.
"Yeah, I'd love to." Suigetsu said.
Kimi smiled softly at Suigetsu and Karin grabbed his right hand with her left going up the stairs and to her room.
"So, who are these guests your mom is having for dinner?" Suigetsu asked.
From left to right, Suigetsu and Karin both took seats on her bed.
"I'm assuming it's the same people that you met the other night, my mom's best friend and her family." Karin said.
Suigetsu was quiet for a moment before he spoke up. "Is there anything going on between you and that guy, Sasuke?" he asked.
Karin was caught off guard for a moment giving Suigetsu a weird look. "No, why would you say that?" she asked.
Suigetsu and Karin were currently facing each other. Karin sat with her legs crossed while he just turned towards her.
"It just seems like he gave me a hard time yesterday, and you seemed caught off guard to be around him.." Suigetsu said.
Suigetsu gave Karin an odd look like he didn't believe her
Karin sighed. "We tried to date a while back, our parents are close friends and we decided to give it a try, but it didn't work out and the break up was really bad, and recently he started coming around again and it's awkward but nothing is going on between me and him otherwise I would have never agreed to date you." she said.
Suigetsu looked away from Karin and she felt suddenly sick to her stomach. "Suigetsu..."
Karin trailed reaching for his right hand with her left hand softly.
Suigetsu quickly looked at Karin and pinned her down on the bed with both hands. "Show me I have nothing to worry about." he said.
Before Karin could respond Suigetsu's hands held hers on the side of her shoulders and his mouth was smothering hers.
Karin's heart rate picked up and not in a good way as she slipped her right hand free and tried softly pushing Suigetsu away. Karin went to speak but Suigetsu's tongue quickly slid down her throat. Karin felt pressure on her left hand and her heartbeat sped up even more as she felt her stomach get sick and she started trembling.
Karin finally got the courage to push Suigetsu away just as her door opened at the same time.
"Dinner's ready." the familiar vampire voice said.
Karin felt relief as she looked at Sasuke, thanking him with her eyes.
Sasuke looked fiercely at Suigetsu before turning away, leaving the door intentionally open.
"What's the matter babe?" Suigetsu asked, smirking and leaning in Karin's face.
"N-nothing, let's eat." Karin said, fixing her glasses with her left hand.
Suigetsu smiled and took Karin's right hand with his left hand, allowing her to lead the way.
When Suigetsu and Karin stepped into the dining room Mikoto quickly smiled at Karin as she sat across from her.
Sasuke sat beside Karin on the left side, across from Suigetsu who had a devilish smirk playing on his lips. Kimi sat down at one end of the table where Fugaku sat at the opposite.
Karin was silent through dinner still caught off guard from Suigetsu as she was starting to have second thoughts.
"I mean were relationships supposed to move that fast? I wasn't ready to and we would need to talk about it soon." Karin thought.
"So how has college been?" Mikoto asked, breaking Karin from her thoughts.
Karin jumped slightly looking scared.
"Everything okay, babe?" Suigetsu asked with a smile on his lips.
Karin nodded before faking a smile at Mikoto. "Yeah.." she said.
...
Dinner continued with everyone talking except Karin as she could feel a certain vampire's stare on her throughout but she didn't dare look up.
...
30 minutes later.
When dinner was finished Karin couldn't help but to be excited walking Suigetsu outside.
"Thanks for staying." Karin said softly, barely meeting Suigetsu's gaze.
Suigetsu smirked before pinning Karin against the outside wall, kissing her fiercely, his teeth grazed her mouth. Karin refused entrance until grabbed her left thigh with his right hand making her gasp. Suigetsu moaned into Karin's mouth and she quickly broke away.
"Suigetsu, please you need to take it slow." Karin said, wiping Suigetsu's kiss away with her left hand.
"Look Karin, I feel like I'm going to lose you over your ex-boyfriend, I hate that he is around more than me." Suigetsu said.
Karin frowned. "Suigetsu we've only been dating 2 days." she said.
Suigetsu glared. "Whatever." he said before he quickly stormed off.
Karin sighed deeply and walked inside.
"Sweetheart I'm gonna have some drinks down stairs with Fugaku and Mikoto, let me know if you need anything." Kimi said.
Karin nodded softly before walking up her stairs and she opened her bedroom door with her left hand and was shocked when she saw Sasuke laying upon it looking bored.
"Sasuke?" Karin asked.
Karin shut her door softly with her left hand before laying beside Sasuke on her bed on the left side, mimicking him.
"Tough night?" Sasuke asked.
"I think Suigetsu is trying to move too fast, I mean he shoved his tongue down my throat-" Karin said but was cut off to a growl.
Karin turned facing Sasuke and his fangs were sticking out.
"Tomato, I'm going to tear his fucking throat out!" Sasuke said.
Karin flinched at Sasuke's words and he began to stand up and heading for the door.
"No!" Karin said grabbing Sasuke's right sleeve with both hands.
Sasuke turned to Karin anger in his eyes.
"I told him to take it slow, if he doesn't then I will let you, until then just don't." Karin said, pleading.
Sasuke frowned at Karin before sighing. "Alright tomato, but only because I care about your feelings." he said.
Karin smiled and reached for Sasuke's right hand with her left hand. "Will you stay with me until I fall asleep?" she asked.
Sasuke grinned. "I'd be honored." he said.
Karin slipped in her bed and Sasuke joined her on the right side. Karin snuggled into Sasuke's right side and he played with her hair with his left hand until she fell asleep.
"I really needed to figure this out, I couldn't keep them both..." Karin thought.
