Chapter 9: Lunch Lessons Part 2

"Lucy went to Penn State for college with scholarship, saying that Pennsylvania is the closest she could get to Transylvania. She studied Mortuary Science, and was in her final year of getting her BS:MS*." said Lincoln.

FLASHBACK: Backyard Loud House

"Ass fucking baby murdering piece of dog shit. I don't think I will be able to stay in the same room with that... fuck. Just hearing his fucking voice my mind returns to piece that part of the dream. 'Luna I forbid you from having a child while under my roof.' Like it's some sort of privilege. Then 'You sick depraved bastard. Fucking your own sister. You are no son of mine.' Right before he hit me so hard I blacked out. And poor Luna the miscarriage of Baby Albert hurt her so much I wanted nothing more then to sneak into the prison and murder that... GAH." Lincoln roared to the sky as he finished his quiet ranting. Lucy having followed him out of the house heard most of his rant and was in tears.

"Lincoln?" Lucy spoke softly. Lincoln turned quickly to face her his face losing all color and all thoughts of the anger that held sway less then five seconds age left him.

"How much did you hear?" Lincoln whispered softly.

"Enough." Lucy replied. "You are my brother and always will be. Nothing that has happened, is happening, or might happen in the future will change that. I love you... maybe even as much as Luna loves you, maybe even more then that. But know that even if you don't see me that way I will always be your sister and will always love you." Before she launched herself at his stomach and cried while holding onto him for dear life.

"You love... me?" Lincoln asked trying to comprehend what he had heard. Lucy continued to cry into his stomach as she nodded her head. Lincoln raised his arms to hug Lucy tightly. "I don't know what to say." Lincoln responded. "Could you give me some time to think about what you said and talk with Luna before I say anything? Mind you the Luna in my dream was Bi-curious and once invited Luan to our bed so I don't know if she will have a problem with sharing with you or not." Lucy slowly stopped sobbing and looked up at Lincoln the soft light of Hope sparkling in her bright baby blue eyes. She nodded again before wiping her tears away on her sleeve. "Lets go back inside, just promise to help me if I seem to be losing my temper, kay?" Lincoln asked getting yet another nod from the emotional girl.

FLASHBACK END

"As for something bad she did, well... Does convincing a swarm of bats to periodically sneak into a prison and drop guano on a person that killed your unborn niece or nephew count as bad?" Lincoln asked.

Everyone turned to look at Lucy who just stared back at them through her bangs. They all shrugged and dropped it. "Me next." clapped Lana excitedly.

"Lana helped found the Future Agriculturalist of America club in the high school and raised a pot bellied pig that won first place in the state fair. I wasn't around to see her do anything bad." Lincoln explained, getting a round of curious glances from half of the sisters. Luna, Luan, Lucy, and Lisa could easily guess just where Lincoln was.

"Where..." Leni began to ask before Lola cut her off.

"My turn." Lola stated glaring harshly at Leni.

"Lola you, dear princess, became prom queen and captain of the cheerleading squad. And aside from the normal High school angst the only thing I ever heard bad about you was that you where caught with your boyfriend by Mom." Lincoln stated.

"And how exactly is that bad?" Lola asked getting angry that everyone was laughing at her expense.

"You sure you wanna know?" Lincoln asked. Seeing Lola nod Lincoln sighed and continued. "You where in an state of undress inappropriate for girls your age." Lincoln said succinctly.

"Oh..." Lola said her whole face turning red in embarrassment.

"What state did she go to with the boy? Finlandistan?" Leni asked not understanding the terminology that Lincoln used. Luan leaned over and whispered in Leni's ear causing Leni's eyes to widen. "She was nakey!?" Leni whispered softly in shock.

"Moving on." Lincoln said getting everyone's attention again. "Lisa graduated high school Valedictorian at the age of 8 and graduated MIT with two doctorates at the age of 12." Lincoln stated smiling at his genius sister. "As for something bad she did the only thing that comes to mind is an experiment she was preforming that would prevent any children I might one day have from being sick. It worked mind you but I would have preferred not being shot in the junk with a syringe dart." Lisa rolled her eyes at Lincoln.

"As for Lily she became the best big sister aunt in all of history." Lincoln said with a wistful far away look on his face. "Lily was and is the best of all of us. Lori's protectiveness, Leni's gentleness, Luna's love for music, Luan's playfulness, Lynn's determination, My organization, Lucy's poetic literacy, Lana's caring, Lola's character, and to a lesser degree Lisa's intelligence. All of these things helped out when taking care of little baby Liberty Isabell Loud. In the thirteen years of her life not once did she ever let any thing get her down. She looked right in the face of a baby killer and told him off. That may have been the only 'Bad' thing but since all of us were there at the time and she was in no danger it wasn't that bad." At this point all eyes, save Lincolns, turned towards Lily wide and unblinking until.

"Wait a sec..." Lynn Jr. started. "What do you mean Lily was an aunt? and Who the heck is Liberty Isabell?"

Lincoln started laughing. "Liberty Isabell Loud, Granddaughter of Rita and Lynn Loud Sr. Niece to Lori, Leni, Luna*, Luan, Lynn, Lucy, Lana, Lola, Lisa, and Lily loud. Was the light of my life, along with my wife of course. She had a streak of my white hair just over her right eye, and her mother's eyes. We had just held her third birthday party here when I woke up in the hospital."

"WHAT!?" Everyone cried out in surprise. Luna in confusion. Then Luan started laughing, she laughed so hard she fell out of her chair and started to roll on the floor.

"Like what is so totes funny Luan?" Leni asked.

"Only Lincoln would find a way to make his daughters name not only pretty and meaningful, but also hilarious at the same time."

"How is Liberty Isabell funny?" Lola asked confused. This caused Luan to burst into another round of uncontrollable giggles.

"Well for one, while it is a beautiful name if you separate it into two part it has different meanings. Liberty Bell, for one the meaningful part, and..." Luan explained before bursting into a third round of giggles. "Is. A. Bell. Loud. HA HA Hahahahahahahaha..." of course when every one else put the pieces in places the laughter became contagious. Lincoln just smiled at Luna who quietly chuckled under her breath.

"Let me guess, you let Luan pick the middle name?" Luna whispered quietly.

"Nope." Lincoln replied. "I picked the first name, her middle name was yours to pick but in the 6 months after we learned she was a girl you couldn't think of anything to go with Liberty so you let Luan pick at the last second just after your water broke." Lincoln whispered back.

"Should we tell her?" Luna asked quietly.

"I should, as far as they know you are just another aunt." Lincoln replied.

"Technicality, being the aunt of your own daughter." Luna grumbled to Lincolns smiling face.

"Lu-aaann" Lincoln said in sing song to get her attention.

"Yeah Lincoln?" she said after catching her breath.

"Why are you laughing? You were the one who gave her that middle name." Lincoln said smugly.

"Whaa..." Luan started as her brain malfunctioned after hearing this piece of news.

"My wife couldn't think of a middle name that went with Liberty during the whole of her pregnancy and since you were her closest gal pal she gave you carte blanche to choose Liberty's middle name." Lincoln explained. Luan's mouth dropped open as she stared at him dumb struck. Everyone else was trying to figure out what possible friend of Luan's could be Lincoln's wife.

"Wait!" Leni called out getting everyone's attention. "What about Mom and Dad?" Lincoln shook with a sense of terror and rage 'How do I answer this without hurting any of my sister's feelings?' then it came to him.

"Well good things that happened to them. Mom's book 'The Adventures of The White Bunny' sold hundreds of thousands of copies making her very rich. Dad managed to start a line of frozen dinners called Lynners." Then his rage started to get the better of him as he grit his teeth so hard they creaked in his ears. Lucy placed her hand on his arm to calm him down. Taking a deep breath he continued. "As for something bad they did, well that is one of those adult things that I don't want to talk about. Suffice to say that even though it was a dream and it hasn't and may never happen I still feel the pain from what they did." Lincoln finished harshly. All sound in the house stilled save the sizzle of meat on the stove. No a single one of the girls could actually picture their parents doing something as bad as Lincoln was describing.

'What the hell did we do?' Lynn Sr. asked himself in his head. 'What could we have possibly done to cause him pain? Unless he is referring to my being the cause of Luna's miscarriage. Lincoln is the closest to Luna, maybe even closer then Luan. Is that the reason? He hates me for something I did to Luna? What kind of fracked dream did he have? Just thinking about hurting Luna causes me to want to throw up. I never told them about my father being abusive did I? Maybe I did and his dream mixed it up so I was the abusive one. GAH Fracking Crudstones. I need to just find time to talk to him about it.'

"What about you Wincoln?" Lily asked.

"Well I already explained that I had a baby girl named Liberty, and that I got married to someone who is friends with Luan. So I supposed a good thing that happened to me was I got a job where I worked maybe three or four days a month and made enough money that my wife and I could live in a beautiful 3 story house with a pool, hot tub, two car garage and still have enough left over for date nights." Lincoln couldn't help but brag. "As for something bad I did... There were a few things that could be classified as 'bad'." Lincoln said doing air quotes with his fingers. "Though I suppose the one I regret the most is leaving all of you to follow Luna after what happened to her here."

End Chapter

I want to thank all of you for your supportive words and patience.

*As for Lincoln calling Luna Liberty's aunt, Technically she is as she is his sister and he is Liberty's father. And Technically it was dream Luna who was Liberty's mother.

I Hope you enjoy this short chapter I will work on getting a longer chapter out to you guys as soon as I can.
