Dear lord! Finally, I manage to finish this thing. It took WAY longer than I initially thought. I am really unsure how this Chapter ended so I would be grateful if you would tell me your honest opinion of this chapter. Also, I would like to say that I won't start writing the next Chapter for a while because I will go back in order to watch the whole Thriller Bark Arc from the beginning in order to remind me in which order did the event happened in that Arc since that caused lot trouble while writing this chapter. ..

Chapter 03
Beginning of a Journey
Cell is currently walking with the straw hat's toward's house they were staying. He is walking calmly while Luffy had a wide grin and was holding his hand's behind his head.
Nami is walking while his head pointing toward's the ground and hand's hanging while still crying anime tear's and sulking.
Zoro and Sanji had there normal expression's. Chopper is nervously darting his eyes between Cell and what's in front of him and Robin is only smiling like she usually doe's.
Cell turn's toward's Chopper who stiffens when they made eye contact. "You have been darting you're eyes back and forth. Is there something on my face?" Cell askes.
Chopper only student's."Well... no... I..Just.. aaah. Ahahaha" Chopper laughs nervously while blushing and rubbing back of his head and Cell only sigh's.
" You know. If there is something you want to ask just ask." He says with closed eyes. Chopper only tap's his hoove's together."Well, I'm just curious that what exactly are you?"
Cell only opens his eyes rub his chin while the rest of the crew turned to toward's them interested in Cell's answer."I guess I should tell you since we going to travel together now on.
"He moves his hand away from his chin and turn's to Chopper." You see... I'm an android." Cell states leaving few of them confused and rest of them with slightly widened eye's.
"Android? what's an android Luffy asks. Turning toward's Robin. "Android's are machine's that are made to resemble a human being." She answers.
"You mean like Franky!?" Luffy asks excitedly. "Robin only smiled and turned toward's Luffy.
"Not quite Luffy. Franky is a cyborg. A human that has been reinforced with metal and sometimes weapon's build inside there body. Meanwhile, androids are made from scratch."
Robin then turn's back toward's Cell. " But what I find weird is that talking with you don't feel like talking to a machine but a real person."
Cell only chuckles. "You are the second person to point that out today. First, being Luffy's grandfather."
Cell then crosses his arms over his chest and continued. "Reason for that is. Like I told Garp I'm a bio-mechanical android."
Cell looked around observing there reaction's almost all of them had shocked reactions. Luffy is tilting his head with a confused look.
Cell look's at him for before sighing and shaking his head. " Simply said I'm artificial life-form." Luffy only rubs his chin before giving a wide smile.
"In other word's you are mystery android. Ha ha ha." He says with a strange laugh. Entire group sweatdrops expect Robin who laughs.
"Yeah.. sure...Why not." Cell says while letting his head drop and rubbing his eyes with his right hand.
He then raises his head and turns back toward's straw hats"But I have one thing I won't ask all of you one little thing? "
Zoro turn's to Cell." oh and what might that be?" He says with a bored tone. "Well, there is one thing I hate. And that is when my appearance is compared to an insect.
Cell then turn toward's Zoro. "Like you Zoro. When you called me a green bug man during my fight with Garp"
Cell give's Zoro a small glare causing him to retreat his head back little. "Wait you heard that?" Nami askes with a shocked look.
Cell only closes he is with a smug smirk." Well, my ears can hear pretty much anything about a mile away."
While they were chatting they had arrived at the house they were staying at with marine's waiting for them while fixing the hole Garp had punched into a wall.
Garp was watching when the wall is being fixed. He then notices Luffy and the rest. "So you finally came back." Garp then turns to look Cell.
"And you seem to have made a new friend." His grin never left his face. Cell only stares at him with a clear shock in his eyes. He then recovers and speaks.
"Okay, Garp?" His grin turns into a line and he blinks few times. "Yes?" Garp asks a slightly confused tone.
"When I defeated you with that Kiho attack. I knew that it wasn't enough to kill you. But it did much less damage than I had anticipated. Just what is it you're made of."
He asks from Garp with serious expression and tone. Garp copies Cell' expression for a minute before turning back to a wide grin.
"Well, what can I say. I'm made of sterner stuff than most." Garp shrugs while he says this. Cells eyes narrow slightly.
"Avoiding the question huh? Oh well if he doesn't want to answer then it can't be helped." Cells eyes turn towards the ground.
"But still this is a second strange thing that has happened. First, being when he manages to predict my moves despite not being able to follow my movement's and now this."
He then crosses his hands and closed his eyes. "I know this could be bit far fetched but why do I feel like there is a connection between two."
Garp then turns to Luffy. "By the way, I heard that you met your father." Luffy only looks confused.
"Huh. Father? what do you mean father? I have a father?" He askes with a questioning tone. Garp starts to dig his nose with a grin.
"What. So he didn't introduce himself then? He saw you off in Logue town." Nami, Sanji and Zoro look at Garp with a shocked look.
While Cell and Robin had there normal expression's and Chopper has the look of interest. "Luffy's father was in that town?" Sanji says with a slightly shocked tone.
"I wonder what kind of man is he. Luffy's father." Nami wonder next to Sanji. Garp turn's around from the group.
"your father's name is Monkey D Dragon. The revolutionary." Garp's word create a moment of silence before loud."Eeeeeeeh!"
Erupted from all people who heard Garp's word's expect Cell and Luffy. Later only blinks a few times with a confused look.
Cell, on the other hand, has his eyes closed and his teeth clenched while covering his ears which are still ringing from the group scream from earlier.
Helmeppo has fallen down on his butt while Coby is still standing with his leg's and hand are spread apart and they have their eye wide and mouth's gaping open.
"Luffy is that Dragon's son?!" Coby says with a shocked voice. "Then Dragon is vice-admiral Garp's son!? What's with this family!?" Helmeppo shouts while grabbing his head with both hands.
Luffy turns his head towards his friend's. "Hey what is wrong with everyone?" Sanji looks at Luffy and shouts.
"You idiot! How can you not know Dragon's name!" Nami steps forward with a furious look and tone.
"Your father is...is... an outrageous man!" She shouts. Luffy only stares at them before turning to Robin.
"Robin?" He says with a questioning tone. Robin had a troubled look while holding her chin with her right hand. "How should I put this."
She then turns towards Luffy. "Usually Pirate's won't try to overthrow the World Government. But currently, there is such force on the move and that would be Revolutionary Army and man in the center of that force is Dragon."
Robin then crosses his arm's and continue's"He is considered the most dangerous criminal in the entire world."
Cell who is listening with great interest. "That sound's like really powerful person indeed." He states with a small smile and excitement in his voice.
Garp who is still digging his nose suddenly stops like he just realised something."Ah." He turns around with sweatdrop while scratching his head.
"I probably shouldn't have said any of that." Everyone only looks at the Garp dumbfounded while he laughs and finishes his sentence. "So...Forget all of it."
Everyone stiffens and turns completely white while there jaw's drop to the ground expects Luffy, Cell and Robin. Luffy only stared at his grandfather while Robin and Cell sweated dropped.
Garp then turns toward's straw hats again. "Well my business here is pretty much done and I only came here as an escort so I'm not going to capture you here. As for the headquarters. I come up with some excuse so don't worry about them."
Then on a man dressed in a black suit with a brown jacket on his shoulders along with Fedora that shadows his eye's step's toward's Garp.
He has grass on his mouth and katana on his waist. "How about instead of telling an excuse. You just tell them that they got away."
He says with the serious tone while Garp didn't seem to even pay any attention to the man. "Well, we are leaving now since that wall has been fixed."
Luffy only nods and raises his hand."Okay Bye." He says only to receive left hook from furious Garp straight to the cheek who yelled. "TOO FAST!"
Luffy fly's grinding the ground leaving a small trail while Garp places his leg in front of him while shaking his fist.
"Care a little you fool! It's you're grandfather you haven't seen in a long while!" Luffy jumps back to his feet "WHAT YOU MEAN! ALL YOU EVER DONE IS HIT ME!"He yells back.
"I STILL WANT TO BE LOVED BY MY GRANDSON YOU IDIOT!" Straw hat's stares at the exchange with sweat drops. "That selfishness must be a family trait," Nami states while the rest of the crew nods in agreement.
Hour's past after marine's had left and it was getting dark Sanji had left shopping for food in town and Cell was talking with his new friends while leaning again's the wall.
"Well well. You people seem to have been through a lot in you're an adventure." He says to Luffy.
Who is sitting on a chair with his legs crossed and with his hands placed where his feet are connected."Shishishi. Right."
Cell then turn's toward's rest of his new friend's. "All of you have quite a past and ambition's," He says with a smirk after hearing about all the adventure's they had taken part in so far.
"By the way Cell." Nami who is sitting over a table and leaning on it with his shoulder's. Cell turn toward's her. "Yeah what is it?"
"You said that you joined us in order to fulfil your own goal right?" Nami askes while leaning to the palm of her hand.
"Yes, I did." Cell says while and looking at Nami. "So what is this goal of you'rs." Cell turns towards the roof. "My goal is to find it."
Cells answer causes all of the currently present people to tilt their heads and question mark appear above there heads while letting out a questioning. "Huh?" At the same time.
"How the hell does that make any sense?!" Zoro only states slightly annoyed at Cell vague answer.
Cell only lets out a sigh and rubs back of his head with his right hand while holding his waist with his left one. "I guess I should have been more clearly what I meant. Sorry about that." Cell raises his hand.
He then Crosses his arm's again and start's to explain what has happened to him after he woke up in the middle of the ocean.
After his explanation all of the straw hat's have a thought full expression's on there face.
"So you have amnesia?" Zoro asks who is sitting across from Luffy with his arm's crossed and his left leg on top of his right knee sideway's.
Cell nod's and Zoro then place's his right hand behind the chair and hold his hand front of him with his palm pointing upward's.
"What kind of genius would make an android that can have amnesia?" Zoro askes. "He should have made it impossible to happen."
Robin turn's her head toward's Zoro. "I don't think that's possible. Since despite being made Mr. Android is still organic like a regular human so making them immune to amnesia is basically impossible."
Zoro only grinches while Cell tilt's his head to a nickname Robin gave him. "Mr. Android?" He mutters to himself.
The door then opens with Sanji steps in while holding grocery bag on his left hand. "I'm back people. Did I miss everything?" He askes while waving his hand.
Luffy jump's up from his chair and point's his finger at Sanji. "Oy Sanji you're late! I really hunger overhear!" He yells with an annoyed tone.
A tick mark appears on Sanji's forehead he then shakes his fist to Luffy with completely white eye's and extremely sharp teeth.
"Shut it Luffy!" He then points his finger at Luffy. "Who's fault you think is it that I had to go food shopping because certain someone ate all the food in the fridge!?"
Before Luffy could continue the argument with some ridiculous argument. Cell walked between them."Alright, stop that pointless fighting. Food doesn't cook itself."
Sanji calms down and takes his cigarette out of his mouth and lets out a puff of smoke. "Yeah you're right I can deal with those idiots whining later."
He then walks to the kitchen. Cell then turns back to Luffy. "So as we speak this Franky fellow is working on a new ship for us and it would be ready in a week?"
Luffy only gives a wide grin and laugh's "Shishishi. Yep." Cell then closes his eye and turns towards the window.
After while Sanji had finished and the crew was starting to gather around the table except for Cell who is still looking outside of the window.
"Hey, Cell it's time to eat," Sanji calls out to him causing him to turn back. "It's lunchtime it's time to eat." Sanji walks to him with a plate of food on his hand.
Cell turn's fully from the window towards Sanji and look's at the plate. "Since you're bio-mechanical you should be able to eat normally right?"
Cell closes his eyes moment before answering his question. "Yes I can eat but I can't get hungry. When I eat all the food is simply used to replenish my energy faster."
He then turns back towards the window. He then closes his eyes and sigh's before opening them and turning back to Sanji and taking the plate.
"Okay, then I shall join you to your feasting." Sanji gives a wide smile. As both of them walk to the table.
But because Cell's wing's he sits on a stool instead of the chair on the end of the table.
Week passes and Group was getting ready to pack as the there new ship was ready and they could continue there travels over the sea.
"Okay is everyone ready to go?" Luffy asks as he looks at his crew who were in the middle of gathering their stuff expect Cell who was just standing there with his right arm holding a piece of paper with his left hand which is leaning on his right hand that is crossed the front of his chest.
Sanji and Chopper where some reason curled up and sulking. Cell moved his eyes from the piece of paper towards the Sanji and Chopper.
He then closes his eyes and sighs. "How long are two of you going to depress you can't change the past you know. Not that you could have effect something like that anyway..."
Sanji and Chopper turn to him with furious looks. "Shut up!" Both of them shout at him at the same time.
Both of them then move in front of him. "Only reason you say that this because you have real picture/Bounty on your poster!" Both of them then show two other pieces of paper in front of him that turn out to be wanted posters.
Sanji poster instead of having a taken picture it had quite drawing on it. Sanji's lips were drawn quite big and his eyes were also big and they were staring blankly forward.
Below the picture was text Dead or Alive below that was Sanji written on it with huge letters and his bounty was 77,000,000 beri.
"Which part of this looks like me Huh!?" While he rages Zoro walks behind with his bag over his shoulder. "It looks exactly like you."
Sanji then suddenly jumps right next to Zoro and starts talking in complete gibberish. Zoro could only sweatdrop as he turned towards Sanij. "I can't understand a word your saying."
Sanji then falls to his knees while placing his palms to the ground and begins to cry. "I will be laughing stock of all the ladies..."
Same time Chopper showed Cell his wanted poster to him. His hand actually picture that showed Chopper licking his lips and his holding front of him cotton candy.
His bounty was 50 beri. "I fought like a real man! I have an objection to this 50 beri!" he shouts while waving his free hand.
Cell then crosses both of his hands. "Your objection doesn't really matter, does it? Now honestly you really can't blame them for giving this amount to you. Face it you only have your own looks to blame for that."
Chopper lets both of his hands down allowing them to just hang in the air as he started to cry.
Cell then raises his left hand and focus his attention back on his own wanted poster.
As a picture was of cell face from the side as for the bounty on his head is 190,000,000 Beri.
"So now I even have a bounty on my head too..." Hi then starts to remember what had happened yesterday when straw hats wanted poster was published to the world.
Flashback
Frankys two followers Kiwi and Mozu hand come by to tell straw hats to tell them that Galley-la and Franky were putting finishing touches on the ship and it was going to be sail ready tomorrow.
"Really! is that true!?" Luffy asks with a huge grin. Kiwi and Mozy both nod. "Yes, it's true. Your ship will be sail ready by tomorrow."
Luffy then begins to laugh. "Shishishishi. That's great we can finally continue our journey." Straw hats begin to smile while Cell had a smirk on his face.
All of a suddenly male voice shout can be heard from the outside gaining everyone's attention. "Straaw haat!"
After hearing the shout entire crew along with Kiwi and Mozu. Towards the house is running a group of men who are dressed quite strangely and seem to be injured.
Their clothing consisted of black metal pants that cover them from belove their chest besides their legs. They are held up by suspenders. On them is a huge blue star on them.
Man who is running in front of the group is average height man with short black hair that goes upwards. And he is wearing glasses with red lenses on his left eye.
Top of his strange armour is open yellow t-shirt with lots of orange stars plastered all over it.
"Franky family?" Luffys says confused. Soon as Franky family reaches the front of them they stop and fall down exhausted.
Kiwi and Mozu step forward. "Zambai why are you all such a hurry?" Kiwi says slightly confused why they are so troubled.
Mozu continues. "You are out of breath?" Zambai falls to his knees exhausted. "Actually we just heard about it." He sais as his face is facing the ground.
He then raises his head and face them. "have you seen the wanted posters!?" he asks in great panic.
"Wanted posters?" Luffy responds slightly confused before Zambai continues. "You have been given an unexpected bounty straw hat." This info seems to give Luffy a slightly serious look in his eye.
"Also, everyone else has received one as well!" He continued. This info caused all of them to widen their eyes to expect Cell who narrowed his instead.
"Me too?! Alright!" Sanji shouts excited. "Me too!" Nami is more shocked about the news. "Me too!" Chopper says as the smoke is blown out of his nose.
"When you say all of us did that include me as well?" Cell asks as he takes a few steps forward while his arms are crossed.
Zambai nods. "Yes, there is one for you too but instead of talking about it. How about you see it for your self."
As he says this he takes out stacks of paper lays them on the ground. On the ground is now laying eight wanted posters.
"Straw hat Luffy. Bounty 300,000,000 beri." Lufyy throws both of his fist in the air. " Haahahaha! It went up!"
" Pirate Hunter Zoro Bounty 120,000,000 beri." Zoro only makes a pleased smirk. "Hm."
"Burglar cat Nami Bounty 16,000,000 Beri." After seeing the image that was in poster She places both of her hand on her cheeks with look of udder shock and horror. "No way!"
The picture was taken behind her left shoulder showing her pinwheel tattoo while she was wearing a swimsuit. By the looks of it, she was posing to the camera.
"Cotton Candy Lover Chopper (Pet) Bounty 50 Beri." Chopper mouth hangs open as snot comes out of his nose and his eyes have turned into white circles. "fifty..." Was the only thing that came out of his mouth.
"The Devil's Child Nico Robin Bounty 80,000,000 beri." Robin only smiles at the bounty without so much of a noise.
Next up is Sanji's poster which Sanji is staring with plate eyes and complete shock, confusion and bafflement. "Who is that..?"
"Black Leg Sanji (Attempt to take picture failed) Bounty 77,000,000 Beri. Sanji turns completely blue as he is little bit crouched with some sort of spirit floating above his head. Meanwhile, Nami falls to his knees.
Chopper on the other stays completely still paralyzed. "Fifty..." Luffy is crouched down with grin as he points one of the posters. "There is even one for Sogeking."
"Bionic Terror Cell Bounty 190,000,000 beri." Cell only looks at his bounty before closing his eyes.
Zambai then places both of his hands forward while waving them back and forth. "I-I know these were your motives and you have many many things to say each other but, please wait."
All of them focus on Zambai as he starts taking something out of his shirt. "What we're requesting, is here." He takes out another wanted poster and shos it to them.
"Please look at this." All of them looked at the poster. "Franky," Luffy says calmly.
"Cyborg Franky Bounty 44,000,000 beri." Kiwi and Mozy throw their hand into the air in shock.
"This is terrible brother has a bounty on his head!" Kiwi shouts. "It's terrible!" Mozy shouts afterwards.
"That's right," Zambai says calmly but troubled. "We somehow managed to avoid this, but brother couldn't..." He then looks at the ground sadly before raising it again.
"His life will be in danger if he stays here. If he gets caught this time we won't have the power to save him. Surely, the brother must be worried about us and doesn't want to leave the island."
All of the Straw hats listen carefully as he explains there problem expect Sanji and Chopper.
"That's why we all came to talk with you... Straw hats beg of you! Even if it's against his will, take him out to the sea!" Singel tear falls from his right eye.
"That man was a child of a pirate, to begin with!" He shouts as Luffy only stares at him.
Flashback End
"After we reach the ship is up to those Franky family to manage to get that Franky fellow there. Since he apparently hides so Luffy could ask him to join us since apparently he wouldn't be able to refuse."
just then Kiwi and Mozy voices could be heard from outside. "Straw hats it time!" Cell then begins to leave the house along with the rest expect Sanji who is just laying on the floor on his knees completely depressed.
Chopper stops and turns to Sanji before turning back to others. "What about Sanji?" Zoro turns to him for a moment before turning back to the exit with a smirk.
"Just leave that curly brow." Hearing that made Sanji turns towards him with razor-sharp teeth and furious eyes. "Huh?!"
After that, he follows the rest of them too. Outside Kiwi and Mozy are waiting. "let's go brother is waiting."
Luffy nods and turns to rest. "let's go, everyone!" They then leave towards the place their new ship is.
At the Scrap island
At the Scrap Island their ships being covered by a light brown cloth and front of it there are standing three people along with a light brown frog.
It has black long hair held in a chonmage hairstyle and he has a red loincloth. He has scars all over his body.
One is a tall man with a muscular build. He has long brown hair that's tied in a ponytail. He also has a light brown beard.
On his right shoulder, there is tattooed kanji for a shipwright and he also has crimson elbow pads. He is also wearing a brown tank-top.
On his feet, there are white trousers held by a brown belt. He also has standard shoes.
Next to him is a shorter man with blond hair pulled back and he is wearing a black open jacket with "1" attached back of it.
Beneath it is a yellow shirt with a completely white bullseye mark on it. On his forehead is set of orange goggles and on his mouth is a single cigar.
And the last of the tree has blue hair with a white bandage tied around his forehead. He is wearing a brown vest with a white long sleeved buttoned shirt.
And light brown pants with black vertical lines. "Franky we are here!" Luffy shouts as they approach the site gaining the attention of the four.
"They're here..." Blue haired man said as he turned around watching as straw hats approaching them.
Their attention is drawn to the huge object covered by a huge cover. "Is that it?" Luffy asks.
Straw hats stop right in front of the group. Luffy looks around trying to find someone. "Where's Franky?" Luffy asks from the blue-haired man.
Cell attention is then focused towards the conversation along with the rest of the straw hats. "That must be Iceburg. Mayor of the Water seven."
He thought as he started to pay attention to the conversation. "Soon as the ship was finished he picked his things and left."
He then turns around walks to the covered ship and takes hold of the cover with his right hand. "Since he isn't here I guess it falls on me to reveal what has been created."
As he talks he takes hold of cover with his left hand and pull the cover off. Cell raises his brow while the rest of the straw hats were looking at awe.
Beneath the cover is a brig sloop type of ship with a lion figurehead that seemed like a sunflower and on each side of it, there were two paws with three claws.
On the lawn of the ship, there is a garden and the ship had to total of two mast's with the center one having a crows nest shaped like a huge room with a roof and of course top of it there is a black flag with Straw hat's Jolly Rodger.
All of the crew members look at awe at the ship while Cell looks at the ship definitely impressed but slightly confused.
"Why do I feel like I'm looking at some sort of a figure?"Cell thoughts as he scratches his chin.
He then hears shouting coming from the city while Luffy had come back inspecting the ship seem to be talking with Iceburg about something.
"Hmm?" He turns towards the city and focuses on listening. "Eek!/ Pervert/ Franky has gone berserk!" What he hears causes him to raise his none existing eyebrow.
Then he hears an extremely angry man shouting. "Give me back my underwear you bastards!" He then sweatdrops. "Okay, I so did not need to hear that..."
He then stops listening and turns towards Luffy as Iceberg seems to have finished telling him something. "If you want him to join your crew you have to force him to he would be too stubborn otherwise to do what he really wants."
Luffy who is leaning against the railing with both of his hands top of it along with his chin. Looking at Iceberg.
"What are you two talking about?" Cell askes gaining their attention. "I was asking where Franky is so I could ask him to join my crew."
Cell then turns towards him completely and then points towards water 7. "In that case, I think he is the guy who is running around the city without his underwear I'm not sure why but what I heard a group of people stole them for some reason."
Luffy looks at the direction where Cell points. While Iceberg looks at Cell who in turns look at him. "Hmm, what is it? You wanna say something?" Cells askes calmly.
Iceberg simply closes his eye before looking towards the water seven. "It's nothing."Cell then stares at him until he hears something and he begins to look at the same direction as he continues to listen.
His eyes narrow before turning to Luffy. "Hey, Luffy." He says getting his attention. "Hmm? What is it?" He askes calmly.
"It seems that Franky is about to catch up to those followers of his. Since you want to make him the ships shipwright shouldn't you go give them hand? At this rate, they won't be able to get here in time..."
Luffy only stares et Cell for a moment. He then looks at Zoro and Sanji who were standing behind him.
"Zoro, Sanji lets go." He says before starting to run towards the city. Zoro and Sanji only nod before jumping down from the ship and running after their captain.
Cell looks at the three of them as they get smaller and smaller. "Man things about getting difficult." He thinks before starting to walking towards the ship and then jumps aboard it on the back rear of the ship.
He then walks next to the wall before turning around and begins to float on the air while having his legs crossed and his hand connected the front of the abdomen.
He then closes his eyes and faint aura appears around. His eyes the shot open as he sensed familiar ki appearing another side of the island. "What the..?"
He then stands up "This is..?" Meanwhile on the other side of water seven familiar ship with a hound figurehead approaching.
"Why is he here again..?" He mutters to himself before narrowing his eyes. "I have a bad feeling about this."
