Keep in mind that the "vs" in the title doesn't necessarily mean they'll fight each other. It's meant more in the vein of sentai teamups where the team before the versus is the "home" team and the one after it is the "visiting" team. Five years after the defeat of Xandred, a mysterious letter shows up on Jayden's doorstep, the Samurai are thrust into someone else's conflict!

24. Enter, His Malevolence!

Chapter 24: Enter, His Malevolence!

Back at their hideout, a portal shaped like a giant pair of saloon doors appeared, as foot soldiers resembling the first batch of Kibaoni henchmen marched through, but dressed like cowboys instead of ashigaru, armed with lever-action rifles and a pair of six-shooters at their waists. They all lined up on either side of the portal and stood at attention as Libra and Enter stood there nervously. The others from Zawame were eagerly awaiting just who their master was.

Wearing the helmet of Gengetsu Kibaoni, and a black mantle with a ninja outfit underneath it, His Malevolence Lord Jahoshi stepped through the portal.

"Your Malevolence, we were so close! Give us another chance, and we'll" Libra started to say before a blast of electricity shot from Jahoshi's hands, dropping him to his knees.

"Is it that HARD to capture even one sentai team or one group of Riders?" Jahoshi asked. "Every day, those damned heroes are trying to stop me. They keep looking for more allies in the Crazyverse to use against me. Plus recruiting other villainous factions to assist our cause is easier said than done. So, I need ringers; this universe's Super Sentai teams and Kamen Riders to fight the good ones back home. Enter, I sent you here to accomplish this task, but you fell short. I pull Libra off his recruitment campaign and have him bring Leo and Scorpio to back him up, but does that get anything done? No!"

Jahoshi's eyes glowed purple, as he let both Enter and Libra have it with electrical bolts.

"Any more excuses?"

"Majeste, as I explained to Monsieur Libra when he first arrived, they are familiar with one another, and going after one only gets the others to come to their aid!"

"What about when I loaned you Bangray?"

"Oh, that plan is Sengoku's fault!"

Another burst of electricity struck Enter as Jahoshi's eyes glowed purple again.

"I wasn't asking whose fault it was, I was asking what happened?!"

"Well, we had Monsieur Bangray use his ability to pull foes from each of our adversaries' heads that they hadn't encountered, they found a way around it! The Gaiark Crime Minister was taken out by those accursed Go-Busters, and Monsieur Gremlin was tricked by Monsieur Orange and his friends! They must have talked to Monsieur Magie!"

In yet another fit of rage, Jahoshi gave Enter another dose of electroshock therapy.

"Dammit Enter! Will you please use their actual names for once?!"

"Toutes mes excuses, Majeste. Wizard."

"Ah yes, the Ringed Magician of Hope. What did they do, exactly?"

"He must have told them that Monsieur Gremlin does not like being called that and about his hatred of girls with long black hair and white dresses because they used one to lure him into a trap!"

"Your Malevolence, forgive me for interrupting, but we also used Bangray to make a copy of Sagittarius, but he never returned. We have no idea what happened to him."

"Now, what exactly did you do after I threatened to come here if you failed again?"

"That Tenma fellow sent that squid with a speech impediment to bring us a peace offering of a monster," Libra explained.

"And?" Jahoshi asked.

"It went surprisingly well. It managed to capture nearly all the Riders and Sentai members in this city, except for our personal enemies, ironically. Unfortunately, they asked the Samurai for help and took him down." Libra explained.

"Now that you're here, what is your plan, Majeste?"

Jahoshi replied by electrocuting them both again.

"I'M STILL WORKING ON IT!"

Back at the hotel pool, Yoko and J.K. were on the lookout for Miu and Saki. But they had other plans than to join them. After using her Transpod to imitate Usada and jolt her out of a sound sleep, Yoko had been eager to get them back for it. After a few minutes of searching, they spotted Miu asleep on her stomach with her straps undone and Saki next to her with an open magazine on her lap and her head slumped to one side. Yoko pulled out a marker, and J.K. went to work with their sunscreen to write a message on Miu's back while Yoko made Saki look like a rabbit.

"Let's find a spot nearby so we can keep an eye on them," Yoko whispered to her boyfriend, and he nodded.

"Hey, J.K.? Mind waking me up when they do? I need to rest my eyes for a little while." Yoko asked.

"Sure thing."

Yoko propped her sunglasses on her forehead and closed her eyes.

While Yoko caught a few winks, JK checked for messages on his phone, discovering that his editor at the newspaper he worked had a request from the restaurant review section for him to write up a few words or so on all the themed restaurants in Panorama City that had to do with Japanese heroes. In addition to the one that had to do with Super Sentai and Kamen Riders, there was another that was kaiju themed, and another still that was anti-kaiju and about silver humanoids from outer space. Maybe later, he could bring Yoko and the Club to check one of them out for dinner.

Back at Mr. Brown's, Haruto once again was in the precarious position of being situated in between a trio of pretty girls in their poolside best, and doing his best not to stare as Mako, Kaoru, and Kotoha were simultaneously engaged in sun worship and sleeping off one of Takeru's mandatory morning workouts. Kaoru was lying on her back, earphones in with her arms folded behind her head and a smile of contentment on her face. Kotoha was mostly upright with her head slumped to one side, while Mako was on her stomach with her straps undone, her mouth wide open, snoring.

The silence was suddenly broken by the ringing of a Shoudouphone, and since all of them had the same ringtone, all three girls snapped out of their dozes and answered.

"It's mine." Kotoha clarified. "Hi Chiaki, how's the tournament going? Oh, I'm sorry you got beaten by some high school girl. I'm sure you did well though, right? You didn't make it past the first round? She must have gotten lucky, that's all. EHHH?! She's a professional gamer and makes a small fortune that she wants to use to buy stock in some video game company? Well, I'm sure she only wants a share or two. EHHH? She wants to be the majority shareholder after the CEO?"

"Um, Kotoha-chan? Just an observation, but I don't think you're making poor Chiaki feel any better." Haruto pointed out.

"You want to come back here? I'm sure you'll feel much better seeing us in our bikinis; Mako-san's looking especially good today."

Haruto got a look of total shock on his face at Kotoha's reply, while Mako gave her a look that could kill.

"Um, gotta go Chiaki…Mako wants to kill me now. Bye!"

"Kotoha? Have any more nuggets of wisdom you'd like to share with Chiaki?" Mako asked with her arms crossed.

Kotoha just grinned sheepishly and as innocently as possible.

"No, Mako-san."

"So, Kaoru-chan, I almost never see you without your earphones," Haruto asked, attempting to change the subject.

"Yeah…Tanba would never let me have one of these; he always wanted my ears available so he could lecture me on being the Princess." She lamented. "But Mako-san got this one for me before we left for Panorama, so it's one of my treasures. It's a shame though that even though my retainer acknowledged Takeru in the end, he's still as full of hot air as Chiaki is full of bad jokes." She said with a slight smile as Mako, and Kotoha laughed at her joke.

"So, what does the Princess like to listen to?" he asked, trying to get the subject off Tanba.

"A little of everything, I guess. I had no idea where to start, so I asked Mako-san, Kotoha-san and even our sempai and kouhai for recommendations."

"And?"

"I think Sakura-san may have gotten me hooked on ONE OK ROCK. I may also need to invest in wireless earphones so that I can drown out Tanba in secret. But I don't know if he'll get suspicious if I don't whack him with my fan every few sentences." She replied before yawning.

"Want me to let you try and grab a nap?"

"Yeah, thanks. I was just starting to fall asleep when Chiaki called. You'll wake us up if a kaijin's on the loose or Chiaki tries to prank us?" Kaoru asked as she laid back down and put a baseball cap with the logo of Panorama City's local semi-pro team on it over her face.

"Yep, I've got you covered."

Kaoru shimmied around to get comfortable before tucking her arms back behind her head and taking a deep breath to relax.

"Haruto-san? Is it true that you used to be a soccer player?" Kotoha asked.

He nodded in response.

"Oh, because Mako-san has been really interested in soccer games lately, I wonder if she wants to marry one…"

"Go back to sleep Kotoha…" Mako insisted.

"Talk to you later Haruto-san," Kotoha replied as she got comfortable and was asleep in minutes.

Down at the beach, a quartet of Samurai were also hard at work on their tans; at least Mia was as she snoozed away the day with her portable chaise tilted all the way back. Lauren, as usual, was trying to put together more about the ritual to revive Xandred, more specifically where and when. Sakura was on her stomach reading her novel while Suiren was very busy checking out all the boys on the beach playing games or playing in the surf, as the girls listened to music through a Bluetooth speaker.

"See anything you like Suiren?" Lauren asked.

"Not really. Any luck with that ritual?"

"I think I'm getting close. But what doesn't make sense is why the Nighlok haven't been very active lately. That monster we helped beat had elements of both, but I have no idea if it helped raise the water level o not. I'm not complaining about their inactivity, but I really think we're in the eye of the storm right now, and they're cooking up something big that's going to take more than just us, your sister, and Navcase to stop."

"Well, we've got your back, no matter what happens. Plus, you get to meet the rest of the Seishi and my other sisters."

Lauren flashed a small smile.

"I suppose that's something to look forward to. "

Suiren tilted her own chaise back a little and closed her eyes.

"Girl could get used to this…" she sighed.

"Um, Suiren?" Lauren asked.

"Huh?" she asked, pulling out her earbuds.

"Do you hear that" ?" Lauren asked.

Suiren listened carefully and heard what sounded like light snoring.

"That Mia?" Lauren asked, pointing to the Pink Samurai Ranger on her stomach, out like a light since they arrived.

"I know that sound anywhere. That's my sister sawing a log or two.""

Sakura was face down in her chair with her hat on backward, but she didn't seem to be reading at the moment. Lauren gave her a nudge to wake her up and asked her if her book was boring.

"No, why?" Sakura asked sleepily.

"No reason, other than we heard you snoring away."

Sakura sat up and brought the back of her chair up a little with a yawn.

"I must have needed a nap more than I thought. Well, no time like the present." She replied as she slipped her sunglasses into one of the pockets on her chair pulled her hat over her face and sighed.

"Don't worry, I'll wake you up if Tenma or the Nighlok decide to spoil our day."

"Thanks, Lauren." Suiren and Sakura said in unison.

Back at Bad Guy HQ, Jahoshi's many lieutenants were waiting patiently for their leader to come up with his plan.

"Question?" the professor asked.

"What is it Sengoku…" Libra replied.

"Does your master always stand on his head when he's planning?"

"Yes. And to disturb Jahoshi will incur His Malevolence's endless wrath."

"I'VE GOT IT!"

"What is your plan, Majeste?" Enter inquired.

"We first need to lure our enemies out so that I can test them. Escape, Scorpio! You shall come with me."

With a wave of his hand, his personal guard followed him out.

Minutes later, people ran in terror as Jahoshi's foot soldiers cleared a path for the three of them.

"Papa? Are you going to fill us in on your plan?" Escape asked.

"Of course!" Jahoshi replied, somewhat regretting altering her code to make her think he was Messiah when he revived the gun-toting avatar and Enter.

"I am going to assume my youkai form and make it look like I am a rampaging monster with you supervising the attack. When the heroes that are vacationing here in this city show up to stop us, we will give them a beat down they will never forget and hopefully be able to agree to my terms.

"And what terms would those be, your Malevolence?" Scorpio asked.

"I only have sixty percent of a plan, but it's still better than no plan at all, right?" Jahoshi answered.

"I am confident that you will come up with the other thirty percent soon, Papa." Escape assured her master.

"Well, let's get this party started, then!"

Back at the Space Kamen Rider Club Suite, the group was still anticipating Phillip's answer, when the Kaban alerted Kengo to a disturbance

"Looks like Scorpio and Escape are causing trouble with an unidentified kaijin. Kisaragi, Sakuta, if you could go investigate so, I can get a better idea of who else to send?"

Gentaro "Sure, Kengo! Leave it to us!" Gentaro replied, banging on his chest for emphasis.

The two Riders rode to the scene and found a most unusual sight.

"Well, there's Escape and Scorpio. Plus Dustards, and I have no idea who those other foot soldiers belong to." Ryuusei replied.

"Well, l guess we should pound them first and then figure out who they work for later!" Gentaro replied as he strapped on his Driver, while Ryuusei did the same and the two put them into standby mode.

Meteor, Ready?

At the sound, the enemy forces stopped what they were doing and looked at the two Riders.

Gentaro and Ryuusei stood ready to transform.

"Henshin!" they both called, as the smoke and rings that transformed Gentaro appeared and the beam from M-BUS struck Ryuusei.

"UCHUU…KITAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Gentaro bellowed, his voice carrying to the edge of the Milky Way as he did his pose, announcing, "Kamen Rider Fourze! Let's settle this man-to-man!"

"Kamen Rider Meteor!" Ryuusei began, giving a thumbs up and running it across his face "I will decide your fate."

Camera!

CAMERA ON

"What do you make of it, Kengo?" Gentaro asked as Ryuusei started to engage the foot soldiers.

"Looks like a youkai to me. I'll call Shiba and the rest of his team."

Luckily for Kengo, Takeru and Ryunosuke were at Genta's stand when they got the call.

"What is it Kengo?" Takeru asked.

"Kisaragi and Sakuta have encountered what looks like a youkai. Since your team has the most experience with them, could you please go and back them up?"

"We are on our way. Ryunosuke, please call Haruto. I am sure he is with Mako, Mother, and Kotoha by Mr. Brown's pool. Genta, please contact Chiaki and ask him to come to our location."

"Got it Take-chan!"

Back at Mr. Brown's, Haruto's phone vibrated as he answered the call from Ryunosuke.

"Not to worry, we'll be there as soon as we can." He replied as he ended the call, taking a quick glance at his poolside companions, who were all out like lights, especially Mako and Kousuke in his mayonnaise bottle swim trunks.

"Yoohoo, Priiiiiiincesssss…time to wake up Kaoru-chan..." Haruto started, giving her a nudge or two to her arm before she opened her eyes.

"Mmmm…hey Haruto-san…" she replied groggily as she lifted the visor.

"Sorry to wake you up Kaoru-chan, but Takeru needs us."

"Okay...give me a minute…." She yawned as she stretched, rubbed her eyes, and took a sip of the iced coffee on the table next to her. Meanwhile, Haruto started to wake up Kotoha, who was snoozing in the shade of an umbrella.

"Okay Kotoha, time to wake up…"

The second youngest of the Shinken Girls let out a long yawn and stretched her arms.

"Is Chiaki here…?" she asked sleepily.

"No, but we've got a youkai on the loose," Haruto explained.

"What about Mako-san?" Kotoha asked, pointing to the bikini-clad lumberjack next to her.

"For a samurai, Mako-san sleeps like a rock. It'll take forever to wake her up, let alone Kousuke-san." Kaoru reminded him.

"Well, we're in a hurry, so desperate times call for desperate measures," Haruto replied. "Um, would one of you tie her straps first, please?"

Gravity, Please!

Haruto levitated her over the deep end of the pool and then dropped her in, along with Kousuke.

"What the hell Haruto?!" Kousuke exclaimed as he swam to shore.

" Yeah, was that really necessary?" Mako added.

"Well, considering Gentaro and Ryuusei are fighting a youkai, Escape, and Scorpio all by themselves, and we're all over the place, I would say yes in this situation," Haruto answered.

"Fine, let's go then. Wouldn't want to keep Takeru waiting…" Mako said as she grabbed the pullover she was using as a pillow.

"Ryuusei, we could really use some help soon!" Gentaro called out as he used Billy the Rod to dispatch the foot soldier contingent.

"Kengo-kun says helps on the way! WOO…HWATCHA!"

A magic portal opened, and out stepped Haruto and the girls.

"The Hope Authorized by Providence is here!" Haruto quipped before Mako whacked him in the head.

"Ow! I said I was sorry about dropping you in the pool!"

"Were you this snarky before you met Chiaki, Haruto-san?" Kaoru asked.

"I think Chiaki is having a terrible influence on him," Mako replied.

"Do you have the Inromaru, Hime-sama?" Kotoha asked.

"No, Takeru does. I will have to make due with the Hyper Disc."

"Ippitsu Shoujou!"

"Henshin!"

Flame, Dragon! Bou, Bou, Bou-Bou-Bou!

Kaoru broke out the Hyper Disc and spun it.

"Hyper Princess Shinken Red! Shiba Kaoru!"

"Wow, that's a mouthful!" Kousuke quipped as she whacked him upside the head with Mako's fan.

"The Same! Pink! Shiraishi Mako!"

"The same! Yellow! Hanaori Kotoha!

"The Samurai Sentai authorized by Providence!" Kaoru declared.

"Shinkenger!" They all shouted.

"Going Forth!" Kaoru finished.

"And now, it's Showtime!" Haruto declared, striking a pose.

"And it's Lunchtime!" Kousuke added.

"Have a plan, Gentaro?" Haruto asked.

"Yeah, you guys handle the kaijin, while we handled Escape and Scorpio," Gentaro explained.

"But what about all the foot soldiers?" Kotoha asked.

"She's right, Gentaro. Let's start with them. And then worry about the others." Ryuusei suggested.

"Ossu!"

"Shouldn't that stick-in-the-mud adopted son of hers and the other Shinkengers be here by now?" Kousuke wondered as a white dotted line appeared.

The Ressha are now arriving! Would the lion Kamen Rider please get behind the white line, UNLESS HE WANTS TO GET RUN OVER!

Kousuke had barely jumped out of the way before the Ressha appeared out of nowhere, taking out a bunch of foot soldiers as well.

"Thanks for the lift, ToQgers!" Ryunosuke replied.

"No problem! You promised us yakiniku later!" Right called after them.

"Really Ryu? That's the best you could come up with to get us here quickly? And now we owe them dinner!" Chiaki replied.

"We're here, that's all that matters. Let us help Mother and the Kamen Riders." Takeru interrupted as they brought out their Shodouphones and transformed.

"We will deal with the foot soldiers, Mother," Takeru explained, tossing her the Inromaru in exchange for the Hyper Disc. "You, Mako, Kotoha, Haruto, and Kousuke handle the kaijin, while Gentaro and Ryuusei keep Escape and Scorpio busy."

"That's an even better plan than the one I thought of!" Gentaro exclaimed. "Let's do that instead!"

"You handle Escape, Gentaro. You've got more tricks up your sleeves than I do." Ryuusei suggested.

"Got it!"

"Well, since it seems to be a werewolf, maybe these will work?" Haruto wondered, switching his WizarSwordGun into its gun configuration and opening fire on the youkai, causing it to reel backward.

Kaoru doubled her Shinkenmaru, and launched a Fire and Lightning attack on Jahoshi, with Kotoha and Mako following suit.

Chōīne! Kick Strike! Saikō!

Haruto flipped and flipped, and Rider Kicked Jahoshi, with Kousuke doing the same.

"Well, that smarts!" Haruto said as he and Kousuke failed to damage Jahoshi in the slightest.

"We're positive that this guy's just another youkai on the loose?" Kousuke asked.

"That's what Kengo said," Haruto answered.

Jahoshi would have smiled if he had movable jaws. Maybe he should have pretended to be knocked back by the two Rider Kicks to sell the cover story a bit more, but things were going to plan so far.

Meanwhile, Gentaro was trying to catch Buglars or Dustards with the Net Switch, which was not going as planned.

"Stay still, will you?!"

"Gentaro, maybe try using another Switch?" Ryuusei suggested as he took out a Dustard.

"Good thinking Ryuusei!"

Hopping!

HOPPING ON

His leg equipped with a pogo stick, Gentaro hopped around, until he bounced so high that he was out of sight.

"Gentaro?" Ryuusei wondered.

"I'm okay!" Gentaro said a few minutes later, using his Parachute module to slow his decent, which also helped to improve his aim on landing. He pogoed a bunch of Dustards, making them disappear.

Winch!

WINCH ON

Gentaro managed to hook a Buglar, and then he spun around, using the motion to knock down additional foot soldiers in the process.

Hand!

HAND ON

Gentaro next grabbed one of Jahoshi's foot soldiers and threw it at some of its buddies.

Water!

WATER ON!

Gentaro successfully drenched the foot soldiers and then inserted the Elec Switch into the right hole on Billy the Rod.

(3 Warning Alarms) Limit Break!

"RIDER TEN BILLION VOLT BURST!" Gentaro shouted, jamming it into the ground, electrically shocking most of the remainder.

"Hey, Haruto! Want me to give the Big Bad Wolf a shot from my cannons?" Gentaro asked.

"Worth a try!" Haruto replied as he and the Shinken Girls continued to fend off Jahoshi's personal guard.

Gentaro then brought out the N/S Magphone. "Split," he announced, breaking it into its two Astroswitches, "and insert!" he said as he placed them in the two outermost Switch Slots on his Driver.

N Magnet!

S Magnet!

N/S MAGNET ON (dynamic music)

(3 klaxon-like alarms) Limit Break!

"RIDER SUPER ELECTROMAGNETIC BOMBER!"

Jahoshi went flying in the opposite direction when it connected.

"You're going to pay for that, Fourze…" Jahoshi growled.

"Now for Escape!"

The sexy avatar replied by opening fire on Gentaro, who returned fire with his own cannons as he headed for cover painstakingly slowly due to the bulk of Magnet States.

"Since the big guns aren't working, time to bring out the big sword!"

Cosmic!

COSMIC ON (Bombastic Space Music)

"My friendship will take on the universe!"

Escape decided to take this seriously and turned into Escape Evolve.

Due to Scorpio's claws having a bit more reach than his fists, he switched into Meteor Storm.

Meteor Storm! Meteor On, Ready? (Hard Rock Music)

Rocket On!

Gentaro used the built-in boosters on the Barizun Sword to charge at Escape, but the avatar moved out of the way.

"I'm done playing around!" Gentaro shouted, pulling the handle on the weapon to separate the two rocket halves and expose the blade within before hitting his boosters and flying towards Escape, preparing to engage the warp drive, but she teleported away.

(Rock Music) Limit Break! (Power Up based standby noise) OK!

"METEOR STORM PUNISHER!"

Ryuusei released the spinner, but Scorpio also teleported away.

"Something's really fishy, Gentaro," Ryuusei replied.

Jahoshi began to laugh as he reverted to his human form.

"What do you make of this, Takeru?" Gentaro asked.

"I believe that this was a trap to lure us out, with Scorpio and Escape acting as decoys. But it cannot be a simple as whomever this is being a mere hybrid like Juzo."

"Right again, Shinken Red! I'm something you or any of your other colleagues have ever faced."

"And just out of curiosity, what would that be?" Haruto asked.

Back at the hotel…

"Who is it? Who?" Kengo demanded of the human Google. All the others involved gathered around the Astroswitch Kaban to find out just who was behind all this.

"His Malevolence, Lord Jahoshi is better known to you as Kinji Takigawa."

Everyone sat there with a look of confusion.

"In this world, Kinji joined the Ninningers and officially became Last Ninja's pupil and helped to defeat Gengetsu Kibaoni. But in a parallel world, things happened differently. That Kinji, the one behind Libra and Enter, who are also not the ones that you fought and defeated, was taken in as Kyuemon's apprentice after Yoshitaka Igasaki refused to train him. He later killed that dimension's Yoshitaka, left Akaninger in a state of total shock, and with Kyuemon's help, overthrew Gengetsu and took over his army, and is trying to take over that dimension by trying to get as many villain factions under his banner as he can."

"So, if he's trying to take over his world, why has he sent Enter and Libra to this one?" Kengo asked.

"That's where the plan codenamed Operation LHAPN comes in," Phillip explained. "It stands for Let's Have A Party Night. Its goal is to capture as many of the heroes in our world as he can, corrupt them, and turn them loose on their counterparts back in his."

"That would explain why Libra and Enter have tried to capture us or people we know; so that we'll surrender, or something like that." Kouta reasoned.

"But last time, they got almost all of us. Ryuusei, Gentaro and the other Go-Busters and I were the only ones that didn't get turned into that monster's slaves." Hiromu surmised. "I wonder why?"

"Well, all their past attempts to capture us had failed. Maybe Kinji gave them one last try?" Jin-san suggested.

"That sounds reasonable, Jin-san, but what I want to know is; what happened if they failed?" Kengo said.

Down at the pool, JK was still keeping an eye on Miu and Saki, and of course on Yoko to make sure she didn't get burned. Thinking it would be a kind gesture on his part to get his girlfriend something to drink before asking her on a date/food tasting at a theme restaurant, he headed over to the poolside bar to grab her a strawberry daiquiri and something for himself when Saki and Miu woke up.

"Um, Miu-san? There's something written all over your back." Saki said. "And why are you looking at me funny? Do I have something on my face?"

"Yoko." The two said as they came to the same conclusion.

The two observed JK over at the bar, so they tiptoed over to where Yoko was sound asleep in the sun, lifted her up by her towel, carried her over to the deep end of the pool and tossed her in.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" Yoko shouted angrily after sputtering water out of her mouth.

"Just getting you back for what you did to us," Saki explained.

"OH, IT'S ON NOW! MOU!" Yoko vowed.

Meanwhile...

"Hand me my axe!" Jahoshi/Kinji asked one of his foot soldiers. It compiled and tossed him a guitar.

"We've got this one in the bag guys!" Kousuke shouted confidently. "I mean, what's the worst this guy can do, blow out our eardrums?"

"Kousuke, I'm guessing that's some kind of henshin device." Mako pointed out.

"Correct, lovely lady!" Kinji answered in English, as he brought out a shuriken-shaped trinket and locked it into place and pushed the red button.

The Change!

"Shuriken Change!"

(Evil Sounding voice) Dark Starninger! WOW! (Diabolic laughter)

Kinji's henshined form was his Super Mode, but mostly black in color with specks of gold here and there.

"Now, let's get this party started!" Kinji declared as he glowed with energy and swiftly closed the distance between himself and Gentaro, sending him flying.

"Mayonnaise!" Haruto called.

"Right!"

Infinity! Please! Hi-Sui-Fu-Do! Bou-Zabun-Byu-Dogon!

Hyper, Go: Hy-hy-hy-per! (Lion roar)

Kinji swapped out his Change Shuriken with one that looked like Kyuemon's.

Kaminari Magic!

"Youjutsu: Yo Kaminari no Jutsu!"

Thunder Ja! (evil laugh)

A storm cloud appeared suddenly over the heroes, and they were nailed by purple bolts of lightning as flash pot explosions went off like a pinball machine.

"Everyone okay?" Gentaro asked.

"Still here," Ryuusei replied.

"Shinkengers?" Takeru asked as they all gave him a thumbs up.

"You all right, Haruto-san, Kousuke-san?" Kaoru asked.

"It'll take more than that to take me out!" Kousuke declared defiantly.

"Shocking, wasn't it?" Haruto quipped.

Kaoru took that to mean Haruto was all right.

"Let's hit him back!" Gentaro suggested.

"Rekka Daizantou! Ozutsu Mode!" Takeru declared as he transformed his sword into its cannon configuration using the Kabuto Disc.

"Kabuto Gorindan! Seibai!"

"Heretic Ruination! Seibai!" Kaoru added as she fired off the Super Mogyuu Bazooka.

Haruto struck with the AxCalibur and Kousuke fired Chimera at Kinji, as Gentaro and Ryuusei unleashed their finishers as well.

"Was that supposed to hurt me?" Kinji asked, turning the dial on his Yo Shuriken to another setting.

"Youjutsu: Katon Juuji no Jutsu!"

Flaming crosses made of energy surrounded the heroes in a dome, and then collapsed inward, resulting in knocking the Shinkengers out of henshin leaving them in need of first aid.

"Gentaro! We need to get out of here!" Ryuusei insisted.

Kinji strode over to the fallen Shinkengers, pulled out his Burgerphone and took a selfie with them, before rocking out on his guitar.

"Now, while he's distracted!" Haruto suggested.

Shield!

Smoke!

SHIELD ON

Gentaro charged at Kinji, ramming him with his shield, before activating his Smoke Switch so everyone could get away.

Haruto teleported everyone back to Mr. Brown's, where Gentaro sped up the recovery process by dispensing salves from his Medical Switch before powering down.

"Just who was that guy?" Gentaro was the first to say.

"Whoever he is, he certainly did a number on us." Haruto chimed in.

Just then, the Magphone rang, and Gentaro answered.

"Yeah, we're still alive Kengo. That guy is what? Okay, I'll tell the others."

"Kengo says that guy is a fallen Super Sentai member from another dimension!"

"Stop pulling our legs and tell us who he really is!" Kousuke demanded.

"I'm not!" Gentaro protested.

"So, you're saying that there really is a fallen Super Sentai member trying to kill us?" Chiaki asked.

"That's what Kengo said. Says his name's Kinji Takigawa."

"Hello, Gai-san? Have you heard of a Kinji Takigawa?" Kotoha said into her phone, speed-dialing the Super Sentai expert from the 35th Super Sentai.

"How did you reach him so fast?!" Mako asked.

'It's easy! You just dial the three-digit number of the team you're trying to reach, and then their number in their roll call." Kotoha explained like it was no big deal.

"And?" Takeru asked.

"He's never met him personally, Tono-sama, but he has heard of him. He comes from a family of youkai hunters in America, but he's all that's left because a youkai killed his family."

"But that doesn't explain why he's trying to kill us." Chiaki reminded her.

"Phillip said that Yoshitaka Igasaki, the Last Ninja, refused to train Kinji outright, leading him to seek out Kyuemon Iyazoi instead, at least the one we fought," Gentaro informed the group.

"Gai-san, can you tell us anything about Yoshitaka Igasaki and Kyuemon Iyazoi?" Kotoha asked. "Gai-san said Kyuemon used to be one of Yoshitaka's students. Yoshitaka kicked him out after he stole the Nintality of his son."

"So, the other dimension's versions of them both had significant grudges against Last Ninja?" Haruto asked.

"It gets better, Haruto. Phillip also told Kengo that Kinji killed Yoshitaka and took his Nintality."

"That would answer the question of how he was able to beat all of us soundly." Takeru surmised.

"But it still doesn't answer for us why he's trying to capture or even kill us." Ryuusei pointed out. "Gentaro?"

"Kengo says that he's an evil overlord back where he's from, and trying to unite all the villains there, but our counterparts are giving him a hard time. He wants to capture and corrupt us so to use as ringers back in his world."

"I take it Enter, Escape, and the three Zodiarts are also from where Evil Kinji's from?" Ryuusei asked.

Gentaro nodded.

"What about Duke, Marika, and Sigurd?" Haruto asked.

Gentaro shook his head. "Nope, they didn't come over with Kinji." Gentaro clarified.

"Maybe that's why that strange woman told us not to kill them…" Ryuusei suggested.

"Okay, I'll let you go Kengo. See if you can calm Kouta down, okay?"

"I take it Kouta's not happy about what happened?" Haruto asked.

"That would be an understatement, Haruto. Kengo says since we've been here, he's never seen him that angry." Gentaro explained. "He said Kouta's about as angry about what Kinji did to us, as Mai gets at Kouta."

Everyone's eyes widened in shock.

"Both the Go-Ongers and Go-Busters, along with Micchi and Zack have gone after Kouta to try and calm him down before he does something he'll regret."

"KINJI TAKIGAWA! GET YOUR COWBOY ASS OUT HERE SO I CAN KICK IT!' Kouta bellowed.

"Kouta-san, that may not be the best idea." Micchi called as he and Zack hurried after him.

"Yeah Kouta, you heard what Kengo said," Sousuke added. "This guy's a former Super Sentai member, that means he knows how to take us out! Look what he already did to the Shinkengers, Haruto, Kousuke, Gentaro, and Ryuusei!"

"I don't think you're helping. It looks like Kouta's getting madder." Hiromu pointed out.

Kinji teleported in front of the group.

"You callin' me out, Fruit Samurai?" he asked.

"You're going to pay for what you did to my friends!" Kouta shouted angrily.

"Put it on my tab." He announced as he attached his Change Shuriken to his guitar and pushed the red button.

Dark Starninger Shuriken! The Change!

"Shuriken Change!"

(Evil-sounding voice) Dark Starninger! WOW! (diabolic laughter)

Kachidoki!

"Henshin!"

Lock On! Soiya! Kachidoki Arms! Iza Satsujin! Ei-Ei-Oh!

"Don't worry, I didn't forget about you all," Kinji replied, bringing out his Yo Shuriken.

"Yojutsu: Sentou-in Shouhei no Jutsu!"

In an instant, a platoon of Kinji's personal guard appeared.

"Keep the rest of them busy."

"YEEHAW!" They shouted in acknowledgment.

Kurumi!

"Change Soul, Set!"

It's Morphin Time!

"Henshin!" Micchi and Zack called.

"Let's, Go On!" Came the henshin call from the Go-Ongers and Wings.

Haiiiii! Budou Arms! Ryu, Hou, Ha-Ha-Ha!

(Guitar riff) Kurumi Arms: Mr. Knuckleman! (Three count bell ring with cheering crowds)

"'Met On!" The Go-Ongers and Wings called, finishing their transformations.

"Let's Morphin!" came the call from the Go-Busters.

"Pressing down the road of justice! Engine Sentai Go-Onger!"

"Busters Ready? Go!"

(cue theme of the same name)

Transport!

Blades and blasters in hand, the Go-Busters went on the attack, dodging their way through a hail of lever-action laser blasts.

"J! We should cover the others!" Jin-san suggested.

"But I did not bring any blankets!"

"COVERING FIRE, YOU IMBECILE!"

"Oh!"

Jin-san and J opened up with their Morphin' Blasters, allowing the other three to close the distance, Hiromu faster than the rest due to his speed boost.

It's Time For Buster

Hiromu cut down a group of foot soldiers.

"Yoko!" Ryuji called out.

"Okay!"

The two turned the zoom on their blasters.

It's Time for Buster!

The two fired a pair of Deletion Attacks, thinning the herd.

"J, Beet Catapult Attack!"

"Okyuu!"

"Did he just say 'Okyuu, like that sentai from another universe does?'" Yoko asked Ryuji.

Boost Up For Buster!

The two attacks combined, forming an X that took out a bunch of foot soldiers.

"That's more like it!" Sousuke cheered. "Let's help them out, gang!"

(cue Engine Sentai Go-Onger)

"Go-On Gear!" they called, tapping their belt buckles.

"Road Saber! Saber Straight!"

Sousuke cut a swath through the foot soldiers.

Renn laid down some covering fire from the appropriately named Garage Launcher, as the mooks were forced to go for their six-shooters to try and hit Saki's Racing Bullet.

"Cowl Laser!" Gunpei called, shooting rapid fire at the foot soldiers while taking others out with his Mantan Rod.

"Bridge Axe!" Hanto called out, cutting down even more.

"Everyone let's form a firing line!" Hiroto declared.

"Pole Position!" the Go-Ongers declared as they readied both team cannons.

"Wing Booster, Attention!" The Wings added.

"Speedor Soul, Set!" Sousuke announced.

"Gunpherd Soul, Set!" Gunpei added.

"Jumbowhale Soul, Set!"

"Jetras Soul, Set!"

It's Time For Special Buster!

"Come On!"

Boost Up For Buster!

"Target!" The Go-Ongers started.

"Lock On!" came the reply from the Go-Busters.

"Go-On!" They called as they pulled the trigger.

"Shoot!" the Go-Busters added.

"Doru Doru!"

"Gun Gun Gun!

"BUEEEEEE!"

"GIIIIIIIIIIIN!"

This led to many dead foot soldiers.

(Rise up Your Flag)

The Angriest (and Only) Fruit Samurai in Panorama City, Kouta Kazuraba, was busy locking blades with Kinji, with a reluctant Micchi and Zack doing what they could to keep stray foot soldiers from interfering.

"That all you got?" Kinji asked as the two locked blades.

"NOT BY A LONG SHOT! "Kouta bellowed, driving the DJ Gun into Kiniji's stomach and pulling the trigger, sending them both flying in opposite directions.

"That smarts. Try this on for size!"

Kaminari Magic! The Attack!

"Shuriken Ninpou Ougi: Lightning Rockstar!"

Kinji fired a blast of dark lightning from his guitar at Kouta, which had less of an effect than he thought it would with Kachidoki taking most of the attack and only a small percentage actually affecting Kouta.

"You call that an attack?" Kouta shouted in disbelief.

Lock On!

"TAKE THIS!"

Kachidoki Charge!

A giant ball of energy went screaming towards Kinji.

"Aw Shit!" he exclaimed in English.

Kaze Magic! The Attack!

"Shuriken Ninpou Ougi: Wind Rockstar!"

Kinji spun in the tornado, revolving and slashing through Kouta's attack and then into Gaim himself, knocking him down and surprisingly out of henshin!

"Say Cheese!" Kinji declared as he took a selfie with the unfortunate Kouta.

"Kouta-san!"

Budou Sparkling!

Kurumi Sparkling!

The two attacks from the two Armored Riders were hit back at them by Kinji, who proceeded to take selfies over them as well.

"We need a plan. Otherwise, he's probably going to do the same thing to us!" Hiromu emphasized.

"Hey! Cowboy! We challenge you to a giant robot fight!" Sousuke blurted out.

"Mou! Does this guy even think before he speaks?" Yoko wondered.

"Sounds like fun!" Kinji replied, bringing out his OtomoNin Shuriken.

The Come On!

"Let's go, Rodeomaru!" Kinji called, spinning the shuriken.

Who Are You? Wo-wow! Rodeomaru! (Guitar riff background music)"

"BOMPER, the Engine Casts!" Renn called as they all appeared before them and they inserted their respective Engine Souls, summoning the Engines to the fight.

"J!" Jin-san called.

"Right, activating my Marker System!"

The Buster Machines also teleported in, and the Busters hopped aboard.

SJ-05 Stag Beetle take off!

"Combine Operation! Tokumei Gattai!" Hiromu called.

"Engine Fusion! Engine-O Tune Up! Go-On!"

"Engine Fusion! GunBir-O Tune Up! Go-On!"

"Engine Gattai! Mission Start! Seikuu-O, Tune Up! Go-On!"

"Bison Change!" Kinji called from his e cockpit as he spun his Shuriken again.

Yee-haw! Bison! Yee-haw! Bison! Yee-haw! Bison! BisonKing! (Texas Sheriff fanfare)

"So, what's the plan, Sousuke?" Gunpei asked.

"Dunno. This guy's familiar with our tactics as a Super Sentai, and if there's another us where he's from like Kengo and Phillip said, he might know our specific weakness."

"So you had us call the Engines and form our giant robots anyway?!" Saki exclaimed in disbelief.

"Want me to stand on my head until a plan forms?" Hanto asked.

"I think that only works for DekaGreen." Renn reminded him. "And by then the Engines' time will be up and we'll have to disengage."

"I agree with Sousuke though. We should be on our guard against him; in addition to being a fallen Super Sentai member, he may have experience fighting our direct counterparts. " Hiroto commented.

"Can we hurry this up, Hiromu? JK wants to take me out to some restaurant in town called SHUUWATCH, or something like that." Yoko insisted.

"Sure Yoko, we'll get right on that after we stop the sentai member turned evil overlord from another dimension that wants to kill us," Ryuji said.

"Nope, don't want to kill you darlings. Just want to take you back as my prisoners." Kinji clarified. "And I'm sure you're just sitting there right now in your cockpits, wondering what you should do, not like you fight a fallen member all the time, right? So, AREKURE BUSTER!"

Kinji riddled all of them with a hail of bullets from his gun, as sparks flew everywhere as the Engines broke apart and dispersed as their occupants fell out and de-henshined as well, the shrunken Engines scattered around them. Luckily, the Go-Busters had managed to get out of the way first.

"I forgot, you guys fight piloted robots regularly," Kinji said disappointedly.

Just then, a large blue and gold blur pounced on Bison King, knocking it to the ground!

"Hey! Get off me! Bad kitty!" Kinji protested.

"Tategami LiOh!" the Go-Busters exclaimed in unison.

"Let's go with Go-Buster King. It might be our only chance!" Hiromu said.

Go-Buster Oh broke apart, and Ace returned to the hangar, as the five Buster Machines combined into their alternate combination.

Go-Buster King! Gan Gan Gagin!

"Twin Blade Slash!" they called, using the blades on both arms to slash at Bison King.

"Okay okay! I give up!" Kinji pleaded.

"That was easy," Hiromu replied.

"A little too easy, if you ask me." Ryuji mused.

Back in his own cockpit, Kinji brought out his trump card, or more accurately, his trump shuriken.

"King Shuriken Gattai!" he called, spinning it.

Somehow the OtomoNin of his companions appeared and combined with BisonKing to form King Shurikenjin.

"HIROMU! HIT HIM NOW! He can't drive something like that all by himself!" Jin-san shouted.

"Emission Break!" the Go-Busters called quickly, but somehow King Shurikenjin blocked it with his sword!

"WHAT?" the Go-Busters screamed in disbelief. "HE BLOCKED IT?!"

"Yep!" Kinji replied. "In case you're wondering how I did it, one of our ninja sempai gave us a shuriken that lets us make copies of ourselves!" Kinji replied, as five more of him were manning the controls of the robot with their own Star Sword-Guns substituting for Ninja Ichibantou, high-fiving each other. "Now, where were we? Oh yeah. King Hatenkou Giri!"

The six Starninger charged up their Star Sword-Guns and delivered an earth-splitting cross-slash with Shinobimaru on the front, and Rodeomaru at the top, gathering power into the Bison-Drago Sword and causing a similar result to happen to the Go-Busters, their Buster Machines teleporting back to the hangar for repairs as the Busters themselves fell to the ground de-morphed with their BuddyRoids.

"YEEHAW! That was fun." Kinji said, standing over the battered Go-Ongers and Go-Busters. "Say cheese!"

He snapped yet another selfie with his defeated enemies and launched into another victory solo.

"I'm going to go celebrate my victory while you go lick your wounds and come to terms with what just happened." He said before teleporting away, leaving yet another pair of sentai teams stunned and bewildered.
