Power Rangers Super Samurai vs. Ronin Warriors

Chapter 30: Sororal Support Arrives.

Revolver Drago belongs to Gottemsquickfoot, used with permission

A new day dawned over Panorama City, as the still-gathered Super Sentai and Kamen Riders slept off their ordeal with His Malevolence Jahoshi, formerly known as Starninger, and his plan to capture the Kamen Riders and Super Sentai members from this world and replace them with the ones from the Crazyverse after some mental fine-tuning. All was going well for his evilness until Akaninger, and Shishi Red decided to crash the party, and also managed to free a few of his other prisoners to boot! Back in what the Crazyversians called the Realverse, Kinji's goons had captured friends and allies of the Riders in hopes of turning them, but a Kamen Rider Task Force led by Zi-O and Geiz put a stop to that.

With all that had happened recently, one would think that Mai would let Kouta and Micchi sleep in and get them up to speed on the dance competition later on.

They were wrong.

"WAKE UP!" Mai bellowed into their room, waking both Riders up with a start.

"What is it, Mai? Is the hotel on fire or something?" Kouta asked.

"No, but because of you two we're way behind on our preparations for the Finals."

"Sure, the first thing on my mind when Kinji captured us was, 'Please, not yet your Malevolence! Mai needs us for the dance competition!'"

"Besides Mai-san, weren't you one of the ones that were kidnapped?"

"Yes, but I was rescued. And the funny thing is, that Zi-O guy used a Gaim armor. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?!"

"You're sure his name was Zi-O?" Micchi asked.

"Well, that's what his belt called him. Not only that, he used armors based on Haruto and Gentaro too."

"How is that possible?" Micchi wondered.

"Well, after what we've gone through since we came here, I'd say anything is," Kouta replied.

"What are you still doing in bed!? We need to go practice for the Finals this afternoon!"

The two leaped out of bed and followed her downstairs.

Over at Mr. Brown's, things were much quieter, as the boys were out looking for signs that they were safe from Kinji for the time being.

Haruto stepped out to the pool area to find Mako, Kotoha, and Kaoru exactly where he expected to find them.

"Morning, Haruto-san," Kotoha whispered as he got close.

"Good morning, but why are you whispering?" he asked.

"I think Hime-sama fell asleep." Kotoha continued to whisper, indicating the Princess on her back, cap over her face, arms folded behind her head, and earphones in.

"What about Mako?"

"I'm here…" she mumbled from her chair, lying on her stomach with her straps undone.

"And it seems that you have a side of mayonnaise as well."

Next to Mako was Kosuke, unconscious as well.

"Do you need me to wake him up?" Haruto asked.

"No, it's fine, he was here before us," Kotoha explained.

"So, we're keeping an eye out for Chiaki?" Haruto asked.

"Mako-san's worried he'll try and prank us again," Kotoha explained.

"Well. What if we pranked Chiaki instead?"

"That could work, but we'll need some supplies. Mind if I borrow your bike?" Mako asked.

'Um…sure?" a bewildered Haruto asked.

Meanwhile, back at the hotel, Ryuusei stepped out into the pool area to find Tomoko writing away in one of the cabanas.

"Mind if I join you, Tomoko-chan?" he asked.

Tomoko's music must have been a little too loud because it wasn't until she looked up from her computer screen that she noticed Ryuusei.

"Oh! Sorry, I didn't see you there Ryuusei-kun. Want to join me?"

"Um, that's what I initially asked, but sure, why not?" he replied as he sat down next to her. The two were a little close by design; had she planned it this way? It was no secret she had a bit of a crush on him.

"So, what are you working on?" he asked.

"Nothing! Nothing at all!" she replied defensively, then realizing she might have been a little too defensive, replied, "Promise you won't tell the others?"

He nodded in reply.

"I'm writing a novel." She replied.

"For real? That's great Tomoko-chan! What's it's about?"

"Us." She answered.

"US us, or the Club?"

"The Club. With names changed to protect our identities, of course."

"Can I read it when it's finished, or do I have to buy a copy like everyone else?

"You can see it when it's done, but if you peek at it before that, you have to buy a copy when it comes out."

"Fair enough."

Tomoko continued to type away furiously, music blaring in her ears as Ryuusei took in the scenery. This including Yoko trying to re-prank Miu and Saki. As well as watching some guy in red swim trunks get shot down by a pretty girl to the slight amusement of one in green trunks and still another with what looked like the French flag on them, who immediately grabbed her stuff and went over to ask Saki and Miu if she could join them.

"Wonder what that was all about…;"

He noticed that the sound of typing had ceased, so he glanced over at Tomoko who appeared to be asleep. She had left her laptop open on her lap, and as he reached over to turn it towards him he heard Tomoko mumble, "I told you no peeking…" so he jerked his hand away, hoping that meant he wouldn't have to buy a copy when it came out…not that he had a problem with it.

For the Samurai, Sakura, Suiren, and Navcase, things had been extremely quiet lately. Not even incursions from Moogers had happened. Although they still practiced their forms every morning, Sakura, Suiren, Lauren, and Mia had gone out last night to celebrate Suiren's birthday, although the supernatural blonde had probably partied a tad harder than she probably should have. So as Mia grabbed a nap, Sakura and Lauren read their respective books in their beach chairs, Suiren was passed out on her chaise, her mouth wide open and snoring. Lauren tapped Sakura on the shoulder, prompting her to take off her wireless headphones.

"I don't think I've seen anyone party harder than your sister did last night. I lost count of how many drinks she had, AND how many guys at the club she flirted with."

"Well, the drinking part is one of the perks of being a part goddess, I guess we can drink about twice as much as a normal human give or take before we feel the effects," Sakura explained.

"I don't know why she forced herself to come to practice this morning; Mentor and Jayden wouldn't have had a problem if she wanted to grab a few extra winks because she wasn't feeling well. But still, I think her hangover had a hangover. And she's what, two years younger than you and your twin?"

"Three." Sakura corrected. "My oldest sister Yuri is two years older than Ayame and me, and Ran is three years younger than Suren. And this was nothing compared to the wild night she and her pals had last year when she turned twenty back home. Suiren doesn't remember anything from that night, and her two friends, one of whom is one of the Seishi, have remained so tight-lipped about it that it would take extreme measures to get anything out of them."

"Yikes! Think she remembers anything that happened last night?" Lauren asked.

"You'll have to ask her when she wakes up. But I'm not sure if she even wants to; she did some pretty crazy things last night. Although we do have photographic and video evidence, just in case."

"You're not planning to blackmail her with it, are you?"

"No, so that she can see that she needs to reign in her partying just a little bit. You figure anything out yet?"

"No, sadly," Lauren replied, stifling a yawn, as she laid her towel on the sand and detached the neck pillow from her chair and placed it at the foot of her chair before lying down on her back. "I think I've earned myself a study break. Mind waking me up if Mentor or my brother calls?"

"Not a problem, I'll keep an eye on the other sleepyheads while you grab a snooze."

Lauren stretched out on her towel, pulled her straw fedora over her face and closed her eyes.

Back at Mr. Brown's, Chiaki stepped out to the pool to find what he thought was a win-win situation. Mako, Kotoha, and even Kaoru were all out like lights! And better yet, no Haruto in sight!

He picked up the hose, dragged it over towards the girls as quietly as possible, and squeezed the trigger-but nothing came out!

He tried again. Nothing!

He tried a third time, but instead of a spray coming out to soak the girls, instead, a mass of water emerged which reformed into Haruto.

"Yo." He replied.

That was right before the three girls sat up and began pelting him with water balloons, soaking him to the gills.

"What was that for?!" he asked.

"Payback for my impromptu tattoo session," Mako explained. "Consider it paid with interest."

She screeched as the cold water from the hose hit her, as she and the other two returned fire on Chiaki.

"Can we call it even?" he asked as he took cover.

"Promise you'll leave us alone or ask to join us?"

"Maybe?" Chiaki replied, peeking his head out, only to find three water balloons flying at him.

"Okay okay! I promise I promise!" Chiaki exclaimed.

"Okay then."

"Well, glad that's taken care of." Haruto sighed.

A few minutes later, the three girls were back to work on their tans, with Chiaki in between Haruto and Kotoha.

"Hey, Kotoha." He asked.

Kotoha opened her eyes and sat up.

"What is it, Chiaki?"

"Ummm…when we get back home…would you like to hang out together sometime? Just the two of us?"

Kotoha flashed a smile.

"I would like that very much."

Back at the beach, Mia had woken up from her nap, and Sakura had joined Lauren on her own towel next to her, headphones on and her ONE OK ROCK ball cap pulled over her face. Suiren was still out cold in her chaise. She was about to dive into her magazine when her phone rang.

"Hello? Oh, hey Jayden. Yeah, we're still at the beach. Okay, I'll let them know." Mia said before hanging up.

"Knew it was too good to be true. Lauren, wake up!" Mia said, nudging her shoulder a few times until she stirred.

"What's up?" Lauren asked sleepily.

"Sorry to wake you, but there's one of those NighBots loose again."

"Great. Just what we need. Yohoo, Sakura…" Lauren said, nudging the snoozing She-Ronin awake.

"Trouble?" Sakura asked as she stretched out.

"Yep. What about Suiren?" Lauren asked, pointing to the unconscious blonde.

"I hate to do it, but we've got no choice. Suiren, I need you to wake up…"

"Uhhh…how long was I passed out…?" Suiren asked as she came to.

"Since we got here. Are you feeling any better?"

"A little bit…is there a monster on the loose?" Suiren asked.

"Yeah. Are you feeling up to it? Otherwise, you can stay here and wait for us to come back."

"If it's okay with you guys, I think I'll just hang here and grab a nap," Suiren replied.

"Okay, hope you feel better. Come on; let's go help the others." Lauren instructed.

Meanwhile, the other Samurai were faring horribly against the latest NighBot, a t-rex monster with heavy armor, gun barrels for fingers, a revolver cylinder for a nose, a trigger built into his back, and of course the requisite Mooger and Grinder accompaniment.

"Great timing sis!" Jayden replied as Lauren and the others arrived on the scene.

"No Suiren?" Mike asked.

"She's getting some rest back at the beach. Poor thing's still a little hung over." Mia explained.

"Samuraizer! Go Go Samurai!" Lauren and Mia called, drawing their kanji for "fire" and "air" and spinning them with a flick of their wrists, changing into their Ranger forms, while Sakura focused her ki and blossomed into flame, snuffing it out in an instant fully clad in her armor.

"Good! More targets!" the monster exclaimed.

"Careful! This guy's pretty trigger happy." Jayden cautioned.

The scent of gunpowder filled the air as the monster fired off his finger guns, as the Rangers dodged out of the way and a nearby mailbox leveled. The monster waddled over and began to consume it, as a surge of energy washed over it.

"Ah, much better!"

He aimed at Lauren, Mia, and Sakura, and fired off rounds from his snout, which had enough power to knock the former two out of morph, but Sakura's held, despite being knocked backward.

'Oh, that's it…" Sakura warned as her cannons warmed up and she let the monster have it with both, sending four multicolored waves of energy at it, followed up by locking on and sending a salvo from both her concealed shoulder missile launchers, attacks that it somehow shrugged off like it was nothing!

"What?!" Sakura exclaimed in disbelief as its armor took everything she dished out.

"Okay, now I'm getting worried." Kevin chimed in.

"So, what do we do now Jayden?" Mike asked.

"I think we're going to need some extra protection for this guy. Super Samurai Mode!" Jayden called, using the Black Box to transform himself into Super and the rest into Mega.

"Mega Blades too?" Kevin asked.

"Worth a shot!" Jayden replied as they spun their Common Disks the other way to transform them into their Zord controllers and charged. The monster responded by opening fire with both his nose and fingers, sending sparks flying everywhere and successfully knocking the Rangers out of Mega Mode and back to normal.

"He knocked us out of Mega Mode?" Mike exclaimed.

"Would you prefer that his shots demorphed us?" Kevin inquired.

"Okay, enough is enough." Jayden declared, bringing out the Shogun Disc from his belt buckle and inserting it into the Black Box. "Shogun Mode! Power of the Ancestors!"

"Shogun Spear!" he shouted, combining his Mega Blade with the Bullzooka. "Fire Symbol Strike!"

Focusing his Symbol Power/Mojikara into his weapon, he slashed his kanji on the monster, which seemed to be more effective than previous attacks made on it.

"I don't know what just happened, but I think we should capitalize on it!" Kevin exclaimed. "Lauren, can you break out your Fire Smasher?"

"Sure! Fire Smasher! Cannon Mode!" she announced, as the other Samurai Rangers and Antonio loaded their Disks into the weapon.

"Five-Disk Beetle Cannon, Fire!"

Sakura also added some energy waves of her own, as all of this flew towards the monster, but Grinders happened to get into the way of it and took the attacks for him!

"Damn!" Sakura swore.

Strangely, the monster began to consume the Grinder wreckage, and then opened up on all of them again, knocking them out of morph and heavily damaging Sakura's armor, before teleporting away.

"Damn that thing's strong…." Sakura replied as she shed her armor.

"Agreed. Not sure how we're supposed to take that monster down. We'll head back to the house and see if we can dig up anything." Jayden replied. "You girls headed back to the beach?"

"Yeah, besides, we left Suiren there. Give us a call if the monster comes back; we'll be there as fast as we can." Lauren replied.

As they hopped into their SUV, Lauren asked if Suiren could have helped.

"Well, she only has the one charge cannon as opposed to the two I have, but that thing had some pretty tough armor. Glad I didn't try to hit that guy with my katana, who knows what they'd look like now."

"What about your bike?" Mia asked.

"Kanesada? That might be worth a try. He's more than just my bike. He can transform into a robot and also become powered armor for me. Plus, he has a few toys of his own we could try."

"Think it'll work?" Lauren asked.

"No way to know for sure until he shows up again, but to be honest, I don't like our chances," Sakura replied.

"I agree. That cannon of his knocked us out of morph AND managed to damage your armor, which I'm assuming will take time to repair itself?" Lauren asked.

Sakura nodded in response.

"What's strange is just before he teleported away, just before he ate the Grinders, Jayden seemed to get a few hits in. I wonder why?" Mia offered.

"You're right Mia. And why would he eat the remains of his foot soldiers? That's a little strange too."

"He seemed to get stronger when he did that if I remember," Sakura interjected.

"Well, we're back at the beach. Let's go see how Suiren is doing, and maybe get a little brainstorming in while we catch some rays." Lauren replied, pulling into the parking lot.

The three made their way across the sand towards their camp, where Suiren was on her stomach with her straps undone. Sakura gave her a nudge to wake her up.

"Hey, feeling any better?" she asked.

"A little. Sorry I couldn't help. How'd it go?" Suiren asked.

"Horrible to say the least," Lauren explained, taking off her shirt and shorts and placing them in her bag as she sat down in her chair.

"That monster wiped the floor with us," Mia added as she pulled off her pullover and climbed into her portable chaise.

"And my cannons didn't even make a dent." Sakura finished as she took off her shirt and shorts as well and sat down next to Lauren.

"Right now, I just want to close my eyes and forget about that thing for now," Mia said as she got comfortable on her stomach.

"Me too," Lauren added as she tilted her chair back and placed her hat over her face.

"Me three." Sakura chimed in as she did the same.

"Me four, although I wasn't there. Ah well! Sweet beach dreams everyone!"

Up in the Heavens, Amaterasu viewed the latest fight with a sense of unease from her Chamber of Mirrors.

After leaving the room, she called for Yuri, Ayame, and Ran.

"This latest monster that Tenma has sent against the Samurai Rangers may be too tough for them to handle."

"But they've got Sakura and Suiren helping, plus Navcase. How much more help could they even need?" Ayame asked.

"This is very true, Ayame, but I fear Tenma is gearing up for something major. Perhaps with your help, you will be able to stem the tide against this latest monster."

"We'll do what we can, Mom. Where are Sakura and Suiren now?" Yuri asked.

"Panorama City Beach. You might as well meet them there. Time is of the essence, so I will teleport you when you are ready."

A few minutes later, the three materialized in the beach parking lot.

"Mom must be really worried to risk a teleport," Ayame observed.

"I agree. But we'll worry about it later." Yuri said.

The three made their way across the sand, trying to locate their sisters and the Samurai girls.

"You see them yet?" Ran asked.

"Not yet…wait, never mind, there they are.' Ayame replied, pointing in their direction, where Suiren, Sakura, Lauren, and Mia were busy relaxing.

"Are they all asleep?" Ran wondered.

"Hang on a sec…" Ayame cut in, dialing a number.

Seconds later they heard the familiar ringtone of Sakura's phone, which jolted all of them awake. They looked in front of them, only to find Ran, Ayame, and Yuri waving to them.

"Hi!" Ayame called.

"What are you guys doing here?" Sakura asked as she got up from her chair and embraced her twin in a hug.

"Mom sent us to help out," Yuri explained.

"Oneechan, Aya-nee, Ran, this is Lauren and Mia." Suiren explained. "They're two of the Samurai Rangers we've been helping out."

"Nice to meet you finally," Lauren said, offering a hand.

"Likewise!" Mia seconded.

Lauren finally got their first look at the other three sisters that she and Mia had only heard about from Sakura and Suiren. Ayame looked like Sakura, but she had a stud in her nose, and she had a pierced navel like Suiren. Unlike Sakura's hair which was pure black, Ayame had blue streaks in hers.

Yuri was tall, toned, with short reddish-brown hair. Despite her tough exterior, she was extremely friendly, although they got the impression that she would snap in half anyone who messed with her sisters.

Finally, there was Ran, who had neck-length purple hair, who remarkably said it was natural, not dyed, like Suiren's. She was also much shorter than her sisters, barely making five feet.

Ayame stretched out on her towel, brought out her laptop and began typing away with her wireless headphones on, but keeping one ear open in case someone asked her something, while Yuri pulled up a chair and read a fitness magazine, while Ran rolled out her beach mat.

"I'm going to grab a nap for a little while. Could someone wake me up in like an hour, or if the monster comes back, whichever comes first?" she asked.

"Sure thing. Sweet dreams!" Mia replied.

"Thanks," Ran answered, laying down on her back and pulling her visor over her eyes before folding her arms behind her head.

"So, what are you working on now Ayame?" Sakura asked.

"Not much, just looking over your armor. Seriously, what did you do to it?"

"That monster did a number on all of us. One direct hit from his nose-cannon was enough to knock us out of morph." Lauren explained. "Sakura took a direct hit as well, but your armor can take a lot more punishment than ours does."

"Can you fix it?" Sakura asked.

"Don't worry sis; my workshop will have it good as new in no time," Ayame assured her. "Did you try Kanesada?"

"Didn't get a chance. Would love to see what Oneesan's Knuckle Bomber does to that bastard."

'Knuckle Bomber?" Lauren asked, confused.

"Come on down here for a minute; I'll show you."

Lauren got out of her chair and laid down on Sakura's towel next to Ayame, who moved her laptop to show her the screen.

"Oneesan's powered gauntlet has a device that gathers energy in raised electrodes, which is released when she connects with something, causing a small explosion. Think of it as a high-tech brass knuckle. The other gauntlet has a railgun I call the Crown of Thorns that's kind of like a revolver cylinder that fires all at once, which is also kind of nasty. But that's our Big Sister for you; tough on the outside, soft on the inside."d

" So, what's Suiren have?" Lauren asked.

Ayame typed a few keystrokes, and Suiren's armor was on screen.

"Well, for starters, she has an active cloaking system, which lets her turn invisible for a short time, and she has her charge cannon. That's pretty much it."

" What about Sleeping Beauty over there?" Lauren asked.

"Ran? She has a plasma cannon and garotte wires in her gauntlet although they're more like grapples, plus those twin tails you see can be energized to cleave through enemies as well."

"Should come in handy. What about you?'

"Mine? I have a micro missile system, along with a fancy smancy electronic countermeasures suite. Don't know how much good it'll do us in our current situation, but hey, it's there."

"Interesting. So are your armors tech or magic?" Lauren asked.

"Both. All the gadgets run off the magic because our armors used to belong to the Ronin Warriors before Mom and Dad gave them new ones and reforged the old ones to fit us. Then later she deconstructed them and asked this crazy chick to rebuild them into the armors you see us wearing now."

"Why'd she do that?" Lauren inquired.

"Old enemy of ours called the Draconai. Nasty humanoid dragons. Last we knew, they were still fighting it out to see who would be in charge after their leader got whacked, although not by us; Drakka, the demon lord Tenma serves."

Ayame closed her laptop, slid it into its case and then placed her shirt and shorts over it before flipping over onto her back and getting comfortable.

"I'll show you the rest later…it's just too nice a day out to not enjoy it." She replied as she put her headphones back on and folded her arms behind her head.

"This is the life…just lazy days catching rays…" she sighed.

"Agreed," Lauren said with a smile as she flipped over onto her back and placed her hat over her face. "Let's see how much of a reprieve we get this time."

Sakura started to look over Lauren's book but had barely begun to read before stifling a yawn.

"Hey, Sakura, if you want to catch a few Z's, go ahead. I'm already Ran's wakeup call." Mia offered.

"But we still haven't figured out what Tenma's planning…" Sakura protested, fighting off yet another yawn.

"Sakura, you're tired because you probably got up early, you were trying to catch up on your sleep, and then that monster attacked, and now you're even more exhausted because of that. Am I right?" Yuri asked.

"Yeah, that about covers it," Mia confirmed.

"Sakura listen to your Big Sister. Let me take a look at the book, while you rest your eyes for a little while because if you don't, I'm going to throw you in the ocean and see if that wakes you up."

Faced with her difficult choices, Sakura sighed and replied, "Okay Oneesan, I'll grab a nap. Please wake me up if that monster comes back?"

"Don't worry; we will," Yuri replied.

Back in the Netherworld…

"OCTOROO!" Tenma bellowed. His anger surged out in a wave that birthed new Moogers from the rocks on the shores of the Sanzu, as others scrambled to get him more of the special sake.

The squid man hobbled over, wishing that Dayu was still around to calm him with her music.

"Yes, my lord?"

"Would you kindly explain what my monster is doing in a junkyard?"

"Well, according to the plans your associate sent over, Revolver Drago needs to consume things so he can convert it into energy to replenish his ammo supply. For some reason, the strength of his armor is related to his ammo reserves; the lower his ammo count, the easier he is to damage."

Tenma flashed a sinister smile.

"Then for our sakes, let's hope he's really hungry."

"One, two three four five six seven eight! KOUTA, MICCHI, TRY AND KEEP UP! One two three four five six seven eight!" Mai counted.

For hours on end, Mai had drilled Team Gaim to be ready for the Finals later that day. Slowly but surely, Kouta and Micchi were getting the hang of it, but she still felt that something was missing from their routine…but what?

Back at the beach…

"Ran?" Mia called out.

"Huh…?" the purple haired girl replied sleepily.

"You asked me to wake you up in an hour, remember?" Mia reminded her.

"Oh right…" she replied before stretching out and yawning.

"Sleep well?" Yuri asked.

"So, Suiren and Sakura say you're the one to see about baby pictures," Mia explained.

"You mean of Navcase's kids?" Ran clarified.

"Yep!"

Ran fished her phone out of her overall shorts and handed it to Mia.

"Fair warning, they're really cute!"

Mia flipped through Ran's phone gallery, occasionally letting out a sigh or gushing over the sight of Navcase's fraternal twins.

"He has such cute kids!" Mia exclaimed as she handed the phone back to Ran. "Where he's not from this era, have you managed to assure him that you're not taking his kid's souls every time you take their picture?"

"Yeah, I think he understands now." Ran replied with a laugh. "Let's just say that getting him and Yuriko-san acclimated to this century was a memorable experience."

"Well, I think one of our fellow Ranger teams had not only a medieval knight to acclimate, but a caveman as well, so I'm guessing they went through a similar experience," Mia explained. "Oh, that's right! A while back we met the Kyoryugers, and one of them reminded me of Navcase!"

"Yeah, I think Sui-neesan mentioned that once. Sai's told me about the times they've met Super Sentai members, but they never mentioned that there's another group of heroes that transform with belts and ride motorcycles like that guy Sui-neesan won't shut up about."

"Oh, you mean Kouta. Yeah, she's talked our ears off about him too." Mia replied.

"Has he even asked her out?" Ran asked.

"Not to my knowledge. Besides, I think she said something about him leaving soon."

"How's she taking it?" Ran inquired.

"I think that might have been part of why she drank so much last night." Mia reasoned. "Has she ever done that before?"

"Well, she did kind of overdo it for her twentieth birthday…"

"Did Sakura or Suiren happen to mention we're half goddess?" Yuri asked.

"M-hmm," Mia replied.

"Well, one of the perks is being able to drink twice as much alcohol than a normal person before feeling the effects. I'm not sure if Suiren was aware of that, but she certainly felt it afterward. Not sure why that experience would make her roll the dice again, being bummed about Kouta leaving soon as you said could be part of it." Yuri surmised.

"So, do you guys come to the beach every day?" Ran asked.

"Monsters permitting, pretty much. Lauren and Sakura get down here with Suiren after samurai practice at the house, I take the bus to the beach from school and join them, yeah, we log some serious beach time around here. The guys join us sometimes, but it's mostly just us girls."

Just then, Mia's Samuraizer rang.

"And that would be Jayden, probably." She replied, fishing it out of her beach bag. "Let me guess, the monster's back? Right, we're on our way. Sakura…" She called softly, giving her a nudge until she stirred.

"Mmmm…the monster back?" Sakura inquired sleepily.

"Yeah. Have a good nap?"

"M-hmm…" Sakura replied as she stretched and yawned.

Suiren was asleep on her back with her head tilted sideways and her mouth hanging open.

"Hey, Suiren, time to wake up," Mia said as she shook her shoulder until her eyes opened.

"Let me guess, the monster's back…" Suiren groaned.

"Yeah. You up to it?"

"Yeah, give me a minute."

Mia knelt next to Ayame and tapped her on the shoulder. "Hey, you awake?"

Ayame took off her headphones and replied, "Huh? Ugh, what's that racket…"

"And I just woke up Sakura, so…Lauren? Hey, Lauren! Wake up!"

Lauren took her hat off her face and yawned loudly.

"Wow, did I ever pass out…must have needed it though. Jayden call?"

Mia nodded. "Since we never saw it retreat to the Netherworld, he and the guys have been looking around town for it, Kevin found it in a junkyard."

"Okay, it might be the grogginess talking but did you just say Kevin found it in a junkyard?"

"Yeah, Jayden said it was eating junk and scrap metal."

"Weird. Hopefully, the guys and Emily can come up with something by the time we get there." Lauren said as she sat up and put on her pullover. We can probably squeeze at least two into the SUV, but someone's probably going to need to ride with Sakura."

"I'll go with her; just let me put my stuff in with you guys," Ayame said as she and the others got dressed and folded up chairs and towels.

Back at the junkyard…

"What happened to this guy? He's stronger than he was before!" Mike complained.

Everyone present had made the move to go straight to Mega Mode with Jayden in Super, but even that was failing to do anything to stop the monster.

"Focus guys! It's gotta have a weakness!" Jayden insisted.

"That's easier said than done!" Kevin answered as he dodged one of the monster's nose cannon shots.

Meanwhile, the girls pulled up at the junkyard.

"Better go in ready if it's in there making trouble," Lauren suggested.

As Lauren and Mia morphed, the She-Ronin summoned their armor and everyone headed in.

"Do we even know where it is?" Mia asked, noticing that both of them were in Mega Mode since Jayden was already Super.

"I've got something for that," Ayame answered, aiming her powered gauntlet skyward and firing off a few micro-missiles, which popped open like fireworks and deployed little floating spheres.

"And…got it!" Ayame exclaimed. "I just launched a bunch of micro-drones that are keeping tabs on the situation from the sky. The guys are to the north of us fighting the monster; I'm tagging everyone now."

"That should help out. Unfortunately, I don't think you can send that data to us." Mia replied.

"True, but I can send it to my sisters. Plus Mr. Monster doesn't know we can see him, so we should be able to flank him.

"I'll take Lauren with me, Mia can go with Ran, I'll go up the center, and Suiren can do her thing."

"I'm on it!" Suiren replied, shimmering out of sight as she cloaked.

*" We better hurry, it looks like the others are pinned down!" Ayame exclaimed.

"My masters will be so happy to be rid of you finally!" Revolver Drago exclaimed.

"Well, we're not going down without a fight!" Jayden shot back.

*" Okay, his back's turned to you. Let 'im have it, Oneechan!"

As Revolver Drago aimed at the Samurai to finish them off, a battle cry filled the air as Yuri's Knuckle Bomber connected with his backside, knocking him over!

Next, a salvo of micro-missiles collided with him, as Suiren decloaked and let him have it with her fully charged cannon.

Sakura was next, as she charged with her beam sabers lit and landed a pair of slashes before sheathing them.

Ran came at him from the other side, firing her wires to entangle him so that Lauren and Mia could land a pair of Mojikara charged strikes with their Spin Swords, causing damage.

"Aim for the gaps in his armor! We're not out of the woods yet, but we'll at least have a chance like this!" Lauren instructed.

The other Samurai brought out their Mega Blades and attacked likewise, landing blow after blow

"Hey, I think I've got something. Those microdrones? Well, they've been analyzing the monster, and it looks like his ammo count is connected to his armor's strength. Maybe if we get him to deplete his ammo somehow, it should make him easier to damage."

"And we should just believe you, why?" Mike asked exasperatedly.

"Because she's my twin sister," Sakura explained.

"So, we let him use us for target practice? Okay, let's drain his ammo!"

Everyone fanned out and split up and began taunting Revolver Drago to open fire on them, of which the trigger-happy t-rex was more than happy to oblige.

"I love a target-rich environment!" he crowed happily.

"Ayame, are you sure this is going to work?" Mia called over all the gunfire.

"Pretty sure! My drones are mostly accurate with the data they gather."

Jayden dodged out of the way of a shot from Drago's nose cannon.

"Whew! That was a little close for comfort."

"How's his ammo count looking now, Ayame?" Lauren shouted over the din.

"Slowly but surely depleting!" she reported.

"Well is there any way we can get him to do it faster?" Mike asked.

In response, Revolver Drago pointed his finger barrels at him and went full auto on him, as he ran to avoid the hail of bullets.

*" Let's see how it's going. Oneechan!"

"ORIYA!" Yuri called, rocketing towards Revolver Drago with her Knuckle Bomber powered up and landed another punch on the monster near the joints. Small pieces of armor seemed to break off.

"Looks like we did some damage, but not as much as I'd like. Anyone else have any ideas?"

"I say we combine the plans. My team gets him to waste ammo; you and your sisters try to chip away at his armor."

"Ayame looks like we're going to need the heavy stuff," Sakura replied. ''

"I'm on it! Kusanagi, prepare to launch Add-On's."

Up in orbit, a mammoth ship was positioned above Panorama City. Automated systems loaded pods into four launchers built into the floor of the hangar.

"Add-On Hasshin!" the four called.

Four pods dropped out of the sky and landed near each of the girls, and a hatch opened, which they opened, entered, and then closed, before opening like flowers, revealing the girls in heavy samurai-themed armor.

Ayame had two bulky shoulder guards and additional armor over her gauntlets and shins. On her backpack were a pair of robotic arms and a long-barreled cannon which was retracted now.

Yuri's armor had an additional launcher opposite the arm with her Knuckle Bomber, as well as an orb embedded the armor of her lower torso, and two of the plates on her upper torso looked like they could open. A long tube was attached to her back, along with a pair of large thrusters.

Suiren's had an attachment on the opposite gauntlet of her charge cannon that had three holes side by side and a narrower one above them. There were also a pair of vents on her shoulders.

Ran, finally, had a backpack, her left gauntlet looked unassuming, but the Samurai were sure there was some nasty stuff in there. The other gauntlet had a strange probe sticking out of it.

"Let's see how you like my cannon!" Yuri shouted, firing a blast that knocked off a large piece of armor off Drago.

"Nice shot, Oneesan!" Ayame called out.

Multiple ports opened all over her additional armor, and a massive salvo of micro-missiles flew out and collided with Drago, causing a huge explosion.

Suiren braced herself her cannon locked into place over her hand, as she went from glowing blue to yellow, and then to pink, firing off a stream of fireballs that also knocked armor off the monster.

Ran fired a bolt of plasma from her cannon, glancing its shoulder.

Sakura also began gathering energy in both her cannons and fired off multiple multicolored waves of energy, including two crescent-shaped ones from each of her beam swords.

"How are you damaging my armor?" Revolver Drago demanded.

"Let's just say our gear is a little more powerful than what you're used to," Ayame explained.

"Nonsense! I was assembled by the great Houji Otoantou!"

"Houji? Phsssh. We've trashed that guy's shit a million times." Ayame replied.

"How dare you insult my creator! Take this!"

Bullets ripped from his fingers and cannon blasts from his nose, aimed at the She-Ronin, but the girls easily dodged.

"My turn," Yuri replied, plugging the end of her cannon into her Knuckle Bomber as her leg spikes engaged, and a more powerful blast boomed from her cannon, blasting off one of the monster's arms.

"My arm!"

"Okay, let's finish this guy," Jayden said as the Fire Smasher Cannon was brought out, and the girls readied for another round of attacks.

"Fire!" Jayden called, as the disk attack and the She-Ronin's attacks all slammed into Revolver Drago, blowing him sky high.

"Get ready for round two!" Jayden warned as the second life/download kicked in and enlarged it to giant size.

"Uh oh…" Ayame groaned, looking up at the monster with her sisters.

"Don't worry; we've got this," Jayden called, bringing out the Folding Zords and summoning their three Megazords.

"Samurai Megazord! We are united!"

"Claw Battlezord East, Ready!"

"Bull Megazord Ready!" Lauren answered.
