Last time on In Deception...

"No one will ever find him!" The person on the other line states.

"You are absolutely right, boss. I'll be waiting for the money." The guard says, and then the phone was disconnected.

2 hours later as the sun is rising, a black limo pulls up. A young woman, 19 years of age who has blonde hair and blue eyes; while dressed in a little black dress, a white boa scarf around her neck, a small purse was in her hand, and catty sunglasses on her eyes; stepped out of the limo.

"Isn't it just a beautiful morning!" (She takes the sunglasses off her eyes and put them neatly on her head) "I always love seeing the sun rise and listening to the birds chirping. It just makes me so happy." The lady states as her limo driver shuts her door.

"Indeed, it is, Miss. I'll be in the car if you need anything." The limo driver says in his Irish accent.

"Thank you, Connor." She replies. As she walks over to the door of the cabin it swings open into her shoe. "Well! You opened the door on my shoe!" (She looks down at her Christian Louboutin black, suede boot and she points to a scuff on the whole side of the shoe.) "Well, you sir, are definitely not on my good list right now!"

The guard looks down at her shoe. "Eh, it's just a shoe. I don't want to talk about shoes. I want to talk about that money I'm supposed to be getting right about now."

She rolls her eyes and says, "Not until after I see the package."

"Alright, boss, I'll show you the way. Also what's your name, Toots?" He says with a smirk.

"One don't call me" (she makes air quotes and says) "Toots, second I'm Olive. And I'm not the boss. I'm just a messenger for the boss." She says as she follows him down the stair case.

"As you wish. Here is the package." He points to the cell.

"Excellent. Your work is done. You can like leave now." She tells him with a wave of her hand.

"What about the money?" He says now in a more indignant tone.

"Oh, right, the money. Here $10,000." She pulls out a check from her purse and hands it to him.

"What!? No! The boss said fifty grand, and that's what I'm going to take! The boss will want you alive, right?" He says as he starts inching his way toward her.

"Of course she does." (She quickly pulls out a hand gun from her purse.) "And plans change. So if you want all of your money you need to complete another task." She says with a smile on her face.

He throws up his hands and says, "Look, lady, I only want my money. I won't hurt you or anything. I just need that money now. I can't do another job." He says while slowly putting his hand near his back pocket. And then he pulls out a gun. And without another word Olive shoots him three times and watches him collapse to the floor.

"Well, this plan is definitely changing. I hope the boss doesn't mind. And it looks like I will be needing Connor after all." She says while looking at the dead body and then she noticed Cameron waking up.

"Uhhh." (Cameron says while rubbing his head) "I hate getting tazed. Wait... What just happened." (Cameron says as he sees the dead guard on the ground and a gun in the girls hand.) "Are you helping me out?" Cameron asks with a confused look.

"Ha ha ha. Of course not. I'm here to kill you." She says looking Cameron in the eyes while wiping splattered blood off of her arm.

Meanwhile Kay received a phone call from one of her friends at the prison informing her that Cameron has been taken.

"What! How? Do you know where?" Kay says while sounding frazzled.

"I didn't notice anything until I noticed someone with a bag over his head. I found that weird, but I didn't think anything of it until I passed Jonathon's (really Cameron's I know) cell and it was empty. I then rushed out and saw a white beat up van drive off." She said.

"Sarah, Did you follow them? Or at least get the plate number?" Kay asked.

"I tried to follow them but the gate closed on me. The power went out for a half hour and everything was on lock-down." Sarah replied to her.

"Sarah, did you get the plate number?" Kay said in a rushed tone.

"Oh, yes! I'll give it to you. And even better I got it tracked already." Sarah told her.

"Thank God. Give me it and the address." Kay said as she pulled out her notepad and pen from her glove compartment of her car.

Sarah gives her the information and the call ends.

"Thank you, Sarah." Kay says as she opens her maps on her phone. She clicks the speaker and says Camden, Maine. "Eight hours away! I need to get to the airport and fast! I hope they have a flight available. I don't care I'll rent a plane if I have to." Kay says to herself as she speeds off to John F. Kennedy National Airport.

Will Kay get to Cameron in time? Or will fate be on the other side? Find out in the next chapter of In Deception.
