JUMP 15 YEARS INTO THE FUTURE:

After settling in Essos, everyone focused on rebuilding their lives and families, even Nymeria. Tam had told Arya that there were long legged grassland wolves that roamed in packs across the Dothraki Sea. He guessed that's where the wolf would form a new family that were a mix of local wolves and direwolf. And he was right. If Arya needed her wolf, she could call her at any time, using her mind link. Still when the new cubs of the packs were old enough to travel, Nymeria would bring her big family to visit. Sometimes older pups were selected to stay in the city as companions and as guard animals.

The old street guild had also expanded; there was one in Astapor run by Sarra, another in Yunkai lead by Kit and the main one in Mereen. Mereen was where Queen Daenerys ruled with Drogon. It was also the location of the new Alchemist Guild that Byt and Tam ran, an Assassins Guild run by Arya and the Royal Smithy controlled by Gendry. Each master of their respective skill taught their followers using the same laws that Taron and Aulix had once enforced. In the first few years of the new guilds, Taron and Aulix were integral to the development and expansion.

Daenerys had Jon's son, while she still was with the Dothraki. His name was Aegerys and he learned to ride both horses and dragon before he could walk. As a teen her son was trained and schooled by Taron and Aulix, with the intent to have him be Emperor in the future. He spent time in each guild, including learning basic Alchemy taught by Byt. Aegerys was the oldest of the children born from the Night King survivors. Arya and Gendry had a daughter, Rayana, born the same year as Daenrys's son and two years later had their own son named Kiren. Their daughter could kill like Arya and their son could use a hammer like Gendry, but fought with a sword. Rayana was smart, strong, beautiful and more mischievous than her mother. Kiren had a calm temperament, but could be stubborn as hell. He too was smart, strong and handsome. The following year Tam and Byt had twins; a boy named Tallen and Emeryt, a girl. Both had skills like their parents and were telepathics, which Aulix helped hone. Although Taron and Sarra's son Daeron grew up and trained in the Astapor Street Guild, as a teen he had chosen to go learn how to be an Assassin. Taron then began to travel more often, leaving Sarra as master of the guild. She didn't mind, as long as he came home every couple of months. If she really needed him, a bird was sent to Arya, who would make contact via crow. Rian, Mera and Aenys mainly stayed in the Alchemist Guild, but the guys were trained as Assassins too. Mera had married one of the original Street Guild members, that had gone with Byt to help create the new Alchemist Guild. Rian sometimes travelled with Aulix, but had a girl who had graduated from Byt's teachings, and which had set up an alchemy and potions shop in Yunkai. Aenys never settled down, preferring the single life similar to Aulix, the later still had yet to make a blood family. However Taron knew he would sometimes visited Daenerys's bed, but still had favourites in each guild. When he wasn't watching over the growth of the next generation with Taron, Aulix was travelling all over Essos. Eventually he and Taron both left for long periods of time, searching for something that they wouldn't even tell Queen Daenerys or Arya about.

No matter what guild the teenagers' parents had specialized in, their children had skills taught to them from each sector, resulting in well rounded skilled boys and girls. They were close friends, even with the younger siblings, because their parents had told them about one day returning to kill the Night King and his horde of obedient dead. The children trained hard, so that on that day they too could fight alongside their parents. Gendry would often tell them stories of the past, about their adventures when parents were young. The tales of pain and death, were shared as they became teens. The stories were about truth and not grandiose tales. But even with this in mind, they were teenagers and that meant testing the boundaries and rules.

Gendry slammed his hammer down hard on the metal he was working. "Thanks to our daughter, the Emperor's head has become so swollen, that I'm about to loose my patience."

Arya smiled, "you can't give him a thrashing even during training, he's the Queen's son."

"When does Taron and Aulix return? They know how to keep that kid in line."

"In a day or so."

"Not soon enough." Gendry grumbled, but gave his wife a kiss.

"Aw come on dad, that's so gross. Mom take him away if that's what you two want to do!" Their son Kiren complained, using an arm to cover his eyes.

The adults ended their affectionate moment. Arya winked at her child. "It's better than us fighting right?"

Her son didn't have time to reply, because his sister loudly interrupted.

"Hi Mom and Dad, the funniest thing just happened! The Emperor just fell off his horse," she laughed heartily.

Aegerys corrected her, "I did not! I ungracefully dismounted."

The two teens teased each other back and forth, until Gendry's hammer slammed down on steel, silencing everyone.

Remembering his manner's Daenerys's son quickly greeted them. "My Lord, My Lady, we come with news."

"Taron and Aulix are back! They're with Byt," blurted Rayana. She stuck her tongue out at Aegerys.

"They're earlier than expected. I should get cleaned up," Gendry said.

"Does your mother, Queen Daenerys know they're back?"

"Yes My Lady. Aulix went to see her first." With his hands he spoke to Arya, 'mom said to use the Assassin's Guild tonight, to discuss things privately. She's been so paranoid about privacy in the castle lately.'

Arya replied, 'do you know what concerns the Queen?'

'No. Mom never tells me anything.'

"Children, go with your father to set up his bath," she instructed. "Make sure you take care of your horse first," Arya reminded her daughter.

"Mom Aegerys forgot to tell you that Nymeria came with Aulix and Taron."

"Did she come with the pack?"

"No, just her. She's pregnant with more pups, I bet their birth will happen soon."

The young Emperor and Arya rode off towards the Alchemist Guild. Depending on what Aulix and Taron said, she might have to send word to their other Guilds to meet up. Everyone had seen that the red comet had returned. But it was the chunk that had fallen from the sky to the ground, that had excited her friends. They'd been searching for it's landing spot for a long time. Hopefully they had found it and had good news.

Arriving at the Alchemy Guild, Arya got off her horse, before it even had stopped. Via a mind link, she told it to stay. She embraced Taron and Aulix, then Byt. With her hands she asked, 'did you find the chunk of red comet? Any word about the Night King?'

'Yes to both your questions. But wait until later.' Taron answered, but only said out loud, "Gather the kids; Daeron, Rayana, and Kiren. Tallen and Emeryt will come too. Aegerys you need to also be present later at the Assassins Guild. We've already informed Byt and my son is with her too."

"Gendry is with the kids. Will Daenerys be joining us?"

"No, I've informed her already." Aulix said and added, "call Nymeria. Wait until you see how big her belly is."

The direwolf came and Arya smiled. "Wow she's huge. Are you about to burst my girl?"

Nymeria nuzzled her hand and accepted some petting. Then the wolf sat down with a big sigh.

"So did you guys pass through the Dothraki sea? Is that why she came with you?"

Taron answered, "Aulix was returning a heard of Zorses to the grasslands. She chose to tag along. You could always ask her." He tapped his head.

"No that's okay. I'm just happy to see her."

Aegerys asked, "why did you have Zorses, I thought they had really bad temperament and couldn't be ridden?"

Aulix smirked, "I've got a way with animals."

Taron, Arya and Byt laughed.
