The others think she just has an effect on him, but there's a history of connections the both of them have that the others don't know until harms way comes and spills it all. 21. Resurrection: Author's Note

Hi guys.

Been a real long time since I've been here, a real long time.

I'm sorry that I abandoned the story, especially in Chapter 9, but, you know how life can be.

Lemme just give you all a brief history of what all happened on my side of the screen since the beginning to now, because a whole lot has happened.

I started this story August 9th, 2014, so I was about to start 8th grade at the time. As the weeks and months went by, I was so exhilarated to see people reading my story and enjoying it, especially one specific person. Their username was XA55assinxeliteX, but I've come to know him by his name, Liam. Ever since May 27th, 2015, we've never stopped talking to one another. There's a reason why I'm mentioning this, but I'll get to it later.

But over time once I started going into higher grades and was given more stuff to do, I started lagging behind. It wasn't too bad of a lag, but once school wanted me to start thinking and getting ready for graduation, college, and the future, I completely lost my grip on the story. Next thing you know, the story was just a vague memory to me, just sitting in the back of my mind waiting in line along with more important and/or stressful things I had to deal with or overcome at the time.

Now, I'm 19, I've just finished my first year of college as an art student, and me and Liam are going to meet in a month and a half. We liked each other so much when we met, we started online dating. The first year was fine, the second got a bit rough, the third, it got hard, but we pushed through, and now on the fourth year, we will be able to consider ourselves as a long distance relationship after his visit.

That's why I'm coming back to this. To give the story, that started it all, the well-deserved polishing and fix it deserves for making my relationship happen.

Now I'm going to post the resurrection story as its own, I wouldn't want to overwrite on this one since that's 20 chapters of memories I'd be erasing from existence.

Thank you all for your reviews, favs, and follows, and for enjoying my story, even though some parts are missing and there's a decent amount of writing and spelling errors. If I would have never written this story in the beginning, or seen Guardians of the Galaxy, I would have never found my other half, so I'm grateful I did : ).
