He watches the shuttle leave the atmosphere and sighs "Good luck Vega. I wish we could've truly regained our lost friendship." He then turns to the direction of the fighting. "I won't let my father die"
"You know Kakarot you can be a real asshole sometimes. Leaving a defenseless beautiful woman such as myself in a small shuttle while you go off to be the hero. Here i was thinking you were such a gentleman. " vega says as she steps over a large rock with a homemade bandage on her leg.
"Shit...was it to much to ask that you stay put for once?" He slumps his shoulders.
"Yep."
Kakarot sighs, pinches the bridge of his nose and lowers his head "You do realize you just shot our only escape plan into space right?"
"I left a note."
"Your father is gonna kill us."
"Let's make sure he gets the chance." she tightens her make shift bandage and takes to the sky
"Why would we want-...oh i get it...WAIT WOMAN I'VE GOT A PLAN!"

Dodging a punch from Zarbon, Bardock spins and fires a Ki blast at Dodoria. It pushes him into Vegeta's waiting foot. Bardock then drops to the ground and sweeps Zarbons feet. Bringing him to the ground abruptly. Reacting quickly Bradock grabs onto Zarbons leg and uses his own momentum to sling Zarbon towards Frieza.
"I've had enough of this insolence!" shouts Frieza as he rises out of his hovercraft
Vegeta kicks Dodoria once more for good measure "Oh look Bardock he walks. I was starting to wonder if his ass was glued to that thing."
"How dare you disrespect Lord Frieza!" Zarbon yells regaining his strength "I shall rip you limb from lim- ugh" His head snaps quickly to the left and then to the right then he's kicked back to Frieza once more
"Such a ASS-KISSER seriously man how can you command with this guy's lips firmly planted on your...Do you even have a ass?" Kakarot states with a eyebrow quircked curiously
"You were told to evacuate." Bardock states blankly his gaze never leaving frieza
"I made a sudden discovery in these last few minutes. Saiyans dont run from fights." He then slides into his fighting stance and raises his ki. Scouters light up trying to measure his power.
Both stunned and galvanized by Kakarots display of courage King Vegeta gets a burts of inspiration and follows his fellow saiyans lead. soon Bardock follows suit.
"Kakarot would you be able to hold back Dodoria and Zarbon?" the King states. surveying the battlefield with a calculating eye
"Whether or not I am able does not matter sire, I will." Kakarots aura begins to become more of a raging fire.
"Bardock are we on the same page?" Vegeta clenches his fist
"...I do believe so" Bardock drops into a fighting stance
"GO!"
The fight is on.
Kakarot leaps to Zarbon and unleashes a flurry of jabs into his abdomen each one increasing in power. He then channeled ki into his right hand and delivers a uppercut that hits its mark sending Zarbon into the air.
Kakarot's aura once again sparks into existence but before he can take off after his opponent. Dodoria grabs Kakarot's arms, puts his knee directly on the saiyans spine and begins trying to dislocate his arms
"Goku don't worry about Zarbon i can hold him off for awhile out here, take care of Dodoria." Vega chimes in through his scouter
"Woman that was not the plan." He manages to grunt out through clenched teeth
"I dont care finish Dodoria off and help our fathers I'll rejoin you when i ca-ugh. You bastard you cut my face? I swear if this scars i will shove both my hands so far down your throat I'm gonna literally rip out your intestines...oh my damn you are HIDEOUS" She then cuts off her scouter.
Realizing Dodoria is pulling harder Kakarot pushes some of his ki out in a circular motion blowing Dodoria back. He stretches his arms and rotates his shoulders. Then looks over to a worried Dodoria with a smile "Shall we pick up where we left off earlier?"

The combined attack of both Vegeta and Bardock is keeping Frieza on the defensive.
As Frieza blocks Vegeta's kick, Bardocks punch slips through and makes contact with the Arcosians jaw.
"How dare you lay a finger on me you barely evolved pathetic APE!" as his rant ends Vegeta connects with another punch on the opposite side.
"You talk too much are we fighting or running a debate team?" Vegeta lets out a annoyed sigh as he slaps away friezas tail.
"You want a fight fine...but i'll have you know my power level in this form is only a mere 530,000. Only a fraction of my true power. Now i offer you a proposal."
Vegeta lifts his arm and fires a ki blast "Proposition denied"
"As you wish." Frieza charges in and uses his tail to slam Bardock to the floor and turns to vegeta in time to swat a flying ki blast. He points a finger at the king and quickly powers up his death beam.
"Look out!" Kakarot yells and kicks Dodoria towards the king.
Vegeta catches Dodoria and uses him as a shield for the incoming beam.
The beam completely goes through Dodoria's body, and through the Kings armor just slightly burning a small area of Vegeta's chest.
Vegeta slips his hand into the neck of Dodoria's armor and lifts him up to eye level "Finish him off boy stop toying around!" he then tosses Dodoria like a rag doll
Kakarot throws one arm forward and fires a large blast at Dodoria's flying body. A solo scream can be heard shortly before the blast detonates.
Realizing he just killed another person in a single day Kakarots face loses some of its stone like composure.
"It seems you were stronger than I believed...you could be a problem" Frieza chuckles. "Your death shall be quick."
"Kakarot stop holding back Frieza is stronger than you think. Much stronger if you want to walk away from here you must pull no punches." Vegeta says as he slowly edges closer to Frieza.
The boy nods stiffly "Yes sir"
"Son" Bardock puts his hand on his spawns shoulder.
"Father?"
"We c-ugh" He presses hard on his stomach hoping to slow the blood loss "We can do this. He has severely underestimated a saiyans potential and like so many others it will be his downfall."
"Shut up you ignorant trash!" Frieza dashes forward and slams his fist into Bardocks jaw. and begins to stomp on his chest repeatedly.
"Friezaaaaa!" Vegeta yells as his aura burst to life he disappears in a show of speed and reappears infront of frieza and fires a ki blast at point blank. "I've had enough of you this ends now!" he again disappears and reappears in front of Frieza and slams him into the ground and starts throwing punches aimed slowly for his opponents head. He then flips into the air and calls forth his strongest attack. A blue glow starts to form around him "Riot Break!" he yells and a blue beam launches from his open mouth it makes contact with Frieza's prone body and begans pushing its way into the ground before it eventually explodes.
Vegeta waits for a second then relaxes and looks over to his companions. what he sees un-nerves him.
Bardock is laying unmoving in a pool of his own blood. Kakarot standing near but with his back turned. His head is bowed and his fist clenched he appears to be trembling. Whether its being caused by crying or anger he can't tell.
"King Vegeta this is Captain Akuji i am moving in for an emergency evacuation."
"Good Captian, prep the ships healing tank we have one severly wounded. Let me speak to my daughter"
"Sir?"
"My daughter, I wish to speak to her"
"Im not on the ship father" Vega says as she drops in from a hole in the ceiling adjusting the head piece formerly owned by Zarbon
"What the hell! Why did you not listen to me. Do you know what would happen if we both died out here? How could you be so stubborn at a time like this! Vega so help me when we get home -"
Vega laughs a little and hugs her father "Father relax im fine just a little scratched up." She then looks around the room "Oh no Mr. Bardock."
She sprints over to his position as auickly as her leg allows and begins trying to examine his wounds. she notices multiple broken ribs and a number of injuries to various parts of his body "There is definitely some internal bleeding here"
"What happened Goku?" she looks over to her friend "Hey im talking to you" grabbing his shoulder she turns him around and tilts his head up. She's met with unmoving eyes.
"Father what happened, what's wrong with him." Her scouter lights up at the same time as the others alerting them to a rising power.
Vegeta takes a step back in horror. Then sprints to his daughter. "Father behind you!" a small purple beam pierces his back. followed by another one, then another.
The building begins to shake.
"I will not be humiliated by the likes of you, all of you will die by my hands!" As Vegeta falls to his knee Frieza comes into view standing behind him with a finger outstretched.
"Stop!" Kakarot screams. "Stop this now frieza. There has been enough death for the day. Please im begging you...stop"
Frieza fires another beam into the kings back and begins laughing sadisticaly.
"Father!" Vega tries to run to him but Kakarot grabs her wrist and begins walking in her place
"Oh? you wish to challenge me?" Frieza says not bothering to notice the boys hair starting to rise. "Oh well you can't be anymore weaker than your father. Look at him just laying there taking a nap."
Kakarot stops walking. And begins to shake
"Hmmm did i hit a soft spot? Your father was pathetic two light taps and he was down for the count"
The ground beneath Kakarots feet begins to crack
"Whats this some kind of hidden power? Oh is that what your brood father was talking about before i killed him?"
"ENOUGH!" Kakarot's aura begins being taken over by red and gold "DO NOT SPEAK OF MY FATHER YOU MONSTER!" His hair stands straight up and flashes gold for a split second before going back to its original color his aura then tightens around his body.
"What is this? You" he looks over at vega who is walking backwards terrified "Tell me what this form is immediately or I will destroy you"
She keeps walking backwards starring at he changing friend
"Ugh useless all of you" he makes a dash at vega, cocks his fist back and launches it forward.
Its caught.
"You will harm no-one else Frieza."
He looks over his out stretched arm to see Kakarot had beat him to his target and stopped his attack.
What caught his attention was the transparent men standing with him.
Both identical to the fallen men behind him. One in a orange fighting gi appearing to be assisting the teen in holding back his fist, the other standing behind the teen near the princess.
The resemblance is striking.
"Wh-What Is going on" He tries pulling his hand back but the grip on it tightens.
"Is that fear frieza?" Kakarot speaks in a dual toned voice "The great Frieza scared of a child"
The person standing with Kakarot suddenly changes his hair turns blue and eyes changes shades to match. As a result Kakarots aura explodes outward knocking Vega over.
"Run, Frieza. Prepare. We are tired of being oppressed, and beaten on. We are tired of being trampled in your power trip. We are tired of you. We will fight. We will not go down easily and We will not be alone." Kakarot tightens his grip once more. The sounds of bones crushing fills the room. "Run."
He relinquishes his grip on Frieza, turns his back begins walking towards his Father and stops. He looks over his shoulder at Frieza "530,000 is impressive but i do hope its not your max. if so our final battle will be less than stellar." He then begins walking again "Vega..collect your father we must get them to the ship before they truly die."
"Y-Yes."
"You are not going anywhere!" Frieza says as he charges a small ball of energy on his finger tip.
Kakarot continues walking with his father in his arms, and Vega in tow
The ball grows in size becoming so large it burst out of the rooms roof. It then launches towards the teens suddenly the two transparent men appear once again behind the children. Both with a outstretched hand.
As the energy ball makes contact with the two men it comes to a full stop. The kids board their ship and it begins to take off.
"Goku, Vegeta. Thats enough history should be back to normal here."
they both nod and throw the ball to the side. They give Frieza a stern look; before being consumed in a blinding white light.
"W-What is going on around here. Never have i seen something like this. Could this be what my father warned me of? No it doesn't matter im the strongest in the universe. I will not be beaten."

"Get them into the tanks immediately" Kakarot says laying his father on the floor.
"Where are you going we need help getting them in there?" Vega almost yells.
Kakarot begins pressing buttons on various machines and three more tanks open up.
"Get in one" He tells her
"Im fine we need to-"
"Now. It was not a recommendation."
"Did you forget who the royal is?"
"Did you forget i don't give a shit about your 'status'?" "Get in the tank woman" Kakarot says with a new found authority.
The captian finally speaks up after watching the interaction. "He is right madam you should heal your leg and face at once" He then starts the kings tank and helps get Bardock into his own
"Fine, I shall get in this blasted tank but do not think for one second i am following your orders Kakarot." she says angrily
He simply shrugs his shoulders and closes the tank on his father and watches it fill with the strange liquid.
"Captain, Get us to the nearest allied world and contact Planet Vegeta, Im assuming you activated the device in the shuttle as i instructed?"
"Yes Ma'am."
"Give me a summary of the information."
"There was mostly battle reading, various power levels and a few maps of unknown planets. There was also a recording."
"Play it"
"Vega, Kakarot" the recording starts "If you have this then i forced you to evacuate. As of this day Vega, you...not your mother will lead our people, I task you with this because if what i believe is going on really is, then we need a fighter leading us not a woman fascinated by jewels"
Vegeta clears his throat then continues speaking
"Kakarot shall be your personal guard. If you trust someone else enough to change this then so be it. Kakarot shall also take over the Special Forces division of the army. This position entitles him to the following:
24 hour access to the gravity chambers.
The Special Forces wing of the castle to command as he see's fit.
Unlimited resources so that missions be completed skillfully and thoroughly."
"Attached to this device is information that can only be decrypted at the terminal in the main hall of the castle give this device to Nappa and tell him 'In the darkness a golden light shall shine bright' he will understand"
"Good luck my child...End recording"
"It seems he recorded that for nothing" Kakarot says then climbs into his tank and closes the door the fluid flows over him and soon he closes his eyes and drifts into another world

"Kakarot" A male voice says the boys name
"Hey kid over here"
Kakarot looks towards the voices and is startled to find his father and a young king Vegeta. Looking at him.
"Father?"
"Nope I'm you...your me...or are we both you...Vegeta this is confusing"
"Imbecile. Kakarot listen to me and listen good i will not repeat myself. This Kakarot," He points to the man next to him "is you from a entirely different timeline and in yours im dead and Vega is my downgraded replacement"
"Yea ok look somebody is somehow jacking up your history and memories we are working with the Time Pedophiles to fix it"
Vegeta face palms "Time Patrol you idiot"
"Opps hahaha" Goku laughs and scratches his head and continues
"Technically we aren't supposed to be here but our God of Destruction Berrus' attendant Whis noticed that what's going on with you guys, is somehow affecting our life here. For example; you encountered frieza he was much stronger than he was supposed to be and you somehow reached out to our time for strength to help you equal his. We unknowingly answered your call."
"Long story short. You are leeching off of your alternate self's strength like a little parasite. We are investigating how, why, and if its harmful all while trying to figure out how to stop it from continuing." Vegeta interjected eyeing the teenager "I sense a high power level from you...tell me child exactly how strong are you."
"My last highest read out was 94,000"
"Woah" Goku crosses his arms and begins thinking
"H-how...maybe its a symptom of being connected through time like this." Vegeta looks off in thought "Have you achieved Super Saiyan?"
"Super Saiyan? I thought that was just a stupid legend?" Kakarot shakes his head side to side
"It is far from a legend its a reality I can not tell you how to awaken it as it will throw off history to much. i can tell you to train as hard as you can. Trust me, you want to be at your max when you transform."
"Hey Vegeta i hate to rush but we must go our time here is up we can't stick around"
"Wait i have questions! For both of you!" Kakarot yells as he grabs Vegetas shoulder
"Be what this imbecile refuses to be. Show the universe a saiyans true power" Vegeta places his hand on Kakarot's shoulder. before they blink away and kakarot wakes up.
As he opens his eyes the liquid in his tank drains away and the door opens. He steps out and looks around. One tank is empty "Vega appears to be up."
He looks at the other two then sighs. Deciding not to depress himself he walks over to the armor closet and finds his clothing repaired. As he lifts his armored torso piece out of the way; a small badge falls out.
"These weird dreams...visions...what ever they are. They mean something. maybe I should actually do as they say." He states aloud seemingly unaware of the person behind him
"Who are you talking to?"
He looks over his shoulder to see thin but muscular legs "No-one besides myself Ma'am"
"Ma'am? No Vega or Veggie?" she asks in a mocking tone.
He stands up and turms towards her "Sorry. I'm just-"
"Worried? Pissed off? Confused?" She interrupts
"All of them" he slides his head into his shirt. Then his arms follow suit.
"I came to inform you." She says adopting a more professional tone of voice.
"Of?"
"Your temporary promotion. My Father is out of commission for a while. The tank estimates it'll be weeks before either of them awakes." She looks at her fathers tank and closes her eyes
"What!? How long have I been sleep?"
"4 days. while your injuries were less sever you somehow depleted your body of several key nutrients. I decidedly left you in there with a bit of sleep aid in the liquid. Before you begin to yell it was for the best."
"...Fine. but im more interested In this 'temporary promotion'." He says with air quotes
"Yes as i stated before our fathers are out of the picture for awhile they left us with a set of instructions. I have taken over my fathers duties until he wakes and you shall do the same to your fathers respective position."
"So im to watch your ass all day? Hmmm shouldn't be to hard" he says blankly
"exactly it's not something you don't do already." she says jokingly
"Not like that woman" He says with a disgusted look.
"Mhmmm on top of that you are to manage your father's special ops teams. Here-" she hands him a tablet with information and names on it. "-Its background information on all the members read through it then contact them for a status report okay?"
He nods already reading.
"I must go, I have a meeting with the Council of Allamore to prepare for. We shall be arriving in a day or two." She looks at him and realizes he is no longer paying attention. she taps his shoulder and he reluctantly moves his attention from the tablet to her.
"Meet me in my father quarters in 1 hour we have things to discuss." She looks at her fathers tank and thinks 'No plan ever survives contact with the enemy'
